✓ Not all my pics are visibleI have downloaded this app 4 times and each time I download it it shows several files being empty even though I have uploaded pictures into them. This is very frustrating as I would like to see all pics uploaded. Hopefully this gets fixed..Version: 1.9.2
✓ Works well, needs to show ‘Favourites’ folderWorks well, annoying that you can’t select videos and photos from your iPhone’s ‘favourites’ folder - instead you have to scroll through your whole library of photos and videos to find the ones you want to upload..Version: 1.9.3
✓ Truly bad and getting worseApp is so unreliable. Issues include: - thumbnails take a very long time to load - photos uploading randomly stops/freezes - impossible to know upload progress - doing simple things like scrolling photos regularly causes app to crash - ‘78’ notification badge has been affixed to app on home screen for over a year but won’t go away (even though there are no pending uploads) - when downloading photos, after downloading one, scrolling becomes jerky/glitchy and crashing is frequent.Version: 1.9.3

✓ Unable to UploadAny time I try to upload a video, even if it is only 10 seconds long, it says “Failed Upload.” I have tons of free space, as I pay for the 2 TB plan and am not close to filling it up. Also, unable to view any of the newer photos taken and previously uploaded with my iPhone. ✓ GOOD BUT ANNOYINGLY BUGGYWhen searching for files clicking on the image and hitting delete forces the app to close plus I wish we could select all for deleting/downloading in a search. Also some of the images WILL NOT LOAD I check on the prime photos app but I don’t use it because the file system is out of order instead of showing new images first u only get to sort by year which is dumb. ✓ Awful awfulThere’s a reason this is so cheap... it’s freaking awful. Constant errors. I waited ALL DAY for photos to upload. After ten hours, EVERY FILE HAD AN ERROR. Zero photos loaded after 10 hours. Total crap. And try to get help? You chat with someone in India who literally has no idea what your asking. “I had problems uploading photos today” I typed “you want to delete all your photos?” He asked.. I would laugh if it wasn’t so agonizing. If you already have prime, sure use it for phone bs.. but as a photographer it’s a total joke.Version: 1.9.0
✓ Crashes often when trying to upload photosI have just wasted two hours trying to back up photos using this app. It crashes when I’m scrolling my albums, or it crashes once I hit upload. I’ve tried uploading large batches and small batches. This is impossible and I give up. Another frustrating thing is that when showing me my albums to upload from, it won’t show my Favorites Album as an option. ✓ So very slowThe app itself is kinda basic and such, but uploading to Drive is by far the slowest service I’ve ever used. Most likely won’t renew the membership. It literally feels like I’m using some dial up modem to upload videos to the cloud. In doing some research, I’m definitely not alone in this assessment. Clients need their videos quickly and Mail Drop and Google Drive are much more efficient in my usage..Version: 1.9.2
✓ Edit: crashing when sync and Missing auto upload camera rollThe app is great and easy to use but ive found it crashes a lot when duplicate photos get uploaded Like it freaks out when I add a bunch of images and there is a few I’ve actually already got on, sometimes it duplicates them most times it crashes - how can this be sorted? It’s annoying as not all image upload and because there is no way apart from checking every individual photo to see if it uploaded you end up trying again and it crashing again but hope this time it uploaded the ones it didn’t the original time, first..... ✓ A shameI really do not understand how this app can get such a high rating. It is unresponsive, bulky to use, not well integrated into various apps to facilitate uploads/downloads. My internet connection is not the fastest, but regardless, how many times did I had to start again an upload because it crashed/froze in the middle? Let alone the overall app which does not allow for programmatic use (upload/download/general maintenance) which is really a disgrace in 2020. The only reason I keep it is bc of the space I accumulated over the years at the time there was supposedly an unlimited space (which does not apply anymore)..Version: 1.9.3

But useless to me because I can't play audio files in the background (when phone is locked) or even when I switch to a different app. As soon as I turn the screen off or switch to a different app, this one stops playing, unfortunately. ✓ Very slow, locks up and crashes constantly! 😡😠🤬I went in to delete photos from a folder I searched for by doing Select All and the app crashed! This happened multiple times! It also takes forever to load photos in folders and sometimes you have trouble signing into the app. It also occasionally locks up when trying to do something. ✓ Works WellThe setup arrangement is a little confusing as a result of requiring a backup folder and a separate sync folder. Dropbox’s single folder is easier to understand. But like all Amazon services it works and the extra effort to set it up is soon rewarded. Dropbox stopped working and could not be updated on my Mac, so I tried this and found it to be very reliable. ✓ Unoptimised, badI’ve been using this app for a while and the number of issues I’ve had with it is just unbelievable. The worst was failed uploads which were still showing as uploading even though nothing was happening. After stopping the upload, the app would still show the number of items being uploaded on the app icon. But all that pales next to the fact that the app was taking more than 20GB of my phone’s storage! What’s the point of using a cloud service if it dumps so much data in device’s memory?.Version: 1.9.3

✓ No support for HEIC photos yet, plus other deficiencies...It’s January 2019 and iOS 11 dropped more than 15 months ago, and I still cannot view HEIC files in the app? Why? Also, why can’t I know the sizes of my files? I can see when they were last modified, but not know how large they are. Why do I had to download them and save them first before I know how much storage is being used. This is very necessary for video files, which count against storage plan. It makes no sense. Why no security? Every decent app has Face ID or Touch ID security, while every mediocre app has a passcode/PIN built in. Your app? It has none of the above. ✓ Worst app I’ve ever usedThe app is useless if you want to upload files from your mobile phones. Tried a couple times and even it said the upload was successful the files didn’t show up when open the folder in desktop. The other time most of the file uploadings stuck and when I pushed down the screen to refresh the status the upload progress circles for each upload just randomly changed from 1/4 to 3/4 each time I refreshed the screen. ✓ Crashes way tooo often does not seem to like videos over 10 seconds either and chokes on them..May work for some with only a few photos or vids but for me with over 3000 pics and dozen vids it does not work very well very frustrating when it takes minutes to select pics for transfer and then it crashes and you need to start all over again.....or maybe this an IOS/iPad only problem? Also having sub folders in the camera roll unable to select all and with 130 pics in my family folder after selecting all one at a time, it stops uploading after 10, and the rest stays in “uploading mode”. ✓ Unresponsive, glitchyI’ve never written a review for an app before but this has stirred me into action! The functionality is dreadful, the photo thumbnails don’t load, the pictures themselves are painfully slow to open. If trying to upload a doc from an email often when you click on the app icon it won’t even open! You have to delete and then reinstall the all to load then one at a time 🙈 Such a shame as it’s a great product, just doesn’t integrate with the current iOS for iPhone well at all..Version: 1.9.3

✓ Awful - takes slow uploads to a whole new level of annoyingI started my trial of this a couple of days ago and am just stunned at how ridiculously slow uploads take. Some files just seem to get stuck at 0%, others seem to upload repeatedly. The app schedules many files to upload simultaneously and the servers obviously can't cope. A huge disappointment. ✓ It’s just ok.This seems to be an interface in its infancy. With key upload links to services such as Dropbox and several other big file services plus limited app to app connections in ios11, there is a lot of work to do. Since clouds are still on the verge of replacing our hard drives I’ll be patient but if I don’t see continued development and new features, I’ll likely need to try another one.
