✓ Zero Stars- DO NO FALL FOR THE TRAPI tried the free trial of this app, which did not work. When I tried to upload photos into the story templates, the app would freeze and I would have to shut down the app. I contacted the developer to troubleshoot, and though they responded, they gave NO ADVICE on how to fix the bug, and instead told me to email them in another fashion. While waiting for a response on how to troubleshoot, I was charged the full price for the app that does not even work. I was given another set of BS instructions to report to Apple, that were not accurate. I want my money back!!!!!! ✓ EhReally nice templates but once I paid I was still getting pop ups asking for subscription payment. So I would spend all this time setting up a template and when I would go to upload - a pop up would come up and I couldn’t download. During the free trial it was fine, once I paid, all downhill from there. Also, while the templates were nice some were super limited and kind of hard to work with. Anyway, I canceled it and the most frustrating thing - I was still billed the 18 bucks. I contacted the developer but no response, so I contacted Apple for my refund. Thanks Apple! ✓ Membership Features are misleadingI love the creativity of the app. The templates are also fun , modern, and engaging. This made me easily decide to become a yearly vip member. The editing features are misleading for membership holders. I don’t have any options to edit or change the wording in the “MV” template category. In other categories I don’t have options to change colors of back ground or objects original to the template. When trying to create my own template I don’t have all the fun, modern features you see in the pre-made template. My advice is to keep the free trial the only feature you receive as a VIP member is to remove the watermark..Version: 2.30.6

✓ Slow 🐢The designs are gorgeous, the layouts, music etc, very beautiful and catchy and with great taste so I was VERY happy to have found the app and too see it’s many great reviews; however the photos take FOREVER to be retrieved. It sort of gets frozen it time and about five minutes later, the photos come up. Imagine, you’re making a collage, so you have to repeat the perpetual process over and over for each layout. I know it’s not an issue with my phone because it does not happen with other apps. I also wish you could mix the static and non static layouts in one story and continue with the music. The static layouts do not have the music option. Bottom line, esthetics are gorgeous but the tech is not working and it takes WAY to long which renders this useless. 🙁.Version: 2.7.0

✓ Music Glitch Ruins PresentationThe templates are absolutely gorgeous but I got this for its ability to add music. It’s says it allows 15s but using several animated templates I’ve made 5 different stories with music; they sound amazing and end just where I cut the song. But once saved, they all cut off the songs at 7s. So it ends terribly. I’ve done it repeatedly costing me time I don’t have and nothing to show for it. Very very disappointing..Version: 2.7.0

There are some templates that have coloured backgrounds and I can see no way to change the colour of it. Or change the Story Chic text on some of the templates. ✓ Needs a little helpI REALLY like this app. Super cool templates but it’s frustrating that I can not adjust my images once I pick them if an image needs to be moved to the left or right up or down to be in view you can’t. Your just stuck with how they position it for you. Or I’m missing it if you can. Also I’d love to be able to change color schemes and do more with text. Also they slides go fast would be nice to slow them down a bit. Sometime I want yo use a template but only need 3/4 images in it, it doesn’t give the option to add or delete the number of images that I can find. ✓ CustomiseWould like an option to start with a blank slate and then be able to create the visual I want. I have to use templates and I’ve paid for the lifetime membership yet most of the templates don’t fit with my brand so I would like to be able to build my story from scratch. A couple of times even though it’s perfect on the app it doesn’t save correctly and the text will be off to one side or the picture isn’t central so I have to start over. ✓ Story chic - Buyer bewareThe templates look all snazzy to lure you into paying to be a "forever VIP" Most of the templates do not work - you add 6 photos, the preview shows the 6 photos, you save it. Then you go to photos - & there's only 4 photos and 2 great big gaps! Another template says between 9 & 24 photos. Add less then the 24 & they just put there own promo pictures in! No body wants that! But worse, load it onto Instagram and one of the photos is split in half. Half at the top, the other half at the bottom. So despite contacting the app, you don't hear a peep out of them. So then you ask for a refund - & guess what?!? Apple refuses to refund you because it doesn't meet their criteria for a refund. Apparently it's ok to rip customers off by offering an app with templates that don't do as promised. It's a shonky app that doesn't deliver, you won't get your money back - SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!.Version: 2.16.1
