Customer Service DisappointmentAs a first time customer of the Aurora Advocate Mail Order Pharmacy, I am very disappointed in the quality of your customer service department and of your company in general. Your on-hold call wait time is way too long (hire more staff) your current staff doesn’t seem to know how to do their job, and there is no mention of where or how to check on the status of my prescription order, when and if it will be filled and shipped out to my home and how to check or track my shipping progress. I hope things get much much better soon or I’ll have to cancel my company sponsored insurance and go buy my own insurance policy where I don’t have to deal with your mail in pharmacy organization. STILL not ready for prime timeIt is now apparent that this app has been delevoped in a dark barn outside Madison Wisconsin which lacks contact with the real world. Often apps designed for casual users undergo testing, focus group and random beta trials before release to the public. Less often are such apps released in their initial form then later “cured” based on their failure to improve the user experience. Granted, this does follow the professions’ business model of treating the patient after the ailment has emerged, but shutting the barn door after the cows have escaped is not unheard of in the dairy state. Metaphorically speaking, the dairy-aire has again been released from the cave prematurely..Version: 9.11.4

It’s better than NorthWesternI like the UI of this app a lot. The only problem I’ve run into is that your session doesn’t stay active for long enough in order to listen to the meditation audios. It gets cut off after about a minute and a half and kicks me out of the app. So that feature is rendered a bit useless. Otherwise it’s been a fine experience, I like the tab where everything is accessible on the same screen with the circular bubbles..Version: 9.11.6

HorribleWhen you try to click on a previous appointment it doesn’t open to show what treatment or what happened in the appointment. I can see my son had an appointment last year October 30th. But can not access that the appointment was for a sports physical. The school doesn’t want to see just his shot records. They want to see the copy of SPORTS PHYSICAL. Sooo many kids got turned away today due to NOT being able to access their sports physicals on file from previous school year. Irritating!!!.Version: 7.3.1

ConfusingAurora’s app is my most confusing app. Since I don’t use it much when I look at “live well” I wonder “what is that app for?” The fingerprint log in does not work as easily as other sites so I have to look up my password. I would like for you to have an app that mimics your name. Don’t get fancy. Then, I want to be able to look up my test data easily. That is most important. I would like to be able to delete a doctor and his her little picture if I never saw and never will see that doctor..Version: 7.3.1

Needs some improvementsJust curious as to why this app wants you to answer and verify your info for pre-check in, upload insurance cards, e-sign documents and allow location notification to confirm you are there to “ speed” up check in but when you arrive you still have to stop by registration desk and many of the questions are redundant and they still ask fir a copy of your insurance cards🤦🏽‍♀️. They wanted me to sign some docs b4 proceeding to attend appt but I explained that I had already done that online and when she looked in Epic, there was proof that I had already and she apologized. Seems like one hand @ Live Well app and Epic are not seeing 👁 to 👁🤔. This almost makes me miss Aurora’s old Cerner software. Come on Aurora... Let’s get on one accord..Version: 7.9.0

LIVEWELL AppI think it’s a great App, however I wish there were a category in messaging with the ability to ask your Doctors a question or the ability to notify them of updated information, ie., Vaccination information. This ability used to exist but was removed for some reason. Also, there should be a way to remove a name from your list of doctors, especially if they are no longer your physician. Thank you!.Version: 9.11.6

Poorly organized & designedTap a notification and it never takes you to the relevant item. And when at the home area, zero indication of how to find the relevant item you've been notified about. This app is a lot of clutter and redundancy. e.g. notified about a new letter, tap it,taken to home, nothing called out, so hunt around, finally in My Chart I tap into each weird circle menu item, nothing. Finally find the letter in the feed, a feed that's in My Chart area for some reason. How about putting the notification feed on the home tab and actually making that visible above the fold. And calling out in red items unread. And when there's a test result have the test results quick item have a number badge..Version: 9.5.0

Ridiculous appThis app was supposed to be beneficial for doctors office and patient. It is anything but that! Whenever I click on anything there is always an error. Even after I updated the app. I continue to get junk mail even after I’ve selected paperless billing. This app doesn’t give me access to my minor children even after receiving consent which is inconvenient since I’m the one paying the bill not them. Whenever I try to get in contact with the office, receptionists, call center, or even helpline they always refer me to the person I just spoke with. No one knows anything and I’m ready to drop this joke of an app..Version: 9.9.1

Good, but room for improvementI really like the concept of the LiveWell app. It provides patients a platform for easier management of their healthcare as well as a conduit for communication. I do find, however, that the number of steps and “layers” required to send a message to my doctor is too much to be practical. Should be more streamlined and more intuitive for the patient. One or two clicks should be all that is required to get to the messaging page for a given provider..Version: 9.11.6

Needs ImprovementsApp works OK on my iPad and iPhone. My two major complaints are: 1. The app logs out automatically after a few seconds after switching screens to another app and I continually have to login all over again. Once it’s open, let it stay logged in. Or, have a setting that allows user to choose how long they want to stay logged in. 2. I continually get popup reminders after logging in stating I need to schedule this or that test or appointment when I already have those appointments scheduled. I called my AdvocateAurora’s doctor’s office and they tell me to ignore those popup reminders as the app has bugs..Version: 7.8.0

Great App but missing an important featureThe app is great, and presents information in a very useable fashion, and makes it easy to track appointments, medical history, and test results. A GLARING omission — the companion watch app. The app offers to link to the watch, but requires the watch app the be installed. The watch app does not exist (it does exist for other MyChart Apps (including EEHealth). I contacted Advocate and they declined to respond beyond saying 'install the app'. I'd do that, if it was in the App Store. It is not. Either remove the offer to link or, better, add the watch app (which is provided by Epic). In other words, the amount of work necessary to offer the app is as simple as asking Epic to provide it. -2 stars for anti-consumer behavior on the part of Advocate Aurora..Version: 9.11.6

Why separate??I want SO BADLY to like this app. It's well designed and fairly intuitive. I like the extra features. But the point of MyChart is to make my life as a patient with doctors in multiple networks EASIER. And even if I can see connected test results etc, having an app for just advocate that won't let me message my other doctors or switch facilities to do so is annoying and takes up space I could be otherwise using more beneficially. If the app is updated to allow messages to other medical care providers than those within Advocate Aurora, or a "switch account" function is added like in the basic MyChart, I'll happily convert and give this app 5/5 stars. Until then, I have no use for an app that will only let me contact a doctor I don't even see anymore, even if it has many convenience and awareness features..Version: 7.1.0

Not for elderly do not recommendMy mom is 83. She is extremely active for her age. She has a smart phone but is not technically literate. The menus are small hard to read and my mom would loose her ever loving mind if she had to keep logging in this app. Her hospital and at home Care recommended this and it is the dumbest recommendation for her. Stop recommending it to folks that are unable to use it! Also, I can’t use it on my moms behalf because there is no family log in and all her multi authorization needs to go through her email that I do not have access to. It also continues to ask to log in multiple times and my password keeper doesn’t allow access for this app. That being said, for me personally, my own records : ya it’s great! Got everything you need..Version: 9.14.6

I used to love this appThis app will is so frustrating!! It used to work well for doing most things that I needed, though some thing’s were a little bit confusing to get to. Now that my 17 year old daughter was forcibly given her own login and I was no longer able to access her account while she had no idea what to do, especially how to allow her parents access. But the WORST thing I feel, is that when ever I log in to do my pre check in, or anything really for me, it switches to my daughter’s account. That would be the beyond frustrating part of this app right now. If it were fixed up, I’m sure I’d like it pretty well again..Version: 9.11.6

Why did they rename it to live well?So it’s weird my Primary Care doctor and hospital have different internet sites so they often go to two different portals and this is one. The app has improved but sadly it’s so hard to find since they keep renaming it and now renamed it LiveWell…. Why? Also even though I go in to get the flu shots and get vaccinated each year it does not update in this system and there is no way to stop the annoying reminders with this app telling you that you need stuff you already got. Give me an option to turn it off.Version: 8.1.2

Live Well needs helpI have had several appointments recently. I have tried to complete the “Pre-check” for each of these appointments, however my insurance information is incorrect. I have provided my card at the last two appointments and I’ve tried to self correct it, however I am unable to update the information. It’s been several weeks and I’m no further in this process. It’s really frustrating!.Version: 9.5.0

LiveWell AppThis app is not updated nor does it contain current information. I keep looking for my test results from a visit a week and a half ago, and all I see is results from six months ago. An app should be allow me to make appointments, see test results, communicate with my physician and access office visit summaries. This app dies none of that. I hope this is updated soon. I utilize the Northsore app my husband uses for his physicians and it is much easier to navigate and a pleasure to have this info accessible when it is needed. This LiveWell app is useless..Version: 8.1.2

FrustratingThis app has recently changed so a patient may no longer log in, make your own appointment by clicking on an available date and time, and be scheduled. Now you can no longer self schedule. It is messaging and phone calls - sitting on hold or waiting for call backs which are often missed due to my phone being required to be silenced at work. I feel so bad for the scheduling staff. This has got to be a nightmare for all of them, my guess is money is involved somewhere in this process. Extremely frustrating and patient poor decision. Please go back to the old process, please..Version: 9.14.4

Review of LiveWell appUnfortunately, my wife and I tried to go onto the LiveWell app and check our prescription status because I got a notice a prescription status. We couldn’t find it and my wife works at Aurora. The pharmacy at Summit no longer wants to dispense prescriptions to the patients, they want it all mail order. I am changing all my prescriptions over to Highway F the remote prescription center. I have been very happy with that because I get to talk to a pharmacist when I pick up my meds they typically always have my prescriptions right and quick. I find this app is just taking us one step further away from human communication with patients with the cost of healthcare, our care from these facilities specially, the pharmacy at Aurora Summit is awful. It has been awful for ever. The service level is going down and everybody uses can’t have help Covid blah blah blah. Unfortunately, at the expense of their customers and patience both one. I know this will go nowhere just saying..Version: 9.11.4
