✓ Fantastic AppI passed in 5 minutes! The questions were from very similar to almost identical as in the App! I was skeptical about it, but I relied on the positive comments for this app. I can assure you, if you go through all the practical tests (51) and read the book once you will be ready for the test! My recommendation is go through the practices first, read the descriptions of the answers. After that read the book, and everything will start to make sense! It took me about a week to prepare, but in the last 2 days I went all in and spent most of my time studying. Best app! Definitely worth paying for it! Good luck!.Version: 2.1

✓ Brilliant App - literally all you need to pass the examTook 3 going through the questions several times. I didn’t bother reading the book at all - just the 45 questions on the app. The actual test took under 3 minutes to complete. I’m sure I got 22 out of 24 questions correct and the 2 incorrect ones were around Scotland’s devolved administration authority and something else. Either way, highly recommend the app and wouldn’t bother reading the book if I were you. Best money I’ve spent on an app in years!.Version: 1.8

✓ Great app, keeps the bar high!The app is a really good resource to pass the test comfortably. As many other reviews suggests, it is a great idea to do as many practice test as you can. The actual test is much easier but with a few (not many) tricky questions. It is actually interesting to get to know more about the UK but the book is a tedious read. Good luck!.Version: 2.2

✓ Excellent!!!Passed my test with flying colours yesterday. Didn’t bother reading the book just did all the practise tests and took some notes of names and dates I kept stumbling upon but couldn’t get right. ✓ Very helpful appIt's a great app, passed my test on the first try. The wording of the questions in the actual test is slightly different, but all the knowledge you gained from using the app should be able to help you to get through it. I spent on and off 2 days to finish all 50 set of practice tests, and didn't read the book. I encountered about 3 questions during the actual test which I was not sure about, such as the name of the cricket series between England and Australia (Ashes). Personally, I will recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a solid practice tool for the test..Version: 1.6

Only thing that would make it even better would be a cheatsheet or index of most important people/ events/ eras / battle and general trivia that is found in the book and tests for a quick recap before the final test. Also I would give the user the possibility to make a test with only the questions that they have answered wrong, just to make sure they got all of that in the end. I didn’t read the book and mostly used this app, I also used a couple of free websites in the last few days. I’d recommend this app, really nice Interface and it was good to be able to do mock tests. I went through all 51 tests once (making notes of all questions I wasn’t sure about). Again, it was a lot harder than the real exam. I rated this app three stars as there was some minor updates that needs changing on the app itself because and it was annoying with rating notifications appearing every second, app management take note of this (rating notification should appear as a message) as customers will be able to review after their test is passed. Fail testing people should not be Scroogies out of frustration, because with this app I’ve passed the test first time both sharp and smooth I wish I’ve rated it five stars on the app as well, although I’m giving it five stars at the App Store to compensate. Fingers and toes crossed for those practicing on this very easy to use app I would say by with confidence and don’t forget to smash the mock test many time after you finish practicing the questions. ✓ Passed test on first tryI read the book once, then did all the questions in the app until I was able to pass most of the time (took me 2-3 times per quiz). I started a week before the ILR test. The ILR test itself is easier than the app, but the app prepares you well for it. Take your time during the IlR test, double check your answers, use process of elimination to rid the wrong choices, and sometimes the Q&A for one gives you information to answer another question. I didn’t memorize dates, just had a general understanding of the timeline which reading the book will help with. I paid for this app as the interface was slick and the content is up to date. ✓ Decent appI didn’t read the book but went through all 51 tests twice. There’s some outdated information, grammatical errors and the bank of questions is missing some material. I only know this because I downloaded another test prep app which automatically flags questions you get wrong so you can review them later. The other app had a lot of additional questions that were nowhere to be found in this app. It needs improvement and updating, particularly the questions related to the Queen. All that said, I aced the test this morning in under 5 mins and it was much easier than the questions in these apps so I was well prepared..Version: 2.1

✓ Excellent App!Passed my test today with first attempt in less than 5 mins. Although I don’t know how much I scored, I felt that I answered everything correct (including 4 practice questions). I had only practiced with this app and it took me about just 8-9 days to complete all the practice test (on average I was completing 5-8 practice tests/ day) then another week of continuous mock tests (average 5 tests/ day, to finally pass in 5 mins. Provided you have some general knowledge of life in the “WORLD”, there is no need to read anything. Just complete all the practice test and then continuously take mock tests until your test day. Considering that you are now averaging at 80% and above in all the mock test, you should be fine at test (the actual test is much simpler)..Version: 2.1
