✗ Txt credit purchasesI purchased 450 credits which is 3 questions and because the app for some reason had issues I never got my 450 credits yet I was charged for them. I went to support and they wouldn’t do anything to fix this issue so because of the poor service I received from support I lost money and again didn’t get my credits I purchased. Other than the poor service from support the psychics are amazing. I just wish that support would be more sufficient and fix their error and give me my credits I purchased as I also showed them my receipt for it. They say go to the website yet when I did that it always gave me an error and wouldn’t send anything. I told them that and they just ignore it. Tried the website and it is fake. Doesn’t let you send anything when there is a problem with the app and support.Brokenheart42Version: 17.5

I sent a question with a picture which has always been charged at 150 credits and was double charged for it and denied a refund. The support team has been very unprofessional in dealing with issues of refunds/transactions. I’d been a loyal customer since there’s two incidents but now will stop using this app and other sister apps and will advise my friends the same.
