✓ WARNING!!!There is absolutely NO WAY to get to your account to discontinue the free trial! Everything is completely blocked unless you agree to the free trial, and once you do, they’ve got you. I figured it would be ok, I would take a look around and if I didn’t like it I would cancel. WRONG! There’s no account access anywhere in the app, and no one responds to emails. I submitted an email on night one, here it is day 4 and wouldn’t you know, there’s a $4.99 charge in my account. BEWARE THIS APP!.Version: 3.4
✓ Transparency feautureThe transparency is not effective. I’ve downloaded the image as a JPEG and PNG but to no avail when I post the logo elsewhere , there seems to be a grey or white background attached. As well, when emailing the image, you get a no image error. If these options worked this app would be idea. Ps. Here’s my story, I was looking for an app to help me make a logo, I found a couple of apps to try them out, I got to this app I did the tutorial and an ad popped up, me thinking it was just an ad, looked for an “X” unfortunately these trash people just wanted me to click “Subscribe” so they get money and I get nothing. I read other reviews and it seems that even if you do get the “pro version” you are still limited to what you can and can not use. Trust me, don’t waste your time and money on this app. And tell your friends to never use this app!.Version: 4.3.7

✓ ScammyI tried to use this app to create a logo for my new business and it wasn’t at all what I had imagined, they give you an offer to have premium access to their “pro version” or whatever they call it for “free” and say you can cancel at any time before you’re charged, but this isn’t the case so far. I have looked high and low on this app for how to cancel this subscription to this god awful app and found nothing. I have sent an email to the company and have heard nothing yet. The app is too difficult to use with no real option to create your own templates or draw your own shapes and designs. No search bar for anything which makes finding what you’re looking that much more frustrating. It’s an overall disappointing experience and I would not recommend using this app. Not very user friendly. Needs a lot more improvement on the UI before I would try this again. ✓ AnnoyingThe apps great I love the functionality of it but the reason I call it annoying is I paid for a year subscription just to get a pop up literally every five seconds that completely halts my productivity. The pop up is from the app asking me to give you a review. ✓ Rating request pop ups ruin your user experienceWith less than five minutes of use, I have already had four requests to review this app. As anyone knows, reviewing an app when you haven’t had it for enough time to actually experience it, sways ratings. That means the rest of us are misled as to the usability of the app. Given the fact that they’ve asked me to rate this app four times in less than five minutes, I wonder how many of the ratings on here are made simply because the people trying to use the app are really irritated by the requests to review it, and succumb to rate the app, to eliminate the hugely annoying pop-ups. Shame on you developers for being so greedy for reviews, that you don’t let people actually try out your products. Such a practice merely means that quality is never going to be the real goal. ✓ NO STARS because NO APP ACCESS after PAYINGI purchased a monthly subscription, and was billed for it. However I am not even able to access the app. I restart the app and it goes back to the page where you have to choose a purchase option - and when I click to purchase the monthly it says that I already have a subscription! Then it says it cannot connect to iTunes Store. I will be writing to the BBB about this. This company essentially took my money without providing me with the all I PAID for!!! ✓ Logo maker is ok but ...I receive multiple notifications from this app on a daily basis, with no clear way to turn notifications off. The developer has not been responsive to messages about how to turn the notifications off. Most apps now have you opt in to notifications and have a clear way to turn them off in the settings as well as attached to the notifications themselves. My choices are to 1. disable an app I already paid for and lose usage or 2. keep getting intrusive notifications. Is that even legal? I’m not sure, but it is frustrating..Version: 4.30

✓ Terrible.First, THIS IS HOW YOU CANCEL: go into your account on the App Store. Click on the purchased option. Scroll to the bottom and click my subscriptions. Find the subscription for this app and click on it, at the bottom of the screen there is a button that says cancel trial. Click on it. This is how you cancel all subscriptions for all apps on iPhones, iPads, etc. I downloaded this app and started the free trial. For 3 days you can play around with the app and if you like it, they will charge you for it starting 3 days hence. Unfortunately, the app is a jumbled mess of categories that make very little sense and even though you’ve agreed to the conditions for the trial, they give you very little to use. There were maybe 10 different choices I could pick from to start building the logo. Out of 100’s. There were about 5 different fonts available, as well. Everything else is blocked. Not only was the platform confusing and busy, it was also very limited and from what I could see the choices you could make as a “pro” user weren’t worth the 37 cents a week. What a joke. Don’t bother with this mess. There are many other apps to choose from and a few I’ve tried myself. All of them were superior to this one and gave full unlock for the trial period..Version: 4.0

✓ Could do with improving, but a good start to what could be a great app.Items don't always respond to what you would like it to do. It left me spending ages on one item & ended up deleting it after it froze & refused to respond to anything but delete. It could do with a few extra fonts for free. This would encourage me to play around with it a bit more & with app improvements, I would potentially buy the app. The frames are rather thick with only a few fine ones. These fine ones are the ones I gravitated to because the fat ones looked cartoon like & something kids would be more likely to use. The last issue. After pressing later though, I would press on the screen to continue with my work & the question kept popping up, giving me no choice but to review this app. This reduced your score by one star because of this. You need to give people the option to say Yes No Later. When somebody clicks on 'No' or 'Later' the question should then leave the user alone for a period of 20-30 minutes before being asked again. But only if they click 'Later'. If someone clicks 'No', you should allow the user to continue in peace. Doing the above, may then mean higher reviews, less frustrated users & users who originally clicked 'No', may then choose to review your app themselves. One thing I would like to suggest is that the trial is longer if you’re going to make it cost because I don’t feel like the app should cost money for what it has to offer.
