✓ I don’t know what the fuss is aboutI noticed that the reviews are fairly low on this one. When I signed up for KYC purposes, it was really easy and quick to upload my information and verify my identity. The app worked very well and served its purpose for my needs. Great job!.Version: 3.23.0
✓ I love this appThis app is very good! However, just wondering does this work in Europe too? I also want to suggest if we could have an option to select a profile picture rather than uploading one then and there. ✓ SimpleJust wanted to let you guys know I thought it was a very simple app easy to get through the set up. The other reviews complained about not being able to take pictures of their IDs and it was so simple I couldn’t believe it. it didn’t work once and all I did was clean my ID and then it took the picture just like that no problems. ✓ For us it could be a Game ChangerOur company is looking for a “remote ID verification” solution - and this looks like it’s going to fit the requirement nicely. Setting up individual Digital ID takes very little time abs works very well. Setting up the Company Hub was a doddle too - plus the inclusion of a Sandbox to test integration - what’s not to like!!! All this plus e-signing of verified documents - Just need to spend some time to get down and dirty with it but from what I’ve experienced so far t looks just the job..Version: 3.28.0
✓ Totally UnderratedI was able to verify my identity on Yubo quickly and easily using this app. At first I was concerned, because I was worried the bad ratings were due to some sort of scandal or scam, like Yoti sharing our personal information. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. It looks like the reason for the low rating is because most of the people using Yoti are coming from Yubo (as per the partnership), and most of the individuals on that app are young people between the ages 13-17. Understandably, many minors likely have trouble with handling verification, due to it requiring some sort of personal documentation, which the vast majority of people under the age of 18 know very little about handling. As a result, many teens may be getting frustrated and writing the negative reviews. If I were to offer any advice, it would be that Yoti should put up more warnings somewhere that are noticeable when opening the app and getting started. A warning that would explain that the individual probably should get help from a parent, guardian, or other trusted adult, etc. That’s the only thing I can really think of that I would recommend they change. ❤️.Version: 3.20.0

✓ Fantastic Digital IDI got the app with the purchase of a citizen card as I didn’t want to take my passport with me wherever I went. So far only 1 shop has refused this as a form of identification which to be far isn’t bad. The fact that I can show the id screen plus the image of the passport used to verify the app makes a huge difference. The ease of uploading and using the app is effortless. ✓ Great secure app, needs more use!A great app that’s really secure and reassures you every step of the way about how secure it is. Only gripe is that it’s not accepted EVERYWHERE but then again that’s something beyond the makers’ control and is more something that shops, etc. will need to look at in the future. ✓ Issue when utilizing with YuboI generally don’t have any issues with this app given I’ve only downloaded it for the use of verifying my Yubo account. The issue I’m having is that it apparently only accepts horizontal ids/ driver licenses over my vertical one. This is preventing me from utilizing its main use for me. Any communication will be greatly appreciated.Version: 3.10.0
✓ Perfect!!!The only people I see complaining is underage kids, trolls, an people that probably want to catfish. Look I verified everything in about 5 minutes; with no problems, no hitch, nothing. ✓ First TimerI used this app for the first time today. Had no issues going through the steps and I live in the US. Just follow the instructions and wait for the notifications saying that the next step is ready. The scanner did change my birthdate by one number so after a nice email exchange the information was updated. Overall I’m happy with how Yoti is performing with an account that is not located in GB. ✓ Mind blowingThis is the best way to always be ready in case of ID proof. Simple and quite straightforward to set up. ✓ Installing Yoti on an iPhoneJust a note to warn people trying to register on this app, that it uses its own FaceID software and you need to disable the phone’s FaceID ( for the app only). This is not made clear during setup and it took dozens of attempts and days contacting their helpline, before I even got the app installed..Version: 3.45.0
