✓ New hero and gift for writing a reviewI’m wondering if folk don’t like the new hero and give a bad review will they get a “prize” ? Anyway I like her. I live mushy an shroom too and the turtle lady who I use all the time but can’t ever remember her name, btw she’s a great healer. Mushy is different as she’s more front line , unless you use one of the front line tanks . Why the green plant hero is front line as a healer once you get past lvl 75 she starts dying constantly which is sad I like her roots entanglement and her flower spore etc and I love her art work she’s beautiful! ( and definitely vegan !) this is a fun game but the folks saying you don’t need to spend are probably on the pay roll as obviously you don’t need to spend but if you don’t , and I didn’t for months , you get kicked from your clan / gang/ whatever they called clans here. Yup ex clash of clans player ! 😂) But seriously it has flaws like everything and everyone but it’s a fun game not too expensive and the characters are absolutely lovely. I love it ! I still miss dragonage and heroes of dragonage but this is the next best thing ! Try it out ! And not a 👾in site 😺.Sammybabbbyyyy!!!Version: 1.182.101

✓ Really fun and entertainingHonestly I found this game to be much more engaging that I expected. Having seen it previously advertised on other platforms and games I was skeptical that it would be as fun as it appeared. But I was very wrong! Have only been playing for a few weeks but it has rapidly become one of my favourite games, especially as a break from studying! If I could provide one bit of feedback, it’s that it’s too quick to go through energy, especially with the number of items you need to gather to create new weapons etc. I try not to spend gems but it’s really tedious. ✗ Stealing Money through broken platformThe App has been broken for iPhone since it’s last update. About 20-30 times a day the app will glitch and force a restart. In the middle of a campaign battle it will force a loss. This loss carries a penalty of 2 energy. I have paid for energy potions and emeralds which both pay for energy. I have reached out to the Hero wars zendesk email help and they have responded with AWFUL customer service. I’ve never dealt with a company before that has basically told me to go F myself over like a $5 reimbursement. It has become a huge issue for me, not because of the money...I have spent hundreds in the game and can simply get Apple to refund my money for their theft. It is an issue because no one should be allowed to handle a customer this way. 1st the techs lied to me saying this wasn’t happening. Then I provide them with proof, oh yeah this is happening, we don’t reimburse this. I don’t care if you normally reimburse something. If your mistake costs me money, you pay for it, not me. They refused to let me speak to a manager, saying uhhh we don’t have a manager....HA! These guys are insane with how they think they can treat people. Mine isn’t the only story like this, but what would you expect from a game that started off of a bait and switch campaign..The MITVersion: 1.129.302

✗ Gold warsReally good catching game, unfortunately after lvl 100 it’s all a metter or who spend more. Definitely a game that is enjoyable to play, also because of the guild wars, but they should improve some stuff to let the Free To Play customers integrate better with the game and the other players, maybe with some sort of exchange between guild members of hero or titan tokens to balance more the guild members.
