MinimaList: To Do List &Widget for Positive User Reviews

Love it but maybeeeSo i love the app, its simple, aesthetic and just really useful for study. I was thinking maybe there could be a feature where it sends you motivational messages. Like it could occasionally send you a notification that the app has made or you could write a message yourself. Another idea is to have an online study session so you can add friends and do tasks and do time together. Thanks again for the great app!!.Version: 2.9.28

StopIt’s too good, stop reading the reviews and download the free app. Then after using the free version which has the basic functionality and not too many reminders to download the full version you will upgrade cause you will want more lists and cooler reminders and stuff. I love this app it looks very simple and minimalistic however it actually has more and more secret options I discover. With the full version you can get alerts when you leave or arrive somewhere. There is a focus timer, detailed notification settings for time and day and repeat, it syncs with your calendar, there’s a history for all past items checked off that goes back pretty far. You can customize the colors and font and size etc for each list individually (only multiple lists with premium which is like $3). Lastly lists can be organized by date added date of notification like with calendar on, manually, there are also labels with 4 tiers of importance so even with time sorting you can override to have something at the top..Version: 2.7.7

Recent use of this applicationWhat an incredible app. After being referred by a friend and using the app for a few days it has really helped me organise my days. Reminding me of when and where I need to be. I have thoroughly enjoyed using it and has allowed me to plan before an occasion and not last minute. Thank you very much for your amazing app.Version: 2.9.35

Simple designNo complaints and its free 😇.Version: 2.8.10

Great app. So easy to useI needed something to help me with memory issues that would allow me to input thoughts quickly and simply without having to go through multiple processes and I think I’ve just found it with MinimaList. I’ve tried other task lists but I’ve found them all to be too rigid in the way that they need you to enter information but MimimaList works perfectly for me allowing me to simply record my thoughts as I have them using the recording function and before I forget what it was I was thinking about 🤔💭 I can do other things like colour coding and sorting but for me, the speed of getting my thoughts into a semi coherent list means I have the chance to deal with them now. There are a couple of bugs such as adding a list of sub tasks and when you edit one of them, they all seem to change to the edited version but I presume that these will be sorted in due course? Give it a try. You won’t be sorry..Version: 2.22.4

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FORI NEVER write reviews, but as a student with terrible short term memory and a hectic life this app is just perfect. i had been using a google doc for my checklists (i don’t like the more complicated planning apps because it takes too much time to set up and use), but i wanted to be able to see the checklist on a widget on my phone. i’ve tried notion, todoist, reminders, google calendar, and more. stopped using all of them within three days. then i found this app and it does that and more!!! it’s so clean and simple and even has a pomodoro timer and notification scheduling options for each task. i love how easy and quick it is to make new tasks, delete them, and clear the completed tasks. and nothing cluttering the interface to distract me and make me forget what i was going to add! i’m just praying some of these options don’t make you subscribe or pay to use them, because then it will become my favorite task manager..Version: 2.12.1

Minimal & effective, highly recommend!MinimaList might just be my favorite app! I’ve been using it daily for a few months now. The app has taken my productivity & focus to the next level. It’s user friendly, shortcuts are easy to adopt, and it has a simple, modern interface. I love that you can customize anything from the appearance of the lists to that of the app icon. Within the app, you also have the ability to move lists & tasks around. I especially like being able to move tasks quickly from one list to another. There are 2 features in particular that I love: • Since the app is available on other apple products (e.g., iMac), you can sync your lists between devices & get more things done. • Stats are available on a weekly, monthly, & yearly basis, allowing you to see how your productivity & focus have increased over time. In addition, it is relatively simple to contact support & they reply in a very timely manner. Overall, I cannot express how much this app has helped. I look forward to its continued updates. A note to/feedback for the developer: • I think the ability to group lists together would be pretty cool! • Sometimes, when my lists are syncing between devices, there’s a little bit of a lag. • Lastly, although uncommon, MinimaList will unexpectedly shut down, on either my iMac or MacBook, from time to time. A potential cause is that I sometimes have it open on both devices. Thanks again for creating this app, 100% recommend!.Version: 2.7.5

Love itIt’s so simple, and as the name suggests minimalist! I would recommend to get this, it gives reminders with sound tones, and my favourite feature, the “focus” mode. While pressing a task (e.g. homework) you can press start and it’ll tell you to put down your iPhone and get back to work. Over all it’s terrific and you should get it.Version: 2.7

Amazingly usefulI downloaded this app months ago upon deciding I need to be more organised with my time and a to do list was needed, but I couldn’t utilise this app enough to make use of it. Months later I gave this app a second shot and have been using it for a few weeks now and I can say that it has been incredibly useful, it’s efficient, easy to use, and well - minimal 😉. I recommend this to anyone who’s always on the go and doesn’t need anything fancy..Version: 2.9.17

The best app you can get for keeping track of your workI appreciate the minimalistic approach to the app. The few but necessary features of the app create a perfect replacement for a notebook, which is more accessible with more features. You won’t regret getting this app..Version: 2.22.4

Helps me get my work done and stay focusedI have a short attention span and I constantly forget what I meant to do. I have tried a few different task-organizing apps and sticky-note type apps, but found all of them inadequate except for this one. This MinimaList app is amazing. I’m using the free version which has been pretty good so far. It is simple, easy to use, and intuitive. I like how I can easily rearrange my task list in the order I want (believe it or not, this is not an option for some other apps). I LOVE the Pomodoro function - if you click on a task, the Pomodoro timer sets 25min during which the phone encourages you to stop touching the phone and to focus on your task. You can adjust the focus-time, and choose background sound to forest/rain/etc. This function is amazing! My productivity has markedly increased thanks to this app. I would give this app 10 stars out of 5 if I could..Version: 2.4.25

Almost perfectThis app has amazing potential, definitely worth checking out. I couldn’t get it working for me though, which I’m sad about. (When you mark a task as a daily task, and tick it off on day 1, the next day it’s still marked off as complete. As opposed to reappearing ready for the next day, so maybe daily tasks are not what I expected them to be, or maybe they reset for the next day at a weird time of the day??).Version: 2.9.32

Easiest and BESTI love the simple style and keeps my up to date with everything I need. I’ve had a couple concussions so remember the things I need or want to do can be difficult for me, but this has made my ability to stay organized and on top of everything 100% better. My favorite feature is actually something so simple and that is the strikeout for completed tasks. Every now and then I’ve noticed that I, and some of my friends, get burnt out by feeling like you’re doing so much in a day but not accomplishing anything at the same time. The strikeout once I’ve completed a task, thing I wanted to do, or was able to remember to get an item at the store that I would’ve forgotten about makes me feel like I’m actually accomplishing more and the fulfillment helps..Version: 2.9.35

Solid appSolid minimalist app does what it says and does it efficiently..Version: 2.6.7

Great!Awesome opening to app, showing how to use it. I love the simplicity..Version: 2.20.26

Simple, yet brilliant!I’ve been told to write a to-do list to help ease my mind a little. I’ve been stuck in my ways of only using pen and paper for lists as I can cross things off and see what progress I’ve made through the day. I’ve use my notes app and others to try and do this, but yet the other apps are so faffy and fiddly. I found this one just browsing the App Store and though ‘I’ll give it a go’. My second day in of using it and Lordy! I can’t wait to add new thing, cross things off and make new lists! It’s totally changed my to-doing! It’s so bloody simple! No opening pages or scrolling for ages or deleting words, just swipe! This that easy. 10/10 love it!.Version: 2.7.3

The Simplicity is GoodQuite good because it’s simple. Don’t like the instructions being a part of the main list. Good, clear font, easy to use once you get familiar with it. I’m keeping it on my first page as one of my morning ‘go to’ apps for the tasks that I can keep returning to till they’re complete and it supplements my app for recurring and time-sensitive stuff really well..Version: 2.9.35

Super good appAs a busy student, who loses her mind everyday, this is a really brief/ functional way to keep my ideas, thoughts and todo list all in one place, the theme is so minimalist and it’s so easy to use, it’s like writing it all down on a memo pad without the usage of paper, if you have lots of thoughts you need to keep a track of then this is the best app to do so with :))).Version: 2.9.3

Great “To Do List” App with a few flaws (my opinion)I LOVE that you can list your lists but I HATE that every time I edit a list I have to RESET the alarm on the task. Why can’t I just edit this list without the alarm resetting…ugh. I LOVE the fact that I can check on things on my to do lists but on the next day the tasks that I check off DISAPPEAR, like I didn’t accomplish ANYTHING…ugh. (I noticed lately it’s not erasing what I checked off within a list. I will see if it was an update or something I programmed better). I WISH the widget didn’t just appear on my home page of my phone’s apps but I am glad it’s in my notifications. Basically, please make sure the app can save tasks completed with a LIST until I CHECK the entire list as completed. This is why the app is a 4 out 5. Don’t get me wrong. The app is good…just kinda glitchy and it is not saving tasks with a list from day to day..Version: 2.22.4

GREAT APPJUST WHAT I NEEDED!.Version: 2.5.7

Love this app. It’s great.I love using this app. I have been using it for ages and have been completely satisfied with it. I use it for things to do and things to remember to buy. And then today I tapped on the tutorial button ... and oh my gosh!!! It does so many more amazing things than I realised that it did. You guys have done so well on this app. Thank you so much..Version: 2.6.6

Very goodVery simple to use, easy and accessible.Version: 2.9.8

Minimalist but definitely not bland or boringImmediately have ranked this as one of my preferred list apps. I have so many lists for things, and probably have tried an even greater number of "List" apps, however, regardless of this I have found it difficult to ever find one I like enough to stick with it and use consistently. For me, any of the popular, quality apps are either too confusing in their cool features (or too time consuming), or on the other hand, they are too simple, plain and monotonous. I really like how this app manages to be minimalist but allows for an excellent range of very-quick-to-set, customisable features. My favourite feature that I don't find enough in all types of apps (not just "List" apps), is the ability to use installed fonts - Real Fonts and not the tacky ones that come with those alternative Keyboard apps. Finally, not only is this a fully functional list-making app without advertising, the bonus Premium features are grouped simply together in an extremely reasonable and realistically priced IAP - something else that I find hard to find in Productivity Apps. This in turn makes me WANT to upgrade, not just for the extras, but because I want to support the developers who obviously work hard and who have provided a product that is worth paying for; hence it should be paid for..Version: 2.8.5

Perfect app for organizing tasks! It’s only been a day since i have been using this app but it is absolutely beautiful and a great tool so far got me to write my notes in. ay like other apps, all you have to do is swipe and you can add ur task instead of wasting like 5 mins like every other app. I look forward to using this app more!!.Version: 2.12.1

Simple & easyI like it, a fun way to keep my days activities organised 🌷.Version: 2.9.29

All you need I guessIf you just want a simple list this is fine..Version: 2.6.7

Check boxes can be removedThis app is a lifesaver for writing things down quickly. It’s always there as a transparent widget, and makes my phone look great and saves me time (rather than opening notes). The app allows for the removal of he automatic check boxes when you tap and hold the widget to send it to jiggle mode and then click edit and remove check boxes. Phone is back to the way it was after the update..Version: 2.22.4

Great appVery helpful.Version: 2.22.5

Saved me from suicidalBeautiful app CHANGED MY LIFE.Version: 2.6.7

First thing on your checklist Buy this app.I have downloaded pretty much all the apps out there for checklists, productivity, paid ones mind you. This one is the best by a country mile. I never thought I would find something better than good old pen and pad because all the apps try to do too much. MinimaList is simple and intuitive but also packed with features. You decide how deep you go. The best feature for me and one that sets it apart is allowing me to create a reminder to repeat a task at the interval of my choosing, including custom, like every 4 days for example. GREAT for business and client follow up. Do yourself a favor and go pro up front. it’s worth the money, it’s actually a steal. ALSO the developers are very open and receptive to user insights and will have a dialogue with you about it. This app has already paid for itself exponentially since it’s helping me get things done which directly affect my bottom line. Pomodoro, GTD, whatever you productivity protocol this app works. I don’t typically write reviews but when something comes along that changes the way I do business and make money and costs less than a sandwich then I want to spread the word..Version: 2.3.6

Nice to do listNice easy clear uncluttered interface. I’m Finding it really works for me getting stuff done. I’ve moved over to it from due and the reminder app..Version: 2.9.24

Needs tweaks imoGood app; love the simplicity of it. However a few ergonomics imo need adjusting. The whole premise of a lightweight and speedy app needs to have equally speedy interface, the main problem I have is the pinch (or expand) with two fingers to access multiple lists: when walking getting both fingers on screen at identical time is nigh impossible, this just registers the first finger to touch and then initiates a scroll action. Otherwise love it..Version: 2.2.10

Definitely a must have!As an ADHD single mother to a little girl with not only developmental delays, but whose also disabled, it’s seriously a wonder that I/we weren’t late & didn’t miss any more appointments than we had already prior to my discovering this app! I was literally in this seemingly never ending cycle where I’d write up a list- be it a to do list, grocery list or simply a list of questions I had for an upcoming doctor visit, IEP meeting, etc., but then in true-to-me fashion, I’d forever find myself leaving the list wherever I wrote it at & never having it with me where I actually needed it! My lists & notes, literally had their own lists & notes! 😂 I always shied away from these digital note taking / list making apps, but I’m so glad I come across this app! I love all the many, but not too overwhelming, features that they offer. Some of the best features IMO are the ability to sort lists by their background colors, adding list your Lock Screen (crucial for me!) & the many colors, fonts, etc., but let’s not forget the alerts with their own customizable ringtones should you want to do so! Overall, 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!.Version: 2.22.4

Free version is very basic but this is the best simple and clean notes app I’ve come across.Pros: very clean and easy to look at. Satisfying to cross things off a list and still see what you accomplished. Easy to use. Basic in the best way. I’ve been looking for something this clean. Cons: limited use of app unless you pay to upgrade. No way to break up the to do list into smaller sections e.g morning & night or work & personal..Version: 2.6.6

Such a great tool!I’ve been searching for something like this for a while and tried many apps without being entirely happy about. And finally I found this - simple, easy to use, shows everything (including the specific due date even it’s 2-3 days from today. Other apps would just label them “someday” without showing the date) And it’s also genius to integrate the Pomo thing to this app and you can customize focusing time too! Sooo good for students!! THE ONLY ONE bug/complain I have is I order tasks by their due date, but sometimes the further dues get in front of the more urgent ones... and it seems the default time zone has a problem too. Not sure which time zone it currently uses, definitely NOT US eastern time... hope it can fix it quickly and let everyone choose their own appropriate time zone. Thanks!.Version: 2.4.3

Amazing appReally helpful and useful.Version: 2.3.19

This one…I was looking for a to do list that is JUST that. A to-do list. I don’t need bells & whistle’s, I don’t need icons or connection to my calendar- I need to open up a living document and just keep going with my train of thought. I downloaded about five different to-do list apps at one time to test and this one was the ONLY keeper. I also liked that this can be added as a widget to the iPhone home screen, very helpful! It allows for voice dictation which is a must have. The interface is clean and simple and doesn’t include any ads or junk that you don’t need - it simply exists to help you keep track of a limited number of tasks. It does what it says it will - nothing more, nothing less. It is perfection.- wrote that a while back- Have had Minimalist for months- still perfection..Version: 2.9.31

Easy and clearEasy to use app for organising lists. Would be great to have tick boxes for lines or symbol to mark it as a list.Version: 2.5.3

Useful and effectiveThis app improves on Wunderlist by being simpler and more intuitive to use. It’s easy to add and remove items as they arise/resolve. In the lead up to Xmas, Minimalist has helped me keep track of a stockpile of tasks each day. It has saved my bacon on at least a couple of occasions..Version: 2.9.28

Nice and SimpleBeen trying to find a simple easy to do list and finally found it with this one. I actually use it! Give it a try, you likely will like it..Version: 2.20.18

PerfectThis is my first ever review I never take the time to write them because, who does? However this app is wonderful I’ve downloaded multiple to do list apps and they’ve either had a limit or are really badly designed. This however is wonderfully simple but has everything you could want. There is a plus version but it’s like £5.99 for LIFETIME. I personally don’t have the plus version and it’s still really really good most features are free so you can still do what you need to do the plus version just adds some nice extras. In honesty I’m very likely to purchase the plus version just as a thanks for the developer making such a nice and simple to use app. 5/5 would give 10/5 if I could. Amazing..Version: 2.4.30

Great just one issueThe app is fantastic! I was looking for an app that allows me to add reminders to my Home Screen in a way that blends in and this app offers that feature which I love. Only issue is the app crashes every once in a while and I have to reopen and usually redo whatever it was I had just done in the app. I’m hoping that’s something that will be fixed in an update. Other than that the app is great, I was more than happy to pay for premium and a reasonable price too!.Version: 2.9.28

Great style and easy to useI love minimalist. As the name suggests, it's no fuss and just a simple, easy way to track the things you need to do. I love the minimal design and the ability to have different lists if needed. You also still get the satisfaction from being able to "cross things off your list"!.Version: 2.9.32

Very helpfulIf you’re a person that forgets where things are you could probably write down the last place you put it and then look there again. Also helps me take off things that I need to do of my list instead of wasting paper. :).Version: 2.9.35

Perfect For Its SimplicityAUGUST 2021 REVIEW UPDATE HELP App was working great until this month. Constantly syncing, constantly freezing, booting me out. I removed the app and reinstalled- lost all my settings and mixed up what I already crossed off with what still needs to be done. I want my great app back! I use this app EVERYDAY and it does what I need it to do- keep track of things I need to get done. Nothing fancy, very low learning curve The only reason this isn’t a 5 Star review is because I would Like to see the name of my lists in bold at the top of each separate list I make. If it’s DAILY CHORES , then I’d like to see that on the top, same thing if it’s just the current date. I would Like a mode where my list titles are visible along the top so that I can easily see them and access them. I can use the “pinch” method, but actually seeing the other titles as I am using one would be a great help. These are just my particular quirks, but great app overall!.Version: 2.9.16

Very good appI like it and you can make easy tasks in it..Version: 2.12.1

Best for my lifestyleTried so many to do apps and this is the perfectly balanced one for me. I’m sick of overwhelming functions and thank goodness I found Minimalist. Got Premium straight away! Thanks team..Version: 2.10.1

ExcellentSo I don’t usually write reviews but this is a great app. I’ve tried pretty much all of the myriad To Do apps, but kept coming back to Wunderlist. My first impressions of MinimaList weren’t great - it was too sparse; where were all the buttons?! However, I’ve realised MinimaList is just... subtle. All the features you could want are there, underneath, and once you get a feel for the menu it’s very quick and easy to use. I now think MinimaList is better than WunderList, which now feels a bit dated in comparison. Sorry WunderList my old friend. So, if you’re reading this I recommend you give MinimaList a try - and give it some time - because I think its simple beautiful clean functionality might grow on you too..Version: 2.3.12

Perfect UIThis is the app I’ve been looking for the last couple of years. Very handy. Great UI..Version: 2.20.26

Very Simple AppI love that this app is not ‘crowded’ with features but at the same time it has a lot of essential features that are actually useful. I love that the app uses different touch gestures to control the app, makes using the app feel more smooth and easy..Version: 2.10.1

Great list app that doesn’t collect all your dataI love this app. Simple after you take a few minutes and learn the gestures… just leave the help icon in place until you know them. Fully functional, transferring items, lists, printing, exporting. All the things I can think of wanting to do are here. I don’t use location or time-based notifications, but they are there too. No spamming to rate the app… made me WANT to rate it. Dev responded quickly when I had a question. And, really important for me, the app doesn’t track me all over my device or collect my personal information! Just take a look at what another popular list app collects and links to you. No thanks! Anyway, totally worth paying for this app… I bought the lifetime subscription once I realized it is just what I was looking for..Version: 2.9.4

Best app in worldI’ve only just downloaded the app today and it’s the best app I’ve ever got. I am so happy with this, it’s is customisable up to the background down to the font. It can be used as a widget for iOS and it’s is beautifully set out. This app keeps me on track when studying and 1000% recommend.Version: 2.8.13

Must Have TO DO App!!!!To start, it’s super straightforward. The app really fits the name. I had the free version, which lets you have 1 list and that worked for me for a bit, but I ended up needing different sets of lists for different things. So I got the lifetime membership for $3.99 on a 40% off day. TOTALLY WORTH IT! The app really gives a lot of control of the list and is incredibly easy to manage and is quick to use. I couldn’t recommend this app enough. Any other reviews complaining that the free version isn’t enough or the app is too difficult to use either is cheap and want the app completely for free (which is pretty selfish) or has never used an app before because this is one of the most straightforward apps I’ve seen. 11/10, great job developers..Version: 2.7.5

Clean and simpleI use this app to manage my high priority tasks and I love it. The interface is clean and simple..Version: 2.0.6

Love itIt is so simple and to the point. User friendly interface. Love the idea. Works great for me. Guys make an weekly organizer like this !!.Version: 2.6.3

Really love! Small tweaks would be appreciated…I’ve been using this app for about a week now and it’s been really great, it’s really helped me stay on top of my exam schedule and just helped me actually stick to the timetable I make for myself. I did purchase the one off subscription for $10 seeing as it was such a good bang for your buck kinda scenario. There are a few things I’d love for it to have though: - the ability to search for your reminder list through the title of it. It would be great if when you pull away to look at all your reminder cards/list that there was a function to search by name. Especially because I use it for all my subjects and my personal as well. - when I set a custom reminder it doesn’t hold properly. For example, if I say that my custom time I want to be reminded is in 2 days, it will jolt forward to 4 days. This may just be a small bug, but I’d really appreciate having this fixed. - if you could link this with a google account. I share my Apple ID with my family and it would be amazing if it could be connected through either gmail, Facebook or whatever. Other than these small things here, the app has some really nice features especially for high school and university students as well. You can also track your productivity which is useful as well and it’s just a really nice, clean simple interface. I really recommend this app!.Version: 2.9.16

A good app. Plain and simple. Just perfect.Solid app. Doesn’t glitch, and it does what it’s supposed to..Version: 2.12.1

PerfectWriting to do lists on paper is old fashioned lol this is the PERFECTTTTT app!! So simple to use and even has cool features I didn’t realise, like the focus timer which is so helpful. Thank you also for not making everything paid for, and not having ads. I appreciate it as this is what annoys me. But if you pay you also get really good features. Anyways this is an amazing app please don’t change anything thank you so much!!.Version: 2.4.31

SimplisticExactly what I need. Super basic, super simple. Easy.Version: 2.9.35

Love the simplicity and fireplace sounds 💜💞As a student studying for ATAR, I find this app extremely useful for me to keep things in check and help me break up my study sessions. I absolutely love the 20min and 50min intervals in which the app sets to help you focus on the task at hand, and with the fireplace sounds—it’s so calming. If they would add more sounds, like the fireplace one, and more timing options, I would invest my money into this app. Still loving it so far 📕💖.Version: 2.3.1

My search is overI have a compulsion to write lists. I need them to order my thoughts and keep track of my intentions and many life projects. I have tried lots of todo lists apps over the years. It is an interesting fact of modern life that many of them can charge over 15 dollars a month and lots of people are prepared to pay that. This app has all the features I want. Here is my list of reasons why this app is top of my list of list apps. 1. It is so easy to add new items (Pull down on the screen to add a new item) 2. Reorder list items with simple drag 3. Have multiple lists which can be accessed with a simple pinch. 4. Has more complicated date and location based features too.Version: 2.5.3

Overall good except for one thingI really love how this app works. I barely write reviews but this time i have to since i use this app a lot of times The more you use this, the list piles up. And when it does, i want to delete some of them. The only problem, you cant bulk delete them! It would be good if there is at least an option in the settings to have it all deleted. It would save me alot of time! Rather than having to delete it one by one.Version: 2.9.18

Phenomenal App & Even Better People Behind the ScenesThis app has steadily been helping me be able to just live day to day. MinimaList has helped my ADHD and anxiety swirling brain manage and focus on what I need to do & helps me realize things that aren’t necessary. It’s extremely easy to navigate. I’ve tried SO many other apps and while they are pretty with designs and such it’s just too much of a “learning how to use the app”. This is a simple, yet very effective, brain dump for me, with options to make a list more in depth if I need too. Adding it as a widget to my home screen only adds to the effectiveness. I normally keep scratches of paper all over and lose it and forget, but everyone’s on their phone at least 1x a day and it’s nice to have it right in front of me. As well as allowing it to continue through my connective devices. Download it, delete the others. This is one that’ll stay on my phone forever. Thank you.Version: 2.22.4

4/5Great the only downside is I cannot invite other people to share tasks..Version: 2.22.5

Love the app but sometimes glitchyI downloaded Minimalist because Clear failed me horribly after problems with their cloud syncing. I like a lot of things about Minimalist but there are still a few issues with the app including dragging and dropping items into other lists (many of the lists are out of view in the sidebar and not reachable to drop the item into causing the item to be inadvertently dropped into a random list leaving you to go around searching for where it was dropped into). The other issue is the pinch feature to back out of a list. It’s very inconsistent and doesn’t seem to work a lot of the times. I’m left pinching my screen repeatedly trying different distances and pressures to get the app to recognize a “pinch.” Somewhat troublesome when trying to be quick and add a number of things. Other than those minor glitches I do enjoy the app and find it very useful if you are heavy into using lists! Would recommend still!.Version: 2.5

PerfectRarely review anything on anything but this app takes the cake on to do lists and honestly apps in general. Everyone’s got so much extra stuff they try to shove at your face that’s totally unnecessary and a lot of the time annoying. The opposite here. The name of the app is exactly how it behaves, minimally and without interference. Beautifully designed, it’s sleek, responsive and intuitive. Precisely what I was looking for and it doesn’t even cost anything to use the most important features. I might buy the premium just to support the company cause I’m so grateful that they delivered exactly what they said they would without any of the usual garbage a lot of these app developers try to throw at you. No annoying adds? Clean, OCD friendly design? What! F’n’A right this is the lit-est to do/organize app I’ve ever seen or had the pleasure of giving a permanent spot on my very small and limited Home Screen. Well done..Version: 2.9.16

Minimalist is my saviourI downloaded this app around my first year of high school. It has stayed w me for YEARS and it’s still my go-to app. It’s simple, it’s easy, it has everything. There is something intensely satisfying about scratching off an assignment or test, and the focus time (aka the pomodoro timer) is BEYOND helpful. Love this app..Version: 2.22.4

Keeps me focusedI’ve only been using this for one day so maybe a bit early for a review but I’ve found this had really helped to keep me focused. I am easily distracted and tend to go off course in a completely different direction but having this in my pocket on my phone so easily accessible has really helped. I used to make lists of things to do but couldn’t keep a notepad with me all the time, leading up more distractions while looking for the pad and noticing other stuff that needed doing. I like the clean, unfussy look of it and how easy it is to edit the lists. All in all, very pleased with it!.Version: 2.5.2

SimpleIt's simple and Its in your face all the time. Which is good.Version: 2.8.10

Almost perfect for me!This is the only task mgmt/to do list app amongst a multitude that has ever actually worked for me. It’s simple & effective. I’m not even sure I use the pro features I paid extra for, but it’s been so helpful to me that I don’t care. My biggest frustration/complaint is that I don’t use the pomodoro feature & REALLY wish the double-tap to edit/single-tap to focus gestures were switched around, or there was the option to change that in settings. Accidentally tapping an item & having to back out of focus mode is an annoyance that interrupts my productivity flow. Swiping right to go between lists is also touchy & often results in nearly deleting tasks. The ability to move tasks from one list to another would be VERY welcome as well. (Also: Does clearing completed tasks remove them from the stats as well? I’m afraid to try it & find out! 😬) Meanwhile, keep up the great work: The developers clearly care about the app & make continuous improvements, & I always appreciate that! ❤️.Version: 2.4.17

Just Minor IssuesThis app is about as close as it gets to perfection - however, there’s still a couple of minor issues. Firstly, buying lifetime premium (at a discount) caused the app to endlessly buffer until restarted. Secondly, showing today’s date for every item in the widget causes unnecessary visual clutter, and it’s especially annoying as the date is in mmdd and not dd/mm (for us non Americans) - perhaps there can be a widget customisation option to change these?.Version: 2.8.4

Very usefulAre use the app on a daily basis to help me keep track of the important test I have to do throughout the day. It keeps me organized and I am the type of person that needs to have something in my face every day in order for me to remember so I’ll make sure to put the app as a widget on my phone so that when I open my phone, I always see it and it reminds me that I have these important things to do and I like that the app has the features very flexible and I’m not sure if you’re able to customize. I haven’t tried that out yet, but I would like to have a customized it all cute and stuff so that is more aesthetically pleasing but other than that I really like the app is easy to use. It’s not difficult at all and I definitely recommend, all five stars.Version: 2.12.1

The perfect list/todo appSo good. Easy. Lightning fast sync across devices. Lovely interface and features. Multiple export options. Manual sync. Any background colour you can think of. Font size options. The works. If you’re still on the fence about leaving your old list app—you know the one: was reliable but now deletes edited entries, syncing is iffy, and that update never came—give yourself a new year’s present. Buy it. Buy it now, while there’s still an Au$10 special running on the lifetime subscription. It’s so good, I bought the mac version within 10 minutes. I know I’m gushing, but I just made my life a whole lot easier. The devs - the devs just made my life easier. And really, who doesn’t want that for 2021?.Version: 2.8.10

Quick n simpleOther than some features I don’t use, it’s quick n good enough for phone writing.Version: 2.11

Free version works great as a reminders appHad to leave Apple reminders because I never got the notifications even after checking they were turned on and enabling them. Personally don’t use the pomodoro feature as I have a dedicated app and I found it so refreshing that I was able to turn it off. Very customizable for the free version and the gestures are easy to remember and intuitive. Love the daily/weekly/monthly feature. Perfect for me..Version: 2.10.1

Great customisationMy biggest issue with list making apps is they tend to be bulky, with a lot of buttons and clunky design aesthetics. Leading me to become distracted from the whole point THE LIST. BUT this app changes that, you can change the font, text colour, background colour, font size and more! Allowing you to make the app really easy on the eyes. It’s very clean and very polished. The free version is already great, but the premium version (especially when a deal is on) is an absolute steal- I would 10 out of 10 recommend..Version: 2.9.7

I love this appThis all has helped me keep track of daily, weekly, monthly and longterm tasks and goals. I highly recommend for anyone achievers and goal-oriented individuals! It has the added benefit of being extremely aesthetic 😌.Version: 2.7.4

Love itThis app is great!! It works perfectly in every way and is very easy to use. The only thing I would say is that when you minimize a list to look at your other lists, sometimes it thinks you’re just trying to tick items off instead of “pinch” it often takes me a few goes to minimize and have to undo items that have been accidentallly ticked off. Other than that I love this app and am have been using it to organize my life everyday! Love love love it..Version: 2.8.5

Nice simple app for ADHDI vastly prefer using this app to other more complicated systems I’ve tried before (like Todoist), but I wish there was a system for making nested lists or creating sub tasks. Even just being able to hit tab like a regular bullet list would be a game changer. This one feature would make the app so much more efficient and usable. A couple other small tweaks: I’d love more color palette options. I have ~10 lists and would like to be able to visually differentiate between each of them easier. Maybe a categorization system or sub lists would help with this by cutting down on the total number of lists I use. Also a search feature would be convenient (like swiping down on the main page and search all the lists, similar to how spotlight works on iOS). Overall, great app but the inability to indent bullet lists/create subtasks makes the app cumbersome and difficult to use over time..Version: 2.8.8

Simplicity done rightReally just the most clean cut to do list app there is. I do have the premium since before it was a subscription and every time I delete this app thinking I don’t need it I redownload it. I’m now a college student and it’s so useful having a list for each class where I can write assignments and even have the list remind me about future ones. This has completely replaced my physical planner and I’ve always been a pen and paper kind of girl which is why I deleted the app in the past, not because ir was bad but because I prefer paper. But when you have so much going on it is really nice to have a simple app like this that lets you make separate lists and easily just write what u need to get done. Highly recommend.Version: 2.12.1

Loving the app❤️I have just begun to use the app and I am absolutely in love with it. I adore the minimal design and the functionality of the to dos. The widgets are also a great add on too..Version: 2.7.7

Clean and simpleNice and simple app that doesn’t over complicate things, the overlay is especially appealing. It does feel a little lackluster and in my opinion misses a few features that would make it match up to the best apps in its market. Overall would recommend.Version: 2.12.1

Most simple to do list app considering premium modeAwesome.Version: 2.9.29

Very helpfulI’m really enjoying this app so far. It’s not like the others where you need to pay for basic functions. It also matches my home screen so that’s a plus.Version: 2.9.32

Helpful app! Great designThe list is condensed nicely so you can see many items at once. Once you learn the hand movements like swiping this way or that.. it’s very enjoyable to use! The tutorials are very helpful and short and sweet as you would expect from a minimal design. I really like the name too. I’m a big fan. I don’t usually pay for apps but this one is worth it. It’s really helping me stay on track with my tasks. I tried a couple other apps that were too big, ugly, and clunky and had distracting ads.. I’ve been accomplishing much more each day by making lists in my phone, and this is the best list/checkmark app I’ve found so far. I’m more likely to see/use my list in my phone than on a piece of paper, sadly. I know this from experience and from really really trying with paper ones. I was surprised that there wasn’t an option to put checkmarks to mark a task completed - instead of strikethrough; since the app icon is a checkmark. Maybe the option is there and I just haven’t found it yet. The hand gesture tips/wizard pop up gradually and seemingly randomly after you get the hang of each thing. And I think there might still be more features than I’ve been shown so far. Anyway, good job to the people that made it, I don’t usually write reviews. I like the desktop icon too 👏🏼👍🏼.Version: 2.9.29

Love This AppSuper helpful, no ads and really great for people (like me) who struggle to stay focused while studying or cleaning. I also really love the ticking it rlly calms me for some reason. I like how when you pick up your phone it reminds you to keep working because it is way too easy to click off and lose focuse without this. 10/10 cannot recomend enough.Version: 2.8.13

Keeps It SimpleThis app is the best to remember everything. Could not adult without it..Version: 2.12.1

Great!Love the simplicity of this app. Will be recommending to all of my student friends:)))) Things to improve -bulk deletion option -highlighter?.Version: 2.22.5

So CuteSo Slick And Clean I Love The Colour Coding And The Time Stamps They Are Soooo Useful!.Version: 2.22.4

What it says on the tinI like this app for its simplicity. In an age where the hierarchy of productivity is dizzyingly vertical, I find nothing worse than apps that try to get you to do and track all kinds of rubbish. And ironically spend a lot of time doing so. But an app that just lets you write a list and cross off things? That’s much better for me, less is more..Version: 2.7.5

Great App!I’m really enjoying this app so many features that I have been looking for - a simple actionable list with reminder including the pomodoro timer with the task name. So great! One thing - I would love to be able to add headings in lists perhaps (in keeping it simple) by just using the colon ":" at the end of a task name - this will make it underline or bold and not an actionable task... This would be a great way to split - long lists into themes, areas or projects... Looking forward to future upgrades!.Version: 2.6.6

Absolutely in loveThe simplicity of this app makes it super easy to use, whereas other apps include TOO much causing me to become very overwhelmed. i also really appreciate the widget, the fact that you can switch between your to-do lists and add to them all within the widget is just amazing! the different colours with the premium version is a nice touch too ♡ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ.Version: 2.5.3

Simplicity at its finestI needed a to do app. Not a calendar. Not a project management tool. Honestly, life is complicated as is, so why can’t my to do app at least be simple? Well, this app is. The screen is almost empty because everything is gesture operated. Which means I can look at my notes instead of a mess of random buttons. There’s enough customisation to make it look nice, though honestly I’m just happy with the default dark mode. I can divide my todos into multiple lists which is all I need to keep things organised..Version: 2.8.13

I love itNo joke, being a Highschool student, I would never really focus, procrastination was my best friend. After using this app for a few days, I could slowly see improvement in my day to day life (using this app for schoolwork btw) and I got more and more things done. I slowly began to have more interest towards studying and would wake up knowing that I have an entire schedule planned ahead of me and I have to finish it. The level of aesthetic in this app is just so amazing, it’s so simple yet so cute. 2021 guys and competition in all areas is just increasing, but more and more students aren’t willing to do their “job” because they’re too afraid they’ll get something wrong or a lack of confidence. Just go for it, stay on track, and accomplish. There is nothing disappointing about this app. I love it..Version: 2.9.6

This is so much betterThis is better cause it keeps me not messy and I can do my tasks all the time! Without forgetting them.Version: 2.20.26

Love love love! This app has helped me a lot in staying organized. It isn’t hard to use and i love how you can put it as a Lock Screen widget (it’s also super pretty) 💗.Version: 2.22.4

The only free to do list I can findWorks pretty well, doesn’t require “premium” or anything.Version: 2.12.1

Super simple and pretty cheapThe app it’s self is so easy to navigate so it’s really quick and doesn’t distract you. The free version is very usable so u don’t have to pay if you don’t want too, but I did just so I could have more than one list and change my font 😌 but anyways I only paid like 4 dollars for a lifetime payment so I’m pretty happy with it. Most apps are complicated and expensive but this one was very simple and ✨free✨ for the most part. 10/10 would recommend to ppl who procrastinate nonstop Update: I finally started using the the timer and the only suggestion I have is to make the focus reminders use a different word other than “man” because I’m not a man and it’s sometimes weird to see that. It’s not a big deal at all because I know huMANity, but why not make it huWOMANity 🤩 or even better huPEOPLEity. It’s really not a big issue tho and I love the app so far :).Version: 2.8.10

Continuous ReminderI used continuous reminder a lot (every 24h, every 3h, ..) but we can only use it when there is a pop up notification, it would be better if we can set it beforehand. In addition, to set every 24h, I need to choose 1h and click +5m 276 times...Version: 2.20.19

AmazingIt’s exactly what I’ve been looking for for ages. Simple but not tacky. Enough customisation to suit your style - but not so much as to overwhelm you. Simple gestures and the accessibility through the today screen (left of your home screen) is absolutely amazing - you can edit things there too! Already told friends about it. One off cost is great as well (subscriptions end up draining more money so this was a lovely surprise). 11/10 would recommend.Version: 2.4.33

Great Productivity AppThis is a great productivity app! I'm a grad student with ADD/ADHD, so my phone is both a godsend-of-information and a time-wasting-curse. What I love about this app is that it sends me a notification to setup my to do list everyday, and it syncs with my calendar so my calendar schedule populates as a task to accomplish. The issues I've had with other productivity apps is that I'll write things down and forget that I wrote them. This app works around that issue for me by displaying a notification bubble with the number of tasks I have left to complete. As you complete a task and check it off your to do list, the number goes down and until the list is complete. I hate seeing notifications, so this really helps me get my tasks complete. Also there is a "focus mode" that allows you to tap the task you want to focus on for a set period of time (5-50 minutes). When that feature is activated, the app sends a pop up message every time you pickup your phone telling you to put down your phone you should be working on your task. I mindlessly pickup my phone to scroll through social media apps or check my emails, and that reminder helps me refocus my mind on what I should be working on..Version: 2.3.6

A great help, just wish is was more friendlyThis is a great app for writing lists to keep track of things, though I wish there was a bit more customisation to make it more friendly to some users. Personally having a white background makes my eyes burn and the text can be too small sometimes. Of course, I’m not saying make all the themes and customisation free, just maybe have a few options that anyone can access wether they’ve paid for it or not. Just being able to choose between maybe 4 backgrounds (white, light gray, mid gray and dark gray/black) and being able to change the size of the text would be a great help for many of the users but still allow the app to make money! :D.Version: 2.9.32

Very good so farTutorial was great, interface is great, and it is making things much simpler than before. Granted, haven’t used it for very long, but I am very pleased with the app so far! Will continue to use it, and am considering paying for it later..Version: 2.9.28

NiceGood clean interface, easy to use and understand. Perfect for a minimalist..Version: 2.12.1

Useful yet simplisticIf you are looking for an EXTREMELY simple note taker and to do list, this is the app for you, but unless you want to pay for the better features, this is a very simplistic app, overall I rate it 4.5.Version: 2.20.9

Love this to do app + one button improvement requestAfter using SO many kinds of to-do apps, this one is definitely my favorite. Simple, minimal, very clean, and has enough functions to make it helpful without overwhelming with a million functions and options (can enter just the due date, reminders and switch between multiple lists) and the price is great. It actually makes me feel more organized rather than making me feel overwhelmed with choices. The only thing I’d love to see is an improved button to switch between my different lists. I think currently, you hold down the list name at the top of screen to get to the view of your various lists, but the button to press down (i.e. current list name) is so small and it goes in and out of view constantly. I’d say I can only get to the full list view I want like 20% of the time successfully. If this can be improved that would be 11/10. Otherwise, wonderful productivity app - thank you!.Version: 2.10.6

Everything I needed, plus fantastic to useDownloaded the app recently and the features are great - especially focus mode with the sounds I found to be an interesting addition. Most importantly, tasks are easy to add (something so simple yet seems to be a hassle with other apps I have tried), but this seems perfectly created with a smart phone user in mind. The free version is great for basic use, but the features that come with the paid version is worth it - and I appreciate the one-off pay for full app rather than a subscription. Works fantastic as a widget on the iPhone homescreen. Great design overall, definitely a beautiful app for a minimalist, yet meeting every unspoken need. Thought I'd write a review to express gratitude to the creators - cheers!.Version: 2.8.10

Between Minimalist, Due about 20 other apps I’ve tried, even paid for…This is the best one. If you’re like me you just want app that with an simple, efficient, and intuitive interface. And an aesthetically pleasing design as well. If you’re even more like me still, you can easily fall prey to spending hours of your life searching for just the right app; “it has to be out there!”, you keep thinking, “surely there’s something just a little closer to what I’m looking for”. You thirsty, and aggravated, as you tap, and swipe, tap, and scroll, you just want it end, but you’ve already invested SO MUCH TIME SEARCHING! The appointment and things you were going to use the app for are long gone and forgotten! NO I CANT STOP! IT CANT ALL BE FOR NOTHIIIIIIING! Yeah, trust me, I already did that, don’t do that. You’re freeee! And it’s freeee! You don’t need a premium subscription either. Go now! Live! But if you’re like me that won’t stop you either..Version: 2.9.32

Luv itI luv this app so much it helps me stay on task (I have adhd) and get reminders easy peesy.Version: 2.9.32

Very coolSimple and easy to use.Version: 2.12

Best productivity app I’ve ever usedI’m in high school and I use to-do lists every day and hated every single app until this one. It has a clean interface, is very intuitive, and is really quite cheap. It’s free to download and use but I highly recommend getting the premium plan since the one time purchase is the same price as two drinks from Starbucks and that’s easily sacrificed for the amount of convenience and organization this app will give you. You get a wealth of features for your money and I could not recommend this app more..Version: 2.20.26

Simple and PowerfulI have used many different ways to remember tasks on my phone, computer, and physical notes. This is the best app I have ever seen for taking notes. Let me be clear, this app does not have many of the features of other apps such at the notes app, however that is one of the main draws for me. This app allows you to write down notes, tasks, whatever you choose with just one swipe. It is such a small thing, but the efficiency with which I am able to make a list is so much better than anything else I have tried. I am also very impressed with the devs continued support. There are constant updates coming out and they always keep things fresh adding new feature such as subtasks! Anyways, if you are looking for a simple and easy way to keep track of things, this app is perfect..Version: 2.22.3

Cool! It’s useful and easy to use! Love the ability to customise everything. A few notes: – [Glitch/Bug/UI consideration] When changing the background and theme to both black, all UI+Fonts go black, and you can’t navigate back...visually you just see a black screen...I had to randomly guess where I was tapping to change it back. - [Feature] Title on the lists when your in the list would be helpful...I have to keep pinching to see which list I’m in! - [Suggestion] I think tapping once on the task should bring up EDIT not focus mode...2 taps should bring up focus mode...I guarantee you more users will be editing than going into focus mode, so one tap would make it much it easier and faster..Version: 2.4.8

10/10 want it on all my devicesVery handy once you are familiar with the different action like swiping etc. The interface design is a minimalist’s dream, just wish in Premium you could pick any background colour the same way you can pick any font colour. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: please please make a desktop and tablet version that sync with the phone app so you can edit lists on any device..Version: 2.3.9

The only to-do list I’ve paid forIt’s pretty much everything you want, presented in a simplistic way. Kudos to the developers! A few things I would love to see however: -ability to add tags, sub-tasks and notes (& similar) to tasks. -a smarter sorting system (by order added unless there’s a reminder date, for example).Version: 2.3.12

Best To do listSo easy to use. Very intuitive and connects through all my devices. Wish the widget was more interactive but it’s still a 5 star app.Version: 2.20.18

Been using this app for a while now, it’s greatI believe I did have to pay for an upgrade but it was a one time cost and I’ve been using the app for my to-dos ever since. It’s the best one I’ve found that can be on the main screen of my phone and not be ugly. Highly recommend if you like a clean look and just need a simple to-do list..Version: 2.22.3

This app is everything I was looking for, except...The option to add sub-tasks/notes within a task. I know it sort of defeats the point of the app being a ‘minimalist’ to-do list, but as someone who is used to dividing each task into smaller steps, I think it will be an ideal way to boost productivity even more. Other than that, this app is literally everything I wanted combined into one - simple design, intuitive controls, multiple lists, a pomodoro timer and productivity tracker. Great job!.Version: 2.4.17

Great app- for those who have time to organiseWoah, at first I was a little sceptical of this app, later found out that it’s quite handy when organising day to day tasks and lists for groceries. I later paid for the premium for £2.99(discounted), which in my opinion was completely worth every penny! I also love those wallpapers they reward you every time you complete a list. Would greatly recommend this app to anyone!.Version: 2.3.17

Very usefulLove this app. Useful for ADHD.Version: 2.22.4

Too much is blocked by paywallGreat app.Version: 2.22.4

My opinion on the quality of this app. This application is top choice for people who procrastinate and/or become distracted easily. The layout is extremely simple and instructions are represented upon the front screen if you need to understand the way in which the functions work!! Overall a great addition to the array of school related apps I have tried!! :).Version: 2.8.10

BrilliantBrilliant app for working or revising for exams. You add what you need to do, tap on it, start the timer and there. If you ever pick up your phone during the timer it tells you off! And whilst the timer is going, it has words at the bottom like ‘if you’re reading this then go back to work!’ Its amazing. You are given the option to customise your app in the settings on the app but you have to pay money to do so. Other than that, this is my favourite work app of all time!!.Version: 2.9.6

Helps me with my chaotic life!Such a handy tool being a student. The devs are such nice people!.Version: 2.22.4

OMG so intuativeOnly just looking at this. As a teacher I constantly use text editors for one-off todo lists and now this app puts that process on steroids. Using just simple text makes everything easy and accessible. Awesome work developers!.Version: 2.9.12

Genuinely very goodI rarely write reviews but this app honestly deserves it. Very good for to do lists, random thoughts you want to remember, planning, etc. You swipe right to check the note off when you’re done and can even see previous tasks if you slide all the way down. You can erase notes and edit them as well put a reminder for a certain date and time before (this is ur choice though) and it pops up on your notifications, and it’s all free. The payed version comes in when u want other features which is okay cause u might want these other features but I’m fine with the free version it has. I really hope they don’t make it an overpriced app in the future. I’ve been using this app for YEARS, I’d say 2-3 years, and it’s never failed me..Version: 2.20.26

GoodV gud.Version: 2.20.13

Bloody GreatIt’s early days but I love this app. The ability to easily transfer items from one list to another is just what I need. My main list is ‘Backlog’ where I jot down anything that comes to mind. Then I plan my day by dragging items across to a separate ‘Today’ list. The only thing I would change is switching the selection process for ‘edit item’ (swipe, tap) and ‘start item’ (tap), because I find it frustrating for small edits like spelling..Version: 2.5

GoodGood.Version: 2.9.32

Love it.Notes that allows me to set a date and time for reminder and it shows on my screen like a post it. Just what I needed.Version: 2.9.35

Great but buggyI love the simplicity of it, hence the reason that i bought it :) But i really do believe there should be more attention paid to the widget usage and general flow of the app. While using the widget (wich is also one of the main reasons i went with this app) the functions tend to be not so intuitive. For example, while using the middle sized window, starting new lists by pressing the + sign does not actually start a new list but only goes into the general app or if i’m changing the name of a list it does not update in the widget properly. Great potential tho, keep working on it!.Version: 2.9.17

MINIMALIST IS GREATMinimalist is a great tool for staying on track with your work and getting more organised and efficient. It is better than other to do apps as it is very easy to use. It helps you stay focused and you get an inbuilt timer with motivation just so you don’t give up. My only complaint is I don’t know how to turn on notifications in the settings, but apart from that, it is a great app..Version: 2.4

Love it - just what I needJust what I need. I can easily type what I want and then that’s it. Simple no stupid ads and unnecessary stuff. I wound recommend using the full version!.Version: 2.9.32

Simple & EffectiveAs a university student, keeping track of tasks, assignments, and events is incredibly important. I have a physical planner I use for my assignments and events, but I am constantly looking for a good app to use for writing down all my tasks and other stuff, like grocery lists. Other apps are either too busy and difficult to adjust to, functional but unappealing to the eye, or nearly perfect but requires a ridiculous monthly fee. I used this app once and fell in love. It only took a couple of days for me to break down and pay for the lifetime membership of around $8, which I found reasonable. (You can also pay in monthly or yearly payments (both very affordable), but I found the $8 an easier choice.) The interface is simple, but appealing, and acts similar to if I was just writing with a pad and pen. You can edit the theme, there's a timer for concentration, notifications, and you can sync with your other Apple devices, too. One thing I ask to the developers: can you please add the ability to move around the individual group pages? Sometimes I want different pages to be next to each other, but currently there's only the ability to delete them. A small fix, but fantastic app overall!.Version: 2.1.1

Fantastic app but just one thing! It would be great if it has Pomodoro inside the timer. (Focus Keeper: 25 minutes study and 5 minutes break) then change it automatically. Which can be added as an option when you set the timer for the projects. Someone please add this function to it!.Version: 2.3.12

So it’s great butYeah this is a great app and I will continue to use it. But their is one kinda issue. To change the colours and font size you need a premium subscription (understandably) but the issue is that I’m actually vision impaired and would love to use this app. But the writing is just way too small for me to read without paying... so if you could change that. It would be amazing...Version: 2.6.6

The greatest to do listSuper simple to use, free and aesthetically pleasing.Version: 2.9.32

Exactly what I needed!Firstly, I’d like to say that while there is a subscription option to access premium features ($1.49 AUD), there is also a one-time payment option ($9.99 AUD). Fantastic! I’m tired of having to pay again and again for apps that really shouldn’t be subscriptions, but that’s another matter. MinimaList is wonderfully simple in both its design and interface. Within moments of booting up the app for the first time I’d already made a few lists, set timers for reminders, and felt I was on my way to being a more organised self. The range of customisation is excellent: change the font and it’s size, background colour, even the icon for the app itself! And of course all the little features that make this app special; a chart to show your productivity across time, syncing with iCloud, calendar, and reminders if you want, the level of options to ensure this app does what you’d like it to. MinimaList is an absolute must have for anyone.Version: 2.7.5

Clean and Simple - Live the Timer FeatureThis is an excellent app which is great with or without purchasing the premium feature. The app is clean and simple with few distractions. I especially like the timer with the built in ‘pomodoro’ timer - a method of working which schedules 5 minute rests every 25 minutes of work. And I think it is great being able to add locations and times you wish to compete your different tasks. One thing I would live to see is the ability to add a note to your task. Sometimes it is not appropriate or relevent to write it all into the title and it would be great to have a feature to include this. It could display the note in the main list or you could just see it when you click on the note. Awesome app though. Thank you very much..Version: 2.7.4

CalebBeautiful.Version: 2.4.1

Life-changing and uplifting!I love this app. After reading the reviews, especially from those that have poor memory and/or ADHD (like me), I decided why the heck not - pay for lifetime. Totally worth it. I used it daily, multiple times a day. Like the name fantastically implies, it’s a minimalist... list. It’s very basic in its function, with a straight-forward short tutorial at the beginning (you can revisit it if you don’t remember), and can be used as a widget, too. Not only have I gotten more things done, but even when I lose my memory, I can find great comfort in seeing that what I thought out was written already, conveniently on my smartphone widget. You can see what tasks you’ve done, how frequently, and move around notes as you want prioritized. If you have trouble getting your thoughts organized, get this now!!! This is as basic as it gets, without all the eye-rolling and frustration from what other apps promise as “simple to use”. This is it! And yes, it is 100% worth paying for lifetime..Version: 2.3.10

Nitpick / Feedback on latest updateI love the new small details that added the "Notes" and "Subtasks", but when theres alot of individual tasks and I edit the texts inside, whether it's the tasks/notes/subtasks there isnt a scrolling feature to see what I typed (Example: im editing a Note of a Task thats a couple Tasks below; right where my keyboard is on mu Iphone, and I cant see what Im typing.) Aside from that, it was a perfect addition.Version: 2.20.13

Beautiful, intuitive, HOWEVERPlease fix the bug with creating lists!!!! I’m trying to create 1 for each day of the week and it disappears right after I create it. It’s an amazing app, very intuitive! BUT I payed for the pro version and I see I can only make few cards/lists. Why is that? If it’s the PRO version, I’m supposed to do as many as I want! I need the app for that reason, if I can only create few lists and the rest is deleted it’s all worthless. Amazing experience, but please fix this bug! :(.Version: 2.8.8

Such a good, simple appThis app is exactly what I was looking for, a convenient list maker that’s customizable to my perfectionist eye. I would make my to do lists on paper and it would always need to be neat and a certain color. Paper was not as functional and I was looking for a replacement for my old system. But I am very picky with looks of certain things. I am an artist & I just prefer very clean simple looks. Other list makers and task apps are just too colorful for my liking and the font size & type would always be horrendous. That’s just how I am, and the fact that I can CUSTOMIZE IT makes me so happy & fills me with joy. A very small thing to be happy about. One thing I would like to have is a calendar view, but this is just a task list after all..Version: 2.12.1

Love it :))Love that it is simple and easy to follow! so nice that you can set a timer to focus on a certain task! it’s just perfect <3.Version: 2.22.4

Brilliant, just brilliantI have tried about 20 apps for to do lists and I’ve hated all of them. This app is like a breath of fresh air. Clear and uncluttered, no distractions, and no horrible colours and icons. Finally I can clear the clutter in my head and organise my tasks well. And the shaking function to remove completed tasks gives me joy every time. Trust me, get it..Version: 2.22.3

Wish I could delete whole sectionsWish I could delete whole lists - like I’ve done it all! Interface a bit confusing at first- couldn’t work out how to say done, so just deleted- now I need to delete my lists!! Would be nice if I could make it pink- or can I- I don’t know Ok, update: figured it out! Made it a lovely pink color! Very happy! BUT... some of the movements are a bit hard (like need 2 fingers), and accidentally do the wrong thing like delete a note when I’m trying to go back to the main page..Version: 2.7.5

Great app easy to useGreat app to keeping simple lists and marking items off it.Version: 2.8.10

One of the absolute best apps I've ever used on my iPhone. Trust me, you need to get it ASAP!Good..Version: 2.22.5

Great for minimalistsSo I’ve tried countless other organization apps and to do list apps and I’ve got to say MinimaList probably has the least amount of features or chaos going on in the interface and for me this probably is the most redeeming quality about the app. I’ve only been using it for just a short time but I had to run on here and give a review just because of how remarkable it is. As the name suggests, this is an app targeted for minimalists. People who need to make to-do lists and organize their thoughts quickly and with ease. The app is pleasantly simple and easy to use and I love the UI of it as well. The zoom out function to create other lists truly was remarkable! I upgraded to the paid version only after a day of using the free because I wanted “location-based” reminders and tasks. I’m looking forward to a long long time with MinimaList and I’ve got to say, I’m excited to see just how far this app can take me..Version: 2.12

Simply brilliantI’ve only had this app for a couple of days but it’s already worth the price of the upgrade. So easy to just make a list! I don’t need rocket science just a simple means of making notes and reminders. It’s migrated to the first screen on my phone and I just open it up, swipe and add. Much easier and quicker than finding a piece of paper or post it note and pen (or horrors, the note on the margin of the newspaper which is binned!) All the loose bits of paper notes are now all in one place and available at any time. Simply brilliant indeed..Version: 2.6.2

Replacing Clear, it’s better!I was using the Clear app for lists which I loved, but it broke with iOS 16 and the new beta is awful. I needed to find another simple, clear, no bells and whistles list app and this is it..Version: 2.10.7

Minimalistic goalsI love the countdown options and how it can track the total amount of tasks completed a day and total hours you’ve focused!! one of the best apps for studying and staying focused!!.Version: 2.9.4

Clean, Lean and Fast!Love how fast and easy it is to use and will def upgrade!.Version: 2.3.19

Simple and effective.I tried a few before landing on this gold nugget. I have made the purchase and love it. The different widget’s are a straight forward reminder and after a while I started to get a little hit of endorphins every time I’d add a task and every time I’d complete a task. Within weeks it has become habitual and improved my focus and retention. The simplicity of using this app is what makes it so effect for me. Thank you..Version: 2.9.29

Surprisingly effectiveI‘m one of those people who‘s tried many productivity apps and failed to ever stick with one (except, sporadically, for Toggl). Initially I was annoyed I had to pay to create more than one list but that and the other added functions were well worth the price. Whereas I had often forgotten to open or avoided using other similar apps, allowing my to-dos to pile up, the simplicity of this app‘s user interface and its built-in, tick-tocking Pomodoro timer motivated me to open it whenever I wanted to get something done. Whenever I want to focus I open up the app and get the timer going, with the result that I get more of my to-dos done than usual. Salvation..Version: 2.7.5

Best to do list everHave used and bought so many to-do list apps and none compares to this one. It is effortless to use and not distracting. Sometimes, using a to do list means you get distracted by actually having to use the app and you forget what you were focusing on- not with MinimaList! There is even a widget so you can check off tasks without even opening the app. For me, this app is perfect. There was a small issue for me after the last update, and the developer contacted me immediately and sorted it. Can’t ask for more!.Version: 2.3.12

Simple and Easy to UseI’ve had this app for years and it’s perfect for keeping on top of tasks and tracking progress. Sometimes it glitches and doesn’t record the time you’ve spent concentrated on a task, though it’s not a big deal for me. It’s still worth paying for the full version!.Version: 2.9.28

GreatLove the minimalist idea.Version: 2.10.7

Great AppI love using this for reminders and to-do lists. The app has a lovely and satisfying design. Crossing things off my list is always satisfying..Version: 2.9.28

Nice but..Very nice but I just wish there was a way to clear out all the completed tasks (Ones I’ve already crossed off) and keep the incompleted ones without having to go through the deleting process one by one....Version: 2.7.5

Seems like a great app, although..I downloaded this app, and it seems like a awesome app. i’ve only used it for a day, and have already fell in love with it. it helps me see my notes better, and get things done. i’m just a bit concerned as i have bought the premium option on my ipad, just for the sync option. but i have no idea how to use it with my phone? will i have to buy premium twice now? and also i could not find ANY help pages about your app, apart from when you first download it and how to use it. please let me know if i will have to buy it twice, i will be disappointed if i will.Version: 2.9.16

Just try itI got this app a few months ago in the beginning of my journey to organize my life. I used it here and there but never fully got into it. I came back to it not too long ago and realized that the vip features were able to be bought for 5.99 one time fee. I personally love when they do that because i hate subscription because i never remember i have them. (why i kind of need this app in the first place) You can make a list delete and add things with ease. you can add widgets to your home screen which lets you see you list very clearly and quickly add to it if needed. the purchase gives you access to all the abilities they have and let’s you add all the things you want. you can also make multiple lists for different things. set different times for things to come up or a certain schedule. The free version is great and i would still use it both versions work incredibly and have a great interface thats simple to use the “shortcuts” take a bit to remember but regardless a very user friendly app that has a lot of great features they also have many other apps like budgeting and habit tracking trying those out now but this one i would highly recommend.Version: 2.12.1

Your grandma mIt’s a pretty good app lol.Version: 2.10.1

Life changing appThe app is the perfect guidance for implementing and maintaining systems and processes..Version: 2.20.18

The wallpaper function is amazing!Wonderful app, so cleverly designed to help me focus on a few important things in the day. Making use of the wallpaper and forced touch is very creative. I love the multiple lists that allow me to see my calendar and separates my to-do list. Though I haven’t figured out how to manually sort the list..Version: 2.4.25

Great app...After the recent redesign of the default “Reminders” app on the iPhone I decided to stop using it as I hated the new layout; they were trying to add too many functions/sections: flagging, scheduled, etc, etc. So happy I found this app as it is exactly what I need. Simple, with just the right amount of features, and I like how you can adjust the theme colours! I got the premium version for half the price (£5.99) and I’d say that’s an okay amount to pay, but the full amount would be a bit much. This is just a simple app for reminders, not a whole ‘organise your life’ app (that’s the point tho!). I have much more advanced “To Do List” apps with more features that cost the same as this full amount, which pays off as there’s more features. I think this type of app should cost much less. Nevertheless, great app..Version: 2.6.6

Perfect app, shame you have to pay to make more listsThe app is great and just as said. I love the simplicity and style, it makes organising my daytoday much easier. But yeah, i understand we have to make money in this world but it would be really great if we didn’t have to pay for more lists :( that’s the only real downside though, a lot of the paid features aren’t ones that I desperately need..Version: 2.20.25

Simple and soothing for the brainMinimalist has been so helpful, I’ve always struggled with any form of app to organise myself, there’s normally too many colours or features going on that are usually pointless and make my eyes and mind feel overwhelmed. I crave simplicity and practicality and this is exactly what this app is. It ‘sits right’ in my mind when I use it, I feel mentally organised and de-cluttered, and the widget option for your Lock Screen is a good send if like me, you forget to actually open your phone to check your lists. So easy to use, simple, clear and actually helps me get things done and organise my mess of a mind which is the most important thing. Love it and will use it forever.Version: 2.20.26

Simple, works, but there’s more insideThe apps that I find most useful are the ones that are very easy to start but then grow with you and have a very minimal interface. From the very first screen with sample tasks and instructions, I was already using the app productively. This does not replace my more sophisticated task management apps. Personally I use this alongside ToDoist. But… Little things that come up I need to be done but don’t need to go into the task management tool go here. Things in the task management tool, but I want to be able to focus on without distraction, also go here. Mostly, in the scope of a single day, I need to track both work and personal items and bigger abs have a hard time doing that without a lot of overhead effort, scheduling or tagging or filtering, etc. I like this straight off..Version: 2.9.16

Best to do app I’ve ever had!I have tried pretty much all the to do apps, free ones and some very expensive ones. Some of them are naff, some of them are quite good and some of them are far to complex. This to do app is the best in my opinion. It is simplistic, has just the right tools I need without over complicating, it is just really really ace! A must free app download, and I have upgraded to the paid one which is very cheap and well worth the money, I highly recommend 😊 Also I had a minor problem to start with and the support is fantastic, sorted me out perfectly. Would give it more than 5 ⭐️’s if I could..Version: 2.1.2

I loveIt’s rlly cute and easy to use, I downloaded this at 5am when ‘my pillow wasn’t in the right state to be slept on’ telling myself I would become a more organised person and it’s actually really nice, it’s super rewarding getting to cross off your tasks and perfect for school and studies or if you want to give yourself some wind down time because of the timer addition:).Version: 2.10.6

Exactly as it says...It’s for sure a minimalist design. I don’t think a design could be more minimalist. And I love it! It screams productivity, with it’s impossibility to distract you with it’s design, and it’s easy to use system you can’t go wrong. The pomodoro feature is also a fantastic addition to this seemingly simple to do list. Highly recommend. Loses a star because of the paid upgrade... I don’t like things that have a premium version in which you have to pay. Especially since a premium version of this app is unnecessary, the basic free version works perfectly!.Version: 2.7.5

Love this app! (๑>◡<๑) ♡This is the first time I’ve ever written a review before. I was recommended this app, and I can say for certain that I do not regret installing it. Minimalist is by far one of the best apps when it comes to making To-do lists, reminders, for shopping or any sort of list you want to create! Not to mention - as the name states - it’s very minimalistic and easy to use! I personally don’t like spending money on apps, however I definitely thought that it was worth spending $9.99 for Lifetime Premium. Absolutely worth it. You can customise and organise your lists however you want, in addition to other features. For those who are contemplating on this app, I highly recommend this to you. You will not regret getting this app. If you’re still unsure, download it first. After using it, once you can then decide whether you still want to use it or not..Version: 2.6.6

StellaaaaaaaaaaaGood.Version: 2.9.32

The Best App I have UsedI tried several list/task apps over the years, but this one is hands down the best. Minimal and clean interface with some very helpful features. The developer supports the app and is constantly adding new features as well. Highly recommend purchasing the pro version as it is very affordable. Worth every penny!.Version: 2.20.16

Supa goodI like it.Version: 2.12.1

Works consistently well, never had an issueHappy with my purchase and usage of Minimalist, provides a convenient way to organise my daily errands and the app itself is very easy to use. One suggestion I would like to see is the addition of recurring tasks on a list it would help to organise repeating daily tasks but otherwise a very well-made app..Version: 2.9

“Hide List in live wall paper” & customer service needs to upgradeGot the app and even upgraded to premium. The wallpaper list feature is MISLEADING and to add frustrating. I’ve fiddled with the app trying to get my ToDo list to “appear” on my wallpaper as stated & shown in the feature guide. I contacted the app developer and was left with vague replies confirming that my query was not thoroughly read. Customer service goes a long way no matter your self assurance and I am appalled by the lack of interest in resolving the issue that I was facing..Version: 2.5.7

So good!I’ve been looking for a simplistic but classy To Do list app for a while and have used many ones that bombard you with loads of information. But when I found this one it was great I even payed the £5.99 fee just to be able to sync all my devices up to the same To Do list It is also very helpful to see your todo’s at a glance in the widgets on iOS. Really well designed!.Version: 2.7.5

Really helpfulI paid for premium. Honestly I’m sure I could get this someone here else for free but it is helpful and I enjoy it. If you are someone who shops around before buying, I’m honestly not sure if you would land on this one. There isn’t much you can do other than make a list without getting premium. But you can make a list for free in a lot of places. Without premium probably not worth it. But I don’t have any complaints if the app, it has helped me get a hold on all the things I normally forget. And there are a few cool things like making it a widget, changing font and color etc. you can get notification, make more than one list, lock it witj your finger print on iPhones. Cool app, but again not sure if it’s the best one out there..Version: 2.10.1

Simple and intuitiveI’m always on the hunt for the greatest productivity app. I’m a diagnosed ADHD college student studying drafting who also works full time and I also live on my own, so to do lists are significant in my life. Not only do I need a to do list, but I need a ridiculously simplified, easy, and attractive to do list. I need to be able to delete and edit with a couple finger motions, the UI needs to be attractive but not distracting, and I need it to work with Siri for the times I remember a task in my middle of driving. If you’re like me, this app is perfect. Also, something about shaking your phone to clear a list and then receiving an aesthetically pleasing free wallpaper feels more rewarding than any of those habit tracking rpg apps I’ve used. The only thing I’d love to have in the app would be the option for a subtask. I don’t think I’d care for having multiple levels of sub tasks (it would start to look like an outline), so just one would be fine. Being able to organize my list based on class or type would add to the clean feeling of my list rather than titling something “Math class - do your homework”.Version: 2.3

Simple to-doing at its bestWith the addition of sub tasks now I will utilise this app over Todoist because it is simple and clean. It’s calming that way. Life is simple, the phone is a tool, and this app makes assists in task management beautifully..Version: 2.22.4

After Paying, it’s a good app!Good customization and widgets (After paying).Version: 2.22.5

Best productive app(honest review)I am happy with this app as I am a student and have always used my reminder app on my iPhone to keep my assignment organized. since using this app I have been organized with making different list for specific tasks. The best part is I am able to see how many tasks I have completed. I am also able to use the pomodoro mode which has different settings like changed the sound you hear as you study. The one issue I am having is I recently purchased an Apple Watch and the app is not working at all in the watch. I was very excited to be able to use this app on my watch but it’s a bummer I’m not able to. I still give a five star because it has keep me on track with my tasks that I need to get done..Version: 2.20.8

My experience with this appBefore using this app I never was productive at all . Everything I did was in a rush and in the end i didn’t get it done for example , homework, workouts , studying and etc.. After using this app I learned how to separate my life from work and resting it really helped me finish what I started . Now I know how to take responsibility of things even though I’m 15 I feel like getting started early can really help me in the future :)..Version: 2.8.13

MinimaList (Review)This app is helpful in many ways and it keeps my time and consistency in order. It really helps me a lot in most of my daily activities to remember. Especially during the school year. Thank you!.Version: 2.5.7

5 stars!Sooooo good! 100% Recommend!.Version: 2.8.13

Great app for todo listsThis app is the best for todo lists. You can rearrange tasks very easily. I have downloaded many others. This is the best one on ios.Version: 2.20.24

Beautifully simple to-do list app!EDITED! (Read the end...) This app is as simple and sleek as pen-and-paper with the added bonus of reminders and notifications so that you don’t forget anything. The only complaint I have is that the widget for the iPhone homescreen doesn’t have the same aesthetic appeal that the app does. If the developers fix that one problem, this app would be perfect!! (I still decided to pay the lifetime price because it was only four bucks.) EDIT: I contacted MinimaList through the “contact us” feature in settings about the widget problem I was having. They got back to me super fast and helped me fix the problem!! Now my widget has the same font as my app and looks fantastic!! I have absolutely no more complaints about this app. Go download it already! And to me, the fonts and color options were worth paying the lifetime price for because it helps me keep my homescreen aesthetic..Version: 2.9.2

Really...Minimal!- and it’s a good thing 😁 I really like this app because it’s so simple and has a helpful (and motivating) timer as well as nice design! The only fault is the tutorial at the start, maybe it could be more clear on things liek the timer - what are those three digits there? Are you able to receive a notification when it’s done? And how to work it. I think it’s really good, but the tutorial at the start should be more clear!.Version: 2.3.5

So simple! So when I say I’ve tried every task management system out there, I mean it. Currently I am using Asana (but now MinimaList) and although I love Asana for its many, many features, I’m not sure I am completing as many tasks as I’d like because I’m too busy trying to find what I’m looking for or resetting when it should remind me. With MinimaList - I’m already productive! It too simple not to be. I absolutely love the feature the notifications: it reminds you and you can snooze. Because guess what, life gets busy and sometimes you need to snooze for another 15 minutes. That feature blows every other task management system out of the water. I also love how minimalist (hence the name) the app looks! Personally, I believe the pro version is the best. I need multiple lists, and other devise access. This app, though so simple is so perfect! Thank you designers! As a note, one thing that could’ve helped when I first download was showing me where the tutorial screen is. I found it eventually but to all the new owners, there is a tutorial in your menu. Go find it, it makes finding all the wonderful features a lot easier..Version: 2.4.30

So helpful and neurodivergent friendlyAs an autistic person with adhd and various mental illnesses, motivating myself can be very difficult. i enjoy structure, but list making can be overwhelming and hard to keep up with, not to mention how boring it can get. i discovered this app 4 and a half years ago, and since then i've used it to create many different lists for a variety of purposes (from wishlists to gratitude lists to daily to-dos and more). as well, the simple pomodoro timer that pops up when you click an item on the list has been invaluable in me getting papers done both in high school and now in college. i have the premium version of the app, which i feel is 100% worth the money- the ability to customize lists and the app icon, as well as the expanded ability of the pomodoro timer have kept me motivated to continue list making and has kept me productive whenever i use the app. the widget feature is also handy, as i need visually interesting reminders on my home screen to remind me the list exists. thank you, minimalist!!!.Version: 2.12.1

I love this app :) Possibly my second review but it’s that worth it :)So yeah :) Just as my title says, I love this app :) The main thing I love is how simple and easy it is to use. It has all the functions I could want as a list app, namely being: able to re-order list items, able to customise colour and themes for lists including individual themes for each list, able to change fonts, and useful widgets to see different lists and list items. I actually use this for capturing ideas a lot too, as I can create lists and capture ideas written out as an individual list idea, which is also really useful because I can organise and priorities these ideas by rearranging them on the list. :) So yeah, I love this app, I highly highly recommend it if you are looking for a clean and easy to use list app with a lot of flexibility to be used in other ways too :) I absolutely rate this app 5/5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Minimalist!!! :))).Version: 2.9.35

Minimalist > reminders appVery helpful for someone who is a minimalist and organized!.Version: 2.22.5

Favourite to do list app !!I love love love the minimalistic and simple user interface and desgin of the app. it gets the job done, i cant look back through the things i have to do so easily and efficiently !! highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple to do list app as this app also comes with many amazing features :) dont think i will ever use any other to-do list app after using this !! keep up the amazing work to the developers :D.Version: 2.9

So many bugs!!Ive never written an app review before but i seriously LOVE this app. however, i cant seem to use it on iMac or macbook, it always quits on its own and it’s so frustrating!! such a shame because it’s my only complaint from this app, please please fix it!! thank you 🙏🏼.Version: 2.9.24

Fantastic! It’s quite simple and easy to use!.Version: 2.7.2

For a crazy list Wright’er I love this appThis app is up there for its simplicity. Wright, add more and the best part that satisfying crossing it off. (And I know that all these things, you can get on other apps) but if you say put clean house you also have a handy timer you set. And then delete it all when done. Ready for the next day. It’s simplicity is what’s makes it. So if you like list’s and freedom in simplicity, but sometimes need to time out those chores this is the app for that..Version: 2.4.12

Good app.So before I got this app I read a lot of reviews. I lot of them said this is the best app ever and some said it was really confusing. In my option I agree with both. So at first I did not understand anything. It didn’t direct me at all where everything was. But then after like 5 minutes I could understand almost everything. I like this app a lot. I use it everyday. And whenever I need to do something I just put it in there. And everyday I check things I cross out the ones that I already did. So if this was a math quiz I would give your assignment an A- only because it was really confusing. If the creators of this app are reading this the app awesome but I would recommend putting something to make people go WOW this app is the bomb. I know no one says that but the app will make them like it so much that it will make them say that! Thank you, this app is still GREAT though.Version: 2.7.10

Eat alternative to pen and paper, but there is one big feature missing for meWith my current to-do list setup, pen and paper works super well for me. But having to carry aprons those things is a bit of a hassle, and I’d rather just carry my phone and do it on that. Minimalist is definitely the best alternative to a pen and paper of a simple, clean digital to-do list and I highly recommend it. However it is missing one big feature for me. With my pen and paper setup I use checkboxes next to items, an idea I got from Adam Savage’s book. This allows me to instantly see what stage a task is in by filling in fractions/half of the checkbox to show that it’s started, half finished or completed. It also gives the satisfaction of crossing off a task without drawing a line through the words and obscuring them - which admittedly is not an issue in digital formats. I would love Minimalist to add this feature, as right now simply crossing off items is not a suitable replacement for my pen and paper setup, and the best option is for me to use apps with kanban board features which is not as good. I also can’t find any apps at all with a feature like the one I described, so this could be a really good feather in Minimalist’s cap. Thanks for taking the time to read this, love the app overall..Version: 2.10.1

In loveAbsolutely addicted to this app! it’s the best to do list app i’ve used ! the virgo in me is happy! the only comment i have is to be able to access this on my pc! as a website or an app on the windows store! pls make it happen!! take my money $$$.Version: 2.10.1

I’m surprisedIt is intuitive. I bet the creator of the app uses it, because this is very refined. At first I was just into the simple main page without any complications, but I’ve been finding the other features to be quite nice the more I use it. Also I use this over Onenote for quick stuff even though I an a Onenote fanboy, because this app MinimaList opens on a dime like within half a second and I don’t have to navigate through menus to get to typing the note. That is important to me since I can quickly forget what I was going to write......P......I really like the reverse pinch to quickly see all other lists, and the swipe from edge to immediately get to the next list. So freaking quick and smooth! The pull down to add a note feels good. The option to change fonts and the background is something else I like though I’m not sure if I’ll use it as I seem to be kickin it real nice with the dark mode so far..........P.............I haven’t used the Stats page yet. However maybe after a few months of using the app I will find that the statistics re my tasks and successes help to give perspective. They do say to know history or you are doomed to repeat it after all........P........Anyways, I’m loving it so far, my thanks to the creator of the app!.Version: 2.6.6

I love the appI This app helps me a lot bc I forget easily.Version: 2.22.3

Best To Do List EverThe whole idea behind a todo list is to keep it simple. Other todo lists complicate things by hiding your to dos until the due date and trying to organize them for you. That’s exactly what I don’t want! I’m not looking for ANOTHER organizer. I want my whole list in my face every time I look at it. That’s where this excels. I add an item and it’s right in front of me everyday until I check it off. And it also has the BEST Apple Watch views. I’ve tried to use several other big names and their Apple Watch screens were horrible. Somehow Minimalist shows me everything I need to see and allows me to check it off the list right from my watch! Please just add the possibility of a round complication even if it is only an icon to quick launch the app. I would add it front and center to my primary watch face! The only thing I wish it had was Outlook integration. I would love to flag an email and have it show up as a task. The only drawback to this is its lack of integrations making me have to do double work to populate my list. But as the ONLY to to list that really gives me what I want this is 5 stars hands down..Version: 2.6.3

Amazing appStraight to the point and gets everything I want done without any unneeded distraction, such a good help. Life long premium version will be something I will eventually get as it is only $10 and has a few extra features I would like.Version: 2.4.17

Perfect for shopping lists & remindersI’ve been using this app for literally almost 5 years! it’s the best because you can put a widget on your home page AND on your the widget page (swipe right on the home screen) which means I see my list when my phone is unlocked and locked. I am always randomly thinking of stuff i need or things i need to do, so it’s hard to remember to stop and take time to write them down or add them to an app, especially if I’m in the middle of doing something. I always have my phone on me or near me, so it’s super convenient. I never forget what I need from the grocery store because I’ve been constantly adding items to my list throughout the week. My point is, it makes life so much easier! just try it - even the free version does the job! idk what i would have to do if this app was ever discontinued!.Version: 2.9.35

Simple BUTNot really worth using if you don’t purchase the whole app. I got it for $4.99 one time purchase. Everything you can do with it makes your life easier in the long run Would be cool if the live wallpaper would change as you change it but you have to constantly update it if you want it to be your lock screen..Version: 2.5.3

It is worth getting 🌑Minimalist is great, it’s what you would expect, you simply add things to your lists and cross them off. I appreciate the timer which has a minimalistic look so it isn't distracting. One thing that would make it better is a dark mode, which i know can be bought but every-time i wake up and open the app i am blinded ( I know I should just not open the app so frickin early, but it would be nice if we could have a light & dark mode at least in the free version )..Version: 2.7.1

This is very convenientThis app has helped me so much with organising what i have to do. I’d didn’t buy the pro but even without it everything is amazing. The app is very simple and and i can also set dates for my exams. The subtasks fun in is actually really nice as i have multiple tasks in one and i can lay them out nicely instead of just a scary big list of tasks. I recommend this app to everyone, as it is perfect for all ages and situations..Version: 2.20.23

Very very goodHelps me a lot.Version: 2.22.5

Absolute MinimalismI have been using this for only a few days but for me, this app checks all the boxes and it helps me checks my boxes, too. However, I do feel that there can be a better and smoother app experience. Talking about swiping between lists, zooming out lists and such, just the little things really. Anyway, perfect app for those who love clean, tidied, minimal things to take that transition from paper to digital. And those who like to see a sense of achievement by crossing off things to do..Version: 2.6.6

I don’t usually rate apps this quickly…But I’m one day in and incredibly impressed so far. I’ve already purchased a lifetime VIP.. I think this app might be the one for me. Kudos to the developer(s). I hope this app remains well maintained and available in the App Store for many years to come because I’m not sure I’ll be able to live efficiently without it now!.Version: 2.12

Simple yet effective! The app is like a digital to-do notebook. To be honest I’ve never used an app as useful as this. Although I find the default minimalist notification sound a little annoying, as it goes on for a very long time. But overall, it is a really nice and aesthetic app that I recommend people who like being productive to use..Version: 2.10.7

Perfect. There was an issue where the new widget didn’t have check boxes, but when I updated to iPadOS 14.1 the tick boxes reappeared, so it was probably an issue from Apple. If I could suggest one tiny improvement, I think sometimes it’s sometimes a little tricky to access the options and edit reminders. Might be just me, though! Thank you for such a great product..Version: 2.8.3

Brilliant! Except for one tiny thing.I absolutely love this app! I’ve been using it for a while and it’s everything I wanted in a list app. The only thing I don’t like is that when you click on a list item to edit something, it takes you to a pomodoro timer… you have to swipe left and then click on the edit button. I feel like people are more likely to want to edit an item than use the pomodoro time, so it seem counterintuitive. Other than that, I love it!.Version: 2.10.6

Easy to Use, Great for Remembering Key Tasks on Your DesktopGreat App.Version: 2.22.5

Very UsefulI love this app especially its widget function i use this instead of notes and i love how it has a pomodoro function too Its also really easy to use and it makes me feel accomplished after crossing off a task.Version: 2.12.1

Perfectly, simple and usefulI’ve been looking for an organisational app for a while now. This is by far the best one I’ve come across. So simple and easy to use. Just write up a list and cross them off! You can set a timer with relaxing music if you really want to focus on one task, or you can just do them at your own pace. Really the best app I’ve downloaded in a while..Version: 2.4.1
