This update adds all-new Screen Time tasks, which automatically detect your usage of specific apps in a privacy-preserving way.
1. Add a new task
2. Select Search and enter "Screen Time"
3. Choose either "Decrease" or "Increase"
4. Select which apps or categories you wish to monitor, and a a target duration
5. Save the task
The task will automatically be marked as missed/complete when you reach the target.
Additionally, you will receive a notification with one minute remaining. You can change this in the task notification settings.
