✓ It’s not the app just a hover boardI got this hover board for my birthday and it was branded sing Gyro which is this app it told me to download in the instruction guide and then I used to have a cart attachment that it came with in it it stopped working and then the warranty was pretty good but they sent me the same one but it was fixed because my other one broke and then they sent me and then one month later it broke again so now we might have to get a refund..Version: 2.0.2
✓ Customer service stinksThe board itself is great. The app is not good the color change doesn’t work the music works as long as you don’t get to far from your phone. Customer service is awful you have to leave them message after message and only email or messenger can’t call them. They will get back with you after about 10 or 15 messages. The charger broke after a week and it took 2months for them to send the replacement for it..Version: 2.0.4
✓ 🤷🏻♂️👍👎It was decent. I have the board with the black hole tires the app will not let you change the color on the inside of those. And you can’t convert from km/h to mph. But the board works great. The app designer must have been lazy because he could have added many more features then he did..Version: 1.9
✓ The app makes me want to return the hoverboardThis app is the worst app ever. Unfortunately, it is necessary if you wish to change colors, play music and see your battery life on the hoverboard that it connects to. The developers seem to have spent about five minutes creating this app that fails in every way. We are very likely going to return the hoverboard because of the app. A $250 hoverboard should have an app that works seamlessly together. This is not the case. I would recommend not purchasing the hoverboard because of the inaccessibility and inaccuracies of the app. If you are checking this app before buying the board, you are very smart and I wish I had done the same. The board is decent, but you really need the app to use all of its functions. This app needs many updates to get to a point of usefulness. Again, I RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING THIS BOARD BECAUSE THE ONLY APP THAT ATTACHES TO IT IS USELESS AND DYSFUNCTIONAL..Version: 1.9

✓ Great board / Terrible appThe board is amazing but the app leaves much to be desired! To begin with .....I have to constantly reconnect the Bluetooth while riding if I want to monitor my battery level, or to change any of the very few settings that are provided by this app! I might have chosen a different board had I known that the app would be such a disappointment! The music playback works ok tho? C”mon, GYROOR......toss that software, and start fresh with a competitive approach to creating an app to accomodate such a great board! My brother has a Lamborghini board and his app is far better, with adjustments for changing the sensitivity of cornering, braking, speed, as well as the generic programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced rider levels. There’s even a horn button that’s sounds a car horn!.Version: 2.0.2

✓ App is annoyingWe just got two G2 hoverboards for my boys’ Christmas presents and one of them came defective. The app lights setting is glitchy, but the worst of it is, the speed settings don’t work and the alarms are exceedingly annoying as you can’t turn them off when an adult is using it. I would set the speed setting to “adult” and it will automatically revert to child mode EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m pretty sure we’ll be returning these and look for something else more reliable..Version: 3.1.3

✓ Horrible App! Please Fix!Like many others say board is great for the most part but the app is junk! You’d think the company that sells their hoverboards at near $400 could afford to hire a great developer for their tech. Please, don’t be ignorant, you see these reviews and know that people are complaining about the app so fix it, it shouldn’t be that hard and get a good reputation for your name that people will respect and gladly buy your product. Issues: Constantly disconnecting. Colors on lanterns don’t stay changed. No way to disable auto color change on lanterns. Pop ups in Chinese keep piping up. Should have turning force control since it will occasionally throw you off the board due to aggressive turning force. Option to disable the race car noise inside the app would be nice. ✓ Unsafe for publicI don’t know where to start here, I bought the GYROOR f1 for my 7 year old daughter I downloaded the app she was wearing safety equipment the app would not connect to the board at all, so I took y daughter out on the board and she fell off and hurt herself I am not happy at all! ✓ App needs serious improvementHoverboard - 10/10 App - 3/10 I only use this app to see how charged my battery is, and occasionally changing the color of the lights when I’m feeling fancy. I’ve tried adjusting the max speed but when I go back to the main screen and re-enter settings, the max speed is set back the where it was before adjusting. ✓ There is a different app for this!There are two apps for gyroor hover boards! There is one called Smart Board and in my opinion it works better. When you want to log in to the app type gyroor in the log in bar and your in. If you have seen one of the gyroor unboxing and reviews this is the app that they use. While this app does work Smart Board includes the option to turn off the speed limiter. If you would like to get it you can either search it up or look for it the bottom of the page for this app where it says “More from this creator”..Version: 2.0.6

✓ Terrible app a d terrible customer supportDO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.....I needed this app to control grandsons Gyroor T581......it only connects for music on iPad and iPhone. Having tried for several days to connect, following deleting the app, reinstalling it, re registering it, using a different e mail it still won’t work. I contacted customer support who sent a video link exactly the same as I found on you tube......still won’t work, and now customer support won’t respond to e mails or send better instructions... THIS HAS TO NE THE WORST APP IVE EVER TRIED TO USE..Version: 3.1.0
