✓ Easy and FastI read a lot about RetinA online and was excited to try it, but didn’t want the hassle and wait of going to see my doctor. I thought I’d give the app a try. It was so easy to sign up and literally within about 15 minutes of doing so I had a RX being filled at my pharmacy. The provider included some tips on using it and was quick to answer my follow up question. I am very pleased and will use this app again for any RX I need a quick refill on or to try something new that doesn’t require an in depth evaluation..Version: 0.4.1
✓ ReviewIt would be nice if you could choose a doctor or request a new Dr without going through the current Dr. If you don’t mesh with your current Dr it would be nice to be able to ask for another, or choose from a friends recommendation. It also would be nice if your Dr had to alert you to any policy change and you could choose to stay or get a new Dr. I don’t like that they can change policy to one that is different than you signed up for and not alert you until after you have paid a consult fee..Version: 1.1.1
✓ No issues at allI paid the $65 listed my symptoms and the prescription I needed spoke with a doctor and had my prescription sent to pharmacy in 15 min total. People complaining that they have to pay the fee for every prescription don’t get it. Why would they fill 8 prescriptions for one fee of $65 they are saving you so much money by not going to the doctors and people like me that do not have insurance it’s a great service. Also someone said they had to repay for a refill and yea of course you do if your prescription said 0 refills or any number of refills and you used them all then you have to pay for a refill. What do people expect the doctor to put unlimited refills and you pay one time. These 1 star complaints are a joke. She even helped research what my insurance would cover and gave me realistic options before prescribing. ✓ Great for Zofran and PhenerganMy boyfriend woke up at 2:30 am with TERRIBLE vertigo and nausea/vomiting. After finding this app through a Google search and filling out a short request, reason, and abbreviated medical history, I was on my way to pick up his zofran prescription within an hour. Probably not good for controlled substances or patients with extensive histories, but phenomenal for non-controlled meds that need a prescription. They even wrote for three refills! ✓ Worth itLittle skeptical at first, I needed muscle relaxers for my back pain and tension, in the middle of the night, and I didn’t want to make an appointment at my doctors office for the next day. At 4am in the morning, I have explained my diagnosis and had my prescription approved by a doctor in 20 minutes. ✓ App is flakey but service via web has been goodI’ve used the Push Health service for a number of years now. Have had two providers assigned to me and very happy with their responsiveness and getting my Rx’s filled (I’m in healthcare myself and provide detailed info which I’m sure helps). However! THIS app is still buggy and at times nearly unusable. Crashing, repeated logins necessary when trying to do anything - login, go to dashboard and asked to login again, send a message and go back to dashboard then (yup) forced to login again. Go to activity and once again… like come on guys! I’d have sacked each and every one of you developers many times over if you were in my company/department. Right now I’ve logged in, and have been on&off over the last two days, but can’t get into the app at all because it’s asking for a PIN. Hmmm 6 digits? I don’t ever recall 6. I’m now locked out of an app I’ve just been using from the exact same device and have not yet been able/offered to reset it. Do ANY of you guys use your own app? I doubt it… I also doubt I’ll get any response here seeing other reviews with nary a peep from anyone..Version: 1.0.8
✓ Incredible.I have never reviewed an app before. This one deserves a 10 star. In a world where I can not even get therapeutics that are proven to save lives with early treatment from my family doctor due to political crap, I was able to get exactly what I needed from a doctor with this app. So easy. So cheap. So thankful. God speed to whomever created this app and all the doctors working around the clock to help save lives verse suppressing treatments 🙏🏻🇺🇸💕 cheap and timely. ✓ Saved my life twice I think!About 2 years ago I desperately needed an RX. This Dr listened & I had the RX within 3 days. Needed one just recently to clear an ongoing infection. Again, others wouldn’t listen. So twice I’m pretty sure their professional kind manner saved me. Takes one to listen, consider, & act. Worth all the gold you have to have your health. PUSH and Megan Anderson DNP has taken care of my medical needs and concerns. I wish I would of had this type of care years ago. ✓ A hidden medical gem!Oh my goodness, a colleague shared this with me and oh boy am I glad she did! It’s awesome! Fast, effective, simple and from the comfort of my own home! My primary physician didn’t have any openings and suggested that I let my illness which she thought was a virus, run its course. I didn’t like this and knew it was bacterial and I needed an antibiotic. Push health doctors communicated via chat to assess my symptoms and provide me with meds to help. Called into the pharmacy and viola! I was feeling better in like 24hrs!! Great for those that work full time or have responsibilities where they can’t just be out sick for long periods of time or don’t need to always take off for doctors visits. ✓ The best Medical Application you ever need!I was looking for another doctor to help me with some issues I have that my primary doctor was not addressing as important “TO HIM”, but to me, it was important. I found this Medical App and it has been WONDERFUL, to find a doctor that will listen to you and help you with your health!!! And what’s even crazy, I have never met this person, never been to their office, and yet she is the best!!! Everything you need done over your phone. ✓ Love Push HealthI absolutely love Push Health and the concept of making health care easy and affordable. It has helped me tremendously with my weight loss journey and goals and I can’t say enough about it. The only change I would make is that it asked you questions in the form where you will out for your vitals and that works great as you just click on the box and fill out. But if additional questions are needed to be answered they text it but want you to copy in the same form which is easy but most but it would be better if the had the same form where you fill in the box it would be easier..Version: 1.2.4
✓ VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICEI can’t tell you how many times I’ve been prescribed the wrong medication for certain issues or made to take more medication than what I could understand or afford! I love this because the doctor looks it over to make sure it’s good for the issues and I can choose what I want to take and if I don’t know what the doctor looks at the symptoms and prescribes it! ✓ Simple and accessibleI have used PUSH Health for a year and have loved it. Connecting with a healthcare professional was a challenge for me with a busy lifestyle and was almost impossible to be seen due to my schedule with work and family. PUSH made it possible for me to connect with a professional, made it easy to communicate and obtain a needed prescription. The only disadvantage is that there is a cost each time you need assistance from your physician. My cost was $99 and this is more than my insurance co-pay however, it was acceptable for me since I didn’t mind paying for convenience of being able to be seen by a professional due to my schedule. ✓ Literally saved my life.Doctor Muhammad Imran literally saved my life on this app when all other doctors/urgent cares around me were closed. He was able to diagnose my condition through a combination of pictures of my condition and explaining my symptoms through text messaging (which makes things a lot easier, not only for being able to thoroughly explain your symptoms and condition but also for certain symptoms/details that you might otherwise be too embarrassed to talk about face to face and or on a phone call.).Version: 0.4.1
✓ Accessible and convenient healthcare!I’m actually in awe. I never take the time to leave a review but this was just so easy and convenient to use. I have no insurance and got a nasty and painful ear infection over the weekend. No time or energy to go to urgent care for what I knew was an ear infection. $65 and 10 min later I have a prescription for antibiotics and pain relievers. So easy and convenient. Combined with Walgreens window pick up, I’ve made an otherwise several day appointment wait, expensive and lengthy urgent care visit into a 10 min ordeal from my bed with a warm compress on my ear. ✓ Easiest, quickest. Thumbs up!For everyday meds that I’ve taken for years and don’t necessarily need an appointment for like my thyroid medication. I place the request my doctor messages if she needs info, but I’ve used so many times I put in my refill request for 3 months and it’s sent to my local pharmacy so fast! If you don’t have insurance or can’t make it the doctor in person, it’s been a God send for me. I usually rate but rarely review, but this app I refer people to! ✓ GAME CHANGERI was back home for the holidays and became ill and the last thing i wanted to do was go to an urgent care and wait. I Knew it was strep as soon as I became unable to swallow. Used the app and within 30 minutes, I had been connected to a doctor, consulted with what was going on with me, and the doctor sent the antibiotic to my local pharmacy. ✓ Awesome!Push Health and Harmony Vance, NP, saved my life when no one else would listen or seemed to care…including my primary care provider. ✓ Love this app and serviceI signed up for this app for the GLP 1 medication back in Summer 2023. My doctor has been really responsive on this app and getting in touch with my doctor is so easy. I had no problem getting the medication and finally got my insurance to approve the medication which is great too. I wish all medical care was like this. ✓ Welcome to modern day quality affordable healthcareThe creators of push are modern day hero’s. These physicians care about patients and patient outcomes. They truly provide quality affordable care. I am a registered nurse with insurance but due to the pandemic I have had a very difficult time getting seen for simple things. I recently came down with Covid and could not get a doctors appointment or even get a Kaiser doctor to call me back for 8 days. At my wits end with nothing to lose I signed up for push and talked to a doctor in less than an hour from signing up amd got my medications called in to a pharmacy. Dr. Stephan Phan is kind and cured me from Covid. This app has the capability to change the way we have access to knowledgeable doctors. ✓ Great Health ProviderI have had a medical issue for a very long time and have seen numerous doctors. One phone call with a health professional and I am back on my way to a normal healthy life. The health care professional took the time to listen to me and asked questions no other doctors had and we were able to work out a plan that works for me and my life. ✓ Great companyI will say I read the reviews but also listened to my friends that have used the company. I am VERY happy with the companies service and the doctor that matched with me. I used the online service for the initial set up and request the. Used the app for communication. Once I received the email that I was matched I had a response in 5 minutes from that doctor. ✓ Needed something routineI was skeptical about this app… and a little hesitant at first to shell out 65$ But I did, and I’m so pleased! Cost less than my local dr, got exactly what I wanted, pharmacy had it filled. All in all less than an hour! Of course, I was asking for a not very fun prescription (gentamicin sulfate for pink eye). ✓ An amazing resource!!I have used Push a number of times over the past 4 years. It’s a huge relief to be able to count on them in between regular doctor visits. They were absolutely wonderful when it came time to seek help with a treatment that I wasn’t quite ready to discuss face to face with my doctor, or anyone for that matter. This is an excellent resource to obtaining valuable healthcare assistance that is not overly burdened with time restriction, and I appreciate being able to have access to this valuable timely & responsive medical assistance. ✓ Top Notch ServiceMy daughter recently tested positive for COVID and has a hx of asthma. I wanted her placed on Paxlovid which reduces the replication of the virus in your body. I had reached out to Med Express, but they could not guarantee it would be prescribed, as “it was at each physicians discretion as to if they wanted to prescribe it or not”. For this medication to be effective, it is recommended to start within 24hours of a positive test. Unfortunately, I had never heard of this company and was skeptical paying the $65 charge up front which I did via PayPal. Surprisingly, within secs, I immediately received a receipt including physicians name and confirmation text that the script had been approved and sent to my pharmacy. We were able to pick it up from CVS within and hour. This company is 100% legit, amazing and worth every single penny. My daughter never had to leave the house, nor wait in any lines at a medical clinic for a med that she may not have been given. I would most certainly give more stars if they were possible and cannot thank them enough! Thank you immensely!!!!! ✓ Game Changer!!This is my first time using this and I’m in complete shock of how brilliant this idea was to create something like this and how awesome it is! Less than 10 minutes after I submitted my request, a Doctor had already messaged me back. I explained my situation to him and within 30 minutes, he had sent the RX to the Pharmacy. He was so kind and helpful. I am currently uninsured and I paid $80-$85 less than what 2 urgent care offices quoted me. I’ll continue using this for minor issues and illnesses.
