✓ A+++ Don’t hesitate to download this app!I have been a DH Gate user for years now and I have absolutely NO complaints! You can find almost anything on here. The sellers are cool and I feel safe ordering from them. I have only had one problem with a product out of over 30 purchases. When the item came and it wasn’t as the seller described, I attempted to communicate with the seller to fix the situation. The seller only wanted to refund me like $12 on something I paid like $45 for. The team at DH Gate looked over the communications and refunded the entire amount. They do not release the money to the seller until you receive the item and a satisfactory review is left. I am super pleased and will continue to order from this site. Plus you get discounts a lot of times when you order from the mobile app as opposed to ordering from the computer. Just order early because it does take a while to get to you because of the international transport. You get a tracking number though so you see where it is. A++++!!! ✓ Good site for buyingI have been buying through DHgate for a while. Some items take longer than others & some are excellent value & some not as described but when an item is not what you ordered raise a dispute. Every time I have received an item that is wrong colour, size etc it has always been refunded in full. I am part of a private WhatsApp group that sells designer items they are the same items you can buy on DHgate but they are half the price in DHgate. I’ve bought same items from both & quality exactly the same so if looking for a bargin you will find it here..Version: 6.1.5
✓ Don’t use ApplePayThe app works ok. Customer service is not as easy as it could be. I purchased/ordered $2500 worth of goods among 6 orders. All were cancelled because I apparently had to verify my payment method. Make sure you place a small order first and do this through the account profile settings. They don’t tell you this up front and there is no way to do payment verification until you place an order. What’s even more Irish is that they take up to 5 working days to verify your payment details and in the meantime the orders are cancelled. I’m using ApplePay with my VISA account, they somehow linked a MasterCard account that I’ve never seen before and so my verification photos did not support the details they had on file. Can it really be that difficult? YES What would also be great is having an iPad app that you could use landscape. I do everything else landscape but have to hold my iPad a different direction just for this one App....Version: 5.0.7

✓ Great experience!!So far, my experience with DHgate has been incredible. Their items are fairly priced and mostly a good quality. A tip is, before you purchase something, analyse the customer reviews properly (I personally prefer to see the reviews with photos so I have a better understanding of what I want to purchase and if it’s worth it). So far, anything I order comes within two weeks to the UK. My only PROBLEM is that I wish they could put in wish lists and we could customise them (e.g. shoes, accessories, clothes etc). ✓ Brilliant AppI’m loving DH Gate and I will never pay full price again for designer items. My daughter introduced me to it and every item I have ordered has been absolutely amazing and identical to the real thing. The only issue is delivery time which varies from seller to seller and it has to come through customs which takes time too. All sellers have been great with delivering on time, it easy to track on the app and on Royal Mail too. The app is superb I do like to see pictures of items purchased I won’t order from a seller unless I can see pictures. It’s easy & quick to order. ✓ LOVE IT BUT BEWARE OF CERTAIN SELLERSI fell in love with this apple long time ago, but I will tell you is that I order off here literally almost every other day. You really have to check the reviews for the sellers and sometimes you’ll notice that other sellers have the exact same reviews as a different seller, which makes me believe that they purchased their reviews. One seller that you will be highly disappointed is called “BUYOCEAN” she claims to be a high-end designer, pocketbook dealer.. I promise you will get trash. Once you get something from that seller, you will fight with her for three months just to get part of your money back so I’m telling you to beware.. another seller that I would not buy from is “LUCKYDUNK9” you won’t get so lucky with this jackass. First he claims to be a high-end sneaker dealer all types of Nikes, Christian Louboutin, etc. Because this bastard doesn’t even ship the item so once again, I’m on 2 1/2 months fighting to get my money back but they won’t give you back your money until the item shows that it’s been delivered or not delivered which is insane because now you have the money off my card it’s gonna be given to the seller & I have no Sneakers. ✓ DH GreatThis website is fantastic providing you use it wisely and you adjust your expectations accordingly. The site is selling high end products at reduced prices so you need to understand that compromises will be made somewhere. That said I have used the site extensively and I’m very happy with the products I have received. Some tips: Stick to reputable sellers with good feedback (a high number of transactions and high percentage of positive feedback in these transactions). Find sellers that have photographs of their products in the review sections so that you can see what you are getting. When searching for products use different searching methods (e.g search for small crocodile to find lacrosse goods etc) Always be careful of the sizes. Goods are predominantly sold in Asian sizes so will be much smaller for an American or eu market. Most sellers display their size charts but they are not exact. If something turns up the wrong size then raise it as a dispute before clicking to say that the products have arrived. Most reputable sellers will take steps to rectify this for you and are very helpful. Be careful about ordering footwear. It may look good in a photo or real life but they often have the wrong height in the heel or are too tight/not enough flex. ✓ Great siteI have been using this site for a little more than 3 years. I have gotten some really great articles that I still wear today that are still in great condition. However, I have gotten some items that seem like they are 5 sizes too small. Avoid the vendors that sell clothes in asian sizes. At least in my opinion.. they never fit. Overall it’s a great site. The thing is, the site is so saturated with vendors that you really need to dig deep and find the good vendors to get a stellar product. Once you find the good vendors, you can rest assured that you’re going to be dripped out in quality apparel. Also, once you find the vendor you like you can contact them on WhatsApp and they will make pants to order for you. You can give them the size and your measurements and they will custom make them to fit you if the site doesn’t have the size you want. Which they usually don’t. Here I will brake down the ins AND outs of how to come out ahead and be a winner. Rule # 1. Know the product you want to buy and do your research on it. Rule #2. (Most important) look at multiple stores selling the item you wish to purchase and “ONLY BUY FROM SELLERS THAT HAVE MULTIPLE REVIEWS WITH PICTURES along with multiple sales ” Repeat “ONLY BUY FROM SELLERS THAT HAVE MULTIPLE REVIEWS WITH PICTURES along with multiple sales” very very important. ✓ Fakes a plenty!It’s certainly cheaper than flying to Shanghai and buying a lot of fake goods. The quality is also very good. Obviously there will be problems with some sellers but I find if you stick with the better known ones it’s usually very good. It’s cheaper than some of the other sites but you have to be lucky. I’ve bought several things that turned up very bad fakes and the good thing is that you don’t release the money to the seller until you receive the goods. DHgate have a very good problem resolver team and usually they take 2-3 days to get a resolution. Was a bit of confusion with coupons and the online help didn’t understand what I was saying...which was how do you add them to your cart. So, whether I had done it with trying different things or the online service had, I don’t know, but least I got the money off lol. So, my next test is to see 1. How long they take to arrive and 2. The coupon system is confusing for me, and I don’t know if it is even worthwhile of a system for someone who comes here as a retail consumer. But perhaps I would get more out of that as a retailer buying wholesale. I like that the sellers communicate so well with customers- it shows me the developers value trust and strong relationships between users. The app can appear cluttered and searches can but saturated with unwanted items, and some items that you may want to be of higher quality can seem impossible to find among a sea of cheaper versions, but this can be navigated by the user by being knowledgeable of the product being searched, knowing how to best filter searches, and being specific in executing those searches. I have not figured out yet if it’s possible to filter the content I see as a buyer throughout all searches and while navigating all parts of the site. ✓ READ THIS!!!!!I have been using dhgate for about 3 months now. So far I have received 12/13 things that I have ordered and the one order I did not receive dhgate was able to successfully give me a full refund of my money. Currently I have 12 additional items shipping and on their way to my house and I’m positive they will all arrive. I know it’s difficult to find the right buyer and many people don’t like this app because they don’t get the items they bought but all you do is look at the reviews for the product you want to buy. There is even a filter in the top right corner of the app when you search things that allows you to find items that have more purchases and better reviews. Use these filters and Look at the reviews people leave and look at the pictures as well so you know it’s legit. By doing this you are giving yourself the best chance to get the best products. The only downside is the wait time but for the great quality of the products you receive and for the price you pay it’s totally worth it. I would recommend this app to anyone..Version: 4.7.2

✓ Excellent application with minor defectsThe application is great, well organized howether I would add more features in the filter such as seeing items that people have reviewed and left pictures on as the reviews and pictures for me are a dealbreaker and allows me to make an informed decision, however without the implementation of these filters it takes me a very long time to find the right seller with good reviews and high quality items. Most sellers are excellent as they offer quick replies to any queries and ensure you get your product, however some sellers completely neglect their customers queries which isn’t fair especially after ordering an item and not being able to ask if it’s been shipped or ask about the item before hand such as sizing as sizing for clothing is usually Asian size which is FAR smaller to western/ European sizing so buyers need to be made aware of the size differences before ordering the item so they can select the right size for them. Aside from shipping taking extremely long, varies by shipper , could be 3 weeks or longer before you rcv your items. I have been very happy with the goods I have purchased. However, do your research before you buy! Make sure the seller your buying from has made multiple sales, ask for actual pictures of what you wish to order, most of photos on app are stock photos from internet. Legit sellers will send you actual photos of items. Don’t waste your money on quicker shipping, still takes just as long. You may notice that many sellers have same items for different price s, I’ve learned the hard way you get what you pay for, so if it’s real cheap and other sellers are all selling for more money, it’s likely the quality is terrible. Read reviews carefully, it’s pretty easy to tell a fake from real one as the grammar is not correct. I always place my reviews stating they are real. The only issue I have is if your looking for counterfeit goods such as handbags or trainers, you need to know what your looking for as they aren’t advertised as the branding they display. ✓ Brilliant app with even better productsThe only issues I have with the app are 1 when you are placing an order it’s not straight forward adding the item to your basket, it doesn’t give the option to add to basket, just says buy now so when you have selected your options you don’t know if it’s been added to your cart without going to it to check which lengthens the process when ordering the same item in 2 sizes or colours! ✓ Mobile AppUnfortunately, the mobile app because of its limited size is confusing and quite often difficult to navigate. The mobile app is not now, nor will it ever be the desktop version. The desktop version is a five star operation. The mobile app needs some improvement problems, especially for those who is native tongue is not Chinese or English, it’s very surprising to see the price of goods and services only to see said price nearly double when directed to the shipping page. Shipping prices are bordering on ridiculousness. Understandably price increases unstable governments. International conflicts and wars are responsible for increasing prices. There needs to be a better way to combine shipments going to the same location. Using multiple stores with all items going to the same location should not cost the buyer full delivery price. I have quite a few other issues I’d like to discuss preferably with a person someone in charge. ✓ You need to know what you’re doingDH gate is an amazing platform but you need to know how to purchase items and ask the right questions, ask for pictures. I have a few very high-end vendors that I use they send me pictures all the time the inside and the outside every bag that I received has been a mirror quality. If you’re ordering from DHgate and you’re not asking for pictures in advance then it’s your own fault for getting crap. And the bottom line is you pay for what you get if you’re paying $40 for a bag or under $100 it’s probably a piece of crap . so do your homework, ask questions, ask for pictures. And if you do get an item that isn’t what you ordered or you don’t like it you have the right to return it you need to know how to do that as well if you don’t then that’s your own fault. If you message a vendor and ask for pictures of an item and he’s not responding then don’t use that vendor look at their reviews look at their store information and see what kind of reviews they have are they a high-end vendor because DHgate will label them as a high-end vendor or a recommended vendor.Version: 5.9.3

✓ DEALS! STEALS AND EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINKI have been a customer on this app for probably 3 years. I had no issues at first and then covid happened and I moved unexpectedly and somehow I never got 4 items. Defiantly no ones fault just crazy times. I recently started making purchases again and over all I’m happy just about every time. Granted I do my research. Once I find something I like or if I came looking for something specific I will look for seller with the most sales and positive feedback. I will not purchase for a seller with less than 500 sales but prefer over 1000. It’s hard I would really love to support new shops but there’s so many on this app and generally anyone who has issues it’s with a new seller. Someone’s you’ll 1 or 2 reviews for a new seller and their mind blowing amazing. DO NOT BE FOOLED! It’s not that hard to have your loved one your even yourself purchase something and leave a review. ✓ Faster than thur competitorsI have only had positive experiences with DHGATE. The delivery each time is soooo fast, it’s unbelievable. 10 days to UK. I guess the sellers I choose are very reliable. Always go for sellers with lots of reviews. It shows they are actively selling. Also, be patient and communicate with seller so they show you pictures of what you are actually buying. A seller who takes time to communicate values their business as well as yours. One thing I bear in mind is shopping online regardless of the country is risky. My advice however is that anyone using this site should be aware of major size difference which is standard for purchasing from Asian countries. DHgate gets a bad rap for unscrupulous sellers screwing international buyers out of money but it isn’t DHgate, it’s the seller. When you buy international, there is always more risk involved. My average purchase is $30-$40 and was willing to lose that a couple times over to find good sellers. After about 18-20 purchases mostly from different sellers, I’ve o Ky been disappointed with the product once ($8 no big deal) and one item was lost in the mail, which the seller didn’t care about. I didn’t get a refund. The only complaint I have toward DHgate which is the reason for the 4 stars is that support said they would check into purchase that was cancelled but not refunded for me and I never heard back. Fortunately the seller and I worked it out. Most of the sellers have been willing to work with me and do want to conduct fair business. However, if you’re happy with either very, very, very high quality knock offs or the genuine thing but with minute imperfections then this is the app for you. I bought a pair of Yeezy’s from there, RRP is about £220ish.. I got them for £36 including delivery. Madness! I cannot tell the difference between them and a so called ‘genuine’ pair.
