They lure you in to booking with certain deals that are only available through the app or website and then refuse to refund or change anything regardless of the situation. The golf course I booked with canceled all tee times due to weather and refunded the portion of my payment to them directly, but Chronogolf still refuses to refund the portion paid to them. ✓ No Customer Service!!!I played a course in Canada over a year ago that I didn’t even book through this app and now have a house account balance from this course in error(as I paid the course directly). I cannot get the course to respond back and have asked Chronogolf to assist but they simply refer me back to the golf course. ✓ Issues at the courseThis is probably not a ChronoGolf issue? At our course, we can schedule a TT on ChronoGolf only to find out when you get to the course that there are additional foursomes assigned to your TT. This is too specific, needs to be open so you can simply add yourself to a tee time / group and once in then you can either add other players or just book yourself. Then once you have booked you can’t access this same group to see who else has booked into your group. You should simply be able to open the App, click on your Tee Time and see who else is in your group, rather than the complicated way of accessing this now - if you make 2 changes to this App start here as these will remove much of the frustration I and many others that are new to this App feel right now..BdlddyVersion: 6.0.1

Once you’re in the app there is no way to get from one screen to another. These software engineers should be ashamed of themselves. With only four courses in South Suburban, visibility within a single view of all courses broken down by time should not be difficult, and for me, is preferred.
