✓ Problem with opening the AppEnjoy the news service which provides honest review of the news with MUCH less bias than other services. However, I cannot give the App 5 stars because of a problem while using with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I connect to the App, a message appears telling me “a new version of this app is available. Please install to continue.” Unfortunately, when connecting to the App Store, there is no need to update the WION App and I am directed to open the app. This mechanism is extremely annoying..Version: 5.6

✓ WION could easily be better if it didn’t suffer from lies!Palki S Upadhyay is reporter at WION who hypersensationlizes stories. She is more fiction then fact. Her reports have very false narratives on USA, a country where I live and I know for sure what happens. In an effort to boost her own ratings on WION she fabricates the truth and gives a very biased opinion most of the times, this opinion is puppetized and echoed off other fake media news outlets from America. Sadly I don’t find other reporters as bad as Palki S Upadhyay. She is the downfall for this News Outlet. Also they are so much unrecognized because they don’t even have a Apple TV App or presence. ✓ Great news source, buggy app.Been a huge fan of WION, however their app is laggy and seldom crashes. The MOST annoying problem is that the notification setting in the app cannot be enabled. Now, I feel that almost every story that I like to listen to on Gravitas ( mainly political and world events) is biased. It’s like Palio Sharma Upadhyay is a different person. ✓ Needs to offer more user control.Having the ability to control text size is a nice touch, but users can already modify that on their phone. However, that’s where it ends with WION—you have no other controls. This app’s biggest downfall is not including a “dark mode” setting or at least coding the app so it mimics your own phone’s live brightness setting (dark mode on, in my case). It’s your bog-standard news app otherwise, but I do certainly give them credit for a better class of reporting and being a more trustworthy news source—there’s definitely more integrity and less of a sideshow atmosphere with WION. And after seeing a bunch of irrelevant non breaking news notifications I discovered all the notif were turned on again. The numerous times I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall only to be met with a different error baffles me. Please rebuild your core ground up for both iOS as well as Apple TV OS. It’s clearly not working be it on my device or the other Apple devices that I have tested this app on. **My 1 star rating has nothing to do with the content and is purely reflective on the app itself. ✓ Can’t open accountTried to set up. Gave Name, email address, choose a password, clicked my acknowledgment of terms & conditions. A response pops up on bottom of screen. It’s literally there for less than 1 second, then disappears. I was able in less than 1 second to read following words; email, region, cell. Not necessarily in that order. Tried 6 or 7 times. ✓ Search option is missingThis is a NEWS App and Search feature is missing. How does one find a particular item? Keeping on scrolling and looking for the needed news is painful. The Feedback window is unusable as the keyboard covers it and one cannot see what is being typed on screen on iPhone-13 Pro. Screen rotation doesn’t work. NEWS is biased. It’s WION - World is One but appears to be propaganda to bash developed countries and project developing countries particularly India in favorable terms.
