✓ Update ruined the conceptThis game has been on my iPad for year! Used to be possibly one of my favourite games, but this new update has turned it into a pay to play unfortunately I have like 87000 in the game but they are now not as useful because they introduced “ a diamonds system” so if you want anything decent now you must pay! Completely ruined a great indie game that was very well made I will probably just delete it now as I can’t really get mush further without the currency I worked for in the game Yes I can still buy some decor and such with $ but the diamonds are impossible to get and I won’t pay over and over for a app game to progress This is a shame this was added what’s waste of my time! ✓ ConfusingI really like this game but like the other reviews, the dialogue can be confusing. For example: what am I supposed to do when a customer wants a pizza and all they say is just “Za.” Like, what am I supposed to do with that?? ✓ Great but needs some adjustmentsUsed to love playing this game, and the concept is great but there were some problems in terms of logistics. Sometimes ‘customers’ would say that the distributing of toppings was ‘bad’? I’m not sure why. Are you not meant to overlap toppings? Also, I get that this game is realistic, with having to pay for the ingredients used etc. but I think it’s too expensive? Or we as players don’t get payed enough. It will take a long time for us players to purchase items (such as a better oven) to cope with the harder levels which I think decreases the engagement of this game overtime—which is why I barely play it recently..Version: 2.6.3
✓ What.Listen I love this game but I hate how the customers say their orders in riddles and I’m supposed to just read their minds. I also don’t like how customers say that they want a (for example) bacon pizza but then complain about not having olives 😭. They always complain when they aren’t specific about their order and then they take out $20. I love everything else about the game but I wish that customers were more direct and specific about their orders. Especially when they say “pepper” or abbreviate other toppings. It’s annoying. This lady came up to me and said “Ding Dong!” like what??? I get trying to make the game more fun but this is kind of the opposite of that 😓. Another example is “No pain, No grain!” And then they expect me to know what that means. Another thing, it’s frustrating when customers get mad at you for taking a long time after ordering a huge order. Example: ordering three pizzas with more than 2 toppings, ordering every single topping, ordering more than 3 toppings on a pizza. It just doesn’t make sense how are you gonna get mad at me when you ordered a ton of stuff 💀. Also the money system is terrible to me. You could literally make $2 a day. It’s so easy to have absolutely no money and then you won’t be able to have any money. Those are my main issues with this game which is why I’m giving it two stars. This game is really cool and fun. ✓ Beautifully designed but a little boringGood Pizza, Great Pizza has all the ingredients for a fantastic game, but it never really gets there. To start, the game is really well-designed. I love the aesthetics, the sound effects and the little details like building the ad into the morning news break. In terms of game design, it really feels like the developers put a lot of effort in and it shows. That said, after a few sessions of playing the game for an intensive hour, I find myself bored. The motions of actually creating the pizzas are tedious and frustrating because my phone screen is too small to accurately place the toppings, which affects my accuracy (something you are scored on). I also find some of the orders beyond vague. Yes, I get it’s to make the game more challenging but how are you meant to decipher something as vague as “za”. If you have to look up the order so that you don’t mess it up the first time, that’s a fail for me. I’m not looking for a play experience where I have to constantly switch between the game and the wiki. Tl;dr: good game that needs some QOL adjustments.Version: 4.2.4

✓ Great Game but too many bugsI have been enjoying this game but recently the game often stuck randomly when alarms or screen time limits shows. And the day will need to be restarted. Also I’m currently stuck on day 53 and have ran it twice. It always freeze at the end of the day. Consider each day takes 10 mins it feels really bad when the day was totally wasted.. please please fix the bugs.Version: 2.9.8
✓ Orders are difficult for me to understandEven after pressing “what?!” I still don’t understand what the customer wants for example the customer asks for a pepperoni pizza so I give him the pizza and he says he didn’t want sauce but he never asked for no sauce or the half and half orders arnt clear enough to understand.Version: 3.2.3
✓ Definitely deserves a sequel or another food source type of game.This is a very lovely game! everyone says that a game is addictive and then i would go on and play it and get bored after a few days but this game is just so gosh darn amazing! i now know what it feels like playing an addictive game and have it be addictive for you! i can definitely see a sequel to this or another type of food like burgers or doughnuts or literally anything. this game reminded me of papa louis’s types of games like papas pizzeria or taco mia but i feel this game just has more features that are nicer like the way people order food and make it different eachtime (sometimes challenging) and some choices can change the story a little bit and the way you can make the food and go on your own pace but, the longer you take the less money you get and the less tips you’ll recieve encouraging to go at a faster pace and mastering it. when you start off with the normal oven it starts to get slow but good thing theres an upgrade for it or just upgrade the oven for £7 or just watch an ad to make it faster for a day which is barely losing money unless you play at a slow pace or, you can just wait patiently for the pizzas to be cooked or take advantage of the time and make another pizza (if there is 2 or more pizzas requested) i just love this game too much. edit: got bored after a week and falls off after a while.Version: 4.6.0

✓ Started of amazing then ended horribleHello,I downloaded this game for me and my niece to play and we really enjoyed it. It was so good that when my niece left my house I played it myself cause it was so relaxing and addicting! I started playing it the next few day but then I noticed how the customers were getting really rude and even inappropriate. From my point of view they literally would take no pizzas I gave them. When I put on plenty of toppings they still ask for more! As I said at the start I found it really good so good that I even told my sister to download it! Until she started seeing that the customers were being really rude and one of them said something that was VERY inappropriate for a CHILDS game. Also something I also thing should be cancelled is the “supreme” as it’s VERY VERY hard to get all the toppings except for eggplant on a little piece of dough! And when u finish the pizza they say”not enough bell peppers or what ever the topping is! Or how it doesn’t look nice enough! Like when is a pizza suppose to look nice!?!?!?! Also another thing that should also be cancelled is the police officer coming in EVERY morning saying “ya know why there called deadbolts is because of ya don’t bolt your doors your business is dead! Like yeah I know you come in every morning telling me that I’m hardy gonna forget?!?! ✓ Can’t get past level 8So this game is amazing but there is a few problems and a few ideas I have. This morning I went on and clicked start (chapter 1 level 9) or something. It then said that I had to restart day 8. So I wanted a bit more cash so I watched a ad (sponsor) The game was called safe zone and it was about zombies. THE AGE FOR THIS IS 4+! But also the ad didn’t work and it wouldn’t let me tap the x to close it down. So I restarted the app. Got back on but said I HAVE TO RESTART DAY 7!!!!!!!! Why?!?! So I did and everything was going well until the last few orders. Someone asked for plain pizza so I gave him cooked dough. Then he complained that there was no sauce. HE NEVER ASKED FOR SAUCE!!!!! Second terrible order: the homeless guy so I made him a pepperoni pizza and it was perfect but of course, he didn’t pay. Last terrible order: last minute of the day, team ZA asked for five peps and made me go bankrupt. Also please make it so you can name your restaurant..Version: 3.2.3

Now your just making same pizzas constantly there’s no fun too it and it’s starting to get boring. ✓ Had high hopes, but it became just like the rest of them :(I LOVED this game when I first discovered it god knows how long ago. It was always the game I could turn to when I was sick of all the pay-to-win stuff flooding the App Store. You earned all of what you needed entirely through the game and it was such an amazing feeling. I logged in today after having been off for a while and the first thing that popped up was a micro transaction window to get the money you need for in-game repairs and whatnot. Really? I guess I should have known they were going to do this at one point but I’m disappointed to say the least. Everyone always says “well, you don’t HAVE TO pay.” No, you don’t, but every single game always makes it so you have a harder time if you don’t. They make it so you feel that you have to in order to actually enjoy the game and not waste time doing the same levels over and over in order to make money when instead you can pay for it. It’s so scummy and I hate that that’s how every single app ends up like. Makes me miss the early 2000s when you paid once and that was it. Whatever. ✓ Booyah, a great game!.. kinda.Yo, this was one of the best games probably on this platform, the style is excellent, the characters are differentiated, (AKA not all the same,) and its a very simple cooking esk-type game, very addictive. Now, no game is perfect, so, lets talk about P and C’s. P’s: This game distributes a ton of toppings and the pizza requests are actually really creative. Its never hard but never easy, also, there are characters of different shapes and sizes and everyone is different. In my case, that’s some good, no great pizza. Now, the C’s.:This game is great… but what the heck are up with these costumers personalities?! Now, don’t get me wrong but, wow. Costumers can’t get a simple “yes, I’d like a cheese pizza please!” out. Usually thats not good bc its almost to easy, BUT YALL SOMETIMES TOO HARD LIKE- this grandma/costumer said, “Ding Dong!” expecting me to know that she wanted a BELL pepper pizza like, MISS GIRL?? I don’t do those puns alr? anyway, they also make horrible/unrealistic income. the average is 2$ like, at this point I don’t know how im not outta business with that cash bro. ✓ Fun but some problemsPretty fun especially in the beginning but as you get further into the game there is either more bugs or the developers have intentionally made the game so much harder you can only pass if you somehow read into the coding or restart each day when someone doesn’t like your pizza. Random orders will randomly tell you they never wanted sauce, when they never asked to not have sauce. Usually the wheat orders. But if you leave out sauce they still get angry. Random orders will count anchovies as meat and others won’t but they’ll never tell you unless you what? them three times. It’s getting nearly impossible to keep enjoying coming into chapter 3 because it’s the same thing over and over. People having problems with pizzas because there is never a clear classification of what people do and don’t want. Also for some reason missing a single ingredient gets you 1 star rating? If the game addressed these issues it would be less frustrating and more enjoyable to play for everyone. Besides these issues it is very enjoyable, and a clear standout game to others in the App Store. No ads every 15s, not forcing in app purchases, and watching videos are rarely forced/optional. Actually nice items worth buying gold to obtain. Great upgrades. Lovely art style. I look forward to seeing how the game develops and if it solves these issues..Version: 3.8.1

✓ Story Time!...So, there once was a time that I’ve played this game to 100 (possibly even plus) days. And then I lost all my progress. I was crushed by this but said, “You know what? I’ve played this long enough to just leave this here.” So even though I didn’t have my progress this app remained on my phone. I’d tune in every once in a while. To play something wholesome. Ad less. Also, to check in if there was any progress. And now fast forward to today, I see it on the front page of Apple. Now Apple made all this new changes. Apps that randomly delete themselves when not used and such. So of course this gem was one to get scraped. So I download once again, for old times sake. But, woah, what is that?! An update?! I have got to check it out. And what did I come back to see? Ads. An added currency, able to be purchased with real money, I might add. And now you got to pay to use the little fast button?? Come on! Last but not least, the attitudes of the customers. Omg. They will literally ask you for an all meat pizza without the meat. And when you make it a cheese— they yell at you! Asking where’s the pepperoni!! I don’t understand... this used to be such a wholesome game. But you’ve corrupted it. But I’ll keep playing. Cause if there was one thing I wanted to see again, it was that wholesome smile of that hobo guy when he asked you for a free pizza. Anything you can give. ✓ Awesome game, used to be betterI remember living this game, even finishing the quest line with the pizza cult and helping the homeless man make his own business; this game grew close to my heart. When I swapped phones, my pizza shop went right back to day one and I thought it would be just as fun! Nope. It’s the same game, except helpers cost diamonds now, and so do a lot of other things that used to cost in game currency. I miss the times where I felt like I earned those upgrades, but now? ✓ Super fun but needs a few improvementsThis game is super fun. I always come back to it and can play for hours! I do feel like a couple things can be improved though. A pause button would be nice. Also the profit you make on a pizza (excluding tips) needs to be improved. I watched the amount before someone ordered and then after I made the pizza and you only make around $1 - $2 per pizza and that’s being slightly skimpy on cheese and sauce too. Also, if someone orders a pepperoni with no pepperoni, they should be charged for a pepperoni instead of a cheese or when they order a surpreme but ask for the toppings to be halved, they should still be charged full price. It would be just slightly more realistic that way. I also have a problem with people getting mad and wanting a refund because their toppings aren’t more spread out, I even have the topping guide. Sometimes the vagueness of the orders is a little stressful. I get making it fun but if there are going to be orders like “ding dong” or “moo” or even the “salty sailor” or flatbreads, there needs to be a more in depth menu to refer back to. Edit: why is my sauce and cheese suddenly able to go all over the crust of the pizza? Before today it would stay in the circle and now it’s not. It makes me waste so much money..Version: 3.4.14

✓ Amazing game, but…Good Pizza Great Pizza, a fun, addicting enjoyable game. So relaxing and the designs are so cute. You can unlock toppings, get upgrades, and decorate your pizzeria. An all-round good game. However, when you get to chapter 3, it all starts going downhill. As soon as the delivery update comes out, the game becomes so stressful it stretches to the point where it’s not enjoyable, but it’s stressful getting people’s orders in on time, while juggling orders from impatient people also waiting for their food. Please make a solution to this, as me and other players may feel anxiety and pressure from the game. A suggestion may be to do deliveries separately and not have to do in person orders and online orders at the same time. Maybe even an upgrade to get a delivery buddy, so you don’t have to worry about the app. Please fix this issue ❤️.Version: 4.26.9

✓ Started off well, went down hill very drastically.So, at first I thought this was a great game, really enjoyed making the pizzas and actually found it quite relaxing to be able to complete the customers orders. As the game goes on, all of the customers become really hard to please and the comments are clearly automated and on a cycle, because even if you have put plenty of a topping, they ask for more and sometimes even ask for a topping which they said not to put. This has ruined the game because not a single customer is happy and the levels are now just repetitive and tedious. The new “pizza coins” are also a massive mistake as you can’t buy anything of value with them and they are just a bit pointless. I do not find this game relaxing anymore, actually quite the opposite as it is frustrating for all of the customers to be so negative and the gameplay so boring. I understand that there should be a few comments like this to make the game more interesting but this is too far and is ridiculous. I had high hopes for this game. ✓ Poorly Distributed ToppingsThis game has great graphics, a pretty good story, customisable options etc, and I would give it 5 stars, but I can’t get past day 28 without losing money, because the customer claims that I’m “Poorly distributed the toppings,” or I “Closed my eyes and threw some olives on top.” When there were no touching and I spent 10 careful seconds placing the toppings on. I’m saving up for an in game perk which allows you to have an outline where you should put the toppings, although I can afford it, because my balance is constantly going down due to refunds. ✓ LovelyI have spent hours on this game already, everything about it is adorable and calming. It really helped with my anxiety which is why I downloaded it to begin with. However, as the game progressed, orders became more demanding and more confusing, and if you ask “what?” then the customers happiness goes down faster. This made me more anxious and honestly quite frustrated as every other customer would order a supreme pizza, which is every topping - each topping gets placed 16 times and there’s about 12 toppings, so that’s 192 taps per pizza. I really enjoyed the start of this game but then it got frustrating for me personally. I did get a good 5 hours game time before I ran into this though, so just be aware that it gets trickier and more demanding later on..Version: 4.27.0
✓ So much fun! but...I’ve been playing this game for so long and i genuinely love it so much! But, the new update that came out 2 days ago has slightly ruined the experience. The achievements and recipe book are annoying, they get in the way and I’ve completed all of them, but of course the update doesn’t acknowledge that. The difference between coins and cash is horrible. I’ve been saving up for an arcade machine and all of a sudden, when i’m a few hundred away, it rendered pointless. Ads are a lot more prominent, when it was updated that there was an ad after each game, i was ok with that. fair enough, everyone needs to earn money, but at the end of a game and the final person comes in, i don’t want to be sent to the app store! And even if they are not polite or don’t be clear or takes time to load, think onto the positive side. Could you make a game as good as this? I can’t. And to make a game like this you need to have one response to everything you say and do. WOW! Now. When it loads you need to have complete patience because of it takes a long time to load, it will be a really good game your are playing. Also to make the customers as best as they can .
