✓ A message to my town gamesThis game is cool and all but more of my town games should be free a lot of kids don’t get to enjoy my town because it cost money that some people can’t afford or parents won’t pay also you would get a lot of good reviews on my town products and more people would play it only two games that are free is wrong to all the kids that want to play it but can’t because financially difficulty’s I think my town game should be free for the world to love and share please change your ways it would be really helpful and make kids around the world happy please take this message into consideration and make some more of my town games free you probably won’t because you may not care but please do this is coming from a kid that loves my town game and can only play two of there games because my town will not make a lot of free games please make some more games that are free because my town is a really fun game that needs to be spread around the world not just the people that will pay money for your games please take this in consideration please. ✓ Please bring back the old my town :(Hi. I used to love My Town. My mom bought me some of them and I loved them so much, I spent hours playing . But recently I got an iPad and thought to get My Town again. So I did. I was really excited but when I went on, nearly all of the characters, you have to watch an add to use them, or the characters are locked and you have to pay for them! Then I went to the wardrobe and saw that the same thing happened with all of the clothes! My Town playhouse used to be completely free and easy. ✓ Not even worth a ratingHonestly I think that is really stupid trying to charge us for the costumes and other characters, you already make enough money out of us when you charge us £2.99 for every other game and then the free sale versions have in app purchases too. This is ridiculous, and I will not pay 10 pounds so I can use a few characters, pets and clothes. I already have limited use for the apps I found on sale and it isn’t worth it to pay more money for some make believe items, especially when they were free before. Please don’t charge us anymore money for things that used to be free, and I don’t like paying £3 for 1 app that I will delete in a few years, it is not right. I think you should lift those charges and lower the price on your other apps, I am very disappointed and upset. Please change this and don’t try to make us pay more money, it is stupid. ✓ Great!I’ve got the house, airplane, amusement park and hotel, but I can’t say bad things about them really. When I first got the hotel, it had a bug for a few weeks, but now it works perfectly. My cousin likes taking my iPad to play the hotel and airplane ones and she absolutely loves the games. The only thing is that she got the police station and house for free and I had to pay for everything other than the house. How come she can get the police station for free and I can’t? It was the first game I ever bought on my iPad and soon enough, I owned all the My Towns and continued to buy them as they came out. I recommended this game to my cousins, my sister and three of my friends. Then I deleted it because I was getting older and it wasn’t the same. Today I decided to come back and try the game out like old times. I downloaded it and to my surprise, the game had things locked and things you were unable to get. It changed and not for the better. ✓ A lot of changes that need to happenOk so, I’m not the one to judge but I don’t think people should buy this game. It glitches far to much and the graphics are not good at all. I don’t mean to be harsh but it’s the truth. When you buy the game you barely get anything. A house. That’s literally all. -_- and if you want to get another place it cost money ( not everyone has money to spare yall) Sometimes it’s free but it’s never really good. The way the game glitches is really annoying. There’s also like NO diversity which is really frustrating as a person of color because I can’t play nor relate to any of the characters. ✓ Used to like it but now not too sure.This game used to be amazing, as in you don’t have to buy the characters or watch ads to get clothes, pets etc. I think you (creators) have made a BIG mistake by doing this. But, I love the design of the kitchen, living room, bedroom and garden - but could you do it with the other rooms to? Also, the childrens room should be blocked off with a wall and door like the others, it doesn’t make sense for there not to be one. Other than this I think it is an amazing roleplay game and very educational for kids! Conclusion: Design the rest of the house like downstairs and bedroom, make a door to the childrens room, get rid of the ads and locks on clothes, characters, pets. ✓ Good updates but very oddHi I am Kenadi, when I bought this game was so excited I wanted to say some of the complaints. First when you drive to a different place all the characters restart and I did it for a while and now it teleports me somewhere. Second I see there are new pets but when I close out of the game all my stuff resets back to how it normally is. Last I can’t not believe how long it takes to load that is very annoying it took 1 hour, for it to load. That is all my complaints please fix them and kids will enjoy it more. ✓ Denied Refund for Accidental PurchaseConsidering I was charged $60 for a year subscription to this game by the click of a button (five year old daughter accidently clicked on in app purchase and it was made without my knowledge) - I demand to be refunded. I have been told by your company to contact Apple. Listen here- they do not control refunds. They push a request to your company and it is determined by you. You have denied my refund twice. This is $60 you have managed to take from me in a very sneaky way. My daughter was able to click a button and there it is. I no longer let her on my phone, that's my part, but after deleting the game immediately and canceling subscription in a panic and reaching out to you, it is very wrong of your company to deny refunding me and to lie by stating it is up to Apple. To point the finger at them when you have denied my refund is despicable. I feel I have been scammed. This needs to be fixed or you can count on many reviews like this to keep coming..Version: 3.13

✓ Amazing but a few annoying bitsHi I would like to say yes this is an amazing game and I enjoyed it a lot I love the kitchen were you can do all the pictures and put them up the house is amazing all the lipsticks the outfits and stuff are just amazing I love it but I have a few things that bother me!! First when I’m getting the girls ready for the day the lipstick in there room is colours that don’t look natural on them so I have to go all the way to the mums room to get some of her lipstick! Next is that If you want to get rid of flowers because there annoying you they grow back and that’s really bugging me because I love this game but that bit can really annoy me!! Today, i have encountered some and they are soooooooo irritating. One bug is when i get the girl baby but she goes back to where you get the characters and sometimes it glitches with the dad also. Sometimes he disapears. Im very sad and i really hope you fix this. Another bug is when i take clothes but it doesnt let you put it on a table. Its very annoying. Please reply as soon as possible. I would love to hear from you. On other cases, this game is brilliant and perfect for imagination as you can create your dream family. I do also recommend it but there may be some bugs..pleeeease update the other bedroom and instead of the crib in the parents room why not make a baby’s room so you can add tons of toys for the female and male babies. It just brings up a page to download the game but I’ve already downloaded all of the games so it just comes up with a page that opens the game but doesn’t connect the games. ✓ It used to be goodMy town used to be one of my favourite games because it was the only one that didn’t cost money and I could combine all of the other my towns to be one big amazing game. I can still do all those things but, now all my favourite characters cost money as in app purchases. Unless you’re willing to pay $14 for some characters I do not recommend getting it with the new update. The only my town that didn’t cost money now costs probably more than all the others cost! ✓ Not a huge fan…Ok, so I know it’s for kids but that doesn’t mean you can’t at least try to make it inclusive. Not all families look the same. First you have no option for same sex parents. Even if you have two men or two women living it the house there is still that wedding photo and other things that clearly show that you only want a straight marriage. Second, it’s very sexist. The girls have makeup and pink bedsheets and stuff while the boys have a soccer ball and cars. Not to mention in the cover, the mom is carrying groceries and the dad is reading the newspaper. It makes it look like women are just for getting the food and men just read the newspaper and go to work. Lastly, it’s racist. It starts off with white characters and you have to pay to get a character of color. Seriously, it’s 2022, not 1822, people need to understand that there are lots of types of people, and each one is beautiful. I really wish you guys could try to make it more inclusive because NOT ALL FAMILIES LOOK THE SAME!.Version: 3.01
✓ Massive bugsSo this is a every fun game to play you can roleplay and make them all have picnics and fun but theres a few problems lets take the car for a Massive bug so as you can drive to all the houses and stuff my cars disapeard and i cant do any of that stuff anymore and the car was just invisible when i went to the cars place and then after that it just disapeared and i cant go anywhere anymore Next is all the resets as soon as i got my update everything changed and i liked the old version better so please make a change and when i like go to the haunted house and take something that i want to keep if i go of the game and come back on its gone this has been really annoying me so pls fix the game.Version: 3.01

Now I cant use the car, none of the games will sync, characters keep disappearing (I recently got my town pets and every single character disappeard) and It keeps resetting every time I open it!!
