On your home screen, tap and hold connected pa until it starts shaking.
Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
Click on that X to delete the connected pa app from your phone.

Visit connected pa website - and login to your account.
Goto your profile or account page.
Click "Billings" or "Subscriptions" or other similar alternatives to see a list of your options.
"Cancel" your subscription.
