✓ Lets see those wallets!This game has potential to be a good game but the developers care way too much about profits. Expect to play for a year before you get a half decent team, unless you feel like spending uncomfortable sums of money. This game was designed to be entirely financially focused, every aspect of the game consists of ALOT of waiting and grinding unless you wanna spend 100’s of dollars. Unlike most games that are pay to play, seven knights will charge you upwards of 20$ for the equivalent of advancing your team .2%. The “arena” is completely rigged and so are many of the dungeons where the computer will make you lose in battles that there should be no way you can lose just to keep you from advancing too fast. Almost all new characters are immediately over powered to a level where they render your developed characters entirely useless, and youd better be prepared to either spend a lot of money every update or grind for the rest of your young life to build a new team. Oh and just incase you commit your time/money to the point where you finally do have a good team, prepare for extremely unsatisfying victories, boring gameplay, and pathetic losses bc the computer will match you with people more than 7 times your ranking in dimensional arena (the only place you can actually control your teams abilities in pvp). If your rich, and love wasting time on repetitive boring gameplay, this is your game!.Version: 4.1.00

✓ Frustrating SyncingI have never written a review, but I had to now with how terribly INFURIATING this is. I have attempting to sync my IPad data to my IPhone for the past 6 HOURS. This is god awful. It refuses to sync my data with Apple ID and instead syncs a new level 1 account I made while trying to sync and even worse, it doesn’t allow me to sync over the level 1 account. I either get the level 1 account or nothing. Is that what syncing is? Answer; no it’s not. I tried Facebook too and it just refuses to sync even though it says it’s connected so that’s great and god forbid I use the email sync. I tried to but it’s telling me to log into a Netmarble account I don’t have. There’s no sign up option. This is a mess. Most games have an User IUD and/or verification from the old device, but nope not this game. And I’m definitely either syncing my stuff or giving up this game in general since I rather not waste 3 more years for this game. It’s so infuriating and I want to just give up. Any online advice is useless and 3 years old. Please, if you read this review (which I assume is unlikely) just add a godforsaken easier syncing option. ✓ What the hell happened?I used to play this game, once upon a time... and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I downloaded it, got to the lobby, and experienced an instant “Oh, hell no.” The UI is insanely cluttered (reminds me of those awful Chinese mobile games). I also looked EVERYWHERE, in settings, to find the option to remove those pesky on-screen notifications, and found nothing. I just can’t play this. Every menu is another nightmare. ✓ Amazing-ish (But...This game is incredibly fun, and it gives you so much for free that I have only been playing for three days and am already a multi-millionaire with Max level 6 stars. But there are two major problems with this game, it eats away at battery life to the point that even while plugged in it still chips away at the power. And the second, bigger problem is the sound design. Literally EVERYTHING is voiced by human actors. The dragons don’t roar with an actual dragon roar, they just snarl like a human. ✓ Y thoPvp is not even fun in this game, there is no control on what abilities you use. They are just making a game that is just auto clear. If you don’t have a meta team, It will be very difficult for you to climb the ranks. There is almost no strategy involved in arena. World boss and smart mode was fun because you can experiment with team comps and you could select what abilities you want to use which actually makes it strategic. But unfortunately they removed these two modes which single handily removed all fun i had with the game. It also made it so most of the ways of obtaining items is rng and auto clear which is not fun at all. Hopefully they add these modes back into the game because they will likely lose players because of this. Veteran players hate this update and new players will find it impossible to get any good items and to climb without spendings money..Version: 5.6.20

✓ Good playing but not much support for issuesThe game is good. It’s fun and you can have fun without having too spend too much money to compete. However when you do have to pay real money just hope you have no issues. I went thru the in game support. They game me the run around. Told me to loon for something on the support that wasn’t even there. Tired to reach out to both netmarble and seven knights Facebook with no help. Finally for about 3 weeks I gave up on dealing with them and decided to go file a complaint and claim with Apple App Store to get a refund. ✓ BrokenI just redone loaded this game to start playing again but it has to download files EVERY TIME I open it. It always asks if I want to have audio files or not so the download consists of 70 or 92 files depending on what your choice is. However, downloading the “update” doesn’t solve the issue as it just resets when the application closes. Another frustrating thing is that even though you have space available, it’ll give you an error message saying there is trouble downloading. This is a game breaking bug unless you have unlimited storage and the patience to download that many files every time. Very disappointed..Version: 3.5.20

✓ Great But...This game is great. It’s definitely worth pouring hours upon hours into. I’ve had tons of fun playing this game and will continue to; however, one of my bigger issues with this game is that in order to compete on higher levels, you would have had to play this game for months. Some items aren’t farmable and in early game, keys are hard to come by if you don’t manage them. Also, keys don’t have a constant indefinite recharge which stops players from advancing too far in the game without paying for keys. Awakening Shards, material used to evolve heroes even further beyond, aren’t remotely farmable early to mid game. This makes awakening heroes impossible without buying shards, topaz farming (impossible for new(er) players), or buying topaz. Elements, material used to rank up heroes, aren’t farmable at all. This making ranking up heroes impossible unless you’ve saved up elements from the daily dungeon. This game is very fun but, ludicrously grindy. I wouldn’t mind having to grind for a few hours but, having to wait a month for some awakening shards, elementals and keys for one character is ridiculous..Version: 4.0.20

✓ Way to p2p nowIv played this game for roughly 5 years now and it used to be for a long time my favorite mobile game. It had everything (nice animation, cool characters, amazing skills, f2p aspects, lots of gifts) but over time one key thing has been ruining this game, to much added content, now you may think how is added content bad? Well in seven knights case the added content was adding very expensive character development in terms of skill leveling character awakenings, strengthening, they added way to much to the point where maxing a character as a f2p person can take months and to have a full meta team you need to upgrade the newest available hero which a new one comes almost every month sometimes even sooner. Keeping up in the meta is absolutely impossible because the newest hero’s are always overpowered and fit into some team someone comes up with and everyone has to use otherwise trust me you won’t stand a chance, also from the fact of gameplay wise like stages and such, no more has been added to story in 2-3 years so yeah you will get bored very fast when the only thing that you can really do is pvp and you can’t be competitive without paying lots of money, in summary the game is dead except for p2p players, don’t invest your time in it it’s not worth it anymore.Version: 6.5.00
✓ Used To Be BetterI love this game, it has stunning graphics, great character selection, and an amazing overall gameplay. The only problem I have is that the game used to be way better, mainly for three reasons. One, it used to be way harder to level up and awaken your characters, now it takes a newcomer like ten minutes of gameplay to get a mythical awakened character. Two, the storyline that used to go with the adventure mode was the best part of the entire game, the fact that they got rid of it changes the entire game and makes it a lot worse. ✓ DisappointedI played this game in its early years and It was fantastic. The art the sound and the animation was top tier of mobile games and the game itself was amazing but now coming back I’ve noticed that the game has gone to sht. Nothing works in here, the ABILITIES doesn’t work. The ITEMS EFFECTS don’t work. You can’t even play the characters you like and win a pvp match because there are only so few selected characters for that mode. The characters you see in pvp will always be the new characters who are super high lvl and almost impossible to get which isn’t new player friendly. You also can’t play the characters you want is because at least 80% of them will be outdated and stepped on by newer characters. Not to mention this game falls heavily towards pvp, at least 98% of the new characters who comes out goes towards PVP and not PVE. ✓ Why do you do this?I loved this game until it started doing the same thing as knights chronicles you have to continuously load in a bunch of files before you can actually play the game. One of the best in this genre out there and it is frequently updated so you don’t get bored with old content. That being said when I updated to iOS 11 the game the game stopped working properly. Every time I open the game it want to redownload 64 different files to update. The problem is it does this every time I restart the game. It takes a ton of time and uses a lot of data. When I start the game, it is on a start screen then starting downloading either audio or no audio then I click on audio then it starts downloading. When it’s finished I start playing until I finish after a few hours later. ✓ Let’s talk debuffsThere are a lot of neat debuffs in the game, so much so that you can really build a party around them and crank out CC, DOT, or literally kill an entire team with a couple of stacks of another. However, if you’re thinking of pursuing anything but raw damage, you’re in for a disappointing experience considering that only 2 game modes - Campaign and Arena (maybe Guild War too) - allow debuffs. It’s worse considering that there’s a decent amount of PVE content to work through; Guild Rush, Guild Raid, 3 item (gear, accessory, gem) raids, 3 daily dungeons (gold, rank up material, gear), event dungeons (usually 3 at a time), Heavenly Stairs (not like classic “endless” tower at all), and there’s even a world boss type mode where you can’t use any of your character’s skills. You literally have abilities that improve the effectiveness of burn, bleed, poison, and increased damage against stunned and frozen enemies...but you can’t use any of this. Mind you, over 34 out of 44 of the end game “mythical awakened” characters have at least one debuff skill...that’s over 3/4 of these characters. Maybe my memory fails me, but I seem to remember there was more content too, or perhaps it was reworked (which if that’s the case, it’s worse than before). Honestly, the game is mediocre at best. You’ll get a lot of free boosts to get your account up to snuff with some of the long timers, but the content simply isn’t there...or if it is, it’s debuff immune..Version: 7.3.10

✓ Was a better game back then to simpleLet me just say this is one of the best fighting games on mobile and one of the most underrated games still and I recommend it to everyone I know but the game has some major set backs like the dragon it no longer gives you horns or scales and that was one of the only thing I was personally really good at getting and it helped me grow a lot, to just rip them from the game like that has killed it for me and many of my friends that played. It feels like the game just take old characters and makes them hella weaker, take my Teo(level 50+10) for example I have some of the best things for him and it’s like I’m playing with a level 1 character. He used to do 20-30k damage to NPCs now he barely anything I’m taking about maybe 1-5k damage same equipment and everything. ✓ The worst customer service everSo i have been playing the game for about 5 months. There seem to be a bug every time they do an update or add new content. The release notes on their website is always misleading and they have to compensate each time. Also if you are unlucky like me, you can be permanently banned for no reason in the game simply because they think you are cheating. If you contact them via the help desk they will not provide you with any specific reason because they claim that it is for security reason. There is no way to securely identify that an account belongs to you. There is no support call line so you can contact them in person. Overall bad experience and a waste of time. [update] recently i have been unbanned without any emails or notification. I found out by just curiously logging into the game... they definitely could do better in communication..Version: 2.1.00
✓ Please read: Fix bugs.I remember playing this game when I was younger yet it kicked me off eventually, I assumed this game would have fixed this, which they did, when I made a tournament with my friend over who can become better in this game. Now unfortunately, every time I try to go onto the game it tells me I’m using an outdated version and brings me to the App Store. I presume they wish for me to update this app however it does not show anything that can let me update it. ✓ Game satisfactionThis game so addictive but when it comes to summon shop is very poor and lies. Since i started to play this game until now and i spend much of gem to get a special hero like they always said after the update "drop rate increase " i've seen this many times but until now never get 1, so how the creator of this game said drop rate increase if i ddnt get any good hero after i spend 1000 gem in half an hour.. pls netmarble i know u want us to buy a gem to make money but how can we do that to this game with all lies.Version: 1.1.42

✓ Won't loadI have noticed a lot of other people have had the same problem as me but I can't get past 16/40 with the update because it keeps saying "not enough space or connectivity issues" my internet is perfectly fine and I've only got 6 other apps. It's annoying because I go on seven Knights everyday because it's my favorite game. ✓ Loading?!?!?! :/Tried restarting the app, re-installing it and even going to the length of restarting my phone. Yet no fixes. Cant go past the loading screen, reaches to 16 then says check ur connectivity or u need more space. Im using iphone 6s and i only have 3 apps installed that use minimum memory. Fix it plz. ✓ It won't workI logged in to my netmarble account but it just shows a white screen after I click sign in. I refreshed the page many of times but nothing is happening. I deleted the game and reinstall it but that same thing keeps on happening. I really want to play this and I'm starting t get a little bit worried that my game data has been deleted.
