Thank you!Best email app for iOS!.Version: 4.62.0

New up datesI have been completely shut out of accessing my emails. Which I need for work. It asked for a password that I can’t remember but ever other bit of info it asks for that I provide it states that it’s already in use !!! Which it is because it’s me. I could loose my job because of this. As a contract worker I have no protection and now no email contact. Thanks a lot Microsoft. Help support no use either as they said they couldn’t help. Redirected to other help system which I couldn’t access as my details are already in use??!!!.Version: 4.7.0

ImproveOverall it’s good but can do small improvements too. iOS mail app has a great feature of “suggestions” to move mail messages when choosing to move. When I click move message, it gives me two options: 1. Move to name of the folder (a recommendation made with a folder name based on history of the emails moved to specific folders) 2. Other folder which you have the option to choose as current outlook has anyways. This feature helps us to save time when moving emails which are of the same origin. Like the financial reports, I like to see the reports daily in my inbox & then I like to move them to my financial folder but every time I finish reading the email I had to go through the lengthy scroll down of my folder list alphabetically until “F” & then move it. I would like it to give me extra recommended option so that I can move to financials folder as I do it everyday..Version: 3.23.0

For school or work whatever it’s worth downloadingI use it for school I have an outlook account that I sign into and without logging into my computer I can take outlook wherever and whenever. Their are downfalls using this app and one of them is........that if you have a signature that you put in some emails and others you don’t there is no way to put a signature in your email in Outlook app which I don’t mind but then again I thought all your capabilities that you have online or app on computer you would have in the app for your phone. Another downfall I think is that you can’t say a email is “low important or high importance” I again for me that’s not super important but it would be nice to have on the app for your phone. There are plenty other things you can’t do on the app for your mobile device but you can do on the desktop app for your computer or laptop or pc. Other than, I like using the app and reading emails that come in without running to my computer to reply or even just read a single message I can be away from my computer and use my phone while I’m on the go doing other things that are little more important than sitting at home waiting for a email to come in thinking that’s the only way I can respond and receive messages from Outlook..Version: 4.62.0

Brilliant. So almost 100% perfect. One of the best phone apps I’ve used. Really well put together, slick, so much functionality but it’s there in a way that’s easy to access and not burdening. This really is the beat app to have all your mail and calendars together. The only thing that I’d really like, and that won’t be an issue for many, is the Apple Watch complications. Most calendar apps for Apple Watch allow you to have a small complication showing your next appointment, unfortunately outlook don’t yet provide this. The other thing that would be good would be the option to split the app out into two app buttons - one directly to take you to mail, the other to take you directly to calendar. I know you can long press on the app button and select ‘open’ calendar, but it would be more beneficial to me to split them into two physical buttons (maybe there’s a shortcut for this somewhere). Thanks Microsoft, great job on this. Keep up the good work!.Version: 4.32.1

FreezingThis was a great app until the last couple of updates and now it freezes up all the time!.Version: 2.63.0

ReviewThe outlook app is a great way to keep in touch with all your emails without having to go on a computer as all the mails are sorted into categories and is easy to use with no help needed. I definitely recommend this to everyone..Version: 4.2112.0

A little buggy of lateNoticed that some messages don’t render when I tap on them to read. Simply get the header with no content. When I return back to the inbox and try again the full message is then rendered. A little annoying. Also search seems to be a little buggy also in not picking up new search terms. Appears to revert to the last term searched for. Besides that, more power to you..Version: 4.29.0

ReviewLove it.Version: 4.2115.2

Crash loop in latest versionHonestly, this app is overall great; but lately I have encountered a problem whereby trying to add an attachment from an outside app (Microsoft OneDrive, Adobe Scan, etc.) results in a draft email which crashes Outlook and cannot be rectified without a full reinstall. After reinstalling I have to add all accounts, signatures, etc. again from scratch. It’s a headache..Version: 4.13.0

Great app, although a few enhancements needed.Love how the calendar shows who has responded to a meeting. A few things that would be great to see in a future release. Set out of office message from the app, as on a few occasions I can't get to my full version of Outlook or O365 and would be handy to be able to set up an Out of Office message from my iPhone. Also I receive a large number of attachments that use up a lot of my mobile corporate data plan. It would be great if you could set the size of the attachments to auto download only to a certain size, then allow the user to choose if they would like to download the entire attachment via mobile data depending on the importance of the attachment or choose to download when a secure WiFi connection is available. This allows the user to better manage their mobile data usage as I am constantly having to turnoff Outlook via mobile data to avoid breaching my data allowance. Cheers.Version: 2.53.0

Great app, but desperately needs one improvementReally enjoying this app, using multiple accounts is really easy and convenient. I really hope that searching within folders can be added as it is the only shortcoming I have found so far!.Version: 4.30.0

Best Mobile Email ClientI have used most of the available mobile email clients on iOS. In terms of fluidity, cross-company compatibility, folder management, bringing depth of desktop experience to mobile Outlook app has been the best. With multiple updates they have removed bugs makings the app very reliable. I would like to see some additional features. (1) Better typography with use of new fonts, larger subject font, and possibilities of choosing system fonts. (2) Ability to choose accent colours other than blue (3) More personalisation for multiple accounts (4) The calendar in the app isn’t as refined as the email. It needs to be improved with better visuals and easier views. (5) An email contact management tab that is easy to use..Version: 4.36.1

Works as expectedOutlook mobile on iOS now has all the features (that I’m aware of) that are in the desktop client. If you use outlook on your work pc you’ll be happy enough with this on your phone.Version: 3.7.0

5 starts and moreBy far the best email provider I have used. I have 2 other personal emails that I use and I now know why business use outlook mostly. Highly recommend! Wonderful at organising my day and helping me focus on pending tasks..Version: 4.2112.0

BrilliantOutlook is private, doesn't scan your emails or content, which is a big plus. It's very fast, efficient and useful that you can view each email address emails separately or view all emails from all the email addresses at the same time and replies to selected email sent from the relevant email address. Can insert hyperlinks straight from the app. Being able to create alias email addresses is brilliant and gives additional privacy. They show automatically in the outlook app without needing to add them separately, which is fab. It would be useful to have a scanning functionality in the app, schedule send, confidential mode and to change the fonts/set default font..Version: 4.55.1

OutlookI have been using outlook for more than 25 yrs and never had an issue! It keeps up with all the security updates! Good filters on Spam. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. In the recent past the development has been amazing! Keep up the good work..Version: 3.10.1

Mobile accessEnjoying the access to emails and my calendar from multiple devices. Easy to keep up with emails, and makng sure I don’t double-book when scheduling away from the office. Easy to use app..Version: 3.1.0

The folders getting emptySince two months I have noticed in my iPhone7+ that all my email from specialists folders are missing and keep telling me check back later..Version: 3.25.0

OutlookSuggestion - options in setting to notify me on important emails from certain senders selection would be awesome and blocking spams is an issue some spam senders do not have the unsubscribe I wish there was an option in settings that I could select spam senders and outlook blocks them from reaching me. Everything else i enjoy the layer of outlook keep up the great work 😊.Version: 4.2112.0

Edit issuesAfter an email conversation has continued for many forwards and replies, the length of conversation may become quite long. Sometimes, it is good to shorten and delete some of the parts of the old conversations in order to highlight a particular portion for your recipient. Outlook has problems with this and starts to force scroll in a direction toward top or bottom, making it nearly impossible to edit and achieve a focused conversation. You have to close it and save as a draft, then reopen, start editing again, and have to do this sequence sometimes multiple times just to complete the email. With the number of other bugs that I have found, I am fairly convinced that Microsoft either does not use their own products OR the very poor service paradigm of customers testing MS products for them is contributing too much to the bottom line at the expense of the customers. The modern IT perversion of customer service, converting the testing team to be the customer and wait for feedback, leaves me asking, where is my pay check?.Version: 2.88.1

Dark mode pleaseOtherwise works great.Version: 3.24.0

Great email clientJust wanted to comment to Michel Keys review because everything said can actually be done. You can turn Focussed off in the app settings if you want, you can go to individual inboxes if you want, you can change the swipe behaviour if you want, and you’ve got something else going on if it’s not polling for emails - I’ve never had a problem. Tap the home button top left and go hunting in settings. Outlook is my mainstay email client and I don’t see me ever going back to the standard iOS client. It’s a good productive client. On the Focussed feature I’d recommend you leave it on but each to their own. It does seem to learn pretty quickly. Worth the work to learn it. Which is the nub of every app these days - they all rely on intuition and following your nose - or finger - to figure out features for yourself. In fact you have to wonder how much you just don’t know is there. Outlook works well for me..Version: 4.34.1

Feature to delete all in deleted mail folder-finally found itHi Guys, I really do find using Outlook on my iOS devices a joy and update it regularly. However, the biggest grip I have is when I’ve deleted unwanted mail I then go to my deleted mail folder and have to individually swipe or re-delete each message. What a pain, particularly with the amount of useless emails I get from work. Can you think about a “select all” check box in the delete folder to facilitate the mass clean-up exercise, please? Cheers Updated comments - FOUND IT! By coincidence all I had to do is hold down on my first deleted email entry for a few seconds to be deleted rather than tapping. The additional checkboxes and mass delete options appeared! Goes to show that I really do need to read the updated instructions with every update..Version: 4.25.0

Love itThis app is way better than Gmail, I feel like this one is more simple to use, this app looks better and is more pleasing! I love the app on my Apple Watch. I really like the Focused part of outlook, I am just wondering how to make curtain senders go to Focused mailbox. You can add other email accounts beside outlook like Gmail and Yahoo and others. I like how if I put my phone in dark mode it does that with that app. There is a feature where Cortona can read your emails which I personally do not use a lot but is a great feature for accessibility and just hearing Emails while walking with my AirPods or other headphones. I was also wondering how you can make certain senders of mail go to trash like I have a eBay account and I get constant emails which I do t like but I want to keep my eBay account. Overall I would recommend this app way more than Gmail! Good job Microsoft!.Version: 4.40.0

Badges! After contacting support last week about badges not working, they told me they were aware and working on a fix. Decided to reinstall after latest update and badges are working! Tried using other email apps but nothing beats outlook as far as functionality goes, especially if you have an exchange account. Highly recommended..Version: 4.36.1

Landscape viewOutlook for iOS needs a feature to allow choice of view layout when the Plus size iPhone is viewing email in the landscape orientation. There should be an option to either hide the folder list and enable the email to utilise the entire screen or a way to zoom in on the email body text maintaining auto word wrap so you don’t have to keep scrolling left and right..Version: 2.78.0

Great replacement for Mail, needs only one fixOverall I really like outlook and find it is equal to or better than Mail in virtually all respects. The reading function works amazingly well, and the overall layout and functionality is excellent. The one function I don’t like in Outlook and wish work like Mail is the undo function when I am filing and moving messages into folders. In Mail, if I move a message to the wrong folder, I can just shake the phone and and trigger the undo function to reverse the move, even several seconds later. But in Outlook, the undo is provided by a software button that appears for only a couple of seconds at the bottom of the screen. If I don’t click the button right away, the ability to undo has passed, and then I have to hope I can find the message in the wrong folder and manually re-locate it etc. Not a deal killer by any means, but if that were fixed, I would give it six stars..Version: 4.47.0

Am deleting Outlook from my iPadJust spent nearly 2hours trying to permanently delete my emails from my iPad - they had been deleted from my laptop but because I had tried deleting them from my iPad and instead they were archiving- had to delete them from archive and it’s only thanks to google searching that I was able to discover how, then I had to delete them from the delete box, such a tortuous way around deleting emails 😒.Version: 3.8.1

Outlook reviewI really love this app i have been using it on my phone for a few years and it makes it easy to manage several accounts. Recently the app has started freezing every couple of days making it very frustrating. I have to delete the app and re-download which seems to take a very long time after the freezing has occurred. Hopefully you can look into this fault and fix it up as soon as possible..Version: 4.12.0

Works fine, few commentsI use this for work emails when travelling and commuting and I’m also very familiar with the Outlook for windows- desktop version. I like the clear and simple interface for the mobile, all you need is there quick to access. It’s reliable and I appreciate that when writing an email saves it automatically so that if you simply block the phone, you don’t loose your text. Two points I’d appreciate improvement: • When reading or writing, if one swaps app or blocks the phone, when back to the app it resets to the default page and one needs to find the email again to continue working. Would be nice to stay in the same screen until the app is completely closed by the user. (Here would be my fifth star, as on-off is key to a mobile app) • I miss the search engine of the desktop, eg: type “from: name” and get exclusively the emails from that person. Overall, user friendly, reliable, convenient and worth using !.Version: 4.22.0

Updates are not working!!The last two updates have wrecked using this app for work! I am on the road and need to send emails regularly. Since the last two recent updates, emails are not being sent, they wind up in my draft box with half the contents missing, retyping and resending still doesn’t go through, sending an email with an attachment is a nightmare and won’t go through either and now email threads won’t load at all. Receiving emails are fine. It just won’t send a reply, forward or new email until hours later or not at all. Some disappear altogether. Please FIX ASAP..Version: 2.88.1

Still bugs when scrolling sent emailPretty good application with some clever features reading travel bookings and loading the calendar accordingly.Version: 2.77.0

CategoriesFeature request: Can you please add the ability to view emails based on how they are categorised (I.e teams that use a shared mailbox on the computer sort emails based on categories but you cannot see the categories of the emails from within the app so when working on the go the app can be a bit annoying not knowing what colour category the email is in). Also Mailbox settings (running rules, policies, or having the app open for delay delivery emails in the outbox) don’t seem to work from the app. Would be good if all of those worked to mirror the desktop app..Version: 4.2112.0

Better than Apple's native mail appI admit I was never impressed with the prior version of OWA. But this app is better than Apple's mail app. I like how the conversational threads lay out, the Focused conversations seem fairly intelligent in terms of dividing my email between important and non-important, and I love the ability to access attachments I have previously opened without having to find the original email that contained the attachment. Finally, this app seems to have magically saved my iPhone's battery life once I delinked my Exchange account from the iPhone default mail app. Only drawback is I couldn't figure out how to keep my contacts and delete my old Mail account entirely, so I had to re-connect my account in Settings in order to restore contacts and keep them sync'ed. Update 2 years later... this app just gets better and better. Thank you to the team involved for making the best mail app on the market..Version: 2.99.0

Easy to useLove how they split mu mail into focused and other - it makes it so much easier to filter out the junk. Also love how you can have multiple emails and switch btwn them all. Ive had this app for about 2 years now and have never been disappointed 👍🏻 A+.Version: 2.77.0

MicrosoftGreat.Version: 4.2115.2

Pretty GoodI’d give it an 4.5 if I could, but it’s not a four. I’d like it if it was easier to figure out at first how to access other folders such as trash and drafts—or maybe I’m just slow. I like how you can change what the slide function has—I have it set to delete which is super helpful and I wish the apple mail app had. I use both apps with Microsoft OutLook for my school email. I also like the computer version as well. Both versions of the app can (and do) remind me of events I have in my Microsoft calendar (I forget their name, if it has one). This is really helpful as my high school is using teams during the whole pandemic-so I get reminded before school starts, towards the end of classes I dislike, and before lunch ends that I have class which is really helpful. I’ll also mention that you can turn this off—for one or all events—and change the amount of time beforehand that it reminds you at (15 or 5 minutes beforehand for example). I still will use google as my main email because I already am—it isn’t better enough in the ways it is to change. I don’t think it is worse per say that google/apple email apps/websites. Hope this helps!.Version: 4.57.0

App keeps crashing while openingI have been using this app for more than 6 years and it has worked perfectly well. But after this new update, my app keeps crashing and sadly i am unable to use it anymore . IOS version 12.4 model: IphoneX.Version: 4.24.0

Freezes all the timeI used to love this app but now when I open it, it freezes and I don’t get the thumbprint id... the only way to fix this is to power my phone on and off. That’s such s hassle, if this bug isn’t fixed soon, I will remove the app..Version: 2.62.0

Was great, latest update made things worseOutlook has replaced the stock Mail app on my iPhone for some time now, and it’s been working brilliantly! A recent update however seems to have broken something(s). In the current version, if you search for an email, and open it from the search results, Outlook freezes. If it wasn’t for that, this would get 4.5 stars. The only other thing that would’ve prevents a 5-Star rating would be the fact that some mail functionality within the iPhone still ask for the Mail app (which I’ve incidentally uninstalled as I prefer Outlook). Could well not be a Microsoft issue thought but one that Apple doesn’t allow in an effort to discourage people from using other Mail apps? Other than these two points (one fairly major, and another negligible, this is a brilliant app!!! Well done Microsoft! If only your iOS Groove app was this feature rich.Version: 2.53.0

My performance review was affected because of multiple accountsWe all have managers who try to fit team members in bell curve. They keep looking for small things and exaggerate in performance review. I have this incident happened to me because of outlook. I have my organization (very big company $600 billion valuation) emails and outlook account on same app. On a morning I was sick and sent an email to team that I would be WFH. None of my team mates received it. The next day my Sr. Manager sent an email to team that do not work from home with out notifying. And, my colleagues over lunch said they were asked about me. I wondered and said I dropped an email too. And, I showed it. None of our colleagues received it. I myself apps developer understood what went wrong. I sent it from personal one. But I sent it to my company team GDL. WHY SHOULD OUTLOOK AUTOFILL ONE ACCOUNT’s EMAIL IDs in another one? My manager just brought this and mentioned everytime in every meetings. Managers were in always constant tension because their managers were in same. In a performance review yesterday he mentioned this and fit me in bell curve. I resigned today with out having another job. Thanks Outlook for making me realize I am with bad team. Thank you. But don’t auto fill another team’s accounts in another account. It is too dumb. Who is the product owner came up with this idea?.Version: 4.23.0

Almost PerfectRobust set of features of power users, like email scheduling, a smart focused inbox system, unified calendar management, etc. are indispensable for today’s business users. The app is clearly the best overall mail management app available, but is also clearly lacking in some key areas: • Search functionality is incredibly limited and notoriously unreliable • Push notifications typically arrive well in advance of the actual messages driving the alert • E-mail signatures cannot be customized with HTML, Rich Text, or logos • Opening attachments is virtually impossible and requires several “Try Again” reload attempts, with a (generously speaking) 20% success rate • Outlook seems to caches passwords but fails to update them across devices, meaning users of iPad and iPhone will frequently experience account lockouts upon password reset New feature suggestions with overwhelming support seems to be largely ignored by the developers or, at best, are prioritized lower than less useful functionality. All in all, this is a fantastic app for email management with Exchange, Office 365, and other Enterprise mail systems; but its serious lack of other meaningful features renders it suitable only for casual business correspondence. Without more comprehensive message formatting functionality, and until the loading of attachments is repaired, this app deserves only four stars..Version: 4.9.0

Email ending up on junk folderI struggle with my important mails ending on my junk folder and sometimes my email’s I send over ends on the recipients junk. I am really frustrated about this !!!.Version: 4.1.3

Works greatI use a G Suite account and everything just works. Love how I can have multiple cloud storage providers and the built in calendar now works great. (I was having issues getting GSuite calendars to show up but all seems to work now).Version: 4.15.0

Finding older messages.I find that e-mails sent that hit my inbox, that I have replied to, are then only available in my sent folder. I don’t believe that should be the case. I think word search and recovery of past e-mails could be improved upon... Sometimes it takes too long to find certain e-mails. Ex: If someone e-mailed me at 1:15 3 weeks ago on a certain date, I can’t go back to that date and find the e-mail in my inbox if I replied to since then. Also, if I check my sent folder, it is difficult to find it sometimes through name search more often than not. Also, when I do find the e-mail, sometimes the whole thread is not there with attachments.. Lastly, I think copying and pasting PDFs from one e-mail into a new e-mail thread could be easier. In fact, having the ability to do that with multiple e-mails, all through Outlook in the phone or tablet would be ideal. Aside from that I enjoy it. Thanks.Version: 4.47.0

Almost PerfectThis app is so well organised and structured. It easy to access all your various types of email and simple to view and reply them. It allows for a different range of files to be attached to your email and it very easy to navigate. Overall the app is sophisticated and through my use of it emailing individuals has become easier, with me becoming more comfortable with it. The only thing I would complain about for this app, is the inability to delete folders. This means when I near freak like me tries to organise my folders and get something wrong I am stuck with it there. The online version doesn’t full allow me to delete these folders..Version: 3.21.0

Block Email addressesI would use outlook as my default account but it doesn’t have the basic function to block certain email addresses (spam) from appearing in your inbox . This function is available in all other email applications. Microsoft please add it ....Version: 4.15.0

Address autocomplete corruptionThis app corrupted my autocomplete cache. It then corrupted the autocomplete cache on OWA which then corrupted autocomplete cache on outlook for Mac. Support for outlook iOS is beyond awful. They denied it could be the app for two weeks. I then resolved the issue with MS owa support (by reinstalling the entire OWA account) which took a week. We then isolated the problem to outlook iOS. iOS support think they can solve the problem with a message with a silly question every 24hours. The iOS support function is awful. Which would not be a huge problem if this app did not have an impact on the OWA server, BUT IT DOES and then wasted a week’s of my, and the MS owa support staff’s, time..Version: 4.60.0

Easy to useGreat app to use and easily integrates with my outlook and gmail accounts. Only really annoying bit is when adding calendar events it adds the imagine of a dumbbell or knives and forks if the title of the event has something to do with sports or eating. Would be good to be able to get rid of that automatic feature and let you choose to just have the standard ‘dot’.Version: 2.98.0

AttachmentsNEEDS to support multiple attachments to emails properly. It’s so unstable in that area. Other than that this app is great but the email attachment problem has been going on for years, don’t know why they don’t fix it.Version: 2.48.0

Great for corporate e-mailTo those who say that it is limited because it lacks integration with iOS that is exactly the point and the reason why you want this app. You can always use the built-in mail app in iOS and connect to your exchange server or office 365, however this carries some risks as your administrator can now wipe the entire phone if necessary (or on accident). With the outlook app an administrative wipe is only limited to the data in the outlook app itself it will not wipe your entire phone. THIS is the reason to use Outlook. It is a bit less convenient to have the main calendar app and the Outlook calendar for instance, but I believe the separation is worth the inconvenience. iOS 14 outlook calendar widget is here now and also works great. My only ding is the stupid ‘play my emails’ prompt. It’s turned OFF, yet Outlook asks me every launch. You need to go in and turn it on, then turn it off for it to go away. Stupid!!.Version: 4.60.0

Nice video, shame about the song......, to paraphrase the late great Mel Smith. The app itself is brilliant and by far one of the best email clients available on iOS. I’ve been using it for a couple of years now and it just keeps getting better and better. That is, until they decided to change the icon. It doesn’t match any of Microsoft’s other apps, and, simply put, looks out of place and as though it was designed by an intern. The old icon was much classier and was well integrated with the rest of the lineup. Bring back the old icon (or ping me for some ideas) and you can have your five star review..Version: 3.15.0

Would choose mobile over desktop app if I had to chooseWould choose mobile over desktop app if I could have only one! Having my work calendar with me at all times is excellent. And BEST OF ALL: being able to “archive until” messages, so they hide for a while then pop back up. This is not possible in the desktop app: there are reminders but those are frankly a pain to set. I actually keep my phone beside me on my desk at work so that I can use the “archive until” feature..Version: 2.101.0

Joyce DrammehI enjoy outlook although I have a iPhone it is just annoying I have internet connection problems with my Facebook messenger and WhatsApp every time I do a software update on my iOS I loose web sites and internet connection s also google does not know or make me keep signing in checking who I am which is very very disappointing I love iPhone but as I have iMac I thought it would be better to have iPhone mobile I don’t like safari or cloud I prefer google and outlook but for past 8 days I have had internet problems with internet on iMac and iPhone and still I’m having problems with my internet connection I need to know what to do as I’m getting very angry with it all.Version: 4.2112.0

Good but has some significant shortcomings. Some time ago I deleted a number of files, however rather than have these permanently removed from the files column, the files are still visible under a title of deleted files indented but still visible in a block of deleted files. These should have been permanently removed and no longer visible once they were deleted, they serve no purpose in being displayed as they are, as a note I did contact support for assistance, but their recommended fixes failed to remedy the problem..Version: 2.56.0

AdequateLet me start by saying my extremely hectic life has gotten a lot more organized with this Outlook Account. The app itself can perform most of the basics that the web version can. A major improvement that they should work on is the calendar section of the application. On the web, when you make a new event you can categorize it, change its color, and other additional features that aid in quick location / identification of events documented. In the application, there is a limited amount of things you can do: you cannot change which calendar it’s saved on, cannot classify into categories, cannot change an events color, cannot view the schedule in any other color (this means that even if you have separate categories / colors on the desktop version, the application shows it all as one color), and etc. If they improved this feature, it would be almost as perfect as the desktop version of Outlook is!.Version: 2.102.0

OutstandingI love outlook, simply put Outlook is outstanding. It is very easy to manage the emails. Outlook calendar is so much helpful for me as I can keep snoozing the reminders as many times as I need and it is very easy to set alarms. Five stars from me. Rocky Kabir Gujjar..Version: 2.77.0

Amazing, user friendly, & clear EPGFirst of all, I would recommend outlook over any other email server/account/platform. The app/outlook account is one I’ve had for 24 years and it’s never faulted - well apart from Onedrive one day decided to remove years of photos, memories and extremely important documents. The one thing I would say is that there are features which could be extremely useful. Features that you would have on an office email account. Simple options even for example a received/read mail notification, direct link to onedrive as we once had available on computer, notes & a basic admin functionality. There are two things at least that bothers me the most that comes to mind... 1. It’s a shame when you press on the picture links where or what to do with an email, that a label doesn’t come up to make it clear what’s what. 2. It would be so much easier to be able to search for a regular sender, and there be able to select all and delete. I am truly amazed by outlooks generosity. It’s been a lifeline and a safe and loyal platform for all these years. So thank for the updates and improvements you make constantly to keep the app fresh and for making it free and and available to all..Version: 4.2112.0

Good app but scope for improvementI really like the Outlook app - it is very nicely presented and generally works well. I do gave some gripes though - I have my personal and work email addresses on the app and i wish you could more definitively separate the two. Sometimes the app will default to opening both inboxes or sending an email from my work email rather than my personal etc. I did once accidentally send an email from my work email rather than my personal email which, for a pedant/perfectionist like me, is kind of painful. 😩 It’d also be good if you could apply icons and labels to your different email accounts to more clearly identify them. Finally I’m not sure if you can reorder different accounts in the list; I wanted my personal email at the top and I think I had to delete my work email account and re-add it to achieve this. It was a while ago though so I might be wrong on that. Finally, the search feature is pretty basic and needs more features. Pretty sure you can’t sort search results in the order you want... Thanks..Version: 4.2112.0

So Much Better Than the Native iPhone Mail AppI had been meaning to try the Outlook app for iOS for a couple of years, moved to O365 and MS Intune necessitating my move to Outlook for iOS; fine by me. The learning curve has been minimal. I haven’t found a way to move between emails without going out to my inbox or other containing folder, but I haven’t had time to google that, either. I just wish there were up/down arrows within an email allowing me to move up/down a message within the parent folder. I like that it feels more professional in UI appearance than apps aimed at consumers in general; other than the one feature I complained about it lacking above. I haven’t tried this yet, but it appears that I can even set my OOO message, or update it, from the app! Now THAT’S a level of integration with our Exchange server that wasn’t even possible with any other mail app on the iPhone or iPad. That is awesome! I can’t wait to find out what other little nuggets it has that I haven’t discovered yet!.Version: 4.49.1

Great appI like the layout, very user friendly. I like how I can managed all of my work, school, and personal emails into one. The only thing I complain about is some of my important emails end up in the spam box. Is there a way to mark a certain email address so that it doesn’t end up in the spam box?.Version: 4.40.0

Streamlined emailNot bad as an app. I have spent the past hour trialing the features. As a long time user of the native IOS mail application it takes a bit of getting used to. As I tend to move mail out of my inbox frequently, I would have appreciated a “move to folder” button (like in IOS mail) rather than the archive and delete buttons available at the top of the email screen (or at the least an option to change them)..Version: 2.67.0

SuggestionsHi team, Great app! Some suggestions - with having different accounts open are we able to add a calendar function where I can see appointments on other calendars? For work I have my personal calendar as well as 10 others which I need to access remotely. Also - can we have app themes? I like changing up my outlook every time - I guess it keeps me engaged in using the app when there are heaps of options. Thanks again!.Version: 2.70.0

I love this app -except for one thingI have already deleted other email apps and will be using this from now on. However there's this bug. Tapping on the banner notification to access the email, prompts an error saying the message doesn't exist anymore. I have to visit each account to check each inbox one by one switching from Focused to Other just to find the new email. Having 3 active email accounts, this is very cumbersome. A feature that allows push notifications direct link to the inbox/message it's notifying about. Other that than, I am sold by this app.Version: 2.77.0

Support for domain namesI switched to Outlook Mail due to the inability of the native iOS app to provide notifications when the iPhone X is asleep. The app works well on iOS however I was having issues recognising my domain name email address, it would only allow me to use the default email supplied by the ISP provider. I contacted Outlook support and they wrongly advise that domain names are aliases and are not supported. This is incorrect. With the assistance of my service provider we were able to recognise my domain name email address. Functionality of the app is good, but knowledge base by support needs improvement..Version: 2.60.0

Brilliant for Business UsersThey have clearly worked hard to make this product great. What is especially evident is that they really do look in User Voice and act on the feedback..Version: 2.83.0

Great App, one of the best email appsLove using this app, it is definitely my favourite email app. I would make one recommendation though, when moving an email to a folder, could the developers please add the functionality to "copy to" folder, then allowing user to move the original email from inbox to another folder. I use this function in the PC version of Outlook all the time and find it very useful when I want to ensure I copy and email to multiple folders. Thanks!.Version: 3.8.1

ThankfulI am thankful that Microsoft has made Outlook for apple devices - the interface is almost the same as when using Outlook through Windows. I am thankful that I am able to link my gmail to load into the Outlook product. I prefer this way of accessing my emails..Version: 4.56.0

Dark mode rules!Just got the dark mode upgrade. guys it looks awesome. well done..Version: 4.2.0

Best email app (if you are in the microsoft ecosystem)Update 1: love the email app and sticking with it. As a suggestion, can we add different colors or themes to it? That would be a nice update. Ever since microsoft released its office apps for ios, i immediately dl and have been paying a monthly subscription. I used other email apps when attaching doc/ppt/exc files to them. Some gave me trouble and Gmail app just doesnt offer it. So i gave outlook app a try. And i am impressed. It is a very clean interface simple to use and allows you to sign into diff email accounts even if they are gmail yahoo etc. Can configure it the way you want and you can turn off focus group. Also comes with a calendar. If you are invested in the microsoft ecosystem then this email app is a must have for your ios device. Easy simple and you still enjoy the office environment on ios..Version: 3.7.0

OutlookIs great easy to use but probably I haven’t learnt everything I can’t make folders yet to hold emails and emails all connect to each other but generally really great easy to use have recommended to others who were on Vodafone you are much better than gmail Thank you Sue Piggin.Version: 2.73.0

Lookout!Outlook is probably as good as it gets! One pain is that Newsletters only partially load, then say READ MORE. Of course we want to read more...then shutting off (with X) the rest of the newsletter, still has the first half displayed. Why not have the lot with a total delete? I switch to iPhone’s Mail app for a “one read serves all” simplicity! Only have Outlook because when Yahoo/Xtra divorced somehow sending via Hotmail got screwed!.Version: 2.89.0

Worth itOffice 365 is worth the time and money, I remember prior to finding this app I tried to find alternatives and every app I found there were things I did not like. I kept looking and looking and one day I decided to try office 365 and I’m glad I did this package has literally everything you need and it has replaced all of my old heavy usage apps. The most important point in witch I feel this app is worth it is that this frees you from apples ecosystem, I now can work on my IPad and IPhone and use my Microsoft Laptop for work all within the same cloud service Flawlessly, Amazing !.Version: 2.93.0

Good in partsIn all honesty this is clunky on iOS. As expected it works well with Outlook Calendar. It really is unforgivable not to have the Outlook address book integrated with this program. Who thought it was a good idea not to carry the full Windows facilities through to the iOS version I cannot imagine. One should not need a work around for something as basic as this. Whilst not so important, for me at least, it also makes little sense to have One Note as a stand-alone package not integrated into Outlook. Could do a lot better..Version: 3.32.0

Excellent appI've been using this app since it was recommended by The Verge. I haven't used the standard email app since. I absolutely love having a focused inbox as it separates all the spam emails that clutter up my inbox. Only thing is now I realize how few important emails I actually get. I'll be lucky to get one a day! I probably don't use most of the features offered but it's great that it can be used as a simple uncomplicated email app if you want. Of note also is the customer service. I had a slight problem getting it set up and after contacting customer service they got straight back to me and resolved my issue first time. An excellent service that doesn't cost a thing. Fully recommended..Version: 3.1.0

Thank you...This is the mail app I needed and wish I knew about it years ago. I have 4 email accounts and one is through ECPI. They use an exchange server, so guess what, yahoo mail can’t connect to it, Apple mail needs to have a password entered and a verification process is done, just to look at an email...for school. I don’t get it. Yesterday I downloaded this app and it’s already a life saver. It took a little bit for email to show up in my folders for yahoo, but I only had to verify yahoo one time when setting it up. I just finished customizing my settings and it’s even better. There’s a focused mail box thingy, I didn’t like it and it let me turn it off. I noticed you have to go through notifications and click each mail server you want notifications from, because your default is automatically selected. Oh, btw, I deleted yahoo and Apple mail apps and moved this one next to my hand receiver icon..Version: 4.1.2

Outlook ReviewEfficient speedy to post and receive with items put into junk which are deemed as such and 99% of time Outlook gets it correctly. Creates folders at times when multiple emails received from same address which is fantastic and does free up time fo myself. Self saves addresses which is possibly my most favorite of its features as when busy one often neglects to do so Auto spell and checks perfect feature too Thanks outlook Jean.Version: 4.47.0

Latest updateLatest update actually screwed up what was working properly. Notifications work fine but when the application is opened, it takes a while for an email or calendar invite to reflect the inbox or Diary. Mostly need to refresh the inbox for new emails to show up even though the notification says there’s a new email which is silly.Version: 2.79.0

Great but a few things missing .I think this app is great in many ways and has some advantages visually over the native iOS mail app . The first recommendation is that i think you should update the fluent icons as they appear next to received mail . Your actually still missing a lot of retailer like John Lewis , Curry’s , Target , Restaurants like Dominos and Deliveroo . Please update it to make it even easier to read . Second suggestion is allow the user to specify the date/time before items from the server get pulled . Probably 6months / 1 year /5+ years . Overall very impressive app otherwise ..Version: 4.2048.0

Pretty good. A couple of requests for printing and meeting controlThe app works well and does 99% of what I need to do so I don’t need to go to a computer. I would like to see a couple of enhancements though in a future release if at all possible. 1. When it comes to printing it seems it’s not possible to print a single message in its entirety when it’s part of a thread of other messages. The thread can be printed but when printing the thread each message is generally truncated which means you lose some of the information that might be of interest in a printed version. Expanding a single message in the thread to be in its own window doesn’t help because it pops over the top of the main UI and then the print controls are not accessible. 2. For meetings that are part of a series it’s not possible to cancel (or modify) the meeting occurrences. I often will be in a situation where participants have advised me that we need to cancel a meeting occurrence that is part of a series, but because I’m mobile and the app doesn’t let me delete meetings that are part of a series I have to wait until I’m back at a computer to be able to do it. Would be great to be able to do this from the app. Otherwise it’s all good. Cheers.Version: 3.24.0

I weep for everyone who has to use his on iOS.This is the worst app that I have on my phone. Typically I don’t keep apps that I absolutely hate, but since I have no alternative to using this horrible thing, I haven’t removed it. This pathetic thing has caused problems for me professionally. It takes less time for me to boot up the computer and check my calendar and then it does for me to even make my calendar showing this out. Hoping out an email literally takes as long as it would to write a letter and put it in the mail. Smoke signals will be better than this app. I can’t even open my calendar to understand what kind of meetings I have for the day because this app loads every single calendar I have shared to me and freezes every time I click a button. This is horrible. Don’t know why Microsoft insists upon upgrading things to be absolutely terrible. Even more I can’t understand why the entire professional world forces everyone to use Outlook. Gross. Even worse, it’s been out for a year already and you’ve done nothing to fix it, it’s gotten worse if anything. I’d be fired if I was this bad at my job..Version: 4.0.0

Outlook mobile experienceI have been using outlook on my phone and the app has improved a lot. I have an exchange online account and an imap account and both work well and it has proven ok while travelling. Where things are not great is when pasting text or graphics from other phone apps. It isn’t always available as a copy to destination without digging deeper into the buried list of apps. Maybe Microsoft and apple can fix this..Version: 4.16.1

Outlook for the winThe focused and other division is a life saver! All that junk mail that is fun to read but not that important puts me off opening my other email in box. Also, the ability to have a more respectable alias for my email other than the embarrassing hotmail name I came up with in the nineties is a relief when filling out contact information..Version: 4.2112.0

The best Office Mobile app, hands down! While I still enjoy using Outlook on Windows 10, it’s probably the only Office program in which its mobile version is easier to use, and equally as powerful and functional, which unfortunately can not be said for the rest of the Office Mobile suite. Outlook on iOS retains the power and functionality of Outlook on Windows, and it’s fantastic to use with iOS’s touch gestures and emulates perfectly the remarkable speed and efficiency that makes Outlook the essential Office application that it is..Version: 2.96.0

The most flexible and useful email appHave been using and enjoying Outlook for years but new phone created a few problems. I contacted the help desk and shortly after there was a new update to address the issue. Amazing support..Version: 4.46.0

OutlookI rate outlook a 10/10 because it is really helpful when I want to use it to talk to anyone on the go. I use outlook to talk to my teachers about multiple things like homework and other things. I can also talk to my friends, sister and even parents if they have an account. 😂😂 I really love outlook because it is helpful for whoever likes or urgently needs to talk to someone on the go. Rate outlook a 5 star ⭐️ and use it and it will be your dream app that you would use wherever you are and whenever you need to email someone. Thanks 🙏 Kiera Bailey - Ellis. A student in skinners academy. ❤️💋👻🐝🥰🌈.Version: 3.25.0

GreatIn quarantine this is how me and my class mates connect. We can all chat, or personally chat it dose not use up to much storage or space. This is a great app..Version: 4.40.0

Why update and makes things worse!I find the emails are fine when I use outlook on my computer but on your phone when u want to forward an email to someone, it ends up showing your reply first”! Why have u done this outlook!? It’s horrible! Why can’t you just keep things as they are” they worked well as they were. Now when I am looking for an email someone has sent me I end up seeing only one and not all their previous ones because u have somewhat mixed them into one email and then I can’t find the emails I’m actually looking for because it doesn’t show them! This only seems to be on the app. Or maybe it’s like that way on the computer too but I’m pretty sure it’s not. Please change it back to how it was before. This is horrible! :(.Version: 4.61.1

Outlook 365After using the Apple mail app for many years, until recently when I had phone issues with a new version installed created major phone freezes and random app faults. I decided to try and fix the issue so I deleted the Apple mail app and all my problems solved has been 4 weeks now no more problems and integration with my 365 on lap top works well. Love the focus feature major time saver..Version: 2.56.0

Blocking sendersHi guys, Your app is really good. I would like to suggest if you can add a feature on the app where we can block spam users, rather than just delete their emails. Also, add a feature where we can select a certain email which is in the junk folder as “not junk, rather than just be able to move it from one inbox into another as this doesn’t solve the issue. The next time you receive an email from that sender, it will still go into junk and again I have to move it from junk folder into inbox. Thanks.Version: 4.5.0

Generally good, but missing room finderOverall good software, though i highly recommend switching off the ‘focused inbox’ feature, which in my experience does not work well and adds confusion. Missing the ‘room finder’ functionality that is very important to us at my work..Version: 2.82.0

Can't fault it in any wayReally good job from Microsoft here, really focuses on productivity and ease of use, really like the swipe options, calendar integration and multiple browser support, much better than apple Mail, really can't fault it Update- Still very impressed, love the file management aspect of the app and the fact that It recognises Parcel confirmations and hotel bookings and displays these in the search panel, it’s really intuitive and saves time when you need to access these types of emails. To suggest an improvement Would be great if I could pin emails at the top of inbox temporarily. All in all though still a brilliant app!.Version: 2.67.0

Cannot view emailsHi Team, I am having trouble viewing emails since I have updated to iOS 11. I can see the email in the notifications list but not when I open the app..Version: 2.42.0

Very simple email appI have used numerous email applications in the past, but Outlook really is the best of them all, period. There are a lot of features here that I can’t fathom in either Gmail or Yahoo Mail, such as calendar integration, syncing with multiple devices (including computers), and a simple user interface. While I heavily use Gmail on a day-to-day basis, I think that Microsoft really pays off when it comes to this functional app. I don’t want to screw Redmond if they have missed anything worthwhile or important, but I am happy with the work that the Outlook team has put into it. In conclusion, please download this app if you can, and enjoy a simple, refreshing email experience. (The only flaw I have encountered so far? Well, as far as I can tell you, there have been a lack of features from the web app of Outlook, and you have to sign in there to access them. Only the mobile app has several features. But, otherwise, as I have said, I am content with that.).Version: 4.49.1

Plz modify the dark modeWhen in dark mode, if i flag a mail or conversation it doesn't look so different from other mails and conversation and its really hard to identify the flagged mails later on. Plz change the color or do something else when i flag a mail in dark mode. Thank you.Version: 4.52.1

Most recent update: no more email pull and repeat notificationsReally? Nobody tests those updates? The same notifications of “new” emails come back 20 times over several days for deleted emails while new emails don’t generate notifications... and worse, are no longer downloaded automatically..Version: 4.61.1

Badge notification not workingSince latest update, badge notifications don’t work and screen notifications don’t disappear if reading in outlook on desktop.Version: 4.36.0

It’s OKWe use the full version in the office and the App on our mobile devices. Like the full version it’s not perfect for stationery on email backdrops but as you can’t put in images on the app getting it to look the same as the office is impossible. Needs sorting out. Also, there is a nasty bug where if you type the body of an email first and then add the senders details you lose all the text and with no back button you’re screwed. It had disappeared but it’s back again, as I’ve just found out. Desperately needs sorting!!!.Version: 2.73.0

Deletes my emailHowever awful Outlook is on desktop, you’re pretty much stuck with it in corporate Windows environment. So using it on mobile too kind of makes sense for convenience and consistency. Over the last couple of years I was willing to put up with its bugs and limitations - all complicated apps inevitably have them. However I finally bit the bullet, removed it today and switched to a separate but better apps for email, calendar, and contacts. The reason is that it yesterday (for the second time this year) deleted a year’s email. It is ridiculously easy to brush the ‘select all’ and delete icons without realising it. Before you notice, your emails are disappearing before your eyes, with the deletions being synchronised across all devices linked to your accounts. So for 2nd time this year I have wasted hours going message by message through 3 sets of recycle bins trying to work out which messages were intentionally or unintentionally deleted, and restoring accordingly. Poor for an app that is supposed to increase productivity..Version: 2.85.0

I like the outlook app but...Ok so it’s overall a pretty decent app. Great unified email management. Clean design. But it does a couple of things that I find really annoying. Snoozing, why the emails stay in the snoozed folder for ever? Once they reoccur in the inbox, why are they not removed from the snoozed folder. Notifications, these seem to have gone from bad to worse with the recent updates. First the delete email from the notification stopped working. Now the notifications won’t stack. And this last point of not stacking is a complete deal breaker for me. So the hunt for a good email client like Inbox that isn’t about to be shut down continues 🤦🏻‍♂️.Version: 3.16.0

Add a Image to Signature on Mobile appPlease add the feature on mobile app where we can use the same signature that we use on on desktop mail app or add a feature where we can customise and add a image to our signature on mobile app. Thanks..Version: 4.16.1

Can we see TasksLoving this app makes my life so much easier all my accounts in one place. Would be great if we could see Tasks like we have on the Outlook Desktop..Version: 4.28.0

Like the app; some areas need improvementOverall I like the app and it’s presentation and layout of emails. The features are good. I’ve found that it is slow to show emails after notification - example, a notification and/or unread count appears but no email loads. Eventually it will. Also, no ability to customise signature outside normal text. But I prefer thi app to iOS Mail despite Mail’s integration with iOS. It’s also better than Windows Outlook because it can handle a unified inbox whereas the Windows Outlook cannot as far as I can work out..Version: 2.99.0

Still bugged after all these yearsFirst let me say that I’m an iOS developer so I do understand how to configure notifications both in apps and iOS itself. Outlook simply refuses to notify me of new emails either by sound, banner or badge. I have one account configured - an Exchange Online business account. When I first tried Outlook a few years ago it worked fine for a couple of weeks then the notifications completely stopped. Multiple Outlook app reinstalls and iOS upgrades later and there are still no notifications. Judging by posts in Microsoft forums I’m not the only one, either....Version: 4.16.1

Sync between devicesHi, within your updates you mention, “write to use we’d love to hear from you”. I hope this is the method you expected. I’d like to request a fix for the sync of emails between devices. I often find that if I receive an email, it goes to two of my devices: iPhone and iPad. If I open the app on my iOS device and read the new email there, I find that, the same email which was also received by the iPadOS device remains unread. The app icon has the red notification until I open the app and the app then syncs that in-fact the email has been read. Could this be fixed please?.Version: 4.32.0

Almost 100 percent.I keep reading that Outlook may still not play well with all the other apps available - and, to be honest, we should not expect that it should. There are just too many apps with too many formats and offerings to contend with. However, it seems like one or two niceties of the other major apps like “Fantastical” that would be very helpful. One example is the ability to set multiple a times for reminders before an event. It may sound trivial but it is not if you are planning for a birthday, vacation or other important event. Outlook is truly a great application for IOS and I would highly recommend it to all. You have to really use it to appreciate it. If I were just starting to use Ios it would be my first down load. It is truly a 5 star app - Thank you Microsoft! However, for me to start the laborious task of transferring all my data to Outlook for IOS, Outlook needs a couple of small enhancements to push it over the top..Version: 4.50.0

Ridiculous Notification SettingsJimbobbingalong - You are not able to customize notifications as well as the Mail app in iOS. The most you can do to maintain alerts is to show banners and when an email comes through it will show who it's from and always show the subject and the first line of the message body. With the Mail app you have the option just to show an email has arrived from the recipients name without showing the first line of the message body which is extremely important. The Mail app has an option in the notifications settings of your phone at the bottom called "Show Preview" which you can switch off. When this is off it will not show the message body. It will show the sender and subject only. This option does not exist with the outlook app and it will always show the first line of the actual email which is ridiculous..Version: 2.48.0

Great AppGreat email app but lately I’ve had a massive issue with spam coming into my focused inbox instead of filtering straight to the other inbox or the spam folder. It would be great if there was an option to teach it how to sharpen up on filtering spam or a way to teach it to ‘learn’ what the user classes as spam. Perhaps I just don’t know where to set this up..Version: 2.100.0

Best desktop to mobile mailing app but...The Outlook Mobile app is excellent in the sense it enables you to use 90% of the features available on the desktop app at your fingertips. I feel confident that I can work straight from my iPhone. It is aesthetically pleasing and very easy to you with all the actions you need to available on the screen at one time. My only issue with it is there is a bug, possibly with the Face ID upon opening emails sometimes. When I open the email, the screen suddenly flashes between the Face ID and the email, very quickly for 5 seconds. Afterwards the app freezes on the email without showing the actual body of the email. Only when you close and reopen the app can you use it again. This is mildly frustrating but a bug nonetheless and I have to use Face ID due to my employer’s security policy. Without this bug, I would rate 5 stars..Version: 4.2112.0

Not even sending replies now...Issues come and go with this, Sure it can be helpful, but sometimes it closes itself mid email and just deletes all you have done. Now it isn’t even sending replies since the update earlier today. And what is considered spam/focused/other is ridiculous. You can move mail between, but no guarantee the next mail from the same address will go where you want either. Why can’t I mark mail as spam/focused??? And why can’t I send replies???!!.Version: 2.53.0

Better for workIt took a while for me to be convinced to switch from standard iPhone email to using outlook for work email but it’s been worth it. Firstly the outlook app itself is good and easy to use - you can tailor alerts for just calendars and not every email. You can organise by thread or not, look up employee phone numbers from active directory and basically operate work as a secure bubble within you personal phone ( or in my case separate work from personal on my work phone) Secondly it’s compatible with my iWatch so calendar alerts and 2 factor authentication requests pop up on the watch - a real time saver. Thirdly when I am on holiday I can completely delete outlook so I am not pestered or tempted with work stuff. Overall a great app and worth using.Version: 4.2114.0

Perfect, question for the developersThe app is perfect. Quick to load, easy gesture actions, text entry when replying is clear, and the focused inbox vs other makes it easy to sort out important messages from junk. One question for the developers: I normally have the Unread filter on. Is it possible to turn that off automatically when switching from Inbox to Sent folder? It doesn’t make sense to have an unread filter in the sent folder! The toggle is there to do this manually but an auto switch would be great. Thanks.Version: 2.81.0

Suggested EmailsPlease add the ability to delete unwanted suggested emails from a new emails To/Cc/Bcc fields. I have an email suggestion that was spoofed using my email address as the name of the contact. Every time I need to email myself it shows up and I really do not want to be sending anything to that email..Version: 4.54.0

App failing since new updates..?I’ve been using outlook for years and have never had a problem until now. So far I’ve opened the app only to have it completely frozen. Unable to select anything. I’ve had to completely uninstall/reinstall the app which sometimes takes ages and I have to restart my phone just to redownload the app. Once I go through all of it that it works fine again. I’m not sure if it’s because of the latest iOS update or outlooks updates. It is super frustrating and I hate that it’s happened to me a few times now..Version: 4.8.1

So good in some areas and 1990 in others.Hello, I love the outlook app and I need to use it on a day to day basis. Some of the items like calendar events and sending notifications is great in parts but lack in editing. First off. Why is there no copy and paste in Outlook. I had a whole email typed up and I needed to input a link. So what would I have to do? Copy and paste it in. Nope. I have to go to safari and click share and then outlook so I can send a link in outlook. Well then when I get in outlook I have to retype my message or just paste in the other one right. Nope. Paste does not work from previous to new message. So I have to manually copy something by hand. Link or original message. Come on Microsoft. Make copy and paste work the. You get a solid 4. Add some polish and sub folder notifications and some editing tools you will have a 5 Star app again. Please fix these little flaws. You have office and should be able to make a solid app. Now let’s make it happen. Thanks..Version: 2.55.0

Great app, but ...When I delete or archive an email it takes me back to the list view rather than moving on to the next email. I should at least be given the choice of whether I like to move forward or go back to the list. Making contact pictures appear (as advertised in app pics) beside each email from them is a pain. I have been trying to make it happen for quite a bit now without success. I even copied many of my 6+k contacts to Outlook on my Mac to be on the Exchange server rather than on iCloud but it didn’t work either. I think the problem is that Outlook insists on keeping itself isolated from iOS apps and their SDKs. It doesn’t show contacts from iOS although it does show iCloud calendars. The app even doesn’t have a Contacts tab like its macOS counterpart. There is a Mail tab as well as Calendar and search tabs, but no Contacts. Even the Contacts section on the macOS app is far inferior to Apple’s stock Contacts app..Version: 4.36.0

Hey draft folder to sync with 365 outlook accountApp works well but there are 2 easy bugs to fix after 1 week of use. 1. Draft folder on app does not sync with 365 outlook account. So if I start drafting an email on my device I cannot finish it at work and viceversa. 2. When pressing on the drop down menu at the top left corner, there is always a significant delay before the menu opens and all folders are shown. I have a large folder structure and it would be easier if folders where not expanded but compressed and could be clicked and expanded when you are searching for a specific item. Similarly to the GUI that you have when you go to Outlook 365 mobile on Safari. Thank you. Nico.Version: 2.63.0

Bug fixing suggestionMycrosoft could you please fix this problem every time I send an email at the bottom of it it appears 'obter outlook for ios' normally I can delete it but when I am replying it just appears out of nowhere without any chance of removal.Version: 4.32.1

Great for Yahoo usersI’m not sure if all old gits like me that still have a yahoo email address have had recent problems with the standard IOS mail app, but I certainly have. For some reason it takes ages for emails to download. I tried the yahoo email app, which was quick, but blighted with adverts in the free version. Finally I found the outlook app, which is quick, free and without adds - I also really like the way it can differentiate between important (focussed) and other emails. Great! I’m just not sure why my IOS email app performs do badly these days....Version: 2.73.0
