✓ It used to work...I first noticed it not working a few days ago. This would happen sometimes anyway so I just didn’t use the app that day. Yesterday and today I have tried multiple times and rebooted my tv, phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app too. “No fire TV discovered” Please help me out with this problem!.Version: 2.0
✓ WasteHorrible experience. I want to play a video from my phone on my tv. It will only allow you to access you camera roll if you pay extra. So I pay and to access the video I have to scroll threw the entire camera roll. I can’t just go to videos. It says I don’t have any even though I do. And I one video that I want to play is sitting right there in the top of my camera roll but isn’t in the camera roll on the app some how..Version: 1.16

✓ Works but Very inconsistentI downloaded earlier in the summer. It worked immediately but almost just as immediately I would find that it’s very glitchy. It works without issue for maybe 60-70% of the time. And then it’ll go a day or two or 3 even without being able to connect no matter how many times I reset my Firestick tv or iPhone. Sometimes the glitch can last a few hours sometimes it’s a few days. That’s what I find extremely irritating. I paid for the app and as much as I love it when it’s working. 60-70% of the time is a very low bar for performance. I don’t understand why this glitch can’t be fixed. I wish they would man up and do something already...it’s last update was nearly 3 months ago. Not cool. ✓ Premium was a waste for meI downloaded this to cast a video from a browser to my Fire TV and it didn't work, so I downloaded premium since it seemed to promise full functionality. After messing with it for almost an hour, I still couldn't get it to work. I got a message that said "this content is not supported." ✓ Not working now!I’ve been using this app for a while, and once you get the hang of it (and learn a few tricks) it’s pretty fantastic... I have both a Fire Stick and Chromecast, and this allows me to stream through each with relative ease. But I took away 2 stars for this review because it’s suddenly not working! I copy and paste the url into their browser, as I’ve always done - but when I hit “go” the address bar disappears, and it just stays on the homepage. I sent an error report to customer service, and so far I’ve only gotten an auto-reply saying “we might not respond but will note your issues” or something like that. Hopefully this is resolved soon, so I don’t have to find a new app for casting. Bummer. :-(.Version: 1.13

✓ Great app when it works.This is the second version of this app I have tried. The one for the chrome cast works flawlessly and I cannot recommend highly enough. I've only had the fire TV stick and this app for a little over a month and it's spotty at best. The first issue I had with it wasn't even performance related but rather that you had to pay extra for the video progress bar. That was free with the chrome version and without it all you have is play and pause control. Now to the performance issues. It doesn't connect about 50% of the time, even after restarting the app on my phone and the fire stick or restarting the fire stick all together. I've only had this issue once or twice in over 3 years of use with the Chromecast. I don't know if this is a hardware issue in that the Chromecast is a better product with better comparability for third party app integration or what. ✓ So effing buggy!!There goes $7! My version (the newest) will constantly, and annoyingly, ask me if the video is working, like EVERY SINGLE video! I am doing office certification tutorials with it (3-4 min video/ ~200 of them). I am immediately thought this was a bad sign, not just because it’s annoying, but the previous versions must not have worked. You have to use their badly programmed, proprietary browser, and, unlike Safari/ Chrome/ Firefox, it won’t save your history or keep you on the webpage, so in my case, I have to log back into the webpage after I walk away to make lunch or go to the bathroom. There’s two things that have stuck out for me. I’m afraid there’ll be a few more, because I’ve only been using it for an hour or so now. ✓ Horrible and need a lot of workI downloaded this app because it helps me to view my videos on fire stick every but the video stops at the middle or you can fast forward very easily so if the video cuts off and you play it back and try to fast forward it’s just a pain. The wireless connection is not accurate, it sees the fire stick in the neighbors house but not the one I’m right in front of!!! It doesn’t make sense!! ✓ Stopped connecting!I used this app for awhile and everything was perfect, so I decided to go premium and pay for the new extra features since I got so much use out of the app. Almost immediately it stopped connecting to my FireTV Cube! ✓ Why did I spend $7 for this?Can confirm the additional cost on this proudly free app isn’t worth it. Unless you consider paying to scrub to the point where you were when the app crashed to keep watching your video worth it. Seeing the response to other comments, the amount of hoops to jump through to get reconnected is downright moronic. I might as well just get a chrome cast. This is dumb..Version: 3.6
✓ I would’ve given more stars butI just bought the tv cast app for my fire stick, however, I purchased the premium retailing at$ 9.99. And when I start to use the app, it says, I need to give another $9.99? Seemed shady I think. Please rectify this issue.Version: 3.8
✓ Works but costsI didn’t download this app because I cut the cord or something. I downloaded it to view my movie projects on my fire stick without having to download it to my phone and lose precious phone storage. Except, this app forces you to pay for a lot of basic functions like scrubbing the video. I’ve found that this app will stop at a certain point during playback without fail, forcing you to watch the movie from the beginning which can be time consuming and extremely frustrating. If you want to be able to resume playback you’ll have to pay for the scrubbing function but I suspect as soon as you pay for that, the video won’t suddenly stop more than halfway through your video - making your purchase almost useless. I wouldn’t suggest using this app if you’re going to be watching movies because it will almost always suddenly stop working during the movie and force you to either buy the scrubbing function or start your movie over from the beginning. Unless you want to pay for those things. If you’re just trying to use it for free like me, it’s best to use it for videos 30mins or less..Version: 1.12

✓ Not worth itI bought it to screen share what’s on my phone and it does not give you the ability to screen share everything on your phone. I was hoping to screen share Apple fitness plus so for me it was a waste of money. It keeps letting you to new apps to buy. I paid the 9.99so that I could get what I want and I did not get it..Version: 3.8
