Causes crashes on PC, non-refundableHaving the app installed is causing crashes to occur whenever I try to run games developed by Paradox (seems to have something to do with using Intel integrated graphics). When I tried to get a refund on the app one day later, I was told the app is “ineligible for refunds”. This experience has undermined my confidence in casually buying apps in future. I can’t give this app anything more than one star if having it installed in any capacity (not just when it’s running, and not just when it runs on startup - the only way I stopped the crashes was by removing the app completely) on my PC is causing crashes..Version: 1.5.7

FALSE “FREE TRIAL” they will charge you anywayBEWARE!! this is one of those developers who claim to give you a “free trial” but even when you cancel ON TIME they will charge you anyway. And I am not the only one, they did the same to my husband. I wrote to them, they asked for evidence and gave it to them and then made me go around in circles asking why I was leaving and to give them feedback, etc, etc. just elongating a reimburse of money they shouldn’t have been taken anyway. Worst of all, I don’t even have access to the service anymore, which I obviously don’t want after such a nightmare of experience. Such a shame! I demand my money back!.Version: 2.17.0

Not working with older iOS.Although the web site claims it works with older versions of iOS my iPad will not connect to my windows 11 device. 2 emails to them and no response or solutions..Version: 2.4.7

Not very happyI bought this app thought it would be like my son’s desktop which has two monitors. He used it for gaming however when I used his desktop for my paper work I found two monitors were so convenient. So I thought this app would make my iPad a second monitor for my MacBook. I was disappointed. It was different with my sons duo monitor computer. Firstly when I moved a word file from MacBook to iPad, it became either too small or too big. Secondly the touch screen on my iPad didn’t work properly to enlarge or make it smaller. It always frozen. I had to use mouse to work on iPad. I just gave up 15 bucks down the toilet..Version: 1.5.7

It just doesn’t workI bought this and then things changed and now it needs to use AirPlay to work and it is slow and only uses 2/3rds of the iPad screen and just doesn’t work..Version: 2.0.5

Doesn’t work on windows 10 HomeThis is really disappointing ..Version: 2.1.3

A great product which I own but now I don’t.Yep. Another software company going to a subscription model after I purchased the app outright. Yes it’s great. Etc etc. yes it allows a wide range of uses or whatever the stock answer I’m going to receive to this view form the developers is. Fact is I bought the product outright. With the low cost of touch screen monitors now it’s cheaper and easier to go with a reliable piece of hardware. I know my review is going to make zero difference to anyone else’s decision to purchase, and that’s absolutely fine. But I’ve had my say, I’ve assigned my star, and I’m looking forward to my stock answer, chockers with the usual Silicone Valley weasel words about how their business, built on venture capital and smoke and mirrors, turned out to not be profitable so they had to change their business model or go broke or something or other. Sorry I meant pivot! 🙄.Version: 2.9.0

Suddenly, subscription! =(I have been using this since 2019. I have a prepetual license AFAIK all for $15. I only use this occasionally so it is important that things work when I need it. To my suprise, when launching to app today, I was prompted to pay a subscirption fee monthly, each month it cost as much as my original purchase cost back the. When trying to create an account, Cloudflare human verification displayed failed message every 4 seconds and I am unable to create an account. This is disappointing to say the least and made one very upset..Version: 2.19

Not a fan.Too expensive. Apple will provide this for free this fall..Version: 2.1.7

Update Caused CrashI have only used this a few times with my macbook pro and ipad pro. However the latest update resulted in my mac book pro not loading when I needed it for work and caused much headache and wasting of time while I had to search online how to fix the problem. I ended up having to load my mac book pro in single user mode (command-S) and imbed these commands just to get access to my computer again. Its a shame that the developers did not iron out any problems before releasing updates especially when it comes to affetcing my work.Version: 2.1.7

When it works it’s great, mostlyI’m currently forced to use my iPad Pro 12.9 as a monitor. But Duet on my Mac Mini seems to forget it’s supposed to work and will sometimes bring up a dialog that requires I press a button to move on. Since I can’t see the screen this means I’m stuck blindly clicking my mouse around trying to find the button I need to press, or take my Mac to find a television to connect to in order to get Duet working again. This is very problematic and frustrating. I don’t think it’s too much to expect that Duet, with my subscription, just works. However, most often I’m stuck frustratingly rebooting, plugging and unplugging my USB cable, clicking blindly, etc. I’ve followed all the steps on the website for this to just work. Sometimes it does. But apparently if I haven’t used it in a couple of days, I get this experience. When it does work, it’s mostly great. It’s limited to 1920x1080 resolution on my iPad. I wish it would use the full display size, but I can do the things I want. One very strange thing is that is appears to buffer what happens on screen. So when I’m doing rendering and come back to it, I have to sit and wait for the buffer to display everything, ie the screen saver, tick through 50 minutes at high speed instead of just giving me the current display. The screen saver just isn’t entertaining to watch while I wait for the display to catch up..Version: 2.9.0

Beyond a joke now - subscription taken but no subscription serviceProduct works well - and the “air” paid-for functionality was exactly what I needed working from home with the setup I have. Signed up for for the 7 day trial, and then payment was taken from my account - but my duet account has NO SUBSCRIPTION on it. I have now been trying to resolve this with tech support for the best part of a week and they are just asking for more and more ridiculous amounts of screenshots - they have screenshots of my subscription status on their app... they have screenshots of the payment leaving my bank account and various bits of the app setup on both my MacBook and iPad Pro - and now they are demanding screenshots of my entire App Store subscription statuses when I have told them repeatedly I did not buy the subscription through the App Store setup and I have already given them the proof I paid for it. I have sent in excess of 11 screenshots they have asked for from various obscure bits - and I am not being listened to at all in this. I do not generally complain on social media at all - this is sheer desperation as I really am feeling scammed and stalled right now.Version: 2.3.0

Refund or Fixing ASAP on Windows OSI thought you really need to fix your app on WindowsOS ASAP coz after I installed. I cannot run any applications on my laptop ex: PhotoShop, PUBG. Then after deleting your app everything came back to be fine..Version: 1.5.8

Touch screen feature taken away from early adoptersWhen I first bought Duet Display years ago (for 2 screens & touch screen features), I was able to use it as a drawing tablet (with my Mac), now the feature has been taken away. I can only get it back if I pay for subscription. This is very disappointing, the developer should give early adopter the touch screen feature. After all, without early adopters, the company may not have survive until now. With touch screen taken away, so I reduce it to 3 stars. In addition to that, I found the app has a tendency of crashing, I minus 1 more star. Hence only worth 2 stars as of today..Version: 2.2.7

A Waste Of TimeAfter spending money on this, I come to my PC to see the software refusing to open after I downloaded it and restarted my computer...After a while it opened and I expected a clean display and high frame rate, but all I got was a crusty, unimpressive excuse for a computer screen on my iPad. I tried to truly put it to the test by opening a paint program and seeing how bad the lag was. All I can say is that it’s disgusting how you have to pay for something that is easily comparable to splash top, the frame rate and display is horrible, do not waste your time and money..Version: 2.1.8

I purchased Duet for $10-20 some years ago. Now I have to pay a subscription? My purchase was for lifetime use. This appears to be misrepresentation..Version: 2.19

Customer service is horribleI sent not one, but two emails to their support online and never got an email back. They state on the website that the average response time is two hours but it’s really not. I paid for this only to be let down..Version: 2.4.4

Guess I should have read furtherThe description sold me when it said that I could use my iPad as a professional drawing tablet. Had I read further I would have seen that it takes another $25 a year to do that. I understand they will have continued development costs for iOS updates, new hardware and such. I don’t think in-app purchase abilities should be listed with the app description, for any app. Make a separate description are clearly titled “in-app purchase enables:” but that is an apple gripe on how they should re-organize App Store descriptions. In their defense it is labeled as duet and duet pro so that should have been my first clue. The duet app works as advertised giving my dual monitor setup a 3rd screen with touch. Duet pro has a 1 week free trial so I guess I will see how that works. Edit: Does not work as a graphics tablet with photoshop and Apple Pencil. First off you drag the whole photoshop window to the iPad “monitor” then work in Photoshop from there. I drew as curvy line and all I got was a line from near the bottom left to where my line stopped. I erased and tried again and got nothing. Keep working devs maybe I’ll try it again next year..Version: 2.0.1

Used to work ok but requires sign in (which isn’t working today)I bought this a couple of years ago, and aside from a few teething issues on start (not recognizing connections) I could generally get it working with enough lead time - when it did work it generally worked as advertised and I could run presentations, screen shares etc. Move forwards to July 2023 and the Mac app now requires me to sign in, which requires me to click on a link in an email which never arrives - so I haven’t been able to use the second screen without sidecar. Assuming the login issue gets fixed, I really don’t need the uncertainty of login problems before trying to run presentations or what ever they choose to tweak in the future. If you combine this with a subscription cost somewhere around the price of a small travel monitor for me this app has done what it said but is now costing me time and predictability.Version: 2.9.0

They changed the rules, now Subscription based programI don’t use the program enough to justify the expense model. Since they changed the rules I would like a refund seeing as I paid for it when it came out. When I first got the program you could connect the iPad to the computer with usb and it would work. Not anymore..Version: 2.18.0

Buggy and badThis app for the original price, should have worked seamlessly and had tones of great features. However as a windows user time and time again I was met with driver problems, glitches, sync issues, resolution issues... the list goes on - Not to mention the fact the app caused many problems with application and devices it had nothing to do with. When it did work I loved the idea, and features like the touch screen implementation really shows the potential of this product to me. But the high price tag, bad testing and further more the cheek of a PREMIUM version, just leaves me with a bitter taste and as a very unhappy user. If the team behind this could put more time into testing or even just drop the whole premium monthly stuff to give me more stuff to enjoy and warrant the effort I have to make to try and get the app to work that would be great and I would not hesitate to change my review and start singing a different tune..Version: 2.0.4

Disappointing and UselessThis does not do what it says it does — or at least I couldn’t get it to, despite following all instructions, help directions etc. The things that don’t work are too numerous to mention, and I’m an avid User of many types of App. A sad waste of money. I feel completely taken, no value received..Version: 2.0.9

SneakyBuy price only allows extra screen, only double the price subscription allows for drawing on your ipad. If I knew I would not buy it..Version: 2.4.16

Too expensive for what it isThis is a pretty useful app all things considered, being able to add on another monitor at a moments notice is pretty nice and it works great for programming. There’s minor bugs with scaling in windows but that’s more to do with windows than this app. The real issues are the subscriptions and performance. The subscription cost is not at all justified given the upfront price of the app. I made the mistake of assuming that a 15 dollar app would be good to go out of the box, but oh boy was I wrong. 15 dollars is already pretty steep but asking for 20 to 30 dollars on top of that just to fix latency with the pencil is exorbitant. The other problem is that performance is just bad. Forget running the iPad Pro at it’s native resolution and don’t even think about 120FPS. With pretty good hardware (i7 and a GTX 1050ti) there was significant lag just moving windows around the display. I’m well aware that a 1050ti is not the cream of the crop when it comes to GPUs, but it can easily push 4K in non GPU intensive workloads and should have no problem with the 11 inch pro display. These performance sacrifices would be fine if this was a 5 dollar app, but for what they’re asking I’m no longer will to settle and make sacrifices, if you’re going to charge for a premium service than I expect to receive a premium service..Version: 2.1.7

Pay again and againHey, the price for this app is not cheap. On opening it, basically opens up a sign up registration for regular pay-service. Paying twice is bad ... forcing recurring payments is even worse. Not signing up ... so where’s what I thought I was paying for when I downloaded? Update: Thanks for the reply. So after paying for the app... I can’t use it? I found out after downloading that you also have to download a MS-Windows or Mac client. Is it compatible with Linux PCs?.Version: 2.2.8

Maybe with the iPad Pro 12" and a relatively small Mac but...I have an iPad Pro 10.5 and when matched with my 27" iMac, the screen size and resolution on my iPad makes the interface so small as to be nearly useless. I can see how this app's pro version would be useful when matching a 12" iPad Pro model with a MacBook given the relative similarities in size. I was hopeful that I would be able to use my iPad Pro and Pencil as a suitable tablet substitute with my iMac but that doesn't seem to be the case. Also, given the relative high horsepower of both my iMac and my iPad, there seems to be a significant amount of lag which makes interactions a bit too problematic. There's far more lag than one would expect using devices that have as much processing horsepower as both of these devices have especially with a direct USB connection. Update: Having just tried to use the Pro version, the screen size issue remains. While it is possible to pinch-zoom on the drawing in SketchBook, the tool panes remain tiny unlike Astropad, which not only zooms the drawing, it also zooms the tool panes as well. There is very significant and problematic lag as well. Gesture inputs from the iPad result in late and very jerky responses in my iMac. Given that this is a wired connection, the lag issue is inexcusable. In short, the app needs a great deal of work and improvement..Version: 1.4.3

It did work, now not so much.I’ve had a relative increased productivity since getting the app a few weeks ago but that’s all been made up for today. Been staring at the waiting screen for hours while switching between tabs constantly on the computer. There are instructions on how to fix the issue of it not leaving the waiting screen but they involve accessing a folder that does not exist on my computer. I deleted the app and reinstalled and that worked this morning but nothing seems to be doing the trick this evening. I have the fully up to date version of the app on both my PC and iPad and I fear that these issues are occurring to encourage me to pay them more money for an Air subscription. I’d just like to use what I’ve already bought please..Version: 2.3.0

Base app works, pro app not so muchThe base app does what it’s supposed to do - connect your iPad with a cable to your laptop and you get an instant second screen, great for Windows people like me! However I bought this with the intention of using it as a drawing tablet (bonus if it works remotely) so I tried out a trial of the pro version and I just can’t get the Remote Desktop or wireless connection to work. It seems to be something simple because I see thumbnail of my laptop screen come up on the iPad’s app but I just can’t seem to full screen it for some reason and I haven’t found a tutorial/solution to this online or gotten a response for my email to support as of yet. It’s a shame but I’m glad it was offered as a free trial so I didn’t have to pay for something that ultimately doesn’t work for me..Version: 2.2.5

UpdatesThis app seems to have problems with updates. It is effected by Microsoft and iTunes updates. The help desk was quick to respond the first time I had an issue but not the second..Version: 2.1.2

Like so many other app: now broken and no support on siteLike so many other app: now broken and no support on site used to work flawlessly on win 7 forced to upgrade for no reason as it worked well now crashes they only display newest pc version online for download so no way to reinstall older installer and of course usual very clean useless site this is now the usual for apps....Version: 2.4.11

Won’t let me set it upCan’t get in to the app without signing up for an account (which annoys me anyway, until/unless I subscribe to something what do I need an account for? But that’s a side issue) and it won’t let me sign up for an account. The account set up includes a box to tick to say your human - it considers for a second and then announces I’ve failed. And that’s it - no option to demonstrate my humanity in some way, no ‘click here to interact with a person to resolve this’ - just a greyed out Continue button. For clarity I am very definitely a human - I checked with my mam and she confirmed it. I’m not techie - I don’t know what arbitrary nonsense this thing uses to check users are not bots, but whatever it is this app is doing it wrong. Perhaps the developers should consider whether preventing bots is worth locking their products away from actual potential customers or just get better at it..Version: 2.4.24

Harmful and Frustrating!Short Version: DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!! Full Story: I was super excited when I first installed this on my Windows laptop a couple years ago and put it on my wife’s Mac. It caused significant damage to the Mac and I spent several hours working through the issue and repairing. Ended up having to completely rebuild drives and reload from backups. It corrupted everything. Cut to last few weeks and I am wasting countless hours trying to figure out why my laptop now restarts itself every time it goes to sleep and I lose all my work. I support IT professionally and was pulling my hair out working through possible issues, updating drivers, checking settings. While cataloging my apps in preparation to reformat and reload Windows I come across the long forgotten Duet app. Uninstall and what do you know? My computers wakes instantly now and everything is open just as I left it! I didn’t tally my full hours dealing with both issues, but based on what I get to deal with this stuff professionally I figure these guys owe me $350-$500, easy. I will be happy to edit my review once you tell me where to send my invoice..Version: 2.2.8

Oh Duet! Do you remember when you were good?Ages ago I purchased a perpetual license for this app only now I still need a subscription should I wish to use my iPad wirelessly. No problem it is reasonable enough (is the realisation I had after climbing the walls with rage over this new model), every business seems to do it so why not Duet? Ok so I now have my new yearly subscription and I am now sat happily ever after with a second screen for my PC… wait… actually… that is not what happened, let me start again. I have started my new subscription and have managed to connect my iPad twice successfully. Now it point blank refuses to connect wirelessly. What the actual F Duet? Why is this so complicated? Why do I now need to fork out an additional expense for something that works when it feels like? Where has my perpetual license gone? Why can I not speak to support. Sort it out and quickly!.Version: 2.19

ConnectionThe duet app doesn’t always want to connect either via cable or internet.Version: 2.3.0

Would like to give more stars but can’t this timeBeen trying to get this to work with a Dell XPS for sometime now. Continues to have conflicts with GPU. Support team have been very polite but still unable to resolve issues so the software is not useable at this time..Version: 2.0.8

NOT an app for artists. After hours of trial and error, Duet was still incapable of allowing the Apple Pencil to do more than one stroke (completely without pressure sensitivity) before switching to the mouse and not recognising the pencil. Basically impossible to draw with. If all you want is a second monitor for your iPad, then it does the job. But it is extremely disappointing for using as a graphics tablet. I regret buying this app as it it useless for what I needed. I would suggest investing in the cheapest display graphics tablet you can find for your PC, it would still do much better than this app attempts..Version: 2.2.2

Asking for too much, and didn’t workUpfront cost plus a subscription cost for pro features is asking for too much given what this is. I was only interested in this because I could slightly improve my drawing workflow. I’m not ready to pay a monthly subscription for something like this. The few minutes I save exporting from Procreate is not worth it to me. If you take user feedback seriously, and I really hope you do, please try to be more transparent about what the limitations of the app are. The site and App Store page is currently very unhelpful as far as your pricing models go and what each payment tier gives you. I don’t so much mind the few dollars every month or year, it’s the annoying bill that I have to see every time. I might even pay 20-25 dollars up front if it means no subscriptions. All that said, it didn’t even work for me. It black screened all 3 of my screens and left my computer unresponsive every time. I won’t give it 1 star because you as a developer do seem to be trying to keep your users happy, but as a first time user I was left with very little to be impressed by. I hope to be able to come back to this app eventually and be pleasantly surprised. Thanks..Version: 2.3.0

Doesn’t work and tech team impossible to get hold of.Don’t bother! I tried multiple iPads, cables and wifi connections to get this to work. Have all the most recent operating systems, iPad and PC. I managed to get it to mirror over a wifi connection, but wasn’t able to get it to function as an extend screen. Contacted the tech support on multiple occasions and kept getting the same set of questions asked and no one actually offering to help. After wasting 2 days trying to get help I’ve given up and cancelled my subscription..Version: 2.8.1

Used to be perfect, now gone downhillThis app used to be a fantastic alternative for older iPads that aren’t supported by macOS native screen mirroring. Set up used to be a breeze, and performance was excellent. However, now, with the latest round of updates, duet display has really taken a nose dive to the point where I’ve had to uninstall it. The initial relaunch after the latest update prompts to enable performance mode for wireless connections. Keep in mind that the wireless functionality is locked behind a subscription which I have no intention of subscribing to, however, there is no option to skip the performance mode installation and attempting to do so locked me in a password prompt loop. Once I managed to get past that, I was greeted with a forced account sign up before I can detect my iPad, even though it’s connected via a cable. Why do I need to sign up for an online account to detect a locally connected device using an app I’ve already purchased? The whole experience reeks of frustrating steps and hoops to jump through just to perform the simple task of using my iPad as a second display. The older version of duet display had none of these issues. Sadly, I now must look elsewhere..Version: 2.9.0

And the makers of duet have screwed me againThis time it was with an update to the windows Duet app. I run my windows machine headless, using duet and an iPad pro to operate it. It's always been buggy, duet often can't send input right away on restart etc - but fiddling rebooting and relaunching the app all eventually get you in. Now, duet on Windows says it has an update - I think hurrah, maybe they fixed the bugs. It updates, disconnects, and now won't reconnect. I have my computer completely inaccessible to me because the chuckleheads who charge so much money for this app didn't bother to test what their update would do to someone using duet. So what now - I have to buy or borrow a monitor bring it to my house and set it up just to troubleshoot this app again! The pantone thinking they'll use duet in any kind of a reliability needed situation I'd watch out. It seems the developers only intend it to be a secondary display and are either not supporting it as a primary display or are actively trying to prevent it with this new update. Either way, I feel betrayed and am really in trouble now, that the new version prevents automatic connection, and my computer is stuck and useless ok n the day I need it. Thanks guys' hope others who read this won't try to use duet for anything serious..Version: 1.5.3

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUYThis app is a scam as it does not do what is saying will do . The app does not work pen is not working properly and the mouse lags a lot as well as the windows from your desktop will lag as well in This app and if you want to use it without lag and use the pen that’s what they say you can do this only if you pay SUBSCRIPTION if you buy the app without subscription you can not use the app for what was described to be used also the description and the info on the app’s page is MISLEADING all. Contacted the developer and they apologised for the not working app and sent me the links to ask for a refund but Someone Mary was having a bad day and refused the refund so in conclusion I have been scammed as they did not want to refund the App and they did not give me any reason why they refused to refund me as the app did not work on my Pc pen is not working only in some apps and the cursor is 15 millimetres away from the pen tip also the mouse lags a lot and is unusable as well so the app is Rubbish if you buy it and without subscription is unusable you just waste £10 for nothing . Don’t get scammed get the free app it works with the pen for free .There are other apps that offer a free thrill and they work with the pen and pressure sensitivity and pen tilt as well some free and some payment based but steel you have a free trial to see how the app works Like Easy canvas for example yes is £2 more but it does work for the intended purpose.Version: 2.3.0

Duet, I despairA year ago, I emailed duet with a list of problems. I was told these would be fixed. Now I write this review. I’ll let you guess how well these problems were “fixed”. If duet connects at all - which more often than not, it doesn’t - iTunes must be open on my computer. I understand duet’s engineers used to work for apple, but requiring apple software to be open when using their app seems a bit much. My iPad’s native resolution still isn’t supported. I have an iPad Air 3. The highest supported resolution is that of the iPad Air 1, released 7 years ago. If you told me duet hadn’t been optimised or updated in 7 years, experience would make me believe you. In high power mode and 60fps, performance is unbearably laggy (as opposed to high powered), and closer to 6 than 60 fps. My £9.99 was for what, exactly? Having updated, uninstalled, reinstalled the duet iPad app, desktop application and even iTunes multiple times, trying on two computers and two iPads, I’m out of options. If duet had marketed their app as a sporadically-working digital photo frame which works with the iPads of yester-decade, then fair enough. Unfortunately, iPadOS does that for free. At full resolution. And it works more than half the time. Without a cable connecting it to my computer. And iTunes doesn’t need to be running. No, you don’t get what you pay for..Version: 2.3.0

Does not include pencil support without subAdditionally yearly price nearly 3x the base price for duet pro? No thanks. Refund my purchase!.Version: 2.0.9

Blue ScreensI bought this app on a suggestion of a coworker. It looked very promising in the demonstration. I have two monitors at work, and use my laptop as a 3rd display. It would be really convenient to be able to use my iPad Pro as a second screen when on the road or working from home. The installation was fine, but required a bit of help from our IT group to install the software and get the iPad and Laptop to “talk” to each other. After successfully hooking the two up, things seemed to be working. However, there was significant lag and freezing when using the iPad as a secondary screen. Cranking down the resolution, power, and refresh rate seemed to help (but did not completely eliminate). One issue we couldn’t diagnose was the iPad had a text tine displayed across it when using duet which read “osbase idisplay evaluation copy”. I reached out to duet several times, but have yet to hear anything back. Once the settings were squared away, and I started using duet, the blue screens started. Two within 30 minutes. Looking at the codes, there is a conflict with duet and the Nividia drivers I need for doing CAD work. Despite ensuring we had the latest drivers, the problem persisted. In the end we had to uninstall duet..Version: 2.2.5

Don’t waste your money if you own a PCI could not get a wireless connection to work on Windows despite using the Duet Air free trial. The troubleshooting section within the app has headings for you to select from describing common issues but that is all, no information is shown when you select one. Just a blank screen. Maybe it is stated somewhere that wireless connectivity isn’t a part of the app without upgrading to a subscription model, but it came as a surprise to me, not a good one. The app definitely works wired, but quality is abysmal and it causes random graphical glitches which require you to restart your PC to correct. If I knew how to request a refund I would. £10 I will never see again for an app which doesn’t actually work as advertised, at all. Very poor from an app so heavily marketed by Apple themselves..Version: 2.2.4

Sooooo slow with updatesI use a windows 10 laptop along with an iPad Air 2. I’ve had issues with duet display disconnecting frequently while watching videos or surfing the web while using this app, but I just assumed that was due to my slow laptop. Fast forward to early Nov 2017, I got a new laptop with top of the line specs. It worked fine for a few days and then my laptop automatically installed the Creators update. After that, the app just got stuck in “Launching” for the longest time. I emailed tech support and they had me do all these silly things, and after all that they told me, “oh by the way, unfortunately our app is having some issues with the Creators update and so it won’t run right now. We are expecting a fix in a week.” First off, shouldn’t that have been the first thing to ask me instead of having me waste my time collecting “analytics” for the app? And then, to make matters worse, it has been over 2 weeks since the rep told me the fix would roll out in a week. I looked up when the Creators update was first released, and it has been almost 2 months! Does this mean that their engineers have been working diligently for 2 months on this and they still don’t have a fix? Either they are really incompetent or they just don’t care about their Windows 10 customers. Until they become more responsive with their Windows 10 updates, I would stay away from this app, for those of you not using an apple computer..Version: 1.5.2

Unexpected purchaseI get that making something like this can’t be easy, but not only do you have to pay for the app but also pay for a subscription. Why not just bake the price into one?.Version: 2.4.4

Unusable as i can ONLY mirror displaysI purchased this with the hope of using my iPad as an extended display. But I can only use this as a mirrored display which is not what i need it for. I’ve contacted support, which have been great at responding, however this cannot be fixed. I was then told if i wanted a refund to go through the App Store. The App Store only gives me an option to seek a refund if the app did not install, no options to seek a refund if the app is not working as intended. If you’re happy to use it as a mirror display then this is ok, otherwise save your money..Version: 1.5.8

Product good but App Store terribleI tried to cancel the one week trial on the Air upgrade about five days in. Not possible via the website and none of the Apple-supplied links to Cancel the trial/ Manage Subscriptions actually resolve. Almost two weeks later, obviously the CC has been charged and I am still unable to successfully cancel the unwanted product. (I decided that a cable was more reliable.) That annoyance aside, the base-level product has been brilliant value and the responsiveness of their people has been very good too. It would be better if it was actually possible to cancel a trial..Version: 2.2.5

Do not buy if you have a PCI’m sure this works fine on Mac but this a has caused me no end of trouble on the PC over the time I have used this app and across the various updates the desktop software has at versions times broken VR, graphics acceleration in all programs, my entire suite of adobe programs, an array of games depending on the display technology used and even google chrome. Clearly development of this for windows and they should really just drop support if they can’t make it work. It’s a shame since the tools they have are very good but that can’t save a failed implementation of the core technology..Version: 2.0.9

Paid For Useless and Unsupported AppUPDATE: review below still holds. This app is unstable when used to connect windows PC to iPad with USB. Despite the developer’s response to contact them (which I had already done) the issue was never resolved and they just disappeared. So my review stands. Don’t pay for a subscription excepting the app to work or to receive any support. Perhaps as an admission of the issue I was refunded half the original subscription price. But that is not good enough for an app that didn’t work after taking out a one year subscription. I wanted an app to extend my windows laptop screen while travelling and since I also travel with an iPad this app looked good. Don’t waste your money or time. The weird thing is this app worked great a few times. But it stopped working for no explicable reason (both apps and operating systems on windows laptop and iPad are regularly updated and up to date). Support has been completely absent. After asking questions I had already answered and sending a diagnostic file they said they were escalating and went silent. Not what you expect from a paid app and certainly no help when I’m travelling and was hoping to use this for intense work tasks. Now I have to search and pay for something else. I use a wired connection (USB) between the IPad and laptop (which should in theory limit latency and enhance security but no such case). When this app first stopped working, the devices just wouldn’t recognize they were connected (which they had before with no changes on my side). Now for some inexplicable reason they suddenly are able to connect again but the app is completely unusable. Anything I move to the iPad screen freezes and can’t be used as all (either that or the resolution is completely off). Useless app and even more useless support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I don’t think this app works for windows laptop to IPad connection so the reviews must be for other configurations. Also it appears this app will not work while offline because you have to be logged in even with a wired connection. So don’t plan to use on a plane for example..Version: 2.18.0

Works poorly for pc monitorThe app seemed to work fairly well out of the box, however, I pretty quickly noticed there was a usability breaking issue. Even with the highest resolution set, the mirrored display is extremely blurry. When it’s sitting idle, the screen gets even more blurry. It’s pretty much unusable for me at this point. As an aside, it would also be nice if Duet could add a scaling option as well. When I have the screen on a nice high resolution (which is disappointingly pointless anyway) the icons are absolutely tiny..Version: 2.4.11

I like butI transferred my iPad to my new phone with iCloud. I think I have the iPad version of the app and even after deleting and getting it again my display is messed up and looks ugly. Other than that the app was fine so, someone please help me..Version: 2.0.9

Simply doesn’t work. Save your moneyDoesn’t work with a iPad Air 2 and MacBook Air 2016. Software updated on both, changed lightning connector cord several times and restarted both devices several times. Duet Software does not recognise either device after multiple attempts. This is a crock and they need to refund money on this app as it was expensive. It’s simply does not work so don’t waste your money..Version: 1.5.5

Does not work on PC, breaks 32bit DirectX 9 appsThis app has never worked well for me. Intermittent Pencil and touch and nothing working on ZBrush 4R8. On 2 occasions it has completely stuffed up my windows 10 display. The last version I installed (1.5.1.5) broke all my 32bit DirectX dependent apps. The developers were quick to respond to my emails and finally admitted there was a DirectX 9c problem that they could not see fixing soon. This may have been engineered by exApple engineers but it needs some exMicrosoft engineers to fix the Windows problems..Version: 1.5.8

False AdvertisingThey state clear imaging and 60fps. However I’m not reaching anywhere near 60fps and only getting blurred imaging. For 16nzd I would expect this to be better than all the free softwares! This is not the case… I’m currently using a free software that allows Apple Pencil without having to pay extra and it’s so much faster and clearer. If duet want to win against these free apps they have to step up there game. For now I have moved, unless you fix your app…!.Version: 2.3.0

DO NOT PURCHASEThere are many bugs in this app, screen share via USB works most of the time, but the wireless option is A PAIN to work with. Ppl usually don’t want to use another USB port for this kind of screen sharing. So please fix ur stuff!.Version: 2.1.9

Great alternative to Apple’s Sidecar feature but...This is a great alternative to Apple’s Sidecar feature which requires certain newer models of Mac or iPad to work, which I unfortunately do not own in order to take advantage of the feature. However, there is one major issue I have with this app and that is the black bar problem. Whenever I open safari in full screen on my iPad using duet, a black bar cuts of the search bar and all other controls normally found on top of the safari browser. This has become very annoying as I have to close the app from my Mac and keep trying again and again hoping the black bar doesn’t appear again when I go into full screen on my iPad. Because of this, I have resorted not to use the app as much as it pains me to do because this is great app. Especially one I have paid for. But hopefully someone from Duet can ensure me that an update will come to eliminate this bug..Version: 2.2.4

Drains my laptop in less than an hour. Cool concept thoughIf you are on a laptop, your iPad will charge while connected, and will drain your laptop’s battery very fast. I can work 6 hours on my laptop, but less than an hour with this software running. It really defeats the purpose for me. To be fair, the software is not to blame, but the fact that the iPad will charge anytime it is connected. Google is clueless on how to prevent that. Windows user, this software does not have a clean uninstall. It will leave apple software behind that you need to manually uninstall..Version: 2.4.4

Not for working for Windows DuetWas Not able to make this work for windows using duet for desktop..Version: 2.21

Tried to like itUpdate: Im giving this 2 stars because of their customer support was great and responsive. Their app just didnt work for me. So I thought I save others time I have an ipad pro 2020 and a macbook 2015 and I kept getting lags and very pixelated resolution no matter what I tried The lag was the worse I was willing to pay 20 a year but got frustrated like why am I trying to make an app work and pay money. I dont know what the hiccup is but I found another app to work smoothly and its Screens4 maybe this app can work for older ipads but if you have a newer one you may get the same lag issues It was beyond unworkable and just couldnt anything done I really want to support ex apple workers since I figured they would know the hardware personally but I was wrong Great customer service though We already know we can go the free route with Sidecar but I really wanted to give this a try mainly for the Remote Desktop option because Sidecar doesn’t offer that. There is sooooo much lag, makes me feel like I’m stuck in the past with a slow connection It’s bad can’t even click on things on my iPad, cant get anything done and than the resolution is horrible. It looks blurred out and hurts my eyes I was willing to pay the 20 or 30 a year but why am I going to stress myself and pay for something when Apple offers it for free and works I really wanted to like this and support Maybe it’s the 13.5 update, maybe it’s the app itself idk but gosh it just doesn’t work.Version: 2.2.8

Completely Nonfunctional on iPhoneI've tried multiple times with multiple devices but could never get Duet Display to work on iPhone. If I plug my iPhone into my Mac, it will say "Launching Duet..." but Duet on my Mac never detects the device and stays at the "please connect device" screen. I've tried: enabling all required permissions on both Mac and iPhone, using a different official Apple Lightning cable, connecting to the same Wi-Fi network on all devices, logging into the same Apple ID and Duet account on all devices, using a different USB port, using a different Mac, sing a different iPhone. As the app has failed to provide the advertised functionality, I cannot rate it any higher than one star. Tested on: MacBook Pro 2015 (Mojave), iMac 2017 (Big Sur), iPhone SE 1st gen (iOS 14), iPhone SE 1st gen (iOS 15), iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 15)..Version: 2.4.3

Asking for a refundI just rated 1 star as, while it does what it says it does, it also broke using my Apple Watch to unlock my Mac (and turning it off and back on has failed as I can't check the box again after I checking it). Also, despite having the Messages notification setting “Show message preview” unchecked it has started showing previews on the iPad screen. I use my Mac in a work environment and I cannot have personal messages popping into the corner of my display. I could reach out to the developer and ask for help, but I shouldn’t have to, and in any case I haven't got time to try to troubleshoot why it's broken stuff, nor figure out what else it broke - it’s a productivity tool after all. Let’s hope it hasn't done too much damage and doesn't take too long to fix it once I’ve uninstalled it. Steer clear is my recommendation..Version: 1.5.3

Sign inSo far no luck. Exercise in frustration!.Version: 2.1.8

RIPOFFI paid around the $10 mark for the app originally and now you’re telling me on top of paying for the app I cannot fully utilize it without a subscription?!?!!? I’m not sure if this is an issue you will get to or if you want to pull one over on your legacy users but this is not how you retain and expand your business. This is how you drive your loyal users running as far away as possible..Version: 2.18.0

Apple Pencil support is a lieI tried this out after reading about claims you can use an iPad as a drawing tablet in photoshop. Couldn’t get photoshop to work but when I got another drawing program to work, the lag was just unbelievable. It’s not suitable for drawing in any way. “lighting fast” is a flat out lie, you have wait for the line you just drew to appear on your canvas a second later. I can see this being useful in some ways but if you’re looking for a method of getting photoshop onto your iPad then this is not your solution unfortunately.Version: 2.9.0

Good idea. Bad execution.I bought this knowing that the replicated quality would probably lack somewhat—which it did, but I didn’t mind because I only really used it for simple text based stuff. It’s a really nice concept. However. The duet PC application cause my laptop to do some very odd things, almost like the drivers were messed up, or something? It would act as though I had unplugged a usb device on every boot (which, after installing duet would take a lot longer—even though I had disabled duet on startup), then a number of my applications simply wouldn’t open. Discord, for instance, will not open at all if duet is installed. It freezes on startup. It’s a shame, because the idea is really nice, and it would have been great if it wasn’t so buggy. I imagine that these issues are due to the way it works and I hope they will be fixed sometime later. Because I really want to like this app (and not -just- because I spend £10 on it) I don’t know how well it would work on a Mac as I use a pc, but do not ignore the reviews mentioning it breaking their computer, or being buggy—or you may be tempted to buy what otherwise seems like a nice thing. I won’t be asking for a refund, because I sincerely hope that the issues are fixed, because this -should- otherwise be a really great app; so I wish the devs the best of luck in sorting out a better way to do this..Version: 2.1.3

UnsureJust bought it....finally read you need the pro for pressure sensitivity....cant find where to buy pro....super Super laggy even with the lowest setting...and usually i got no issue mirroring my ipad to my pc. this such a deception.... also website is garbage that give zero information..Version: 2.1.3

Works but not for hardware accelerated programmesInstalled on Windows 10 and after a restart work with no effort. But then the app prevented Battle net from displaying properly on the pc and also failed to display on the ipad. I could start Worl of Warcraft but it failed to connect to the sever. Uninstalled the app and everything instantly works again. I then googled the problem and saw that this is a known issue and not something that is being developed. So have removed the iPad app and asked for a refund. I wanted to extend the game screen so that I could place the chat, map and bags windows away from the main game area which I used to do on a two monitor desktop set up but now I have a laptop have been looking for a way to use a tablet. Sadly it remains unlikely to be possible. It would be nice if we could get a 48 hr free trial with Duet to see if it works for the situation you have..Version: 2.0.4

App requires a subscription once you've already paidI bought this app over the pandemic and it worked great (albeit used a bit of power, but worked well). Well, I recently got a new iPad and thought I'd install it again. Turns out that the app won't let you connect for more than 10 minutes unless you pay for the annual subscription of $25USD/yr. And no Apple Pencil support unless you pay $35USD/yr. I understand that devs need some money to maintain the app, but I would've preferred an honest, one-time payment option in addition to the subscription model..Version: 2.4.25

Not happy guyI was trying to support duet. As I use my iPad with sidecar with my macs. I though why not get the app and use it with my old MacBook Pro . Just to find out after. If you want wireless is an extra 39.00. What a waist of time and money. Now I am out 14.00$ CAD.Version: 2.4.2

It’s crazy that 2016 issues are still relevantNo OpenGL applications on my windows 10 PC can even open anymore after I installed the client, and the console shows a torrenting stream of driver errors..Version: 2.0.5

Duet for Windows knackered my HP laptopI installed the current version ( February 2019 ) of Duet for Windows on my HP Envy laptop. After the install finished I restarted the PC as instructed but it was then stuck in a black screen with a spinner and did not get to the Windows login. I got into Windows recovery mode and went back to a Windows restore point from before the Duet install. Even that has not completely fixed it, as the PC now takes 12 minutes to start, instead of seconds, and some Windows services are no longer starting including wireless and keyboard! I will probably have to reset the PC this weekend to fix this properly. I won't let Duet anywhere near my iPad or PC in future. Duet tech support are trying to help, but Duet for Windows should be withdrawn until these problems are fixed as I now see other people have had the same problem after installing Duet on Windows 10..Version: 2.1.2

Used to be good but now seems deadA recent update has removed the ability to select the resolution of the extended display, now it has "helpfully" been simplified to "High" and "Regular". This means that you can't really customise the size of things on this screen or the shape, so now about 30% of my iPad screen is blank, useless space as it's letterboxed. Support, who usually replied within a day or two before, have not responded for over 8 days on this critical issue. Far from making me "twice as productive", it's killing my eyesight as I'm squinting at the diminished space. I bought this as a one off purchase in 2020. Thankfully, this still works, but as you’ll see they’re now charging a subscription for what is essentially a simple utility that shouldn’t really need any updates/new features besides just working. As an aside, it seems their updates don’t even do that so I do pity those who are paying extortionate subscription fees..Version: 2.19

Subscription thievesYet another app that I already paid for, but now I need to pay a subscription. Delete..Version: 2.18.0

Returning to duet results in black screen? The current versions of both duet for the ipad and windows seem to have an issue in that when returning to duet on the ipad (ios13.2), can only see a black screen. Forcing a close of duet (which resets all the window positions on windows) and then having to re-open. This wasnt an issue before and could return just fine to duet from other apps and everything worked perfectly... Fix soon please??.Version: 2.2.4

A WasteI got this app and the adjacent pc software in the hopes that it would work well enough to be used as a drawing tablet. I had read a fair share of reviews saying it was a great tool for artists and a “must have” but it hasn’t lived up to the acclaim. I am unable to draw details and if the line isn’t long enough it opens a settings table, the screen becomes extremely small when duplicated to the iPad and doesn’t work at all if the screen is halved between the two, there is no real way to alienate a tab or application. Its difficult to work on with excessive lag and a blatant lack of pen pressure, which I can understand, I wasn’t expecting a Cintiq Pro out of a cheap app but I was hoping for something that was a little more salvageable. If you’re looking for a work space this would be great for you, if you’re an artist stick to real drawing tablets..Version: 2.3.0

Can work okay, laggy and little value addedI did eventually get it to work. I didn’t find the setup too intuitive, but it wasn’t too bad and I was able to get it working. It seems okay as just a second display. It was kind of cumbersome. It’s use cases... like for whiteboard... are limited. And the app tries to upswell you for more expensive options. It’s value on my device, relative to Apple’s Sidecar and other apps, seem unclear. I paid before I realized many of the features I wanted were in much more expensive versions..Version: 2.3.0

Literally Breaks Steam Games on Decent GPUsAfter paying for Pro subscription to utilize my ipad with Mudbox and Photoshop, two GPU intensive pieces of software that this app is perfect for, I found that it was an amazing addition to my toolkit. Finally I could link my ipad to my pc and draw directly in my apps. Then I tried to load a game on steam and it loaded to a fully black screen. I tried another, same problem. It took me a week to figure out it was Duet Display on Windows 10. So I realized I had to either choose my multihundred dollar steam collection or a 20 dollar app. I emailed Duet to see if they could refund me and if they knew about the problem. Apparently they are aware that 1000 series Nvidia GPU’s have issues with Duet. You know, the newest most powerful GPU’s you might use for 3D modeling, photoshop and that kind of thing. They apparently aren’t in charge of the subscription for their own product. Meaning that they can take my 20 additional dollars on top of the app, but that they can’t refund me when their product literally breaks a major component of my PC. I am livid, please wait on buying this if you have a PC with a 1000 series Nvidia GPU. Don’t get scammed. Also, Apple, figure out how to let companies refund users if their app subscription causes this kind of problem. This is ridiculous..Version: 1.5.0

Amazing support - Great appRecently, Duet updated the OSX version. This update caused Duet on the iPad 2 to drop out. Unable to find any FAQs to answer my problem, I sent Duet support an email. The next day, due to timezone differences, I had a reply with suggestions to fix. This continued for a week or two with Duet suggesting a workaround after their development team investigations. Then myself sending an update on how well it worked or didn't. Finally, they delivered a fix that eliminated the problem. I can highly recommend their support to attend to issues quickly and consistently to their customer's satisfaction. I also highly recommend the app. It allows me to use my old iPad Mini 2 as a third screen. Ideal when on video calls and able to have the other party's face on the screen next to the camera..Version: 2.3.0

Latest update a move backwardsWas very happily using this until the last round of PC/iphone app updates introduced two problems. 1. Blue screen of death crashes, particularly when playing you tube videos 2. The addition of touch screen input via the secondary screen - I use quite an old iPad and this extra feature makes so much lag when in the second screen it's unusable, with no option to turn it off..Version: 2.0.5

Brilliant idea in theory but super laggyFor the past 8 months I’ve been paying for the subscription service to use duet with my Windows Laptop on software like maya and Zbrush. I’m a student and I got this as an alternative to forking out the extra hundreds for a whole new drawing tablet compatible with PC, but I have found that the majority of the time getting duet to actually work is too difficult. It’s slow, it lags, it glitches and just shuts off randomly during use. I love the idea of an app working as a bridge between two devices that are generally incompatible and duet is the only app to really offer that, but for a paid service it just doesn’t meet the mark. Hopefully this will improve with updates and I’ll update my review in turn but so far not great..Version: 2.2.4

You dont get what you pay forDuet display advertises itself as lag free and fast. After trying many computers, cables and connection types, I can confirm that duet display is not perfect. It does have some latency and quality problems. My biggest complaint with Duet is that it advertises functionality such as using your apple pencil and gestures while connect. When you pay for the app, you expect to receive this functionality. However, when launching the app And connecting to your computer, you will be told you need to pay a monthly subscription to access these features. This is unfortunate and comes off as greedy, especially as this app requires an upfront payment. While yes, this app could be useful on the go, it unfortunately has fallen into the scammy subscription service model that apple has cultivated over the past years..Version: 2.3.0

Unsupportive and InconsistentI would first like to say I’ve been using Duet in my workflow for over a year now with both an iPad Air 2 and 4. I really enjoy the functionality that Duet offers, however the entire setup process is to say the least inconsistent and buggy. I’m dexterous enough with technology to be able to remedy the problem after resetting connections and resetting computers, but for when there is free or cheaper options that come without these bugs, it’s hard to continue to recommend the app. Another portion of my dissatisfaction is with the update rollouts. I use duet for PC connections, and finding the choppy and unrefined Windows program while updates for the program come out every few days or weeks is honestly saddening. The app on mobile devices also is unsupported, not having received an update in over 7 months and carrying the same bugs since the last update. Other than the complaints stated above, I do want to say that the Duet Support Team is one of the best Support Teams out there, and a big reason I’m sharing this review is because I believe that Duet cares about their app and wants to refine it as much as possible. If any Duet Representatives read this, I hope this facilitates some updates and appearance changes for a better app and a better community experience. Thank you for providing this service and for your care to your customers. (My 1 Star Review is to only get the attention of the Duet Crew) 3/5.Version: 2.3.0

Poor poor poor for pc - crashes windows1. Install software : restart : windows crashes on start up. Reset windows to older previous version and delete duet software. 2. Install duet software again : shut down pc this time (not restart). Start up, windows loads, duet won’t work. Chose restart windows. Windows crashes again on restart when starting up. Reset windows to older previous version and delete duet software and windows works fine again. Yes I have read help section of duet website regarding windows 10, I downloaded the correct and current duet software..Version: 1.6.2

May inhibit other functionality on you computerI bought Duet to use my iPad as a small second screen for when I’m running Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX) on my computer. FSX ran perfectly before installing the Duet Windows program, which is necessary to work in concert with this Duet app during connection. After installing Duet, FSX now refuses to load citing a “failure to meet minimum shader support requirements”. If I deinstall the Duet software, then FSX works perfectly again. I’ve put in a help request to see if they can resolve it. If they can, then I’ll come back and alter my rating to a 5 star. If they can’t or won’t help then the rating drops to a 1 star since I just paid $10 for an app I’ll never be able to use for my intended purpose. It would have been nice if they had a “demo” version available of the app so that you could ensure it would work for you before you actually buy it. I will say, there is a lot of appeal for an app like this. I am military working overseas, so can’t simply buy and/or carry around a second monitor. However, the idea of being able to use a tablet that I’m already carrying around is excellent, if they can just get all these bugs worked out..Version: 1.5.7

Doesnt work and what does work is slow.So when i heard about this app, i jumped at the chance to utilise my ipad a second screen with zero lag. For the price tag, its expensive for an app but when compared to the cost of a second screen, its a no brainer. However, despite my hardware and software sitting comfortably within the requirements of the app, i can only mirror my screen. Which is useless to me. Furthermore, do not believe the claims of zero lag. Even when i could only mirror the screen, i played around with it and there is definitely some considerable lag at times which the ipad catching up a couple of seconds after (note, the connection is WIRED). Feeling very frustrated at the moment. I have emailed support twice via my personal email and have also sent a request for support through the website and have been ignored on all 3 counts. So im down £9.99, have a product that is useless and a company that doesnt want to stick to their own guidelines of “24 hour turnaround” on support. Save your money and buy a second screen!!!.Version: 2.2.6

DisappointingI was excited for this app at first because it allowed me to work on adobe cc products right on to my iPad Pro 2018. I upgraded to pro and hoped for the best. It works... as in yes it will let me use this as another monitor on my windows pc but the crashing is unbearable. The duet app doesn’t launch on my pc so i have no control over minor settings. The worst part about it all is how it will crash over and over breaking my workflow. It crashed 4 times in 3 minutes once and that was the breaking point for me. I decided to use it as a separate display on my MacBook Pro and it was far too laggy even with adjusted settings. The good thing that this app is good for is mirroring the display and allowing me to work like that. It also incorporates the Apple Pencil very well. While my MacBook is only two years only and should be able to run a second monitor fine, the rating comes from the nearly unusable experience on windows. It’s a shame for this to have so much potential and fall short. Hopefully it will get fixed and i can update my rating..Version: 2.1.3

Black Screen when loading gamesThis is a two tier review, for functionality I’d give this 4 stars, very little lag and works as it should as an extra screen. Unfortunately all of this praise is moot because since loading this onto a Windows 10 Laptop (i7 with Nvidia 1050ti GPU) I’m unable to load any games or apps that require graphics without getting a black screen which will not clear via the task manager. Upon uninstalling the app my laptop is back to normal. Whilst I’m sure this isn’t an insurmountable issue it means that I’m £9.99 out of pocket for an app that I cannot use without compromising the main functionality of a gaming laptop. Would appreciate a fix or a refund (a fix would be preferable). Until this matter is resolved I can only give this app 1 star, which is a real shame as it works well when it’s not messing with everything else..Version: 1.6.2

Connection / Pairing is inconsistentThe wired connection does not always work between my PC and my IPAD Pro. After one of the updates I lost the ability to use my IPAD keyboard. Messages of invalid non apple usb c cable are frustrating…( I have an IPAD cable) … Seems like connection is better with the recent update… Overall, once the pairing is successful I love the ability of using my IPAD as a secondary touch/drawing screen.Version: 2.4.11
