The customer service is excellent and they will promptly answer your questions and help you fix issues, in case you encounter any. The reason I'm not giving a 5 stars rating is that the connection with the servers often fails when the web is busy, as in the evenings, or when the signal is weak or the internet connection slow. β Best VPN for ChinaI am currently living in China and tried a few VPN services before, including Hotspot Shield and China VPN, but VPN Shield is by far the most reliable and functional. The US server is almost always available, and the download speed is high enough to watch a Youtube video in 360p without having to wait for loading. β Finally found VPN that works on my PC and iPadOver the past year I have been using various versions of software from different vendors trying to find something that worked reliably. Mostly, I have been disappointed. The problems result from difficulties with keeping my iPad connected to wi-fi networks. What typically happens is a message saying the network quality is not suitable for VPN. Since trying VPN Shield my dropped network instances have gone up 12 a day to about once every three or four days. I am very happy now finding a product that provides VPN service and stability. Being able to use the same products on both my PC and iPad makes life easier as well. All my systems using this software indicate good VPN protection. I recommend this product to those needing protection on both Windows and iOS..Version: 2.9
