Alphabet! Kids Learning games for Negative User Reviews
✓ Have to buy all except 2 of the gamesNot spending $6 to $8 on kids games..Version: 1.6.3
✓ Alphabets gamesSo sad, your department had to put lighting on kid’s games.Version: 2.0.0
✓ Where’s the sound?!?This app is the worst. No sound, and I tried everything to get it to work. Nada..Version: 1.6.4
Version: 2.1.1
✓ No soundI downloaded the app paid for the upgrade and there’s no sound poor app!.Version: 1.6.4
✓ No soundRubbish.Version: 1.3.0
✓ Don’t buyI paid 29.99 which said buy all but it only opened two of the games what a waste!.Version: 2.1.0
✓ Volume doesn’t workVery disappointing that the volume doesn’t work after purchasing so my son could actually use the game. Have tried to delete and re download with no luck..Version: 1.6.4
✓ Kicks you out over and over!Purchased game maybe multiple times, as your child is playing seems like after each play, it says please PURCHASE. Already purchased it! The restore purchase is in the bottom right, but again it happens over and over. You should be able to buy it and be done, no more going back to tell it you already bought it..Version: 2.1.1
✓ No soundThe app has no sound.Version: 1.6.1
✓ Limited lettersSeems there are only 5 or 6 letters used over and over again, kind of boring for my 5 year old who is learning English. You make it difficult to submit feedback with this nickname business!.Version: 1.1.0
✓ Log outMy kids love this app but on the ipad it keeps logging out so have to continuously log in. Logs out when you switch to a different game. This function creates a horrible user experience.Version: 2.1.1
✓ Not working with family sharingI tried to use your contact form on your website but it won’t submit. So here’s my email to you: I purchased this app on my phone for my son’s iPad. We use family sharing. I’ve tried uninstalling the app on his iPad and reinstalling it but it will not recognize that he has the paid version. Do I need to refund the purchase on my phone and then just purchase it on his iPad? I didn’t have my credit card handy so this is why I purchased it on my phone.Version: 2.0.0
✓ Wish there was a zeroNo, no, no. Kids can’t do one thing without being prompted to buy more. Horrible, just horrible..Version: 1.0.0
✓ It’s a child’s game and an add pops up between every letter , not cool. There should be no adds in a child’s game.Version: 1.6.4
✓ Uh-uh uhhOnly aloud to do less but fun.Version: 1.0.0
✓ It violates the #1 parent principle. Bad stuff. This app violates a MAJOR RULE for apps geared toward toddlers. After purchasing the upgrade from the free version, you wind up with a home screen that has 10 games and 3 of them are still locked, requiring additional in-app purchases. So 30% of the available games are still off-limits to your 2 year-old, who doesn’t understand why she gets a pop-up window blocking her progress when she pushes that one, and can’t understand why she can’t have it, and cries, and eventually becomes so disgusted with the fact that she can’t open the one that she has become fixated on that she no longer wants to open any part of this app at all. This is super crappy, unprincipled, greed-driven app design. A word of advice to the makers of this app: parents purchase toddler apps so that everything within the game will just open up for our little ones, and we won’t have to explain or distract or apologize. It’s a TODDLER APP, duh. Advice to prospective customers: don’t bother. Any reputable toddler app will absolve you from the frustration of additional in-app purchases after it takes your initial $3.99..Version: 1.1.0
✓ ReviewI never could get the sound to work..Version: 1.1.0
✓ My 4 year old said he didn’t like this game.My 4 year old said he didn’t like this game..Version: 1.2.0
