UWorld Nursing for Positive User Reviews

Passed in 75 questionsThank you Uworld for making the NCLEX RN look so easy! I swear UWorld questions are harder than some on NCLEX. Done half of the Qbank. Half of the Qbank is more than plenty. My scores went from mid fifties, and by the time I was about to take nclex, I had most in the 65s and even 70s. I had the cheapest package, so I didn’t have any of the self assessments. I was even on vacation the week before and still passed hahaha. Thank you..Version: 9.8

Bottom Line: Passed on first attempt!UWorld was my main study resource for the NCLEX-RN. I averaged in the 60s, got a “Very High” chance of passing on my first self assessment and a “High” chance of passing on my second. I passed the NCLEX last weekend in 75 questions. I highly recommend UWorld as a resource. I did not follow a study schedule like some do. I’m the mom of an 18-month-old and mostly would do spurts of 15-30 timed and tutored questions when I had the time. I took my first self assessment a month prior to when I thought the exam would be (mine was rescheduled for a month later due to a snowstorm) and I took the second self assessment two days before my exam. Though I got great results from UWorld, I only gave 4 stars because making flash cards was a selling point for me and I could never figure out how to do it right or how to do it in a way to benefit me. I wish I could have starred questions that I really wanted to come back to review what I wanted in an easier way. UWorld is way harder than the NCLEX but it helped me most with practicing those dreaded SATA questions and highlighting my weaknesses. The rationales are great. Using UWorld, memorizing labs, and brushing up on nurse education/nurse prioritization is the only thing I would tell my past, pre-NCLEX, super anxious self to focus on..Version: 9.9

I Passed NLCEX on my first try!I was really unsure if this would prepare me properly but the format was almost identical to the NLCEX! I just kept doing questions everyday for the month plan that I bought and it honestly helped me learn so much! I am Canadian and since the NCLEX is originally American it was very helpful that it included some Canadian units of measurement in brackets for comparison!.Version: 9.6

Uworld works!I bought UWorld in March and tested in June. I did between 50-75 questions a day. The rationales are excellent and I learned new stuff I never learned in school. I got through all the questions and even went over some of the questions I missed. I took notes as well and studied over those! I passed the NCLEX my first time. I also took the practice test before testing and my probability of passing my first time was very high according to uworld! I would highly recommend! Thank you uworld..Version: 9.5.1

NCLEX was a breeze after using UWORLDHad been out of school for two years. Due to unavoidable circumstances I was unable to do my exam sooner after graduation. I bought a three months subscription and managed to do 1200 questions. The review they give for each question helped me adequately prepare and refresh my mind on content. I did my nclex 2 days ago and passed with 60 questions (the least amount of questions during the COVID 19 pandemic)! I’m glad I spend that 200$.Version: 9.6.1

Passed!Uworld really prepared me for the type of questions that the NCLEx threw my way. Don’t feel discouraged if you’re not answering all the questions correct on this app. The rationales are the most important part of the app. The app is easy to use while on the go. It works as great as the desktop version. Highly recommend if you have a subscription and you want to study while at work, standing in line or when you only have a few minutes to practice during the commercials at home watching your favorite show..Version: 8.9

Amazing test prepI got this 2 weeks before my NCLEX ( 2 practice assessments and 90 day subscription) and passed my nclex in 75 questions! I couldn’t believe how easy the nclex felt after using this app. I did roughly 1200 questions and on the first assessment got a 48. Then 2 days before the nclex I did the second practice assessment and got a 64. I highly recommend getting this version of the subscription, and then watching Mark Klimek nclex reviews in between the practice questions..Version: 10.1

Yes, UWorld can help you pass the NCLEXBy no means is UWorld going to do the work for you, but it is true that the questions are almost exactly like NCLEX questions and UWorld tests even look almost exactly like the NCLEX itself. I took my first assessment one week before my NCLEX and got a “high” chance of passing, after doing about 100 practice questions a week for 6 weeks. I then did 75 questions a day that week and took my second assessment the day before my NCLEX and got a “very high” chance of passing. On test day, the exam shut off at 75 questions and I knew I passed. UWorld was 100% worth the money. But DONT only prepare yourself to answer 75 questions, because then you won’t have the mental stamina to continue if you don’t pass in 75 (which means nothing). I recommend doing at least 100 questions in one sitting 3-4 times before you take the NCLEX. Also, tutor mode is helpful in the beginning but I would turn it off after 1-2 weeks of studying because it will better simulate the NCLEX experience without it on, but still read the rationales for every question (whether or not you answered it correctly)..Version: 9.4.1

Cheers!Uworld, I can’t put into words how grateful I am that i decided to purchase a package to study for my NCLEX- RN. I purchased the 90 day package with the 2 self assessments and it was worth every penny. On both self assessments I scored a “very high” chance of passing NCLEX. It was a big confidence booster. Reading each rationale and understanding it was key for me to pass NCLEX. The questions are challenging on uworld but it definitely help me to critically think. If anyone is questioning whether they should buy uworld, it’s worth it, when you see RN behind your name! I passed in 75 questions, I couldn’t believe it!! I woke up this morning to an email that I have passed my NCLEX and am now an registered nurse. Thanks uworld! Montia Downs, RN.Version: 9.5

Christine MAfter going through the demands of my nursing program I thought I knew a whole lot , until I purchased U-World for the first time! I was floored by the depth of the questions and their rationales. This is where you truly start learning how to think like a nurse. Do not sit the NCLEX without going through this at least twice. You’ll be amazed at how much you learn..Version: 9.0

Great preparation tool for NCLEX PN/RNUsing Uworld helped me focus on how to think like a nurse and understand the nursing process better. I used Uworld for two months before taking my Nclex PN, and I passed with 85 questions. Be sure to read the rationales to solidify why you would chose that answer. Uworld will help you become familiar with the actual Nclex with a identical layout and style of questions. This is a great tool and investment, worth every cent..Version: 6.0

I Passed!I just found out that I passed my nclex today! I finished the nclex with 75 questions. Uworld, was the only resource I used for the month. I did all the questions except for 50 which were all pharmacology. I bought the one with one simulation test. I scored in the very high passing rate which relieved some of my anxiety. I have to be honest, I loved everything about uworld. The rationales were very descriptive and if you read all the rationales you would be able to learn other things too. I truly believe that this is the only resource you need if you study the rationales. Although, the price is higher than most nclex study materials, this really narrowed down what was going to be on the nclex. It is very user friendly and literally can be used anywhere anytime. Well worth the money! Try it if you are able!.Version: 8.4

You NEED this in your life!!!!I was skeptical about trying Uworld because everyone was giving me different options in studying for my NCLEX and it was definitely overwhelming, BUT purchasing Uworld was hands down the greatest purchase ever!! I was averaging around a 63% correct, 84th percentile..... and I passed in 75 questions! I highly recommend this program for studying for your NCLEX! You don’t need to look at anything else! Good luck!!.Version: 7.8

Passed in 75Qs on the First try!!I took my test July 30, found out the next day I passed from my state’s board of nursing. I highly recommend this question bank app. Some of my classmates who had this app and passed swore by it and now I see why. It’s a little pricey ( only bought the basic package with no assessment) but I’m glad I bit the bullet and purchased it. The format looks exactly like the actual NCLEX but what I like most about this app is how thorough the rationales are. Please pay attention to those!! Make sure you read them. I was a regular B student in school. If I can do it so can you. Good luck!.Version: 9.2

Passed 1st Time With 75 QuestionsI did the entire Qbank averaging 61%, I read all the rationales if I got it wrong or right. The rationales are amazing and really in depth. I redid the questions I got wrong and averaged 65%. I took both predictor exams after finishing the Qbank and they both said I had a high chance of passing my first time. While taking NCLEX the questions didn’t seem hard. UWorld seemed harder than NCLEX. It shut off at 75 questions and I walked out smiling. Next day the BON posted my license number before Pearson even revealed my quick results. I highly recommend UWorld. I’m officially a Registered Nurse!!.Version: 6.7

Good but sticky flashcard problemsI like practicing questions with this app. However on an iPad whenever I try to copy content to a flash card, the card will not close or go away. I also cannot put images on the flash card, which I can in the desktop version. So I have to close the app and restart the test to get rid of the flashcard. Is it just me? I tried taking a screenshots and get a warning that it’s illegal to do that. So how can I save the image?.Version: 9.8

I passed in 75 questions!!!!!Uworld was the only review program that had as many select all that apply questions that I needed to prepare me. Uworlds rationales and diagrams were amazing and I learned things nursing school never taught me. I read all the rationales, even the answers I got correct. I can’t recommend uWorld enough, Uworld teaches you critical thinking skills that NCLEX tests on. It gave me the confidence to walk into my NCLEX knowing I would pass! - Daniel, RN!.Version: 9.3.3

Passed 75 QuestionsI still had over 900 questions left if the question bank when I was done and ranked in the 72nd percentile. I did 1 assessment test right away and the 2nd the weekend before the NCLEX-RN. I scored a 68% on the 2nd assessment and the result said I had a “very high” chance of passing. The rationales are AMAZING. This program is definitely worth the money spent. I didn’t use anything else besides notes from class and a little Pinterest. Highly recommend..Version: 7.5

Third taker and Passed!I just wanted to share my experience, on my first review I didn't focus enough on UWorld. Because we have review class already and have set of review questions everyday. I Failed. Second time is, I reviewed Saunders book plus UWorld. The problem is, I think I didn't had enough time to do my UWorld which I didn't even make it half of my QBank. I Failed. Third time is a charm, I purchased Hurst online review and at the same time UWorld. They made a big combo for me. After studying each video topics on Hurst, I do set of questions on UWorld. It really helps build up your core knowledge. Don't strees out if you got low scores at first. Just read and understand the rationales wether you got it right or wrong. I did it so you can too. Thanks UWorld. Trust God and yourself, trust UWorld..Version: 9.5

Best NCLEX prepI got 2 tests and whatever else came with that and it was the best money I have ever spent! I tested myself before I started the practice questions and then again right before I took my NCLEX. This app makes you well prepared for the NCLEX and everyone I know who used it passed! Including me in 75 questions! If you do over 1000 questions on uworld you should have no problem passing! I highly recommend this program!!.Version: 9.0

Passed with 75 questions!I used uworld to study for the NCLEX-RN. I did a minimum of 75 questions a day, some days I did a lot more. I actually tried to use the entire 30 days bank, but I couldn’t. Sat down & passed the NCLEX in 75 questions. I know that after all your schooling, once you get there, you’re either prepared or not. No cramming for a few weeks can really help. But it did give me a good sense of where I was going to land..Version: 7.6

Power of QuestionsI used uworld in my last semester in advanced med surg/ critical care and through studying for NCLEX. I bought the $200 subscription that comes with the test bank & two practice test. I think this app is good at being a tool to make sure you get the “meat and potatoes” of what you need to know necessary to all the topics they have. It has good explanations and although it didn’t have that many questions for critical care I think it helped me understand better and is good to go over in a study group. As for the NCLEX I passed with 75 questions and I did the test bank and for both practice tests it said I had a high chance of passing. And don’t worry even if it doesn’t it gives a good overview on what you need to go back over!! I think this is a good tool for all nursing students but especially the ones that learn from doing a lot of questions like me. This also was a big help for my exit exam for my nursing school. So I recommend uworld even if you get it for the cheapest one just to read those explanations and have a decent amount of questions that you can take notes and write flash cards from. It’s much easier to retain since it is summed up precisely. Thank you Uworld!!! -Bria RN.Version: 8.2.1

I passed in 60 Qs on first tryI only used this App for my NCLEX exam. Didn’t go for any coaching, no other books.. during my study in the app, I read through all the rationale whether my answer is right or wrong after that, I did all the wrong answer once more..I failed in both the uworld assessment test. U WORLD is harden than actual NCLEX😊😊😊Thank you UWORLD for helping me in achieving this milestone. 🙏🏻🙏🏻.Version: 9.6.1

Love!! Passed the first time, 78 questions!Uworld is fantastic!! The questions are challenging and the rationals are concise and informative. I would absolutely recommend Uworld to anyone taking their NCLEX. This was the ONLY tool I used to study and I felt prepared going into my exam. I completed the entire 2000 question Qbank. I started out scoring in the mid 40s in the Qbank and ended scoring 60s-70. Best advice I have is to read the rationals, and take time to understand them!(especially on reoccurring topics) Uworld has great features that alway you to create flash cards, mark questions for review, and create tests based on topics you choose! I enjoyed being able to create tests from the Qbank to set daily goals for how many questions I wanted to get done. I found the app super useful. I started studying about a month before my exam, while working a full time job as a nanny. I was constantly on the app trying to sneak in a few questions here and there. I don’t think it would have been possible for me to get all the Qbank questions done without it!.Version: 8.0.1

Passed first try with Uworld!!I’m so happy I got this!! Just passed my PN exam in the minimum 85 questions on the first try. I was averaging about 60-80% on tests and when I took the simulation test I was told I had a very high chance of passing the NCLEX. I had used Hurst but Uworld is definitely way better. The rationales are awesome and in depth and I made sure to read them all. Help me tremendously. Will be using this again when I go for my RN!.Version: 8.2.1

Passed with help from uworld!I was confused about how to study for the nclex. I read reviews about uworld and I had to try it. I was iffy about paying the price but I got what I paid for. The closest thing to the nclex I've seen. I've tried other programs but this by far was the best. It mimics the nclex, and the questions were actually similar. I passed with 85 questions. I used this for the pn-nclex and will be using this program when I take my rn-nclex. Thank you uworld!.Version: 5.0

Passed in 60!!I passed the NCLEX-RN in 60 questions (new minimum due to COVID) and you can too! I was so hesitant to fork out the money for this program, but I have zero regrets. The questions are challenging, but don’t let that discourage you! Read the rationales, take notes, and redo questions you got wrong at some point. I got to the actual NCLEX and found it surprisingly easy because Uworld prepared me so well. Do not skip this app, it is a necessity!.Version: 9.7.1

I passed my NCLEX, thanks to UWorld! Can’t say enough good things about this! I used UWorld doing 75 questions every single day for four weeks leading up to my NCLEX test day. I felt like it explained some concepts way better than my nursing school did sometimes. Their pictures are easy to view and understand. I only studied using UWorld for my NCLEX and I passed in 75 questions on the first attempt. After using UWorld for awhile, sitting down and taking the NCLEX felt just like taking another practice test. I recommend this to every nursing student looking to prepare for the NCLEX. I also looked into ATI, Kaplan, and Hurst - they just don’t compare. UWorld’s questions are harder, and help you prepare better..Version: 9.0

Buy this!Uworld is a FANTASTIC program! I did all 2190 questions over the course of 3 months. I also prepped with the Mark Klimek lectures. I passed in 75 questionsz. The question bank is challenging but the rationale are clear and concise. This program is way better than ATI in my opinion. I highly recommend Uworld - it definitely helped me pass my NCLEX!.Version: 10.3

Great rationalesAfter spending a minor fortune on a certain assessment technologies website through my program, this is a breath of fresh air. It is a fraction of the price of the one company that makes all of those practice questions, and doesn’t even have a functioning app. Despite being less expensive, the rationales are extremely robust, well developed and understandable. I have kids and love being able to knock out 10 practice questions while they play on the playground or I wait for school pick up..Version: 10.3

Worth it!After purchasing a large review with my class, Hurst, I did not feel prepared. I took my NCLEX and failed. I did their remediation for about 30 days and then threw in the towel. I am a 4.0 student who graduated with honors. I could not stand the typos and grammar errors in the review I had purchased. THEN, I bought UWorld. I have learned more in my 30 days with UWorld than I did with Hurst. Their layout and design mimics the NCLEX and their content is constantly updated and edited. Their format is clean and tidy and the rationale is sound. I would spend your money with UWorld. You will walk into your test feeling confident and ready to pass..Version: 10.1

The best!!Truthfully, I just want to say thank you to all the people who contributed to UWorld’s questions and rationales. I took my NCLEX 2 days ago and passed it at 75 questions (woo!), and though I felt confident in my knowledge to pass the NCLEX, UWorld really helped me psychologically prepare for that particular style of test. UWorld’s rationales are so in-depth, but also to the point, that they make it really easy to fine tune the information we already learned in nursing school. This app was designed with the intention to make you pass the NCLEX and even though it is expensive to subscribe to, it is worth the money. I tried other NCLEX apps and review websites and they were fine, but UWorld really is the best. The questions in this app are so close to those in the NCLEX that it was a seamless transition for me to go from studying to taking the test. This app is the real deal and you’ll be happy you subscribed to it when you see your name with RN behind it..Version: 7.8

Passed in 60 questions !I passed my nclex rn, first try in 60 questions and it took me about 30 minutes. I felt confident while taking my exam because uworld rationales helped to solidify nursing content and test taking strategies!!!!!!! Not only is uworld great for studying to take the nclex, but I would highly recommend using it while taking nursing courses!!!!!! It helped so much, especially when taking Maternity/Pediatrics. Wow...... uworld is GOLD..Version: 9.6.1

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME STUDYING...BUY UWORLDI did Uworld and only Uworld consistently for a whole month. I would occasionally watch Sara RN and look at my notes (which were very dry because I already knew my notes) but Uworld made me the most prepared for this important test. Uworld is set up just like the NCLEX so it’s basically like just taking another Uworld test. I passed the first time with 78 questions. I couldn’t believe it. Don’t waste your time with other NCLEX prep. It’s expensive but definitely worth every penny. Just make sure you dedicate at least 75 questions a day. Eventually I started doing two 75 question tests a day but this made me even more prepared for the 200 question test I anticipated on getting. Also be sure to buy a note book and take lots of notes. I felt as though I learned a lot from Uworld and I cannot imagine any other program allowing you to be as prepared as Uworld does. Don’t give up, you can pass this monstrous test just BUY UWORLD!.Version: 9.4.1

10/10 RecommendLove the rationales, detailed pictures & especially the mobile app. It’s so easy to take a quick practice exam when you have down time between classes or whatever. UWorlds screen setup is almost identical to the actual test screen you’ll see on test day. Additionally, the verbiage used for each question is very familiar as well. I did nothing but UWorld practice tests/quizzes on my phone and passed the NCLEX on my first attempt. Don’t waste your time with any other platforms..Version: 10.4

Used only this app to pass the NCLEX-RNSo the title says it all. I used only this application to prepare for the NCLEX-RN exam. A lot of nursing exam prep occurs in nursing school. The app is easy to use, you select create a test, then select the question mode, subjects, and body systems, and finally the number of questions. I began with 40 questions and then increased to 75. For question mode, I always selected unused (that is the questions that haven’t been asked yet) but you can also select to be tested on the questions you got wrong. I read all of the explanations (even for most of the ones I got right) and took notes on things I thought were important to remember only. I made flashcards for some things with the app if I saw a table or other important diagram. I highly recommend this application. I had friends in the nursing program that failed all of the ATI exams but used only this app to pass the exam. If you want to pass the exam with flying colors, buy the app! You won’t be disappointed, I promise!.Version: 9.6

If I can do it ... so can youTwo months have gone by without me looking at a thing related to nursing.. I had absolutely no motivation. Two weeks before the exam I know I had to without a doubt start studying. I got uworld and did 150 questions a day and read the rationale for every question whether I got it correct or not. I know it’s pricey.. but it’s worth every penny. Passed in 75 questions!!.Version: 9.0

I passed Nclex-RN at 90 questions!I have found U-world to be the best Nclex-RN prep program for those who are willing to enhance their critical thinking, knowledge, test taking skills and confidence. From experience, ATI and or Kaplan does not come close of how well u-world was carefully crafted. It’s a unicorn program, full of magic. Definitely worth the price. Customer service are caring, understanding and knowledgeable of their product..Version: 9.4.1

I passed! Our school provided Kaplan and Hurst. But I had to pay for Uworld. Worth every cent. I did use “the Kaplan tree” and it is great for priority questions. And hurst was a great review that I listened to in my car every chance I got. But all you truly need is Uworld. Start with 25 questions and work your way up to two 75 question tests a day. Read EVERY rational (weather you get it right or wrong) and you too will pass in 75 questions 😉 //// I would recommend just getting the 30 day version. It’s all you need, you finished school and know this stuff. This just helps you apply it in NCLEX style.✌🏻.Version: 9.1

Passed my NCLEXI never write review, but uworld was the only method of study that I used for my NCLEX everyone in my class had uworld and all of us have passed our NCLEX. The rationals are amazing eye openers, the SATA help u to think as if you were doing the NCLEX. I passed my NCLEX doing only 75 questions. I wish I knew how good the program is back when I was in nursing specially on the Fundamentals and Pharmacology subjects; I wouldn't have struggle so much back then lol. Is the best investment I have done with apps..Version: 8.8.2

Truly the best NCLEX preparation tool!I had used a variety of resources to prepare for the NCLEX, including ATI, Saunders, Kaplan, My Nursing Mastery, and Hurst Review. Not everyone learns the same way, so I tried to find what worked best for me. In the end, it came down to UWorld with Saunders as a supplement. I love that UWorld has its own predictor and progress tracking. The review structure helped me to identify weak areas while providing question rationale and explanations so that I could improve next time around. Not only was I able to refresh and expand what I had learned in school, but I was also able to break down exactly what the question was asking and how to select an appropriate answer. Another advantage to UWorld is that the question format (on computer) was exactly like that of the NCLEX. When I went to take the real test, I was comfortable with the format and felt as if I were just going through more UWorld questions. I passed in 75 questions, finishing in approximately 45 minutes. I highly recommend this app to future nurses!.Version: 9.7.1

Well worth the money!Just took my NCLEX a few days ago and passed at 78 questions! The practice questions on uWorld were spot on to the types of questions on the real test. I scored about 48-52% average on all my practice tests and my prediction test scored me at 49% (borderline to pass). It really is doable! As long as you read the rationales and understand why you got a question right/wrong you’ll be fine!.Version: 8.1

A need before taking the Nclex-RnI heard about uworld from classmates and professors throughout nursing school. I never thought to purchase it until after graduating. A week after graduating, I bought uworld for 90 days so that I could get the two assessments. Throughout doing the questions, my results ranged from 40%-80% depending on the subject. I would read the amazing rationales and learn from the questions I got wrong. Fast forward to the day of the nclex. I felt like I was as prepared as one can be for a life changing exam. As soon as I saw the nclex I relaxed a little because the format is exactly like uworld. I went about the nclex as I would a uworld exam, using the techniques I learn from it. 75 questions and 48hrs later, I passed my nclex! As much as nursing school prepares you, they can only teach you so much. Uworld really breaks down for you what you need to know for the nclex. I am forever great-full and recommend all nursing students purchase it after graduation..Version: 8.0.1

Thank youUWorld folks - can’t thank you enough. your program is so incredibly helpful. I was so anxious about prepping for the NCLEX but your questions and rationales are thoughtful, in depth AND digestible. Understanding more now than ever. Two recommendation: option to answer questions by DISEASE, maybe? I’ve felt multiple times like that would be so helpful/when I wanted a more focused practice test (and when I need your amazing rationales) to review content I’ve just done some reading for or listened to a lecture on. Also it would be SWEET if you embedded a tag (that we could remove if we wanted) into the questions so we don’t necessarily have to make our own when making a flashcard? I didn’t realize that my flashcards wouldn’t be organized by topic automatically unless I created tags until I was about 200 flashcards in…. Other than that I love you and I am so grateful. (Wish me luck!).Version: 10.5.2

10/10 recommendI never review anything but this app really prepared for for NCLEX. I did between 100 and 150 questions everyday for a month. I took one practice test two weeks before nclex and the second one two days before. I passed in 75 questions on the first try. You can’t just passively go through the questions. You need to read the rationale and flag the topics you are struggling on. Even if you don’t know the disease or topic the NCLEX is asking you for, UWORLD really preps you on how to answer the question. 10/10 recommend to anyone taking NCLEX.Version: 7.5

Do all the questions and review those rationales. You’ll pass with uworld. My confidence builds up the more questions I did and rationales reviewed. I haven’t seen another NCLEX qbank that beats or exceeds uWorld’s. I can’t speak to those that have been out of school for a while but this is the best review before NCLEX to use after nursing school without having to enroll into another review course. I passed on the second attempt. Got a 68 on my first assessment and then an 82 the second time. If you stick to 25-75 qs a day consistently, you should do well on boards..Version: 10.1

Passed First Try w/ 75 Questions!Best study tool I’ve ever used. The rationales were awesome. They go into a lot of detail with pictures and explanations of why other answers were wrong. I recommended this to all of my future nursing school friends. I was averaging 60% and did 1500 questions. I read every rationale, even with the questions I answered correctly. It has tons of SATAs. I had average grades in nursing school and this app is the only study tool I used to study for the NCLEX, and I can definitely say it helped. The best tip I can give you is READ ALL OF THE RATIONALES!.Version: 7.0

Passed NCLEX in 99 questions!Highly recommend UWorld! It gets you used to answering NCLEX type questions and being able to critically think through each question. I am not a great test taker. My average on UWorld was about 54%. I read the rationales whether I got it wrong or correct. I did the self assessments a few days before the exam and got very likely to pass and I did!.Version: 7.7

WonderfulWonderful app, easy to use anywhere. I love how the app is so convenient instead of using my laptop. Passed NCLEX-RN with 75 questions using UWorld only. The format is identical to NCLEX! Make sure to understand rationales for every single question and I guarantee you will pass..Version: 8.5.1

Best NCLEX app so far!Easy to use and lots of practice questions! Formatted exactly the same as the website.Version: 1.3
