✓ Not a great mobile game no option to saveAs the title says. For a mobile game I expect the option to save anywhere for quick pick up and play sessions. Nope not here you have to play a full day for it to auto save, I played for a few mins came back and bam back to the start of the day. Unless you go through the full day cycle you lose your progress when coming back to it. Played one day in game and deleted as that’s not great for a mobile game. If a save anywhere feature gets added in an update I’d probably play it again as it looks nice..Version: 1.6.6

✓ A bit disappointingI splashed out my $21 to get this game based off the other reviews. However, there is no tutorial or even any clear objective in the game it’s really just “don’t die.” Which would be fine if they told you how. I spent about 20 hours getting the hang of it but in the end it’s really just an exercise in futility. All the characters just end up getting depressed and you have to make them chat to prevent them killing themselves. Unfortunately you can’t skip through the chat so you often just have to wait it out. Time that could be spent playing an enjoyable game that has goals or perhaps actually talking to a real depressed person about their struggle. The whole thing just feels unfinished. Would be more enjoyable if you could unite with other factions and get some sort of constant trade going perhaps like the rebuild games but without zombies. ✓ Bugs ver.2.3.4While a fantastic game, slamming face first into a fairly massive bug does a lot to temper that enjoyment. I noticed it upon entering Sniper Junction. All the foreground trees and objects are white. As in paper white, devoid of any detail at all. And many of the sound effects are missing. Example, sniper shots against walls and roads are almost completely silent. While the metal ricochet off a car is still audible. This makes timely navigation there quite a bit more difficult. Honestly these are probably things I could force myself past, but I don’t feel much incentive to. Especially not knowing how many more times/areas I’ll have to go through it again. Bug fix please. Otherwise I’m not bothering to keep playing..Version: 1.5.9

✓ Un-enjoyablePlayed lots of survival games in my time, and this one is too hard to find it enjoyable. The RNG screws you over a lot. Sites that claim to have certain items, like food for example, offer nothing but wood and mechanical parts. Day cycle isn’t long enough. No tutorial of any sort throws you right into the game wasting precious day time trying to figure out the mechanics. Backpack storage is laughably low it’s almost non-existent. I want to like this game based on what I’ve heard about it and I’ve wanted to play it for so many years but the mechanics just make it not fun at all..Version: 1.6.3

✓ Game is crashing + bad customer serviceThe game keeps crashing whenever I play it. I have provided videos of the crash to 11bit Studios thru Twitter but they’re not responding at all. The first day it’s crashing, it happened more than three times — I recorded the screen as it crashed, three times, and uploaded it to Twitter. As for today, it crashed more than 10 times that I can hardly progress the game into another day. For the game I played today, I played it 1-2 days ago and it went smooth until the 14th-15th day in game (it was a snow start with Marin, Katia & Arica). It made me think that sometimes this game’s going smooth, and sometimes it’s really bad — and it’s the bad that’s bad. I also can’t see what made you guys not replying via Twitter, at least to let me see whether you can see the game crashing or not. It’s been days since I finished the game twice, both on iOS and Steam, yet you gave not feedback to me at all. ✓ Great but plagued by crashesThis game excellent but... yes there’s a but... since i purchased the littlest ones expansion it randomly crashes, I didn’t have the problem before so i’m naturally blaming that (it might not be that). The issue is that I spend a whole day doing tasks, resting, making stuff and so on and then at night it crashes. The problem is you can’t save it, it auto saves in the morning so you end up having to do the whole day over again; and guess what. Yep, it crashes again. This is really tedious and frustrating. especially when you have to do the whole day over. They should change the name of the app to “this ground hog day of mine”. i’m getting really fed up with it, i’m quite far into this game and don’t want to lose it (you can only have one game going at a time). Thing is, even if I start over it might do the exact same thing. Maybe one of the 80+ awards is one for most annoying crashing? I’ll award it that one, it definitely deserves it. ✓ It needs some changes for our 20$!The DLC is just a scam. I didn’t notice any different. It’s a pretty game for the first 10mins. This game needs to change the base supply system. Animal cage needs to be more efficient! It shouldn’t be that hard to get vegetables during the war. You guys want to show people how hard it can be surviving in a war, I get it. ✓ Please updateThis would easily be a 5 star rating as I think it is one of the best games I played in 2016 but the controls are not translating to iPhone 11. Instead of pressing on the character or action you have to press the screen about an inch adjacent in order for the game to recognise your decisions. This is very disappointing and I have just had to delete the game off because it’s unplayable like this. Also I bough TWOM: The Little Ones years ago and am still yet to play it. It shows as purchased on the menu screen but when I select it it just takes me a screen to purchase it again. How do you play it? Do you have to complete the standard edition again or something to unlock it? This really doesn’t seem right if you have already paid fo the add on. The game shifts to the left and right hand side becomes pink in color. Due to this the touch for the button is off and have to touch on the right of the button to activate that button for any interaction. The game has few events, and there need to be many more events and areas available, as I found myself quite regularly getting bored of the continual raid-craft-trade-repeat cycle every day. I found once I completed the events available to me, the game got very repetitive. there needs to be more events and storylines to follow. The only problem is you can barely zoom into the screen, so it’s really difficult to read the text. I actually have to do a screenshot, zoom in, read it and delete the pic. So I restart the app, click continue and the app closes again. I restart the app and try to start a new game and erase the old progress. The app closes again. It still says continue and another try and no matter what I do the game closes every time it tries to load the map now. ✓ 2 stars for constructive criticism.I have this game on pc, when my players are slightly wounded I let them sleep for the entire day and entire night and they are usually better after being useless for 24-36hrs. This game on the phone is not so like that. I have survived for 13 days using 1 character feeding 2 lazy slightly wounded players. 1 has been wounded since the start of the game the other was hurt in a raid on my house. They have been bed resting literally for 13 days now (maybe 10-11 for the other, since they didn't happen exactly on the same night.) I think this is entirely uncool to have these characters be deemed useless without expensive meds for a slight wound, mine as well let them starve to death which I am considering, just letting them go out and get shot to death or something. They're useless anyway eating all of the dang food and doing nothing. PLEASE Fix this & you'll have my 5 stars. I am also going to be buying frost punk, I know that is a game you're involved in & I am a supporter, just this small thing involving slight wounds not healing without induced surgical methods being involved for a sliver..Version: 1.5.1

✓ Magenta screen after phone upgradeI’d love to be able to play this game, I purchased and was enjoying it before upgrading to IPhone 12- now I’m stuck with a magenta screen on the far right side of my play screen. The touch points are all off, having to touch off target by about a half inch to select characters and actions. ✓ No idea what I'm doingI've only just purchased this game and already I've noticed an extremely disappointing flaw in that it makes no attempt to explain game controls/mechanics, literally leaving you to fend for yourself from day 1. While I'm unsure as to whether this was deliberate as some form of artsy metaphor for how the characters in the game must fend for themselves in order to live, I find that it makes the game seem a lot more daunting considering the emphasis of the importance of choices and time management. Although this does not make the game unplayable, it has left me with a pretty negative first impression. As I have only just started playing I am also unable to give a rating that would accurately reflect my opinion of the complete game, and so I shall leave it with 3 stars for the time being..Version: 1.3.9

It crash every time for zones of: makes these zones unusable the church the central market For survival every zone is important the central market is very important as can trade goods. I think there was another but cannot recall. Also crash sometimes when normal operation when need access inventory. Every time crash you have to restart entire day. This is unacceptable for a such an expensive application and no fixes have been applied for a very long time. Now patches have been applied, 1 even states fixes the church crashes but does not fix. During the sniper junction event, there is little to no audio clue in which the sniper is shooting, making it extremely difficult to complete the mission without dying. The visual clues are there though (bullets hitting the ground). When in combat with firearms, you can’t hear the shots being fired. This bothers me a lot because it breaks the immersion to the point where there is no point in immersing the player. I know I’m asking much, but please fix these issues. But, in the end, this war of mine is a great game full of immersive experiences, and requires tough decisions and smart decisions as well..Version: 1.5.9

First, you lose all progess since returning from the last scavenge. Second, it blocks off whatever supplies and stories those locations contain ruining the long-term game (which I have yet to get to due to there always being at least one location that crashes the game on any map). This is probably the first online review I’ve ever written because I want to enjoy the game and hope typing this review will be seen by the right person. ✓ A great presentation of the same oldAfter reading a few reviews you may feel this is the greatest experience you have yet to witness on mobile.... I didn’t see that and I definitely wanted to but it just felt like a really high-quality but basic survival game. Matrix rules, the things you need to survive are not all based in actual reality but in the reality of the game and therefore and like many other games you find yourself mastering the game not the situation the game is trying to present or put you in. Case in point you need more than you would actually need to start a fire and say cook a hotdog. Like other survival games the materials you need to do basic task are ridiculous but I’m not hating that that’s basically level design. These heartbreaking moments your said to face well maybe I didn’t play long enough because they were far few and almost nonexistent. I do remember having to steal from a family who clearly had children and feeling conflicted about it but the rest of the game is so tedious and boring I quickly forgot about it. ✓ It won't open!A great game.. It crashed a couple of times forcing me to literally start from the beginning and then one day I did an update and it's never opened since... Contacted the developers with no success. Haven't got on it for a couple of months now but try my luck occasionally .. This is on the iPad 3, although don't know if anyone else has had the same issue..Version: 1.5.5
