✓ Not reliable/not much updatesWas fun to play. Played for years. Paid numerous amount of money to advance. Chances to actually getting higher cards is quite low if you don’t pay, probably much lower of what some local law would allow gambling sites. Unfortunately recently purchased cards with gems (which is actual money) and the cards went missing. Reported it, but they are not investigating fully to what happened to the missing cards and gives you the runaround. Was not really really caring about the cards or money lost, but more for the principal. It denotes where the company stands about its customers. They look like they don’t care much, even paying ones, and are more a money grabbing machine. Also seems they are no longer investing much into this games. Site was down for 4 days recently (couldn’t sign in) If you haven’t started yet, I wouldn’t recommend this game and invest in more recent ones that have more support and more prospective..Version: 13.3.0
✓ Used to be great but developer killed itThis game used to be one of the best games. Balanced very well and didn't favor only pay to play. But with last 2-3 patched developer killed all the ways free to play players could grow. Only way to get stronger now is to pay a lot of money. Rest of the players just waste many month building decks to optimize guild map damage and now these decks are useless . Developer also limited amount of shards we can claim a day. Good job Igg. ✓ A reviewIts okay. not exactly the best and feels very p2w or at least first impression feels p2w. the gameplay is pretty much all automatic unlike most card games which feels not fun because you dont really need to do anything. also theres ton of art that dont load for the cards. and its not a one time thing it's constantly just transparent background. because you aren't actively playing the gameplay feels very boring but you cant just go afk because you need to be there to end your turn and place cards and stuff. also the difficulty from the third area onwards gets so much more difficult to the point where i cant even pass without spending..Version: 13.3.2
✓ Way too difficult for f2p or semi-new playersIf you're thinking of getting into this game now, think again. With every update, the game gets more unfriendly to f2p players (or even moderate spenders who pay for STAR membership). The difficulty and learning curve is steep, and as you progress, the game only gets more frustrating. The campaign gets extremely tough and not only that, the matchmaking for arena and gauntlet is very unforgiving. There are many times I lose most of my attempts for the day. Because you face increasingly tough opponents and maps, you never get to enjoy the fruits of your labor by climbing or powering through anything. Very unsatisfying progression, not to mention the entire tournament feature is moot since you will probably be unable to even crack the top 10k after even a month of dedicated effort. ✓ Nothing different hereThe artwork in this CCG is beautiful and was enough to keep me interested during the grind of the unimaginative gameplay - for a while at least. After a week or so of doing (or rather watching the app doing) the same thing over and over again, this game becomes boring and pointless. There is almost no strategy to be spoken of during gameplay, no variety in missions, a dry cliche storyline that becomes an irritating delay rather than adding any depth or colour to the game and - my very favourite thing to hate - an arena mode that pits you against over-strength opponents in auto play that forces you to watch the app do stupid things that ensures you are slaughtered every single time. As usual most of these problems can be solved by injecting real money into the game but there is not enough depth in this game to hold the interest long enough for any such investment to pay off. If you're just after a short term distraction this game is worth a look just on the strength of the impressive art work. ✓ New Update Just Killed The GameI've been playing this game for about 5 months. Did really enjoy it and spent money on gems. Problem with the game is, IGG don't give a damn what you think or how anything effects it's players. They do care about making money to the point of ruining the game though. Greed has once again destroyed a really good game. You can spend £100s of pounds trying to get a card, don't worry though, they will probably NERF it and make it rubbish or bring out better cards soon enough. Paying trying to win with luck on boosters or the Alter trying to get a card that won't drop because drop rates only favour millionaires . The new update just killed Guild maps making earning free 5* cards near impossible unless you have the top heroes or cards! once again favouring the rich. ✓ Great graphics -- poor support -- expensive if you want to succeedI played this game on an iPad Pro and the graphics are stunning. That said, my advice is to avoid it unless you want to spend a lot while you learn the game. The basic idea is simple enough, choosing warrior cards to progress through mazes and developing your cards as you face tougher opponents. You can even set it to automatic and allow the computer to make the choices. I'll explain why it is expensive. I understand that it is necessary to invest some cash to get you started in a new game so I spent 39.99 on 4000 gems and used them to invest in what I believed was a top warrior card - Oceanus x15 and some other 'garbage'. What did the x15 mean? That I got 15 Oceanus cards? That Oceanus was on level 15? No. It meant that I got 15 shards towards the 100 needed to get the card. When I asked for an explanation it was actually one of the players not customer support who provided it. Customer support promised to email me in 24 hours but a week later have not done. 15% of a card for 40 quid? Now I have been told I have been raided, lost the battles and lost shards and glory points. I didn't even get a chance to defend in the battle. So, my advice is, if you are going to play this game spend very little until you know for definite exactly what you are doing. Good luck!.Version: 10.2.0

And that's when the game turns bad you can spend lots of money on this game and get no rewards it will give you creature cards that was never even worth using in the game anyway. Once your ticket reaches someone who might be able to help typical response might include, we apologize but there is nothing we can do, please check again or we simply do not understand your problem. I've had several issue with the game not rewarding certain prizes after completing different stages. I've run into a few bugs as well. Even when it comes down to reporting a bug they simply do not care enough to address the issue and instead issue an apology for the bug existing. ✓ One of my favoritesThis is a great game, one of the very few that I play, but it's almost not worth spending any money unless you're willing to invest A LOT. I've spent a little here and there any have virtually nothing to show for it, the drop rates in five star cards is incredibly low. So save yourself some time and just farm as much as possible because sinking casual amounts of money in this game gets you nowhere. I even complained that there are no percentage chance of gaining a 5 start card given after trying Booster and Transmutation 6x each and getting zero (obligatory by law to publish chance data at least in the EU for games with in-game purchase). “customer service” answers were computer generated. ✓ Money grab, glitches and nonexistent customer serviceI have been playing Deck Heroes for about 6 years now, and I had advanced to level 111 and headed up my own guild. I have spent countless dollars buying gems to compete with the mid-range players (who have a few rare 5-star heroes and rare 5-star creatures), but could never really compete with the player with 10 evolved Queen Artolias with disposal, revive, etc in their deck with maxed out skills and a hero with maxed out everything (hackers or basement-dwelling “kids” spending their inheritance?). Anyways, I had just purchased gems when the game up and crashed. Could not load it at all. I turned off all other programs running in the background, but that did not help. I turned off the phone, deleted and reloaded the game, still crashes. I contact IGG support, get a canned answer the next day that is of no help whatsoever. I respond to the IGG support person Arden K, and there has been no response. I am ready to walk away from this game like I did with Kingdom Age 5 years ago. Don’t waste your time with this game people, or all your time and money invested can be gone in an instant like me, and IGG could care less. I have learned my lesson, never again!.Version: 13.1.2
✓ The game is riggedHonestly. I wish there was something lower then a star. I honestly loved this game in the beginning and even bought the star membership (sucker alert). It starts out fun and easy, but it gets extremely hard very quickly. It’s nearly impossible to get a legitimately good card. I had collected 1,200 gems at one point and did lucky spins nonstop. The only creature I ever got was the same 3 star healer repeatedly. The last one I did had 5 5 star creatures and it was still spinning fast but then abruptly stopped right in the middle of two them. There’s also the booster packs. Those are a joke because I got several of those and never got anything more than a 4 star creature that I already had. I only ever got creatures that I already had. The tournaments and everything else are a joke because even starting out, it’s a complete mismatch. I genuinely feel ripped off and don’t intend on playing this game anymore. All of the events they bring refer to people buying gems. There has not been any events that are fun to play and if you work hard you can get good rewards. ✓ Caution. Unscrupulous devA close look should be taken into this dev’s practices. They are unscrupulous. Even a peek under their covers shows how blatant their behavior is. What is IGG doing selling their product on the backbone of Apple’s great reputation for top quality products and services? IGG service replies ALL start with something clearly insincere like Dear Esteemed Player and are followed by equally insincere nonspecific cut and paste replies. Basically, they make dealing with a IGG service issue a giant negative stalemate for their customers. IGG doesn’t resolve player problems. I’ve played DH Legacy for 7 years. I’m a guild leader and maintain a very active chat with some of the most established players (left standing) playing on the server that IGG has clearly discriminated against. I invite you to our chat. From there, you will have access to every established player in the game. Let them support, and more, what I share about the many behaviors that have come from this unscrupulous dev. Behaviors such as: Manipulating drop rates. Is there a reason they don’t publish anything but a few drop rates for items that can be obtained free through gameplay at a constant rate? They won’t touch any questions on drop rates from boosters and other things that require in game currency purchases for example. Ever. That should be questioned very heavily. I’ve watched the effects of a manipulated drop rate over the course of 7 years. I, and others, can tell you when something manipulative is up. No events, on the Legacy server only, beside purchase events for 2-4 years depending on the event. That’s right. Not new events. Any events besides purchase events. They took all of the old ones away from Legacy only. They even sold something called piggy banks and advertised them as savings programs for their AB event all the while it had disappeared for 4 years from Legacy only. Dear Esteemed Player… All other servers that IGG serves the exact same game on get the full product. Only the American server is receiving such blatant discrimination. What is the motivation? Why only the American server? Customers paid for this product. They deserve an explanation at the least. In the last 6 months, there is a bug on Apple version of DH Legacy whereby game icons don’t display. For these Apple users, IGG has not explained why or what, if anything, is being done to allow their devices to display again. Typical insubstantial cut and paste response that says nothing but thank you for paying. Suggesting to a long-time good-paying customer that other players should provide the support requested from IGG to help explain how the IGG product works. In the latest case, and not the only, my request was to simply understand how their product works for something that has not yet been attempted in the game. The suggestion that any customer should ask other players to do the service required to support their product is ludicrous..Version: 13.3.2

Each day you can earn 1-3 or each day. So it might take 250 days in average (open game 4 times a day). ✓ A pale copy of other card battle games with pay to winSeriously, how has no one noticed that this is a copy of other card battle games like lies of astaroth or elemental kingdoms. And it's pay to win. I got to level 36 and can't get any further because I don't have any 5 star creatures, just 4 star. So basically the quests stop for me halfway through. Glad I didn't spend a penny on this crap. That said, this is still better than other crappy games out there. The drawings are well done.... That's it. That's the one good thing about this game. The rest of it you've seen before in games like elemental kingdoms, with a pretty generic story in the quest (if there even is one: you're just dragged into the world with little explanation for why you are fighting battle after battle, but just dumb comments your character says before fighting). Even the arena mode is god awful with an auto fight mode that you can't change. If you do arena matches, it's all basically random with what you do because all you do is watch your cards played by the ai. An ai that is so stupid at that, placing your cards in nonstrategic positions. It's a pretty much 50/50 chance you'll win. To seal the deal: it's an addicting pay to win. Don't get this game. ✓ What are you guys doingThe last few years playing this game has been rocky to say the least. As someone who has put a crazy amount of hours various different accounts to say I love this game is an understatement. As previously stated the lack of updates content insane amounts of money to get game breaking cards and how far spending said crazy amounts of money put you in a different league then f2p people who doesn’t understand what’s going on is insane. There are currently some issues that just hasn’t been resolved not looked at or just don’t care. The guild mall is the biggest offender here knowing there is rewards for unplayable content is mind numbing. The nerf of Ore from the mining is insane considering this is an energy based game and the grind it takes away from other content is insane it’s a great energy burn for guilds but really insane when you think about how much it cost for and hero that isn’t 3 star. The last few days in 2021 we haven’t had login rewards . I don’t know what’s up with the devs but why not tell the player base what your plans are without still having pay mechanics that are still working.
