✓ Has potential but far too pricy for what it isThis could be a great product, but $99 for three month subscription is way too much money. It’s very buggy, crashes often, the videos often won’t play (on strong Wi-Fi or with full data signal) and the customer service is horrible. ✓ Don’t Fall For The after Trial!!I heard about this app from a You Tube video and decided to take a look at it. It offered a 3-day free trial and charged $30 afterwards; I accepted. After using it for about an hour, I knew that this isn’t the best way for me to study. I planned to try it again the next day but forgot. Luckily, I sat an alarm to remind me to cancel in case I didn’t like it. There were no clear cancellation instructions, so I emailed customer service. I kept received response emails stating that I emailed them outside of their normal business hours. I double-checked and saw that my original email was well within their business hours and the second email was one I was hoping they would see the next day. After emailing a third time, I received a really rude email from a supposed to be manager, Blake D., stating, “I’m not sure that you have seen our replies. Our business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CDT Monday - Friday.” It was obvious that I had seen their replies and I’m in the same time zone, so there wasn’t an issue with that. He goes on to say that I would have to cancel and request a refund through Apple, not them. Really wish they would have just replied to my FIRST email so I wouldn’t have been charged in the first place! Horrible customer service! I'm not sure that you have seen our replies. ✓ If you have the book...If you have the book then I think the full app should be included in the purchase...at the very least, it should be DEEPLY discounted. ✓ It didn’t prepare me near enoughThe 3 stars are because I enjoyed using the app and some of the study material was helpful. I used it every way possible. I took all the quizzes in all the categories, created custom quizzes, and went back over and studied the things I wasn’t getting right until I was getting 100% on everything. Then I went to take my test and thought, “Where is all the material I studied?” I don’t have test anxiety, and I have strong reading comprehension and writing skills. I just barely passed the exam. I’m reading reviews by people who are thrilled to have gotten an 85%. Everyone knows real estate exams are extremely difficult, but why can’t a study tool be designed to match that standard; and for those of us who study it the hardest be better rewarded for our efforts? Is it satisfactory to have a country full of realtors who only know 75 to 85% of the agreed-upon standard? I’ve been thinking about writing this review since I tested in June. I’m left with this thought: If it’s not uncommon for people to have to take the test multiple times (more $$$ to the real estate commission) which requires more learning or keeping a subscription another month (more $$$ to the education businesses…) could the system be designed for more money to be made before the mark is finally hit?.StephsterdaydivaVersion: 10.5

✓ Wish the app was broken down per stateBought the app, It’s ok, some good info, but there are many things missing that are state specific, like in Florida questions about the DBPR, homestead and etc and the app has a lot of terms that aren’t used in Florida. My class used the Dearborn book (only 19 units) vs this app that has (21 units). I looked up a number of terms that are in the app in my book and they weren’t there. Also the units aren’t set up anything like the units in my book, which is the latest edition from Dearborn. Maybe I missed something that said if in Florida don’t use..Flvol77Version: 5.14.2

✓ Was greatI enjoyed the app very much. I liked it enough to pay for the whole app. Until a recent update in which all the questions have some cartoon with super small font and you have to zoom in to read this comic strip and answer the question. I like to go on and answer random questions as a quick refresh but now with this it takes up way more time and I answer less questions than before. Please provide an option to just have general questions please. unless I'm missing something and this can be removed. ✓ Practice questionsI have the hard copybook for my real estate class, but i thought the app would be a smart way to get some extra studying in between my busy schedule. Kind of disappointed the unit quizzes are the same on the app and in the book. ✓ Decent and real review from a real customerI got this app through the book I got in my real estate school this app is perfect for refreshing memory and the basics of things all though I would like to point out that I have taken the state exam 4 times and have not come into any questions that are even similar to the questions asked on this app I do not recommend this app for the state exam I recommend you find harder questions cause that’s what I was asked in the state exam this is a very good app for keeping your mind fresh but not good at all for the state exam.11122667773Version: 8.6.5954

✓ Good, just frustrating :(I downloaded this a month prior to my 2 week class. The preparation was great. I loved the app. I wasn’t in a hurry and when something didn’t work correctly I would move on to another area. Great for casual studying. Day 1 of class, the app crashed and would only let me take quizzes over the last 3 units of the book. (22 units in book) that was rather frustrating. So I e mailed dear born. They said “Hey Meagan we will fix the bug in a couple days.” I’m a guy that isn’t named Meagan...13 days later....after I had taken my test, it was up and running. When I take the quizzes now, they will randomly say that I had questions answered incorrectly when I did not. THAT can hurt what you’re memorizing. I basically had to go back to the book to make sure my answers were correct. The app will freeze during a quiz, which makes you have to start over and not know whether or not you passed the quiz(when taking a quiz over 25 problems that can really make you frustrated) I am not happy with the app. I had paid for this app, and whenever I pay a substantial amount of money I want the app to work correctly. The info in the app is great! But unfortunately my job as the app user was to find the issues for the future for other downloaders to benefit from..Jman 5000Version: 5.3.0

✓ It’s pretty goodI bought the year subscription and I’ve been studying from both the app and the book. The app is good to study with and do quizzes but it glitches from time to time and the videos won’t work all the time, but when they do work they’re really helpful and useful.
