✓ Really excellentOk, so against my policy of not rating any in app purchase games at 5 stars, I’m making an exception. There really is no need to use any real money unless you want to play high stakes (and why would you considering you can’t win real money), and adverts only appear via the watch for credits system. The game itself is excellent, good graphics, good variety of games, loads of players available no matter what time you play. ✓ Very impressedI’m not a huge black jack player and I am quite new to the game. I have read through the reviews and found that the developers seemed to have solved them. I find that the gave is quite fair in winnings and losings. And haven’t found that some cards are pulled more than others! But again I am a newbie to this game and may have not noticed it compared to more experienced players. It’s a pretty game and runs smoothly on my phone. The only ads that I have watched on this app is the ones where I personally want to watch them for chips! I hate ads with a passion and love that this app pretty much has no ads. ✓ Ticket issues n customer service issuesSo I bought tickets 3 times to show customer service that the tickets are not adding up correctly multiplier not working so something’s wrong I took screenshots on my phone of the ticket and my coin amount before n after they refused to help and said that it did work when it clearly did not also I have been playing this game for a year and never received a jackpot ? And after I complained I started losing on slots n my coins going way too fast . ✓ Updated review - great supportI initially gave this app a poor review bc several of us could not figure out where the lobby was to lower our minimum bets - but with the help of the support team we were able to figure it out, so kudos to them for such speedy responses! If anyone else is having trouble finding the lobby it’s on the main page but you have to close out a bunch of ads to get to it that’s all. The only other suggestion our group of friends has is that it would be great to have an audio option so we can talk (vs text) with each other while we’re playing. ✓ Like realI use to play 21 at Vegas casinos way back when all the time (I’m 64). Now with casinos opening up nearby I’m using this and other apps to brush up on my game. I like this app the best. I keep reading how “rigged” it is but I don’t agree. Feels like the real thing to me. By playing my strategy I’m able to keep ahead. As I watch others play I can tell a new generation of players are hitting the tables. I mainly stick to the strategy table as I always have. I see others doing things different, sometimes I think “stupid move” like “ what are they doing?” and then sometimes I see them win by doing that. For instance I never split 10’s but a lot of others do (why give up an almost guaranteed winning hand?). This app takes me to the Vegas casinos of old and seems like a familiar home. ✓ Suggestion!I absolutely love this app! It has so much and do and everything works how it should. I have a couple features that I think should be in the game. Within sport betting you should be able to do a same game multi. This is something I find myself wanting to do often but can’t. Also adding more options to pick from within the AFL sports betting. Things like who kicks first goal, 1-39 win, what team has most marks and all of that. I notice the football (soccer) has a lot but the AFL does not.Version: 48.14.0

Anyways, within the new account, I messaged the support team and they immediately got back to me to assist me with some troubleshooting to figure out what happened.
