✗ Poor Navigation ExperienceMy initial instinct was to give it just 1 star but decided to up it to 2. I find it very frustrating to navigate around the app. You are forever opening unrelated pop up boxes claiming you have unlocked some rewards etc. I tried booking hotels with the option of breakfast and it’s impossible to find any even after ticking the filters. While searching for flights it shows you the cheapest price on offer but when you click “View flights” you have to scroll through loads of other flights before you find the one claimed to be cheapest. It should have been a direct click to the advertised one. Most websites have the option of direct chat to Customer services. I note with this app you have to purchase some VIP status in order to access the direct chat function. This is a big Red flag as it means contacting Customer services for queries would be a hassle. I wanted to know how I could choose Breakfast option for the 5-star hotels I planned to book but there is no where to get that information. I will be gladly using the other travel apps I currently use and give this a miss..SammyswyVersion: 7.26.0

✗ Deceptive PricesNo matter which city you look at, for which dates, or for how long, the app shows you excellent prices until you click on and click through to make your reservation where it says “oh shoot! that price is gone”. This would be acceptable for some of the too good to be true prices on there but when you are checking totally regular hotels for regular prices and still being told it’s gone - without any update to the prices listed on the app - it’s daft..Xander EffinghamVersion: 7.45.1
