✓ Fun, but glitchyThe game is pretty fun, but it’s been super glitchy recently. Two days ago I spent 50,000 credits on The Skywalker Saga-Collages 12 pack bundle, and after the second pack opened, the game crashed and I couldn’t get the rest of the packs and I was out the 50k credits. The same thing happened yesterday when I spent 12,500 credits on the Techno-galactic Series 2 Wave 2 6 pack bundle. And if I could make a suggestion, if you’re gonna have different color cards for all the characters, why not use different pictures or make the cards look different so you don’t feel like you’re getting all the same cards?.Version: 10.2.1

✓ Needs update on 14 Pro MaxFor those new to this game - it’s a digital ONLY card trading app. I just started playing this game a few months ago and got sucked in - I really enjoy the special events for holidays and episodes of Andor, Tales of the Jedi, etc. It’s possible to enjoy without spending a ton of money, but it’s hard to score some of the rare cards when opening packs. I rated the app 4 stars for this reason - the odds of receiving exclusive/rare cards is hard to do without dropping cash. I think it should have an easier trading system. I also think that you should be able to sell duplicates for credits. The daily rewards (25,000) allows you to purchase multiple packs each day without the need to earn them through watching ads etc, which, if I may add, isn't too bad of a strategy if you have the patience. The cards are beautifully designed and give you a sense of euphoria for the movie series we have all Come to love. ✓ Pretty good game but could be better.I recently joined earlier this year and am enjoying this game greatly. I love collecting new cards and trading but at some times I have problems. Some people in the community have multiple duplicates of a card with a high global count that they are not hoarding, and they don’t trade them for a fair price. I do like some people in the community as they help new players get a good start. I think that they need to rerelease some sets, but not all. The commemorative series was rereleased and that was good. But i think that sets that some people almost completed should become available again for crystal purchases only or higher prices. ✓ Love the new formatIt took a little while to used to the new format, but once you’re in and start collecting it a lot better than the old app . There are games you can play for cards, jewels and coins. And sometimes the cards are rare and super’s rare. There’s also lots free stuff on an hourly, daily weekly and monthly bases. My only suggestion at this point would be to improving the “trading” interface 1) would be to allow a swipe to switch between pending, accepted and declined trades 2) have the “number of cards owned” on every aspect of the trade so you can make smart trades. ✓ Member since ‘15Life used to be simple before the update. I’ve yet to figure out how to send a trade or leave a message since the update. Who cares about seeing the cards you recently collected whose format takes up 20% of your screen? When someone sends me a trade there is no indication on my card as to how many I have of it or if the card being offered is a card I need. I lost a week of special holiday cards at Christmas trying to get 22,500 diamonds I purchased credited to my account. When you want to look at your collection of cards the year joined is the default place it starts instead of the current year every time. There is no search box to find sets you are working on to see what cards you need to finish the set, instead you have to scroll through sets listed alphabetically. I would say at this point the app is different but in no way better..Version: 10.2.0

Now i am studying in programming and even a person with 0% knowledge towards programming would under stand that there is always a bug soI’m helping you out here. So the problem mainly is that whilst your playing you will obviously trade with many possibilities of trades and this is great, but what if someone sent you a trade thinking you would fall for it? Easy decline and rate 1 star. But there is a recent bug in the game where ratings no longer work, hence i have only started 2 weeks ago from a account from 1 year ago and this account has 0 reviews, but i have been trading time after time and with friends and i have had countless trades which meant they would’ve eventually had to rate me but my ratings have not progressed. Anyway i hope you take this into consideration for your next update if there is one, thank you and i hope you read this because it would be a huge waste of time for me to write a review that is just ignored..Version: 9.3.4

✓ My Lengthy Review Of Star Wars Card Trader (Highly Recommend)I have played this for ages now, pretty much since its release. I haven't really been entrenched in an app for a while but this app, well, I could name a million things I love about it. But here are some of my favourite things. 😍1. Everyday you receive 25,000 in game credits and every 7 days it's 50,000. Many games forget about the celebration of the community but this game doesn't. Not only does it keep me coming back everyday but it makes my experience all the more fun. 😍2. Support for the community. Almost everyday there is a different card pack or set of cards to collect and with the update the look of the app is awesome (love the new cantina). ✓ Fun app.........butThe app is great overall and are really creative for different card releases but my one complaint is that real money makes it only possible to get good hits, I would like to see more credit giveaways, they only give 2 crystals here and there which you can't do anything with, I rather get nothing if that's how they want to do it, I would like to see at least once a month them give away 300 to 500 crystals, or different sets completed have a crystal reward. I don't know what their overhead is to maintain the app itself but they have to be killing it on the amount of money people spend on this app on a daily basis, they should really give back to the people that put food on their tables and a roof over their heads..Version: 12.6.0

✓ Changes are SmartI’ve been collecting Topps SW cards on and off since 2015, but had to take a 6 month break to save $. I opened the app a month ago to find it totally overhauled, and I was initially skeptical...trying to reinvent the wheel etc. But over time I see the logic: More free credits for people who can’t afford to buy cards every day. The introduction of ‘missions’ with rewards is similar to many other current games which adds incentive to play. The way that you can look up every card, AND their complete sets is very helpful to identify and complete cards and/or sets. Trading is easier (especially blind trades because you can see who has duplicate cards). A couple of downsides: The change in the structure of odds and chance aren’t as ‘interesting and exciting’ as before because most card packs feature automatic inserts for a slightly higher price, so much easier to buy your way to victory. And on the flip side, the top cards feature some slim odds. Odds are either very challenging like 1/450 or 1/Million or very easy such as ‘guaranteed’ or 1/3. Otherwise it’s more engaging and the searching and organization of cards is much smarter..Version: 14.0.2
✓ Addictive and cash grab, but better nowThe game was fun for the month or 2 I played it. But after a while it started to get hard to get new cards without spending money. I would get on every 5 mins to see if my trades were accepted. It was really addictive, to the point where i spent money behind my parents backs. Do not recommend. Stop the download now. And while it still renames mainly true, they’ve balanced the money better and while all the rich kids with mommy’s credit card seem to get all the good cards, if you can use many accounts, it makes it MUCH better. ✓ Great Fun!I have been playing the game for quite a couple years on and off now, and I have to say, I've had a LOT of great fun! Where I live, Ive never been able to trade actual real cards with people, cause no one was really interested in it, but on the app, i can trade with thousands of people online, interacting with them and talking about star wars, which is a series i have loved since i was little. The app allows me to have a really cool collecting experience, and I just love it, its also a really nice touch that the app gives you free credits each day, so you dont have to pay to open packs, and they are constantly bringing out new cards to search for. I need help though, I purchased the Lieutenant’s offer for $20 (2,500 + 1,500 free, totaling to 4,000 gems) and since my parents have parental controls on, I had to send a request to buy it. Some time later when they approved it, my iCloud account was charged for the $20 but I did not receive the 4K gems. I tried to purchase it again, this time with my parents approving almost instantly, and I received the 4k, but my parents account was charged. ✓ Pay to WinThis is a great app in most aspects. There is constantly new content coming out, the trade system is pretty fine tuned, and there are plenty of events and missions to keep you busy. My big problem is that the game is very obviously pay to win. High rarity cards are often only attainable by using real money to purchase card packs. ✓ Great Game, needs some balancing.I started playing SWCT a month or so after release, but after the end of the first marathon series I stopped playing. After a year or so break I've come back, and the game has improved a lot since then. However, there are now so many inserts and variants that it just floods the game. Releasing inserts with maybe 2 or 3 variants would be better, but we need more sets have just one variant. Also since the base and insert packs were changed, every insert set and marathon set are in individual packs, so this means that people pack less inserts and don't pack unwanted inserts so trade less. Due to how much the user base has dropped off, Topps should either increase the daily credits or merge inserts into base packs. Whilst the game is still enjoyable to play, it gets very dry quickly if you can't pack an insert and there are no users online to trade with! In game name: FRAZE611.Version: 6.5.14
