✓ So much potential but so far lackingMy review is based on my experience with the GE Profile UltraFast combo. The app works and allows me to make settings changes and get progress. Where I find it lacking: 1) No iPad app? An enlarged iPhone version just doesn’t cut it. 2) Not all features on the physical control panel are available in the app such as turning on the light. 3) If the washer has an error, that is not shown in the app or notified in the app. This forces you to have to read the physical screen. 4) The appliance collects information, please let us see it. Other than I did 2 loads on a particular date, let me see the washer settings, the wash time, the dry time, perhaps the weight, etc. I’m sure you have all the data but why hide it?.MikeintoshVersion: 102.27

✓ Update: app works nowUpdate: now the app works. They have fixed the password issue. I do love this app. It’s very convenient. Previous review: I used to be able to use the app for my ge washer. My husband and I both had the app. I didn’t realize that it had updated. He was using his. I kept trying to connect to the washer and kept getting to the last step. When I try to enter my WiFi password, the app will bounce and not allow me to enter it. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it would work. No go. Same issue. I asked my husband to disconnect. Still no go. Now I’m thinking I shouldn’t have had him disconnect because I think that when he comes back he won’t be able to connect again..PlayfulevilVersion: 101.9

✗ Notifications don’t sendUpdate: notifications are now arriving on my device. Thank you!! This app could be great but needs a bit of work. First up - notifications don’t send on ios17. I can see them in the app notification history but they never land on my phone. Have triple checked all settings, deleted and reinstalled, but no go. Doesn’t look like background app refresh works either, my appliances refresh upon opening only. And as another reviewer has said, you have to enable remote use on the device before controlling it remotely. Different appliances have different specs - with my dryer I can see cycle history but no cycle history with dish drawer..Rebby_NZVersion: 102.19
