✓ HotstarIPLThey sent me an email with an offer for yearly subscription for $60 and then the website cannot take my payment and so I can't avail the offer. I call their help desk phone number and the guy is less than helpful and just kept repeating the steps of clicks I have to do to sign up. Such liars and thugs!!! Never buy this!!!.Version: 6.62

✓ Love itI really do enjoy Hotstar in America. I do however need the subtitles because I don’t speak the languages/dialects. That’s the only drawback for me. Sometime I have to wait 24 hours for the subtitles to be added to the episodes or some older movies were never linked to subtitles. Anupamaa and Shaadi Mubarak are my favs this year. What is strange to most people I know is they are surprised that a African American middles age woman only watches movies from India. So thank you. Hope you add new movies more often. ✓ Need improvementHotstar has great contents from all over India. I really enjoy watching Malayalam movies which in my mind are the best in India. However, the organization of episodes for series is bad. They are out of sequence. I think in terms of organization they should look nowhere than Netflix. ✓ Why India Hotstar app have more movies than uk?App works well but disappointed after paying for Hotstar as not many Bollywood movies. Friends in India gets many hindi movies and series but unfortunately that’s not the case for the UK subscribers. ✓ Decent performance and contentI like the performance and the content overall. However, here are few issues that need to be resolved: 1. Add English subtitles for all non English shows (or any content for that matter) 2. Loading of episodes for a multi season show is not smooth and gets stuck at times. For example, even after clicking on season 3, it won’t refresh the episode list accurately and you have to go out of the show or app completely or play around to make it work. 3. Loading speed for both app and content can improve, despite very high speed internet, loading on Hotstar is slow in comparison to other apps. ~~Cheers.Version: 7.5

✓ Worst customer supportI was not able to see Live cricket on hotstar USA. I tried calling there customer support. They never picked I was holding on line for 43mins. So for me its a waste and would not be extending it beyond my current subscription and would not be able to recommend it either atleast for the UK viewers. ✓ Subtitles support not goodGiving four stars because the chrome cast support is not good yet, everything else is really good. When casting from the app, we are not able to view subtitles on Chrome cast but it let's you view subtitles on the app itself. Daily shows are not even available after 24 hours of the telecast. I think they should focus on consistency rather then advertisements.
