✓ A great, helpful App. Government has never been so well designed.This is a wonderful app! Most of the reviews that rate low stars are not related to the app but just peoples frustration with the bureaucracy the app is the harbinger for. In reality it makes otherwise complicated and opaque systems very clear! Their support team was immediately responsive when I reported an error in the chat bot. It’s beautiful, simple, and well laid out. Very grateful for its great design!.Version: 5.3.0
✓ VEC PUAIt is impossible to get a hold of VEC. I sent Gov2Go a email. They sent me lots of information to scroll through. Fortunately I was able to figure out how to fix my problem. My hats off to Gov2Go Technical Support. Too bad they can’t help out VEC until Covid restrictions are lifted. Thanks Again!.Version: 5.8.0

✓ Work in Progress, that works with youI ran into a lot of problems initially with the Gov2Go App, but after getting in contact with the support team everything has changed. Chris and Neill, who I spoke with, were absolute dreams and helped me with my issues. If you’re struggling with anything in the app, get in contact with support and they will sort you right out..Version: 5.3.0
