✓ Your tax dollars not at workTimes are only for wait on American side, not other side. They close the gates to keep times low, to make the bureaucrats look good. Often lines of 4 hours or more while wait times, say 20 minutes.Version: 2.2.0
✓ NonfunctionalSelecting a crossing will flash the screen of wait times then CRASH. in Tijuana, 0.5 mi from San Ysidro crossing, using “Nearest” function brings up Tecate as #1, am inabulity to get any info beyond high level view, and in case of San Ysidro, only shows east pedestrian crossing with no option to get west. Can get more selecting from whole list but then CRASH. typing into search the keyboard obscures. Part of info presented. Prior versions were at least usable. 2.0.0 is not..Version: 2.0.0
✓ Really disappointed in updateI used this app on an almost daily basis as I live in Mexico. Yes, accuracy was not 100% but most days it was close. But this update is useless. First, I lost all of my favorites. When I click on a port of entry to add it back, the entire app shuts down. Next, because I cross so frequently, I liked having the passenger and pedestrian data available on one page. Now I have to go back to the settings to switch it to see the different times. Maybe someday I will be able to add both to my favorites, but that is waiting on the ability to keep the app open long enough to do anything with it..Version: 2.0.0

✓ Handy. Web version has more info and more timely.BWT -APP- has current wait times and historic usage wait graphs (still showing non-covid wait times). BWT -WEB- has current wait times, near term historic wait times (showed covid times), summary of crossing waits near each other (eg Niagara), some real-time camera views, and a bit more location info. Both are geared toward frequent crossers. If you are an infrequent crosser, both are really lacking in location info. Except in a few cases, you cant even tell what state the crossing is in or its location. Look up the name beforehand - warning: it may have multiple names, but BWT only uses one. Even a general map would be useful, the ability to list by state, or just the state listed near the name. Being able to quickly choose alternatives crossings would help. Even without that, the data is accurate and not hard, but not quick if the crossings are new to you. Just a bit too much unnecessary goofing around when tiny changes would help..Version: 2.0.1
✓ Totally inaccurate reporting timesAs I write this review, I'm sitting in the queue to cross the border south from Canada back to the US. The app stated that the wait time was 40 minutes when I entered the queue. I've now been in line for exactly 1 hour and I've moved through one stop light and I'm still 1/4 mile from the border check! The app does not give an indication of whether the wait time is from the USA > Canada or from Canada > USA, so the wait time could have been 49 minutes if I was traveling "TO" Canada instead of "TO" the USA, but I'll never know. The app faq also states that the times may be updated manually by line of site calculations OR automated. I'm guessing neither, since the guy who is supposed to update the times must have taken off early today. In theory, this app would seem useful. While approaching the border crossing, I made my decision where to cross based on the wait times posted in the app, but it was useless..Version: 1.1.0

✓ Wait Time AccuracyHello All, this is a good app to use when traveling back and forth from Mexico monthly like we do. Lukeville border. The wait time is not accurate as others have stated. I’ve tracked the wait time for the past six months and it’s triple. ✓ The worst of the worstThis app is meets just about every negative stereotype of poor government handling. Have been in Baja 4 months and made multiple trips back to San Diego via San Ysidro and this app has never ever been even close to accurate wait times for drivers. The expats of Baja don’t even bother keeping it on their phones because it’s that unreliable, according to their Facebook group. I’m sure they start counting the wait time at some arbitrary point, but who knows where that is. All I know is when it says 90 minutes it actually means somewhere around 4 hours. Trusting this app was a grave error, I didn’t think it could possibly be THAT wrong. But oh it was, and it was the closest I have come to peeing my pants since I was a toddler. The pedestrian crossing seemed accurate. I added one star for that and the decent user interface. It could benefit enormously from a map view guiding you to the correct lane and explanations as to which lane to use (shortcuts/links to Ready Lane requirements, Sentri, RTC).Version: 2.2.0
✓ CBP is the worse at keeping this updatedCBP as always are just lazy they are terrible at updating this app and when you ask them about it when crossing they show little to no consideration. I cross the border everyday and have just not relied on this app anymore CBP really needs to get their crap together or not have this app at all! ✓ Completely UselessThe update to this otherwise absolutely efficient and reliable app turned out to be another example of inefficient government at its best. Navigation used to be simple, you would add your favorites, and you could see both passenger and pedestrian port crossings at a glance. With the new app, you have to switch from the settings from passenger to pedestrian, quite the hassle. As of August 22, 2019, it works fine on iPhone 8 but it crashes continuously for iPhone 7. ✓ Works fine for SentriIf you are going on the regular lane, please expect to be in your car for at least 2 hours! As a Sentri user, the times have been precise. I would give this 5 stars, but the fact that it shows incorrect times for the other modes of crossing I am giving it 3. If you're someone who uses Sentri, I would recommend that you get the app! ✓ This is garbage that caused me so much lost timeI’m literally writing this review while waiting in line at the Ysleta border crossing in Juarez and I’ve been looking up the the wait times before and during my wait but it was totally inaccurate! It said wait time would be 25 minutes and I’ve literally been waiting here over 1 and a half hours and i estimate another 35 minutes!!! I’m so livid right now and i just hope i will make it over the bridge with less than 1/8 tank of gas! I will never rely on this app again. I don’t think they have any sort of mechanism to confirm the wait times from the beginning of the line to the end as I don’t think they have the technology in place. ✓ Completely inaccurateThis app is just another example of how badly mismanaged borders ports with Mexico are. I don’t even know how they estimate the wait times but it’s never been accurate except maybe once. Even the Sentri lane is 3x to 4x as long as it usually estimates it. They could actually have times as fast as this app calculates but the traffic flow at the San Ysidro border is awfully mismanaged and the agents are always creating unnecessary bottlenecks..Version: 2.2.0
