Love the products but the app & website are super glitchy & it’s been like that for a whileLove the products but the app and website are very glitchy! When trying to filter search results, it can’t or doesn’t. And there just so many other things wrong with the app… it’s sometimes doesn’t want to load or just loads for probably hours at a time but I’m not sticking around the see…I hope it will be fixed soon because there have been so many things that I wanted to buy but i can’t because it never fully loads my shopping cart which is already full which is a shame because I think I’m going to have to get my sectional somewhere else even though I fell in love with one on the app ☹️ I have been wanting to buy things on here for the past several months but I have 65 items in my cart that I can’t check out because it doesn’t let me….Version: 5.107

All Modern Great TasteI love all the products I am seeing on this app. I like that you can create a wish list and add photos of your space to see how items would look. I am having a problem with the app, however, every time I open it. I have to keep signing in and it always says my password is wrong even though I know it’s right so each time I have to request to reset the password. It is so frustrating! I was so excited about having the app because I’m moving and am in need of new pieces but I am not sure I can trust ordering through an app that doesn’t seem to function when it comes to stuff like passwords. Every time I have to retrieve a password via email is just an opportunity for some hacker to gain entry and get my Financial info. I don’t mind using this like a Pinterest type account, but I was hoping to also order. I gave two stars because of that. Trust is that big of a deal to me..Version: 4.50

Filtering Mechanism is UselessThe filter does not filter out the correct items. If I select single material-wood, solid material-wood for a bed, and a whole other category exist for upholstered/fabric material for headboards that I DID NOT select, then obviously I DON’t want to see upholstered headboard in the results, YET, about five items in, the selection switched to mostly upholstered headboard, which now makes me think, the stupid filtering mechanism probably filtered out solid wood headboard/beds that I actually did want to see. Why have a filtering mechanism if you don’t have a decent algorithm to support it. Real disappointment..Version: 5.28

Terrible costumer service and the website lies about the number of product they have in stockI spent 200 dollars on an item that was listed in stock. A week later I got an email saying this product was on backorder and they didn’t have any left. When I called customer service they encouraged me to cancel my order. When I asked for some kind of compensation and said I will not shop here anymore the costumer service rep essentially told me I don’t care. I can’t do anything. In other words either give me your money or stop talking to me. I will get my product that I paid for. But I will never shop on this app again..Version: 5.52.2

Gorgeous items but HORRIBLE APPAll Modern has the potential to be great. It does, I won’t take that from them. However the app? Well, the developers must dislike the users because it.. just.. doesn’t work. You can’t sign into the app after creating a new password every single time and let me tell you, there are only but so many passwords you can get and remember. The items don’t load, the app will “oops, something went wrong” for no reason. It is not the modern app it wants to be and I truly, wish it was. Do better you guys because we love your pieces! Great Store, App ErrorsI love All Modern and Wayfair but there are frequently app errors. The main one that is really frustrating is with lists. I created a list that has about 50 items saved, but when I click into it the items frequently disappear. The other thing that would be nice is if the app would keep searches saved on the phone even when you click off the app. Even better - it would be great if you could save different searches!.Version: 4.66

FrustratedFrustratingly poor app for a company that sells all of its merchandise online. Can’t click on items in My Projects. Slow. Buggy. Can’t select specific notifications to receive (I don’t want random notifications for items I’m not specifically looking at). Can’t always select out of stock items to receive notifications for. “Nothing to see here yet”When I click on my cart. Which is perplexing because it’s after I’ve added things to my cart. I’ve got the app updated, logged out and back in. Now what? Are you a shopping app or more like Pinterest now? 3 stars because I used app in the past and didn’t have these issues but the past few weeks have been disappointing. Love AM, Hate Shopping on the AppI love everything about AM—selection, quality, delivery speed—but I hate using the app. When I select a category for shopping, sometimes I get furniture but just as often I get “can’t find any results.” This isn’t a response to a filtered search, just a response to clicking “Living Room,” for example. Once I get a category to load, fingers crossed that clicking on an item won’t give me “We’re sorry! We can’t find any results for ___.” I was just looking at it seconds before! I shop with the app anyways, but would love not to spend hours closing and reopening it to do so. Please, please fix the bugs. I buy from AM frequently for both my home and office. That means any reviewer *actually reviewing Wayfair*’s shipping or customer service alongside the product.... is showing up in the AllModern stuff Not good The AllModern reviews on Google are rated 3/5 but sounds like the customer service is absolutely terrible from what people noted. It also is REALLY annoying you need to send an email to read a product review, and also that it took a lot of clicks to get the “read a review” to work (inconsistent site links) so the website is bad as well.Version: 5.85

Terrible and absurd companyTerrible customer service, the worst I’ve ever seen, phone service representatives not helpful and very disrespectful. They keep canceling my order and insist that I change my billing address to the same as my shipping address or they will cancel my order for ever, which means I can not buy anything to ship to places other my home, this is utterly absurd and never heard off, Called my bank, changed the address, All modern still cancels my order, what have I wronged All modern, I made 5 ordered and got canceled each with and met with disrespectful customer service. Very AnnoyingVery annoyed. I saw this aztec style comforter on my facebook feed. I have a wayfair card so I clicked to take a look. You have to download the app. Very annoying. I went to the webbsite, searched for 10 minutes and didn’t find the item. So I gave in and downloaded the app. I click on the item from the FB ad, and it takes me to the hime page of the app. I try again and again. Same. Yes, I closed the app first. At aboyt the 5th try, the app refuses to close. When I try to click anything on the page, it doesn’t reapond. When I try to click on Facebook app, the AllModern app refreshes and appears on the screen. What an awful app and forget about the purchase. I don’t need it badly enough to deal with this..Version: 5.8

Descriptions are lackingMany of the items look nice in the pictures and have generated interest. However, I would never purchase anything from this site because none of the descriptions include measurements. I’m not sure how people are shopping online for household items without knowing the height and width, but that is a very important piece if information..Version: 4.35.2

Constant crashingCrashes frequently, so I have to start my search completely over. It also takes a long time to load pages so if you accidentally touch a product you have to wait for that page to load fully and then go back. Also, it doesn’t save all my products. Very confusing when I KNOW I just found a tv stand I liked and saved it to my favorites....now it’s missing from my page..Version: 5.8

What the hell!I tapped on submit order and instead of taking me to a check out, it’s telling me my order has been placed and given me an order #!!! App is horrible!The app is so slow to load anything. Also, you start clicking on things in the emails they send you, all of a sudden the app will no longer load. Just says retry. Have to leave it alone for a couple of hours. Also, for those of you that don’t know, AllModern and Wayfair are the same. This is how they really screw you. I ordered patio furniture from AllModern, bc it showed a delivery date a week before wayfair. Supposed to b delivered middle of last week of May. Now starting second week of June and still no product. I understand covid, but this had been going on for two months before I ordered, so you should know by now your delivery times. Don’t bait people into purchasing showing a short delivery time, then after they order say oh hey, yea there are delays now bc of covid. Deception is not a good way to earn or keep customers. Sure hope this furniture is quality, cause if not, it will be the last product I ever order from AllModern or wayfair..Version: 5.48

Inflated app rating. Bad notification settingsThe high rating on this app is from people rating the selection of items and prices AllModern has which of course is excellent. The app itself however is rather standard. My biggest complaint is that unlike other app-based retailers, you can’t turn off promotional notifications without turning all notifications off, including important order status ones. I have low expectations for a notification type setting to be added because, well, they’re in the business of trying to sell me stuff. I hope I’m proven wrong....Version: 4.68

Search results are awfulI originally downloaded this app after seeing an ad on Instagram of several pieces of furniture I wanted to look into. However, once I downloaded the app, I could not find those pieces of furniture. The search bar on the Home screen doesn’t work and the furniture doesn’t come up even when I search the exact terms used in the Instagram ad that led me to AllModern’s app in the first place. Products Are Trash; No SupportOrdered an $80 small lamp here and the switch failed in just under two months. AllModern refuses to replace the lamp, saying their warranty only goes to 30 days. They don’t stand behind their products at all. Do not buy any furniture from this app if you expect it to be high quality and work long term, because the quality is terrible and the support is even worse. UPDATE to Dev Response: the company’s service team is totally unwilling to help. Their “service” extends to 30 days and that’s all. Imagine if you bought a $3000 couch that fell apart in 35 days, how happy would you be with this app?.Version: 5.204

Love the products, hate the app!I really love the products and price point of AllModern, but the app is always soooo slow to open, load photos, etc. I don’t have these issues with other apps, have good internet connection and always try to keep the latest version updated in my phone. Cannot Turn Off Promotional NotificationsI want to receive notifications about my order, but I don’t want to receive notifications about sales and promotions. Unfortunately, you cannot turn off notifications for specific things in the app, and the only option is to turn off notifications for the entire app within iOS settings. So either you get all of your order notifications and spam, or you get none..Version: 4.62

10% Discount for New CustomersI downloaded the app and expected a 10% discount in the checkout as a new customer, wasn’t there. Called customer service and was told that I’d receive via email. Two days go by, no discount. I called customer service and was told to just make the purchase and they’ll take care of me on the backend with customer service...SERIOUS lack of trust now. Also, they’ll bait you with wrong photos of products on sale. That’s ANOTHER story..Version: 4.69

Update has completely destroyed this appI’m not sure what is going on with this app, but it used to be my favorite furniture app. Now, I can’t even get the app to load. I deleted and re-installed, and was able to open it. However, it says there are no products and keeps giving CONSTANT errors. It’s completely unusable. I’m deleting it for now. Maybe I’ll see if they fix the issue in the future, but I’m not wasting phone memory on something that’s doesn’t work..Version: 5.134

The shipping fee DID NOT show when product was in the cart and I pad the full amount, like a good customer. While waiting for the product to be delivered and wondering why it did not come yet, they sent me an email saying that they could not deliver it because there was an outstanding amount of $84, which was the shipping fee. This app often has connection issues.This app is basically like having a modern filter on Wayfair. I don’t know what the issue is, but the app seems to have difficulty connecting to Wayfair’s servers. When you try to view an item, it will give an error message. Looking at the same item on the Wayfair app doesn’t have the same problem. Same thing happens when trying to edit your lists. It occurs on the website too, so it seems to be a technical issue Wayfair needs to resolve..Version: 5.81

Terrible qualityWant to give no stars but that is not an option. Terrible quality!!!! Ordered several things after moving into a new house. Half of what we ordered was damaged. Bed came with headboard that was spilt when it was assembled and was shipped anyway. Clearly no quality control. Rails came scratched and damaged. Only piece that was good was the footboard and now I have to pay to ship it back. Just opens a three drawer chest and the bottom is cracked at one of the feet and I do not want to keep the matching nightstand but would have to pay to to ship it back. If a piece is damaged they ask you to dispose of it like I have a way to get a bed and a dresser in a vehicle and get rid of it. Quality is terrible do not order from AllModern or any of their affiliated companies like Wayfair..Version: 5.49
