Useless service and buggy appThis feedback is for both the app and the supporting service by nurse and doctors. It takes ages to connect to a doctor. The app may show 20-30 mins and still take an hour to connect or a doctor. While 2 mins barely in the call, the app showed an dialog “unable to connect to a provider” while the call was on. Closing the dialog also drops the call with the doctor. You have to restart again and great. This time no providers available. Such a useless service..Version: 2022.46.1

I will never use this app again!It takes them too long to respond you and their response is: we’re very busy! Then why would I waste my time to download this app and talk to you if the representative by phone is busy and then you tell me that you’re busy too!!!! Just solve your problems by yourself because they recommend a Dr to you and if that Dr has an emergency then you have to pay from your own pocket and this app would not help you at all and everything turns your fault..Version: 47.1.0

ConfusingExtremely user “unfriendly” Super disorganized and confusing app to work with! It’s a terrible app which frustrates me every time I need to use it. It’s so unlike Google to use such a horrible app..Version: 2023.40.1

Bad UI design prevents booking appointmentOnce you select a healthcare provider and a time, the app requires you to write down the reason for visit. However, the text box takes up half of the iPhone 13 Pro screen (I even changed my phone to use the smallest text size) and the other half is taken up by the screen keyboard. There isn’t a way to hide the keyboard so the NEXT button is stuck under the screen board and impossible to book an appointment. Fix this ASAP Please! App does not work and terrible serviceApp does not work, it crashes. It crashed when I requested to do the appointment and after that I haven’t been able to login. The forgot password option does nothing. I have called the phone service and they are very kind but informal, I was supposed to get a call back from the representative working in my case after waiting for a week, I called and they recommended the physician that is closest to my home which is not good and was the reason to request Grand Rounds service. I wasted a lot of time with the app and calling for nothing..Version: 10.1.0

Waited 7 hrs for call from clinician and I just tested positive for COVIDTested positive for COVID in person this morning but the facility won’t treat people until you set up an appointment (next day) so came home and chatted with Grand Rounds. Person was nice said she would get clinician to call me. 7 hours later she called and left voicemail. Worthless app and company for urgent medical needs. But they do give helpful videos and self help support in the form of preventive health and such. But for COVID or strep or injury it’s go to emergency room and don’t waste your time with this app. Better to just sit down at emergency room.Version: 33.6.0

Bug in provider search: doesn't account for in network based on locationThe providers listed are in network but not at the locations defined on the map view, so there is no value on using the map view or distance value when trying to book an in person appointment. Also the feedback link at the bottom of the results has no submit button, so you can fill in the form but then... not submit it. It looks like the recaptcha isn't loading as a small progress bar shows briefly before leaving a blank space..Version: 2022.44.1

Don’t Trust This Company With Your HealthcareThis app is horrible based on my experience, and seems like a way to sell any data that you provide. If they answer the phone, don’t count on common courtesy. In my experience, they mostly hang up and pretend not to understand basic health questions. The reps will attempt to stall by asking countless questions while providing no answers. Add to that, they become argumentative which is counterproductive. Ask for a supervisor and you’ll be placed on hold for hours on end. Simply put, do not trust this company or their app..Version: 2022.41.0

Great service, app has some minor bugsVery convenient app. It’s helpful to have policy information close at hand. I use it to track my deductible and health spending account. When I lock my phone, the app takes a bit to reopen. Usually I’ll have to kill the app and relaunch it for it to load back into the dashboard. Additionally, if I get a push notification and attempt to open the app by clicking on the notification, it will load for a long time and sometimes I’ll just need to kill the app and relaunch (as with the other issue listed above). The bugs are what made me give it 3 stars. Devs did a great job on designing the app. It’s visually appealing and super easy to navigate. Once the bugs get squashed, it’d be a 5 star app..Version: 6.2.0

Very bad if you are a corporate customerMy company provides this service as one of the benefits. And this is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Specially if you are part of this service through as benefit. I asked them for a physician recommendation with my insurance information attached and stop they got me an appointment with a provider that was not covered through my insurance. I had to pay out of my pocket for annual checkups because they messed it up. The time when I asked for a dermatologist recommendation they suggested a provider that was not accepting patients for problem I had. When I reported that back to them they outright just refused to accept this. Do not take this service for your employees if u want to help them as benefits..Version: 13.1.0
