Why?The app has always been buggy, crashing randomly when trying to order, etc. No big deal, it’s always been manageable. Fast forward to the latest update, I’ve been logged out for some reason. Try to log in, my password is incorrect? Hit forget password, they email me a recovery password to use to log back in. Nope… Now I get a message that I’ve tried to log in too many times (twice, maybe three times is too many attempts? all of them using the correct password?) and to contact guest services through the app to unlock my account. What a surprise, the guest services page is permanently blank. Been using this app for years without this sort of issue and now I’m locked out of my own account for using the password they gave me. App needs to be fixed.I don’t know what it is. But hopefully someone sees this. A few months ago I ordered twice with a debit card, and was told it didn’t go through. Had to pay a third time when I go to the location to pick it up. Well all 3 payments cleared. The district manager refunded me almost $90 that had been charged to my card. Fast forward to today, I just ordered again on the app (thinking the problem is fixed). Paid with the same card. Once again, it took my money. But didn’t let my order go through. So I had to call it the order in. Now I’ll have to go through getting a refund again because I’m pretty sure this charge won’t drop off like the other ones didn’t. What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t work??? I’ve had to call my orders in since then. So sometimes I forget to put my number in so I can get my points. It’s annoying. And then there’s no corporate office to call about this matter. But surely I’m not the only one having this issue. But maybe I am..Version: 3.6.7

Can not log for almost a year!This rating is for the app and not the sandwiches. I have not been able to log in for quite some time now. I had a app update and after that I could no longer log in. I tried the online access and it said once you log in on the app you will no longer have access to your account online. I tried to reset my password but the log in said your information can not be accessed. I even tried to create a new account but since my phone number is used on my old account it will not let me create another account using my phone number. I tried to email your support team and nothing. I love your sandwiches and would like to get my points. Please fix the log in on the app or please let us access our accounts online again..Version: 3.5.1

Don’t get unless you want to be robbedI joined the app today to make my ordering process a little easier, but all it did was make the process harder. I tried placing an order and after typing in my credit card info I was sent a message along the lines of “we are sorry but we are unable to complete your order at this time.” I pressed cancel, closed the app, reopened and then started another order that went through successfully. Looking at my bank account a little later (after picking up the ONE order I had), I see I was charged TWICE. I contacted customer support and was told I could only get my money back if the store I ordered from agreed to give me a refund. The app is a joke, and so is the customer support. Will not use again, will not be eating here again, and MOST CERTAINLY do NOT recommend..Version: 3.6.8

Consistently FrustratingRecently, this app has not worked for me at all. It doesn’t let me log in. I had to log in on my sister’s phone and that worked, but I wasn’t able to order. Now it doesn’t let us log in on her phone either. I’ve tried to change the password, too. Then the app locks you out fairly quickly if you enter the password incorrectly. It’s a sandwich app and doesn’t need to be that serious. It’s been a very frustrating experience overall trying to use this app over the last year, and it is definitely one of the worst ordering apps I’ve ever used. I’ve also lost all my accumulated points, which is a waste..Version: 3.6.8

Used to be goodI never had a problem ordering from this app or the website till now. For some weird reason when I try to do online ordering from my login account, there are fewer pick up times and by the time I get to one, they are all gone for the rest of the day. Like today At around 7pm and there were no pick up times and when in fact they don’t close till 9pm where I’m at. This wasn't the only time, this has been going on for a few weeks now and it had me thinking that firehouse was limiting online ordering. But when when I decide to try the website one again today and I wasn’t logged in, it showed more pick up times but then I logged back in, it showed fewer again. If anyone else is having a problem like this that’s what you need to do is logout and just order food that way. But this needs to be fixed..Version: 3.6.4

Why I having trouble log in 😡😒Ok I can’t remember my password was because it been a long time since the last time I had signed on but I can’t remember my password then so I tried to reset my password on the app when they sending me a temporary password through my email when I using temporary password that they had giving me on my email but it won’t not allow me to log in it was so very frustrating I been having this issue for a long time so I been waiting for the response from the customer service for assistance but I am still waiting if I have continued dealing with these issue well I wouldn’t not referring this app to someone who will dealing with this same issue by logging in experience that I had so I would like to delete it from my account from this app for good I would be dealing with the old school way by getting sandwiches from their restaurant directly in stead of using on my phone to buy from them sometimes I don’t trust some of these apps because it can be a joke but great awesome sandwiches too please fix this thank you have a wonderful blessed day.Version: 3.5.1

App does not workI have been trying to log into my account for months. It always gives me an error. Same error when I try to reset my password. I have even emailed several times. I have yet to receive a response. I have even tried other devices and reinstalling the app. Clearly the developers and whomever handles the email doesn’t care about customers. I went ahead and forwarded the email I sent in October to the same email address you told me to. I didn’t receive a response then, or any of the prior times I sent an email. Does anyone actually read these or is it just a computer? It feels like a computer because I clearly said I had already emailed and received no response. Yet I was told to send an email to the address no one seems to bother with..Version: 3.6

Substitutions difficultApp works pretty well. Only complaint that my local store has is that when we want to switch the meat on a sandwich (let’s say from turkey to chicken) there should be an upcharge. But on the app the only customization to the sandwich that you can do for this is “remove” the turkey. We end up writing in the comment box, “please substitute chicken”. This makes it hard for our local store, as we have already payed through the app, but not the correct amount since no upcharge can be applied. The employees at our store are good people, and I want to help them the best way I can and it’s frustrating that there is no way for the app to show this and charge me for it. What happened people?!?I’m not sure what happened with the last update but it went south! When i went to order off of the app before, you would just put in your side order of chips and add it to the order. but now they want you to be specific with what kind of chips you want! Not all the chip options are on the app, that are in the restaurant. I want Doritos or Cheetos some times but it’s not in the selection and forces you to choose something you do not want! Plus I’m missing points. Gonna have to email them about that. One more thing, please make more character space in the box to write instructions. Way too limited on character writing! Invasive app permissionsC’mon. I just want to eat a sub. You don’t need to know my birthday and my high school mascot. You don’t need to access my camera. Notifications enabled? Yeah… this is getting creepy. The there’s the problem that with the new app I couldn’t actually order a sub. No guest checkout so I had to sign in. Forgot my password so it very quickly emailed me a new password THAT DIDN’T WORK. Just said an error had occurred. I tried to make a new account with a different email address, but got the same error. Tried a 3rd email; same error. Next time I need a sub, just show me a picture of a sandwich, kick me in the groin, and tell me I’m not good enough for your food. At least that would be a better business model than refusing my money at every opportunity..Version: 3.6.8

Reward Redemption FailI want to start with I have only recently started having this problem. Probably like 3-4 weeks ago I attempted to use a reward. I activated it, and when I went to the store the employee stated that no reward was found. I was like okay, maybe it just took some time to show up. Flash forward a few weeks later, I activated another reward for a free sub. I went to the store, put my number in once again, and no reward was found. I showed the employee my account to show that the activated reward was clearly there, but since it did not show up on their end they could not do anything. I gave up on that and attempted to order online to use the reward. Well, that was a failure too because when I place a to-go order. It keeps freezing and never loads. Im just upset my points keep going to waste because it never shows up on the store’s side. I have already blown like 10,000+ points at this rate which is just disappointing..Version: 3.6.5

Login uses make it a miserable user experienceLove Firehouse and when the app works it’s convenient but between odd glitches like reordering an order and the updated site not saving and the multiple problems with logins if is the most frustrating ordering app I’ve ever used. 1. Saved password doesn’t always work so i begin the painful process of resetting. 2. Reset password and then attempt to use the one that I know is correct because I cut and pasted the text only to be given the message that “something” is wrong contact tech support. Always viewing the password to confirm it is correct. 3. Attempt to update password via website but the two don’t seem to communicate. 4. But the winner is the message I’ve received multiple times that I’ve had too many incorrect attempts, try again in an hour. I call this message “The let’s order McAlisters” message. We order groceries and meals on line from a dozen different restaurants and have never had the issues we do with this app..Version: 3.6.8

RewardsNew to app and new to firehouse , sandwiches and service is fast and very friendly staff but the app needs help , I’ve ordered twice on it first time after order is on cart I attempted to pay and it said order didn’t go thru so I did it again and then it went thru , anyways after getting to restaurant I had double orders !! Money was put back into my account before I even got home !!! 2nd order I attempted to redeem free drink that you get for signing up on app and it says that I gotta order a qualifying sandia he first even though sandwiches are sitting on cart, after you pay order you can’t redeem reward so I’m confused 🤷‍♀️ Still you gotta try these sandwiches they’re awesome!!.Version: 3.6.1

UselessI’ve had this app for a while. The interface is fine and it would be great, but I inevitably have a glitch AFTER I take the time to make my order. First, I would input a seven sub order only to have the app inform me that they cannot process online orders at this location at this time. This would be helpful information BEFORE I place my order. Now, when I place my order I am asked to pick a time and date to pick up my order before I select my subs. Then, after I have taken the time to input my order, I am asked again to pick a time and date. When I push the button to select a time and date (which I already did at the beginning) nothing happens. Can’t even make an accountWow, this is one of the most poorly designed apps I’ve had the displeasure to use. Confusing, ugly, and unprofessional? Fine, I can live with that. But this is flat out broken. Background: I got a few free sub coupons with the purchase of a gift card. Unfortunately to redeem them you need to use the app. Okay, fine, I can do that. Except I literally can’t. I sign up, and it tells me I can’t create an account. Doesn’t tell me why, just says “account not created”. I try again. Same issue. I try again, and… it locked me out. Absolutely horrible. The free sub coupons expire at the end of the year. Will I be able to redeem them before then? I certainly hope so. Terrible, terrible app..Version: 3.6.8

Rewards system?I am not sure if the error is on the phone end or the employee end at my local firehouse. Two times in a row now I have added the rewards (that apparently expire) to my order only to be turned down when I get to the store. I show them on my phone that I have added the rewards and they say that they didn’t receive that as part of my order so they refuse to give it to me. The only response was, “idk I would call firehouse.” Not sure why the rewards don’t show up on the stores side but very frustrating when I think I am getting one thing and I show up to the store and have some glitch in the system prevent me from getting something firehouse has promised to give. Please add Apple Pay support in-appI only use Apple Pay now for mobile ordering because it is super secure and fast. Please add support for Apple Pay in your app so I can start using this app again. It wouldn’t take much more effort to bring full Apple Wallet support. While you’re adding Apple Pay support in the Firehouse Subs app, you should also add the option to add a pass to Apple Wallet. That way when I’m nearby any Firehouse Subs, the pass would pop-up on my lock screen and I could see my points and be more likely to eat at Firehouse. Firehouse Subs thankfully accepts Pay in store already so I will use that for now — but I can’t take advantage of your mobile order option in-app because you don’t offer a secure payment option..Version: 3.4.2

Broken appWhoever is the developer of this app likely hasn’t been paid yet so they intentionally made the app not work. It’s been broken for weeks, and I can’t even place an order because the set pickup time button doesn’t work, and every time I try to press it to set a time, my cart refreshes with the wrong toppings on my sandwich. I witnessed a customer at a Firehouse location threaten to physically assault a worker because of how frustrated he was that the app took his money for an order that wasn’t ready, and the store refused to give him a refund. The police were called and the employee looked visibly frightened. The website isn’t any better either, with no option to add special instructions, it is essentially a useless service. Just stick to ordering in store, or calling in the order ahead of time, trust me it’ll save you a lot of time and hassle..Version: 3.6.8

Unintuitive UII was alarmed at the three star rating, and thought, “it can’t be that bad!” So I downloaded it anyway. First, it blows up with permissions requests, and then I carried on to my order. After navigating the menu, I forgot one item. So when I went to add more to my order, it had me start the process over. At which point I figured it out, and went to pay. It wouldn’t let me create an account, and then said my number is in use. So I tried to log in, maybe having forgot an old account, and upon my first attempt at logging in incorrectly it informed me my account was locked and I had to wait an hour to try again. I just wanted to buy my girlfriend a sandwich, man..Version: 3.6.8

This app is awfulI think in 3.6.8 you fixed the issue with modifiers but what about all the people that had incorrect orders drive miles out of their way to pick up a order that was incorrect?? Let’s face it, you do no QA testing on this app period. Or if you do you need to go ahead and fire the guy. This thing is filled with bugs and if you tell the store managers they agree and tell you they hate it just as much. Listen, today is the day I stopped eating at firehouse. I’ve been eating there for over 8 years. Done. Why? Because you could care less about the customer experience. You would of fixed this app ages ago. Hire a new company to develop it. It’s not difficult. In an age of good iPhone developers it’s a wonder you still have this thing that looks and functions like an app from 2005. Customers can see that you don’t care about things like that. And now it’s time that at least one customer hits the road because of it. Can’t Login :(I got a new phone recently and therefore have to log in to my account for the first time in quite a while... so naturally I have forgotten my password. I went through the “Forgot my password” process twice, entering the new password that was sent to my email, yet both times “Login failed. If problem persists, please email support for assistance.” But the catch is, I cannot email app support because “no mail account configured.” An endless loop of not being able to sign in so I can get points for these expensive sandwiches that we want very badly because it’s been a long day and we are hungry. I’m so hungry that this review sounds like English is my second language or something and I don’t even care. Please help me, app developers. Saves no time....Let me start out by saying I have used competitors app regularly and the app Firehouse has is functional and visual pleasing. However, when I use app and pay I expect to be delivered food when scheduled with no line or wait. ( As competitor does). Instead, you schedule, pay online and wait to go a little after scheduled time. I show up to be told I must stand in line with everyone because checkout is actually processed at register. Even after paying online. So I wait behind everyone to checkout. And then another 10 minutes for sandwich to now be made since I checked out. I placed the order and paid online why do we have to go through this? It seems to be a waste of time to enter it in app to simply wait same time as ordering in store. As a father of 6 month old twins always short on time, competitor will get majority of business..Version: 3.4

Useless AppI have had the app for a couple years now and every now and again it will go haywire. Well recently it happened again so I went through all the troubleshooting steps that the tech support always has me do. No change, I reach out to them and I CLEARLY explain that I have already tried the steps without a resolution. Their form response was to try to same things that I already said I had tried. To appease the unhelpful rep I did then and still no change. Every time I responded I clearly outlined all the steps I had taken, what devices are having the issue along with the operating systems and I also tried on various wifi connections as well as cellular data. Apparently they don’t read and replied asking me to take the same steps I explained I had taken. So here I am with a useless app and zero competent assistance. Order doesn’t go through but charges cardAs Apps go this one is pretty useless. I tried placing an order- I got an error message that the order didn’t go through but thankfully I did not try to resubmit it before checking to see that it had already charged my card. The call to the store as recommended and the error message yielded no help because they had no record of my order and recommended that I call customer service. Call to customer service essentially ended with “yeah sometimes our app doesn’t work. You should try ordering online.” Guess what happens when I try to order online? HorribleI have been back and forth for months with this app. I have contacted support within the app. I have lost 2 sets of points for purchasing the Chicken Gyro sub and the Club sub bc I could not enter my receipt. I have spoken with support about all the issues. I have deleted the app and waited a couple weeks before downloading it again and it’s still horrible. I even lost my Birthday sub in April. I love the subs but can Jones say I have not been going as regular as I used to bc of the fact that the app is horrible. They have a Cuban sub I wanted to try but definitely won’t get to bc I may not be able to even see the points I earn from it. Can’t redeem rewards, hard to navigateIt was my first time using the app to order and I tried numerous times to get an offer for free dessert to apply to my order but no matter how many times I tried it wouldn’t work. I tried adding two cookies instead of one and no luck either incase it was an amount issue. It said it would apply once I completed the order but it did not. I wish it let me review the order again after adding my payment. I wouldn’t gave gotten a cookie if not for the offer. Also, it wouldn’t save my instructions for some of my items in my cart while other instructions did. Next time I’ll just call or order in person. Not ordering through the app again.Version: 3.6.1

App crashes at payment screenI’ve had this problem for at least a few months now. We order regularly (once a week), love our location but, this app is terrible. It crashes every time I go to the payment screen. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times and contacting customer service (who told me send them a screen shot...not sure how I can take a screen shot to show an app crashing). You’ve also taken away the option to add any notes or substitutions to the kids combo. We have dietary restrictions, which means I would have to call our location every time I try to place an online order. Very annoying..Version: 3.6.7

$12 spent and all kinds of problemsRead the reviews for the app and thought the critical elements of complaints were blown out of proportion. I was wrong. The app conveyed all kinds of wrong information to the restaurant. I was very clear in what I wanted on the sandwich. The app, like most food ordering apps has a very clear list of items to select or deselect so no mistakes can be easily made. The only thing they did correct was leave the sauces off the sandwich. Food arrived with piles of wet lettuce and mealy tomatoes (the sandwich I ordered doesn’t even have those items selected by default, and I certainly didn’t add them) and the toppings I did order were barely there. How is it I can turn in a detailed order form and get back something that doesn’t resemble what I ordered? I want a refund. If it was a 5 or 6 dollar sandwich I’d blow it off as no big deal, but $12 is what I’d pay at a full service restaurant for a pastrami and corned beef sandwich..Version: 3.6.8

Can’t ever redeem rewardsWhen I originally downloaded the app, I received a reward with a free large drink. I was able to use the reward, and redeem my points, however after that problems began. When I tried to use my free dessert reward, I could activate it, but it could never successfully add to my cart. I ended up having to have them manually deduct in the store. Now, at this point I have 10,338 points, which I can not use whatsoever to get my free large sub. Tapping doesnt work, reinstalling the app, everything I’ve tried does nothing. I just have points stacking that I can’t use. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I have an iPhone XS Max, and i know sometimes apps malfunction with newer models of phones..Version: 3.5

Good for a bitI downloaded the app and at first it worked well and I had no complaints but then about a month and a half ago it stopped taking my debit card for payment. It worked fine before but now it just tells me that I can’t use my card. Deleted the app and reinstalled and still have the same problem. The whole point of the app was to order quickly with no hassles and have my food ready when I arrive at the store. I have not been back to firehouse since because I don’t have time to go there and wait until my food is ready during my lunch break which is the only time I’m close to a firehouse subs store. Please update this appI love eating at firehouse but I can’t say the same about using this app. Slow to load at times and confusing on using rewards for what “qualifies” and what does not. Seems to be buggy in this regard. They were able to apply the reward in store but by doing so I had to wait in line and not able to take advantage of the take out and skip the line by using the app to order. Would be great to easily apply discounts or maybe click on the reward and fill out the order from there by being given options. App struggles, gets lostGlad the sandwiches are better than the app. No guest check out option. No Apple Pay or Samsung pay option. App got lost in the middle of my order and wouldn’t let me add anything until I picked another time and date. Didn’t tell me I had to have an account to order. I didn’t add a favorite location so it wouldn’t let me create an account or tell me why it wouldn’t create the account. I had to figure it out. After I added a card it popped up “DO NOT HONOR”. Not sure what that means. As order time option, it didn’t have right now as an option. After I added a sub, I couldn’t change the size. I had to delete it and start over. It took 20+ minutes to order food. Had I not liked your food, I would have stopped and went somewhere else..Version: 3.6.3

Not able to activate rewardsI’ve been having this issue for a few months now. I just ordered for the first time in a couple of months and when I went to activate rewards I click one one that is available but once I click into it the activate my rewards button doesn’t let me click it. I tried this for the large sub and again for the medium sub but every time it doesn’t let me activate the reward. This happened the last time I ordered and I gave up just as I did this time. I have 18,000+ rewards but I’m not able to activate them. When I click on app support it says “no mail account configured”. Is there another way to activate rewards since, looking at the reviews, nothing gets resolved on the app?.Version: 3.6.8

Barely WorksAs with many other people I am so disappointed in Firehouse’s app. It is very slow and not at all intuitive. Today the app would not allow my placing an order. The find a store option is not set-up in a user-friendly manner as the “Start an Order” button is very small next to the restaurant listing and right now it does nothing when you press it. It’s really sad this app is so bad because it doesn’t just hurt their customers but really hurts the dedicated franchise owners. They lost my business today because the app didn’t let me place an order. That’s a shame and disgraceful that Firehouse doesn’t do something. TerribleI went to order at sub at 7:00pm and the app had a time for pick up at 7:15 available and I chose that. When I went to place the order (at 7:02) the app said the pick up time of 7:15 was no longer available and to choose a new time and the earliest time was now 8:50pm?!?! So now instead of 15 minutes it’s almost two hours later?! I drove up there thinking well they must have suddenly got really packed. There wasn’t a customer in the store just some very bored employees. I placed my order there and waited 10 minutes for them to make my sub. I deleted the app and will just call if I REALLY want firehouse subs but I prefer to do my online orders through apps so I’ll just eat at other sub shops for now on..Version: 3.6.8

Constantly CrashingIt has been about 5 months since I used the app because the last time I did, it wouldn’t work. My husband ordered food in the store, and when he came out with the food I asked him if he gave them my number so we could get the rewards points. He forgot so he went back in and they gave him a receipt and told him to enter the information through the app. Well, that was the beginning of so much frustration that I took a 5 month hiatus from the app. Every time I tried to enter my receipt to get the points, the app would give an error message and crash. Then it stopped showing any of my rewards points all together. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Still nothing. I hung onto the receipt and tried for multiple weeks. It just kept crashing so I threw the receipt away because it wasn’t worth the hassle. I just opened the app up again today because my husband and I decided to eat there tonight, and I wanted to use my points for a free sub. Well, the same problem still exists. I’m so shocked by the fact that this problem is still happening that I was compelled to write a review complaining about it. Need New Development TeamBad IU/UX all around. Frustrated because it wouldn't take my credit card and didn't say what was wrong, just "We were unable to process your request". I put in all the info again (Visa card) THREE TIMES guessing at what it didn't like and eventually tried a different card (Amex). It said "DO NOT HONOR" but then allowed me to charge finally and get my sandwich. Ideally a credit card issue would say what's wrong as soon as it sees it, and not force you to reenter the data. I spent time to set up account, put in an order, apply a reward (which didn't just let me add the free drink from the reward, it was almost like I had to create a new order, THEN apply the reward again). Now that everything is set up I MIGHT use it again but honestly it was a real pain this first time...much easier to just call in the order..Version: 3.6.8

Order went to wrong storeHaving enjoyed Firehouse in the past, I decided to download and order off the app and go pick it up. The app seemed to work fine and it was easy to navigate. I know I selected the correct location as I have been in that store before. When I got there, they did not have my order. I checked the email confirmation and found that the order went to a store in Jacksonville. I am in Atlanta. I did not immediately see a way to cancel the order on the app, so I called the Jacksonville store. They were very nice and were able to cancel the order but it is unfortunate that they probably had to waste food. The fact my order was sent to a store 360 miles away should be of concern as it indicates a major problem with the app’s location functions..Version: 3.6.7

Terrible app. Just order on computer.I have been using this app and keep hoping with each update that it will work better. So far, no luck. Although the app is visually pleasing and allows me to get rewards, etc, it is so slow as to be almost impossible to order in the app. The processing time on every click forward is appalling. An app that is intended to let you order ahead should not take 15 minutes to process through the order! I often get the “something went wrong, try again later”, and at the checkout screen, it takes so long to process that the “soonest pickup time” is forced to me moved forward (which means I have to submit again and wait AGAIN). Don’t bother getting this app. Save yourself time and order on a real computer or just in the restaurant..Version: 3.4

App doesn’t workI downloaded the app, created an account and that pretty much all that’s bee. Able to be done. The app loads but after that it’s useless. You location pops up every now and then but I haven’t ever been able to log into my account from the app or add points to my account from purchases I made. I go to the location near me and they tell me to contact support just like the app does when I can’t log in over and over. I have emailed support 7 times in the past month and haven’t gotten anything back. I have lost the chance in collecting point from the purchases I have made because I can’t log into my app and the location says my account must not be working. Seeing that my wife and I go here all the time it would be nice to be able to add up points and use them for my birthday for catering platters and such. But I see that isn’t going to happen. I really wish this app would be fixed..Version: 3.6.6

Getting Points for Purchases is FrustratingI love getting my subs from here but Firehouse needs to upgrade to a more effective rewards system. Other places make it simple by having a QR box at the bottom of the receipt that you can easily scan and get points and rewards that way. Firehouse makes you take a picture of the ENTIRE receipt. Sometimes the picture is too blurry and the system will not accept it no matter how many times you try! I have lost SO many opportunities to get credit for the food I have bought simply because the app would NOT scan and take my receipt. This is super frustrating. It should NOT be this hard. FIX IT!!!.Version: 3.6.7

Probably the worst mobile ordering appWhere do I start with this incredibly huge pile of garbage? First of all, it constantly logs you out. It’s not integrated to save your password using common IOS iCloud password managers. If you forget your password you can’t actually reset it because you’ll get an error if you try. It doesn’t actually let you set favorites so every order must be started from scratch even if you order the same thing every time. It prompts you to pick a time to pick up the order but l when you try to check out it tells you it’s too soon. The app was developed by actual retards and not customers that would use it to order food..Version: 3.6.8

Single handedly the WORST restaurant appA. Why do you need 20 pieces of information from me in order for me to sign up with your app? I just want to order a sandwich. Name phone number and Cc. That should be it. B. It takes about a full minute for any of the five pages on the app to load C. OK now I’ve made my order but I want to add another sandwich? Where do I go? Once you have items in your cart there’s no option to view the menu however there is an option to “start a new order”Which then asked me which restaurant blah blah blah and starts the whole thing over. D. This is the silliest reward system ever the point of having an app means that it’s all inclusive within the app itself so you making me flash my phone at check out in order to get the reward is so pointless because obviously you have my activity sitting in a database. Why do i need to do all these extra steps to claim a reward that i supposedly earned? D.1 And if I have to scan the reward at the store what’s the point of even offering it at check out on the app all it does is add an extra step and get in the way of me completing my order. E. So after realizing that I couldn’t claim my reward until the register, I tried to check out low and behold my reward page will not go anywhere unless I select to receive my reward..Version: 3.6.8
