✓ Still excellent game 2024 one of bestGalaxy of heroes has to be one of the most stable games Iv played like this. I used to like marvel strike force but it’s so unstable it crashes a lot and the characters are very unbalanced, they focus on forcing u to pay to just do events. But galaxy of heroes has a much more worthwhile feel to it, yes it has characters you may have to work for everyday for a couple years but it wouldn’t be as fun if anyone can go straight into it maxed out with everyone, it would get boring fast. Majority of characters you can get free from events just by doing a few battles with characters given to you maxed out to test them. Galaxy of heroes just has a pretty good game matching balance feel and you don’t need to spend money on it to have fun and compete in events. Just find a decent group to join and that will help a lot.Version: 0.33.8

✓ Incredibly moreishBe warned, Galaxy of Heroes is very addictive. It's time consuming too. But, more than anything else, it's great fun. You get to assemble a squad of famous faces (and plenty of not so famous faces too) from everybody's favourite galaxy from far, far away. You use in turn based squad battles for various types of rewards, all of which help you upgrade your squad. The different characters have different powers, some of which are apt (chewie is a tank) and some aren't (oddly so is Han). That's a minor a quibble though. If you're a Star Wars fan with lots of free time give it a go: you'll love it. If your a Star Wars fan with a job, a family and other commitments give it a go: you'll love it, but other aspects of you life will suffer. We have been warned. ✓ BrilliantThe best game I have ever played but unsure how to do two things. How do you create a guild, I can’t find a create option anywhere. At the moment I am in a guild, don’t really want to leave it to test if I can make a guild once I’m not in one. Also, everyone has such cool names and I am called Drew Rosario, please can you help me solve these problems because it would make the game that little bit better. Thanks for making such a good game for free. Also, I have a suggestion, most of my weak characters I haven’t tried out and would like to but not lose rewards or energy consequently so could you invent practice battles and it swaps between two of your teams and you can play against yourself, it would also help me figure out what the best squad to put into squad arena is, thanks 👍🏽.Version: 0.23.0
✓ Brilliant Game!I would highly recommend this game to any Star Wars fan, even those who are not overly in to Star Wars! This game is very addictive and there's always some form of progression for you to do, whether it's levelling up your favourite character, going through the levels or playing events which give you more characters! I've been playing this game for about 2 years and it's never bored me. I haven't had to spend a single penny of my money on the game and I've unlocked all of my favourite characters, including Kylo Ren, Kit Fisto and Boba Fett! The only downside to the game is when you first start it can be a little slow and difficult to learn how to play. But once you've cracked that and get playing it's very addictive and you quickly unlock your favourite characters! And the characters are from all the branches of Star Wars, canon and legends! The only thing I'd change about the game is that they need to add Jango Fett and perhaps different outfits for the characters. For example the clones are all without helmets and I think there should be an option to add the helmets. Poe Dameron is wearing his jacket whereas I prefer his pilot outfit. Overall this is a fantastic game which you really should give a try! Best feature is you really don't have to pay real money, only if you're impatient and want to unlock characters faster! I have been able to unlock all of my favourite characters through time and patience and have never spent any real money on the game 👍.Version: 0.12.1
✓ Always something to do. Don’t have to spend money ( in my opinion)There is a lot to do in the game which is good because you would never get bored with it but can be bad as you do have to dedicate around 40 mins to an hour at least, so you can do all of the different activities and have a chance of levelling up in the quickest time possible. This is one of those games where you can’t leave it for too long because you would drop down a lot of places in the arena and it’s very difficult to get back up again to the place you were, as I have learnt from experience. Apart from that, the game is very good as there are a wide range of characters to collect from all the films plus the expanded universe and the developers are constantly bringing new things into the game. ✓ Progressive game without any Pay To WinThis game is really addictive and entertaining and has so much progression to be done and it’s honestly so fun and satisfying levelling up characters and increasing their abilities and overall power, choosing and levelling up your favourite Star Wars characters and using their unique abilities in game is so fun! I personally think they should corpses for deceased characters (friendly and enemy of course) just for more of an immersion aspect, different death animations for characters killed by melee, explosive and blaster attacks for example, using different death models for uniquely shaped characters such as R2D2 and the Wampa and other characters that are physically unique compared to the other physically humanoid looking characters!!! But other than that, honestly such an awesome and worth while game and it’s FREE!! ✓ Great gameThe game itself is massively addictive, the progression is amazing and playing, collecting and upgrading your favourite Star Wars characters is something truly nostalgic to me and I’m not gonna lie… pretty darn cool😎. The game overall is outstanding and I myself am completely addicted. The only reason for giving the game 4/5 stars is that quite often recently whenever I’ve finished a level or the game is loading.. it sort of stays in a loading loop or freezes at the end of the level not giving you the option to go back or anything more often than not I have to close the game completely then re open it. I know it’s not my device or my connection as I’m running BT hub and am Iphone 12. I’m not sure if this is just me but like I said. The game is amazing..Version: 0.24.0

✓ Great but....I do really enjoy this game I have been playing for what must be about 4 or 5 years as a majority free to play player, apart from the very rare occasion I buy I few extra gems. Problem is since relics came along and you need to unlock relics on specific characters to get the best to even be able to compete at the top, I find that a lot of my time is being spent working on things I don’t even want rather than upgrading the things I do enjoy, so that’s pretty disappointing really and unless you throw buckets of money at the game then by the time you do catch up they have already moved the goal post. This can in a way be looked at as a good thing cause everyone loves a constant update and something to work towards otherwise we would have nothing to do, but you are leaving the f2p players further and further behind out of greed and eventually you will lose us completely ....Version: 0.19.2
✓ Too many paywallsWith every new update the paywalls get worse. Relics, Epic Confrontations, Kyrotech, reducing hard node tries from 8 to 5, reducing events from two days to one... General Skywalker requires insane characters to beat and you only unlock at five stars and have to farm him in a guild store so that by time you can 7 star him he won’t be meta anymore. Absolute garbage. The only updates these days are more choke points and paywalls..Version: 0.17.1
✓ A good turn based Star Wars game!I’ve played this game for a few months now and overall it’s good. F2P is viable but takes a lot of time and patience, I purchased the great value Hyperdrive Bundle to get me started but this isn’t necessary to play the game, it just makes the earlier stages less frustrating for me. The concept is simple, you battle enemy teams with a team of ships or characters in various game modes. The battles use a turn based system. A battle starts by you choosing the enemy character to attack, then you select the attack skill. Once all your characters have had their turns the enemy team takes their turn. The best thing about the game is the number of Star Wars characters available and building custom teams. Overall the game is fun, sometimes frustrating and very involved but very satisfying when you setup you characters correctly for battles..Version: 0.23.0
✓ Best Game On IOS PlatformThis is one of the only games I play daily and I highly recommend it. I cannot speak highly enough of this game, there are a HUGE amount of characters and their always adding more, the developers are very active and care about the little people like myself, on the last update, I had an issue where I had lost a bunch of my characters but my review was seen and my character’s restored. But, the update that came out about a week ago: -first impression was good, went online and saw that now you can view the amount of shards you have of each character in the store without having to click on it. -But then I went into my characters and saw that my 5 star, level 56, 5,100 pwr, Admiral Ackbar, was gone. GONE. LOST. That character has been my main focus since I got the game and just like that. GONE. For some reason though, I can still use him in the arena although not in levels or events and the 5k pwr I had from him is gone. ✓ The best out thereThere are a lot of Star Wars games out there, and this is by far the best. It has a very complex system which may make it difficult to understand at first, but also means that there is always something to do. I love how all the battles are within a cantina; I thought that was a really clever idea. Having different tables for different types of battles, and having different rooms for guilds and ships, helps break it down. I will admit that, at first, as I would with any other game, I struggled to understand the system. But it’s been about 6 months now, and I’m now level 70. The game is cleverly designed to allow you to unlock more features when you level up. To level up, you have to finish a specific group of battles. This system means that people of all ages can play. This is honestly one of the best games I’ve ever played. Not just the best Star Wars game, but one of THE BEST EVER..Version: 0.23.12

✓ This game is very good!I have been playing swgoh for a while now and it’s really awesome unlike any mobile game I have played I love it! I think there should be more energy (Cantina and Dark side / Light side battles. Because I want to play more battles but I can’t and I have to wait till way later or tomorrow to play more because it takes long to regenerate. Which does go up when leveling up but not by much I also think a “Test” or “show case” Something where we can test the characters to see how good they are, and to test synergies. ✓ CG Developers are simply incompetentSeriously, they pretty much take every game and deliberately ruin it. That’s the only explanation because NO ONE could be that stupid. This game USED to be a strategy game. Now it’s nothing more than a money grabbing game of collecting characters. Every update shows their incompetence by nerfing, and this penalizing, any good ship or character that takes time and resources to level and gear up. Battles are mere coin flips decided at random. Oh what’s that? You theory crafted an amazing team to go against a phase of one of the raids? Yeah, sorry, we will need that too. Oh, what’s that? You have a bunch of great characters and you can climb relatively easy for payouts? No problem, we will just ramp up the AI on the opposing side to go first every time. No big deal. Seriously, I feel sorry for anyone who has been caught up in this game and has spent any money on it. I you want to play this game, just accept it for what it is. It’s a game of collecting characters. Take your time and don’t spend any money. ✓ Developers have zero imagination.Truthfully. THEY... didn't come up with Star Wars. THEY... were given an opportunity to work on something that was imagined by other people. THEY... have such a short attention span and introduce "new" content that they then ignore needs updated and upgraded for over a year and counting. They also have an absolutely definitive and obvious cult love for a single faction in this game. How did this get past any quality control? EA isn't paying enough attention to players feedback and alienating half of the Star Wars fans that existed before they ever had a chance to put their grubby biased hands on it. Everyone remember the game Game Genie for Nintendo? Yeah... they put that in the game as a single REBEL character. R2D2 is so powerful in this game, it's a wonder he didn't just solo the clone wars in the movies. They have no idea how to balance meta and instead have a development strategy like checkers instead of chess. Even in checkers they start one side with all King'd checkers and think that's the equivalent of balance. In Chess different strategies have a counter, but you are able to switch strategies the next time around. ✓ Awesome game but could maybe use a few changesFirst I want to say that I really enjoy this game and it’s one of my favorite iPhone games. It’s fun to play and it’s challenging in a fun way. That said I do think there could be a few things to change. First, it would be nice if there was a way to get the characters you get in guild raids and territory battles. I completely get it’s a fun way to get characters and capital ships. However, for people who don’t really like to be in a guild, people who can’t join a guild, or people who aren’t in a good enough one, there is no way you can get iconic characters and ships like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki Adi Mundi, Han Solo, and the Malevolence. I would completely understand if you made it to where it would be slower to get and max star them but at least it would be possible. Second, I think it would be awesome to at least have an option where you can give the clone troopers phase 1 armor. I get it if you don’t want to make a whole different character, but it would be cool to at least have an option that you can use. Other than that, I really enjoy the game and it is super fun and I would recommend this game to anyone who likes Star Wars..Version: 0.23.0
✓ ConceptHello EA, I just started playing this game a few weeks ago and I love it. I’m also a huge fan of the bad batch show and I have one problem, you can’t farm echo shards. My concept is a limited time event where you use bounty hunters to hunt down the bad batch. ✓ Great Game!I would recommend this game to any Star Wars Fan! It is amazing! I’ve had this game on my phone for over 3years and I casually play it. People who say it’s a money grabbing game clearly haven’t played it long enough because it certainly isn’t. Yes you can purchase things to level up characters quicker and make your characters more powerful at a faster pace but that’s at your discretion. I have never spent any money in this game and I have strong teams. If you have the patience and are determined to compete against and work with others this game is definitely for you, you can either slowly build up your squads or purchase things in the store to help. I personally wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything as it feels so much better building up your characters yourself..Version: 0.19.1
✓ Great game! Here is some things to make it better.First let me start off by saying I’ve been playing for almost 2 years. This game is great and I would recommend this to anybody who is a Star Wars fan and in a heartbeat. There are some things that could be changed to make it better though. To start some people like me don’t spend there ally points the second they get them. Sometimes I have all my points stacked up to 45,000 and that does not make it very easy when you cannot collect more than one bronzium card pack at a time. It takes me 5 to 10 minutes to open them all which is really Boring. If you added a way to open multiple at a time that would be amazing. Second if there was a way to see all of the special events so that you could know exactly what types of characters you need to level up to able to play certain events. For the longest time I had no idea which characters I needed to get to play the R2-D2 event. I finally found out when the event came around again but had no time to prepare. ✓ Free to play friendlyThis game has been a huge success and has done amazingly over the three years of its release, I have been playing for just under a year and agree with the fact that it isn’t as friendly to new players as it was this time last year. However I don’t think there are many characters that are locked behind pay walls, apart from the marquee characters but that is to be expected. Even some of the most powerful characters are free to play, granted they may take some time to get, like Darth Nihilus for instance but put enough patience into the game and you will see benifits. In my year of playing I have managed to not spend a cent on this game and I am a strong player in top 500 arena and constantly moving up. It is hard to start getting those powerful characters in the lower levels and there are definitely times where you have to wait a few days to get a little bit of progress but stick it out because it’s worth the wait. Overall it’s a great game and I would love to see the developers implement some more features and bring back a use for allied points but other than that, it’s great.Version: 0.12.1
✓ Makes you come back every dayIf you’re a Star Wars fan or just a fan of grindy games in general, this one will have you coming back every single day. Whether that be to do raids with your guild to simply checking all of the stores for shards for your favourite characters. While the grind can be slow for rarer characters, when you do get them it feels great. The daily challenges that change every day are one of the main reasons I play daily. I want to get these extra upgrading materials and gear and look forward to playing the game on certain days just for the challenges alone as I know I’ll be able to upgrade one or multiple of my characters that day. But by far the best things about this game is the guild activities. Find yourself a good guild and you will be having tons more fun chatting with them and you can help each other build better squads of characters, bouncing ideas off of one another and completing raids together. The sense of community you could have is great. Obviously there are micro transactions but if I’m honest, I don’t feel the urge or need to buy anything. The best way to look at it is if you get into a routine with this game, you will NOT have to spend any real money to have a good experience. When I have bought crystals, it was purely because I think this game and its developers deserve it. If you have the time, please check out this game. You won’t regret it..Version: 0.20.21
✓ A F2P with a P2W twistThis game is a lot of fun and a lot of frustration at times. It’s geared to make you run out of stamina or instant win tickets quickly and usually when you are trying to complete something or get the shards needed for the character(s) you really want. It is a constant repetitious grinding but if you enjoy the game and don’t want to spend money, it’s a good game for you. I’m mostly Free to Play (F2P) but have spent money on some of the gear and upgrade deals that pop up every so often. Gearing up and leveling can get expensive. You get crystals (the generic currency for just about everything) on a daily basis by doing the daily quests. If you don’t spend them (good luck) you can amass a good amount but the extra credits, stamina, shards, etc all takes crystals and a lot of them. The max level is 85. It took me about 3 months of doing the dailies EVERY DAY to get there. Personally the work and time put into it feels more like an achievement than spending $100 USD and just having it handed to you. Just keep in mind that it takes time to build your people and to find a good team that works well together..Version: 0.24.10

✓ Long slow decline of a once fun gameI loved this game for the first year I played it, but the company has been moving, over and over again, to make progress slower and to invalidate choices that the players have made in the past. They continue to make announcements that they want to improve the game for new players and alleviate the gear crunch for what are now mid-game items, but then they continue to scale back events that allow players to SLOWLY aquire these items, making it bad for established players, but horrible for newer players to progress.Version: 0.17.1

When I go to play the game it saids "new client available" and when I click the "okay" button it takes me to the App Store and show me the game but there's nothing to be done! No update no nothing! ✓ Love the game except the timers in pvp modesI have been playing this game for a while now and love it and spent a bit of money on it but the one thing that really winds me in pvp modes is that there is a timer and going against certain squads there isn’t enough time to fight them for example I have been against a few different people that all used Phoenix squad from Star Wars rebels and they had them at a decent level and a bit of a challenge especially when they keep giving each other protection and gaining health which means that u can beat them but it takes a bit of time because you can drain there health slowly but the problem I have had a few times is the timer runs out when I get them down to two members left and it annoys me because when it hits 0 it says draw and I know that if I had no time limit or more time I could win so please extend the timers or remove them completely..Version: 0.26.0
✓ Wickedly amazingI have been playing this game for so many years and it never ceases to amaze me with all of the new updates and content. It is always similar to how I would envision the characters to be. The gameplay is very very fun and makes it seem as if I am actually recreating the battles. The only thing I’d say is unfortunate is that once you get into the higher levels it is difficult to find a fair fight in the squad and flight arenas as you need to have a team to even stand a chance. If it is possible to have opponents based upon your characters you are using them it would be much better in my opinion. However I know that most people in the higher ranks of the arenas are going to have op squads, hence the name squad arena. However the battles are amazing and super fun. The energy seems to dissipate really fast though. Maybe it’s just me. Love the game and hope that it is continued to be updated and have more content coming soon. Loved the Jedi Knight Revan update a whole lot. He is beautiful and his robes were done so well it made me want to get him so bad. It is similar with all of the other legendary characters. ✓ Great game, but...I really love this game and I’ve been playing for a few years now. It is complex, yet has a good management set up, and is incredibly immersive. The downside to this game, though, is that it is built almost exclusively for the Pay to Play (PtP) players and all the updates they make now further cater to this. Not only is it just that, but, also, the prices for gems and character packs are comparatively high and the money you pay only leads you on to paying more for top-grade gear. Otherwise, you are seriously crippled in what battles you can win - or even play at all. It takes a VERY long time to upgrade characters without the cash and, for someone like me who isn’t out to spend a small fortune every time I see the newest character release, this is discouraging. I wish they would do something to help out the little guys - even if it just meant increasing the character shard farming rate or something. I hope they will continue to make this game better in the future and, if you’ve got either the time or the money to invest, enjoy it for the present as well..Version: 0.20.30

✓ Few small mishapsEasily one of the best games I’ve ever played. Unfortunately, you kind of have to pay to play to reach the really high levels. I’m the 1531st highest on the leaderboard, but I can’t reach higher as others have obviously payed to gain the character shards that are harder to get. Some characters I can only earn 1-3 shards a day as their on fleet or hard battles. I’m loving the new Sith Empire Group, but there’s only four characters technically from the same Sith empire. ✓ AwesomeOk, this game has been around for ages and you are way behind the eight ball but it doesn’t require paying. Yes, it will take longer, but that occurs with every single game in existence. It takes preparation to get the end game toons but is totally worth it when you do. Buying might shoot you up early but it eliminates the wow factor of having to grind for a toon. ✓ Clone Team and Ally PointsIt’s a really good game, and it has a lot of potential, however, it needs to work on life improvements. Many of us high ranked players disregard ally points and it’s respective packs. This is because there is no button that allows us to redeem multiple packs at once. I have been an active player for many years and I feel many teams need to get buffed. I use a clone team and although it performs well with raids it has no chance against arena metas. It would be nice to see the ARC Trooper (clone) in the game which provides a different leadership synergy and provides turn meter reversals..Version: 0.10.1
✓ Fun gameWhile this game is fun it could be better. They need to add a global chat because right now if you want to chat you can only do it if you’re in a guild or if you make a chat with all of your friends in it. They also need to make it easier to find active guilds & players around your level(I’m in a guild myself already but I’m the only officer in the guild still active and most of the players in the guild aren’t active and I’ve been looking for awhile for an active guild to join but it’s hard to find one. You need to be in an active guild to do the raids because otherwise it’ll take awhile to generate enough raid tokens and raids are the only way other than using your gems to get some of the gear you need for your characters and the harder tier raids, which need like an active full guild to do, is the only way to get character shards for certain units. Also if you want to be able to do some of the events and the ship battles than you’ll have to spend money on gems or packs to get enough shards to not only unlock the unit but to get it to a point where you can use them for all levels of the event(this is especially true for the ships because the only other way would to be only buying 4-5 shards at a time every day for the ship you want from the ship arena store and what it offers changes daily so it can take awhile to get enough shards and therefore by the time you might get enough shards the ship event might be over)..Version: 0.13.0
✓ New charactersHello, first off I would like to start off by say that I really enjoy this game especially the events and new character events. It really adds to the game and keeps it fresh and I always look forward to new ones! One thing I did notice though is that for almost every boss you fight is also a playable character except for the Jedi temple guards. I know there’s Jedi guardians but it’s a little different. It would definitely be cool to have the temple guards as playable characters to your team. They could be tanks, offer support or protection to other Jedi’s. Another cool character to add would be the grand inquisitor. Attacker, Sith empire, have a spinning lightsaber to block attacks. Some other ones I think would be cool is Ashoka from season 7 of clone wars with her two blue lightsabers, the child from the mandalorian. (He would be with Mando in his beskar armor, similar to how we have Chewie and 3PO. But the child would also be cool by himself.) Hondo Ohnaka, who else is going to score you more credits then him? Okay maybe not a lot for you since he’ll take 80 to 85% of the profits, but how much fun he would be to play as and be put on a team of smugglers. And one more would be Lando from ROTJ and you can have him fly the falcon with Nien Nub in ship battles. But overall just a fun of the game. And recommend it to any SW fan..Version: 0.20.1
✓ Huge gear grind, yet I’m hookedI’ve never been a mobile gamer. However, my old flat mate used to play this game all the time and at the start of the pandemic I thought “what the heck I’ll give it a go”. Within a few weeks I was hooked and it’s become my go to game to pass a bit of time. Now about 18 months in, I’ve hit a gear grind wall which is sucking the life out of me but I get a bit of a high when I finally complete gearing up a character. Truth is, you need to be a Star Wars fan to get by this games shortcomings and it’s obvious ploys to get you to spend money. It is possible to play this game free to play, you just have to accept you need to be patient. For example, getting a galactic legend character FTP is going to take months of playing the game efficiently to accomplish. I do think the developers are taking the game in a concerning direction long term, but it’s EA so what did y’all expect! ✓ Great game but matchmaking is brokenBeen playing since launch, and love it overall. Biggest issues is their matchmaking algorithms…especially for territory wars. It’s fairly common to be matched up against a guild that has 30mil more galactic power, and 5 times the galactic legends your guild has. It’s sucks…it’s demoralizing, and it needs to be addressed. They need to change it to where galactic legend counts are taken into effect. Also, a 30mil dif in power? Seriously? That’s absurd. Oh….why are there so few ships? You can even fill up what capital ships we currently have(not even close!!!) and another capital ship is added. Don’t get me wrong, like I said, I’ve been playing since a few days after launch. I’ve spent waaaaaaay too much money (5 figure range by now), and will continue to spend as I do love the game. I love the friends I’ve made in game, and even spent vacations with them, so that alone was worth the money. But they need to add more “low hanging fruit”, so to speak, to fill our rosters and fill up capital ships. What do I mean by this? Take tuskins…there are only 3, so it’s good for 3x3, but what about 5x5? Rogue One…so many more characters you can add. Old Republic? Seriously, why do few? ✓ Just some ideas....I’ve played this for about 3 years now and I still love it. There’s always something new to work on. Couple of simple QoL ideas to suggest: could you create a ‘Skip’ button for the raid cutscenes? I’ve done hundreds of raids now and having to wait for these to finish (even though it’s only about ten seconds) is really tedious. Also, with ally points, could we have an option to use them all at once rather than plugging away at them 250 at a time? Much like the multi-sim in GW. ✓ You need patience, NOT money!I have been on this game since launch day and I have no real complaints. Yes, it may take time to level certain AAA characters but that concept is normal within all games. I am completely FTP and am part of an extremely strong guild (over 115 million). This cost me nothing other than time and dedication to a game which is easy to give due to the depth and amount of fun this game provides. Most people who complain forget it cost them nothing to download and with patience they will get a lot in return. THIS GAME CAN BE ENJOYED FOR FREE! ✓ Worth every minute!This is probably my favourite game on the App Store to date and I’ve downloaded and play tested over 1,000 games spending WAY to much time in each but I’ve felt every minute to be worth it in Galaxy of Heroes! The gameplay can feel a little slow at the start especially around levels 30-40 but once you acquire your first 7* (7 Star) character and find a friendly guild the game starts to pick up. The leveling system is really good too as it rewards long term players to reach level 85 but unlocks enough stuff on the way to keep you busy without overwhelming you. With the recent addition of PvE ship battles there’s constantly new characters being added and new raids being developed meaning your never short of things to do. The turn based combated makes for a fantastic strategic game and competitive one when versing real players, it also great to see other players team and manage your own to create the strongest one possible (you’ll most likely reach the conclusion of empire/Sith or Phoenix). ✓ A Game More Addicting Than FortniteThis game has to be my all time favorite app. It is truly one of the best games I’ve played, definitely the best mobile game I’ve ever played. The game features a satisfyingly plentiful collection of characters from throughout both the canon universe and the Legends universe. The game never gets boring as there’s always something new and always something to work towards. One of the most Interesting things about this game which sets it apart from most games like it, is the fact that you don’t “Have” to pay actual money to progress in the game, though there are many benefits to doing so, either way you’re going to have a really fun time with this game I highly recommend it to not only anyone who loves Star Wars, but to everyone, as this game has something for everyone. ✓ 2021 and Still going strongI initially picked this game up about two years back. Since then I have hopped on and off this game quite a few times, but always finding myself hooked to it each time I’ve come back. The gameplay is probably the most advanced and well designed in its genre. Characters actually feel as if they have purpose and character synergy is even more important. Unlocking and utilization of characters are actually pretty well paced. Till this day I haven’t spend any amount of money on the game and have managed to unlock and upgrade many of my favorite characters to max stars (including darth vader, darth maul, darth nihilus and anakin skywalker yo name a few) The only two negative I will add is that 1) in the early game, recourses are quite limited and would probably deter people from pushing further deeper into the game. 2) energy runs out too quickly, especially in the late game I hope this game continues to see support and that more people come on board to play the game. ✓ Dang near impossible to progress.They must have lowered the chances of getting shards for characters. I’ve been playing this game since about when it came out and there wasn’t much to do (except for a couple months after Disney bought Star Wars). And earlier this year I was able to get a character unlocked and 7 stars after maybe a week and a half or two if I use my energy on it every day. I was actually able to grind for characters. But at some point, I started only getting maybe 1 or 2 shards a day (even spending saved gems to refresh I won’t get any) so I’ve spent dang near all this entire year of 2019 trying to get 2 characters to 7 star. 2 characters. They have been 5 and 6 stars for longer than I can even remember specifically anymore. And when I try to get support. It’s just send an email or post. Nothing happens. But that’s probably just EA. I love this game and I love playing it. But for months upon months all I can do is use all my energy every day and get 1 or 2 shards sometimes getting none. I’ve started just to play other games and forget to come back. If this can’t get fixed I’m gonna quit and I’d recommend new players stay away. ✓ Great game but greedy for moneyAesthetically brilliant, lots to keep you busy have played since first month of release in U.K. But now they have got ultra greedy. Every aspect that requires you to advance they charge for, unless your willing to spend £100,s you will never get into top 300 on your server, you will need to spend £1000's to get into top 100 in your local rankings & guess what....only the top 100 get the best gear to Advance even more. They have slowly removed the things that let you earn money & reduced crystal payouts since it launched. It's a shame as a great game getting spoilt badly. DEVS this is the general feeling across most players please listen & give more back, allow us to sell equipment or at least trade it up again. Make drop rates more reasonable & stop making everyone chase the same gear spread the requirements out a lot more so that characters need a better spread of gear instead of building up 1000's of one gear & having none of the rest. I’ve read some of the reviews and I agree and disagree with the some of the points they are making. Let’s start off with the grind aspect of the game which everyone is complaining about. All I can say is this, it’s part of the game, it’s what makes it fun, along with the feeling of achievement when you finally get a seven star character, or get your character to purple gear level! It just makes you feel on top of the world, better than anyone. Anyway, I’ve also heard a lot of people talk about how this is a pay to win game, but it isn’t. While, when you start the game you feel like the only way you can get more characters is to buy them, but as you progress you realise that virtually any good/really good character is farmable! ✓ Love it RE: UPDATEThis game is amazing and addictive! Now that they have worked out the kinks in back to loving it. There is so many events and things to keep you busy during the day. I've been playing for just abiut a year and still no where near being sick of it. Few problems here and there during the updates but usually it's fixed pretty quick. Customer service is amazing too. Always answer the phone and it's an American person. I can understand them and they actually care! ✓ Half a character for 50 pounds?This game is a great game for people who enjoy Star Wars, or just have a basic knowledge of the story. I always have fun playing it but it has some problems. After about gear level 8 getting to the next gear gets hard but worth it. Eventually some gears cost like 20 quid and everything is a rip-off. Like they say they don’t do Christmas rewards as Christmas isn’t celebrated in the Star Wars universe, but then again there are so many things like January rewards and January doesn’t even exist. But they’re fine releasing half a character for 50 pounds! They won’t give away rewards for Christmas because Christmas doesn’t exist in t Star Wars universe but it’s fine when they make money out of it. ✓ Great game overallAmazing game have been playing for years and am only just reaping the rewards now so it takes a lot of dedication to play ( almost ) as a free game. Suggestions I would have would be to make relic 8 gears a little bit easier to obtain, I enjoy my guild and am a long term member but we are very far off obtaining the power to challenge the rancor elite raid so without leaving my guild or spending money I’m stuck at relic 7 and I’d really like to push my characters past that stage and have all the resources besides the aeromagnifier. I’d also love for the geononosis raids to be a bit more realistic, my characters are stronger on the light side but my light side best team can’t get past one wave where as on the dark side offensive I can beat many more waves with much lesser geared characters, this makes obtaining Ki Adi Mundi ( my favourite SW character ) nearly impossible without changing guilds. ✓ HeroesWhen I first got this game I was looking for a Star Wars game because I love Star Wars and I found it. I loved it. I played every day for about six months I love buying new characters in leveling up. Game is awesome because it’s free and there’s no ads and the graphics are great. I would recommend you get this game because you can unlock your favorite Star Wars character and almost every single Star Wars character in Star Wars history. But one downside to that is it takes a while to load To get on. And I decided I’d spend 1300 crystals to potentially get Bo Katan and I only got SEVEN! ✓ Exceptional gameAbsolutely brilliant game, a must get for any Star Wars fan. Just one problem is that there are some basic characters missing like C3PO and Mon Mothma, other than that it is definitely my favourite game and will be for a long time. A new idea for the game would be to add a vehicles mode that you can fight with vehicles from throughout the history of Star Wars. I see a lot of of people complaining that it is pay to win only and it is a terrible game i agree that EA and Capital Games try to get money out of people but if you are patient you can do just as well as any pay to win player. ✓ Good game but some minuscule flawsStar Wars Galaxy Of Heroes is a really enjoyable, free-to-play game which (I personally) have had many fun countless hours playing and trying to get new teams and characters, i would like to bring to your attention of the character Unmasked Kylo Ren - It is very hard to counter him as many of my teams cannot lower his health without him getting it back . My current team is the phoenix squad which includes : Hera, Erza, Kanan , Garazeb and chopper. I have come across a chewbacca leader with kylo and couldn’t find a way to beat him i ended up restarting while at the very end of the Galactic War table (purple chest) . ✓ An enjoyable game but the developers are sometimes mercilessI love this game a lot, I’ve been playing for a very long time, my account dates back to the first years of the game and after a long time I picked it back a few years back and I haven’t stopped since. This is a very fun game but it takes a long long time to get to the point of it being fun, since I had a jump start from my account existing before so my time to the “actual gameplay” wasn’t so long. When you hit level 85 the REAL game starts and things get different. Until then it’s a bit of a long haul. HOWEVER this is coming from someone who didn’t like start over my account fresh so maybe things are a bit different. There’s a $100 bundle called the hyperdrive bundle which is super good for what it is but you have to make sure you want to dedicate yourself to the game. 2 friends bought it and still play 2 years later so I’d say it’s worth it if you’ll play at least that long. There’s a steep power curve and in some aspects there are certified “best squads” in the game which I’m less of a a fan of but if you start fresh you can freely start grinding towards those so it’s fair for new players. I’ve seen severely underpowered super focused accounts with high tier squads. Very fun game, other than hyperdrive bundle nothing is worth spending tho tbh. Love you capital games..Version: 0.31.0

✓ Extremely good!I have played this game for a while a now, and it has been great! So many characters you never thought they would ever put in, like Leila in bousch outfit and much more, updates with new heroes and sometimes new features come basically monthly, and the gamers are pretty chill. The problem that it sort of had when you start with you getting the most crappiest units in existence is now way behind the game, and now you get very playable and decent units, as well as this guilds (clan) actually are useful in the game as they help get great gear, and unlock really cool characters like Ki-adi-Mundi and others. ✓ Great game so farSo far the game is very well done and very fun! One thing I’d love to see is voices for the characters. This game really reminds me of Dragon Ball Legends and I think it could easily be up there with the quality like that game. ✓ Great except for micro transactions and loading timesI’ve had the game for 3 years and haven’t paid any money but it becomes hard to progress quickly once in the higher levels so I wouldn’t say to pay for the micro transactions but if ur really into the game and have cash to burn then you can if ur really devoted but I wouldn’t recommend it. The loading times are also slow so take that into consideration if ur on an older device. ✓ Game changesThis game is good but it does need some reworks to make it better for anyone planning on starting up again . First suggestion would be to add more levels for challenges cause their rewards seem to be not beneficial when reaching lv85 . Once level 85 the only income of gold is completing the holotable. Only a one time thing . Secondly only some hard chapters of two characters on it or a ship . I am not mentioning gear cause even that does not give enough for 50 requirement to get piece of gear for gear levels to access a character relics . Thirdly raids in alliances do not happen that often because the tickets for it is to high . Alliances these days do not have 50 active members getting tickets/raid contribute. No ingame option to recruit active people or kick . Leaves people the option to switch alliances that they think are active . The game work fine but these nuances make me want to give 4 stars instead of 5 . I probably would change my mind. Changes I would love to see in the game would be more levels in challenges to match the needs of the player level , raid tickets amounts being reduce or increase earning them , an emoji style way of communication to tell when specific raid to start or looking for an active alliance ..Version: 0.29.1

✓ Star Wars LoversHave not been playing this game for long but I can see already it can be a very highly addictive game. It’s set up is fairly easy and you will progress easily at your own pace. Lots of objectives to complete or just go back and fight battles already won. Choice is yours. Character progression is good too. If you wish to spend real money then spend away and if you choose not to then the game is still playable. I am thoroughly enjoying this game and hope to continue to do so. ✓ Great game just needs somethingThis game is amazing. I love it. But there is a problem with the content in the prequel era. There are barely any clones to use and the ones you can use there are no missions you can play to earn shards for any of them. We need some missions with their character shards as possible rewards. Now let’s look at some new characters. Why not get Wolfe? He has some epic armor and is a great fighter. A few other examples are: Waxer and Boil in their defense of that Twilek planet in the show. Gregor. The Delta squad is definitely one you’d want. Commandos are some of the coolest clones in the series and to not have any is a disgrace. One more thing, we need a neutral faction. Characters like bounty hunters and some droids shouldn’t be made to be only light side or only dark. Bounty hunters aren’t dark side characters, they’re just people who do jobs for money. The madalorian is not a good guy. He’s a complex character not a hero. Greef Karga is not a light side person. This brings me to my main complaint, we need a Neutral faction. A neutral arena so that complex characters like boba and the mando aren’t put into strange teams. Just a few suggestions that I believe would truly improve the game..Version: 0.19.2
✓ Good Game, gets repetitiveI have been playing this game for years and it really hasn’t had a whole lot of changes. I am VERY happy they brought in Mara Jade (Thank you) but sometimes I feel like some novel features from short-lived character grabs go away and are not seen again. An example would be Dash Rendar’s character grab missions. They had it where Dash was walking along the train mission from the Shadows of the Empire game and I really enjoyed the mission and wished they would make a lot more like that. In addition, for the guild events, I think they should make more planets. I love Hoth and Geonosis is still next to impossible for my guild but it would be awesome to have Scarif, Endor, Naboo, etc. and just have a constant cycle changing between different planets. There are enough planets in the Star Wars saga that it could go on for a while . A special character for Scarif could be Admiral Radis with the Profundity, and maybe he would have a Zeta upgrade as well. Also, they could make up their own like Iden Versio storming the Rebel carrier, which could have different battles in different parts of the carrier and even space battle outside. Please lower the level requirement for the journey guide, from 85 to 60 or you can individually unlock the events when you complete the character requirement? Like the Vader redesign and abilities. Like the new Chewie, please make the next event a bit harder cuz it took about 5-6 minutes to complete start to finish. I like the new mando, add the Outland tie fighter for Moff Gideon. ✓ Great game overallI think this is a great game, with some room for improvement, like all games. It requires internet to play so if that makes a difference, it won’t work without using data at that point. It takes a long time to develop all the way to level 85( max ) but even then you aren’t done you just unlock a lot more things to do and still have a long way to go. It takes about 2 years to reach level 85 and it will have some slumps where you don’t have credits or you don’t have access to pieces so you can upgrade characters, or it might be level restrictions. There are also some things that I would like to see introduced into the game and they are: (1) a way to challenge online allys to a live battle because otherwise there is no outside competition with people you know. (2) The bounty hunter Embo is often seen with his hound while in shows and I think it would be cool for him to be in the ally slot for battles( if available) in a fashion similar to how the turret works with the Arc Trooper. He would be supportive to bounty hunter squads and have a basic that grants protection to a select bounty hunter and Embo. Some sort of special that heavily de-abilitates enemy squads and buffs bounty hunter allys. Otherwise I can’t come up with anything else to offer that would be good to add to the game.Version: 0.29.1
✓ This game is really good so I have some ideas to make it betterThis game is just in general fun for me and I am at the late parts so I have to grind but it is still satisfying to grind but I have an idea to make it even better. Cosmetic appearances. People can battle in a new game mode to gain shards toward cosmetic appearances for characters we know and love like phase 1 clone armor for fives, echo, Rex and Cody or the rebels appearance for maul and other stuff like that. It is an idea that if explored correctly could make the game even more popular. And you have models for these things because of journey guides so it shouldn’t be that hard to release some then work on others. Plus it would give players something to work toward and people would like. Also I think in my opinion you should release more clones but that is just personal preference. ✓ Great game, slow energy renewalFor the most part, I love this game. I played a few years ago and just found it again and fell straight into loving it all over again. My main issue is energy regeneration. 5 minutes for 1 energy to renew, when you need 6-12 to actually DO anything is insane. That’s a minimum 30 min wait to do one tiny battle. Even with the bonus energy in the daily quests, it still barely equates to anything really. I would love to spend more time on this game, and there are so many great aspects of play, but the renewal time really cuts that down a lot.Version: 0.21.0
✓ Love but suggestionsThe game play on this is incredible. you don’t realize it in the beginning but after a while you see how much strategy there is. it may take a while but for me it’s worth it. there are a couple things that i think would make this game better. #1 if you guys could set up a section where you can battle your allies, kinda like championship or squad arena but you can specifically battle allies. #2 I think there are a whole bunch of players who could be added in such as starkiller even though the games are now legends he is an amazing character and could bring a lot to the table by bring other characters to add like general kota. you could also add in jaba he would be a support character that would work well with smugglers or bounty hunters. #3 I think that some characters could use a reboot and be improved now that new information has been seen with these characters such as fulcrum ahsoka, she is not a super powerful character but they have said that at this state she is at about the same power level of count dooku, we have also seen her in mandalorian and she is way more powerful then she is in the game. overall though this is my favorite game i have played, it is fun and doesn’t get boring. thank you for reading my review..Version: 0.20.40

✓ Lost all my progress - UPDATED Found itThis was a really good game until for some reason it updated and made me have to start all over again. This was extremely upsetting as I had got very far and had lots of good characters. There is no way to get them back that I can see - very, very disappointing beware. you need to allow ability to save and restore progress. We googled and found I had logged out of Game Center as it was annoying me on another game. Logging back into Game Center brought back all my progress on this app and apparently logging into game center may also hide your progress if you have been playing as guest previously. Just wanted to let everyone know the fix we had found. Might be good to put this in game hints and tips..Version: 0.20.31

With a suggestionI have loved this game since it first came out, and it has remained consistently high quality and fun for years - and most importantly I’ve never once felt I needed to spend actual money to enjoy myself. It’s tons of fun and is getting richer and more interesting with each update. Here’s my suggestion, for the devs: I find I spend most of my resources just keeping my top characters and ships up to scratch, since I need them to win the harder battles. But that means I don’t have resources to spare to level up the lower-level characters. It would be cool if, in addition to spending resources to upgrade, if actual XP was earned for characters by using them. That way, I might play early battles that I’ve already won, but with the new characters in an attempt to level them up, so that I can focus my resource spend on the top level characters. Then I might have a more interesting set of top squads to play with, instead of always using my top 5 characters since I can’t win the hard stuff without them. Basically, give me a reason to play with the low level/low star characters and ships, and to replay the low level battles, by giving me something more meaningful to earn there! You should have to spend at least some battle time with a character to level it up..Version: 0.31.0
