✓ Messaging didn’t workI tried to send a group text and got errors that it could not send. Gave up..Version: 1.6
✓ No longer working properlyI have used this app for a few years but in the past 12 months it has been hit and miss at successfully sending out texts. Removed it and trying another service..Version: 3.2
✓ Not perfect, but still helpful.I downloaded the app to help delete contacts more quickly. It accomplishes this faster than Apple ordinarily allows, although not without some aggravation: selection bubbles randomly toggle themselves off, sometimes immediately after being pressed, sometimes seconds later. I find myself having to click the same bubble(s) several times in order to do the job. Again, even with that inconvenience, it’s still faster than clicking contacts one at a time and scrolling for the “delete” button, so ultimately it does the job, just not as well as you’d like..Version: 1.20
✓ Keeps on crashingOn trying delete single or multiple contacts, app freezes for around 5 seconds and then crashes. Not able to delete contacts at all..Version: 1.6
✓ Very disappointedWaste of time, doesn’t let you export groups of your contacts to email as promised. Tried many times and it sends a contact card of the first contact on your list only. Seriously what is the point of this app..Version: 1.17
✓ Loses contactsUpdate Found a bug- if you have two contacts in your list with the same email address; in my case a husband and wife with a shared email, it won’t send the email when both people are selected. I still lose contacts periodically. I’ll have to find a new app if this doesn’t improve soon. I’d love to give this 5 stars for functionality but I keep having to rebuild my contact list. I have exactly one group with 17 names in it. I have no idea why but every few weeks about 1/3 of the names in that list disappear and I have to go re-add them. I usually figure it out when people tell me they didn’t get an email. My only guess is they have made it too easy to delete and it’s dropping names randomly when I try to select people..Version: 1.13
✓ Good conceptBut I need a larger contact group than 10 and not willing to pay. As much as appreciate these things cost I can send a group message with a bit note faff for free using my phone contacts.Version: 1.3
✓ Deleted all of my contacts…not human errorAfter reading a few reviews I came to the conclusion that it was not due to an error on my behalf. I only selected the contacts I actually wanted to delete and it ended up deleting every single one of my contacts. Before the developer has the audacity to say it must’ve been human error — NOPE — I checked my selections multiple times before clicking “delete” to confirm I had only selected the ones I actually wanted to delete. Now I have to go through the hassle of restoring via iCloud!!!.Version: 1.19
✓ What happen to INTEGRITY?I’ve paid for the upgrade for unlimited text and contacts. Created my groups of about 100+- and for the last few months my recipients have not been receiving my text. The app appears as if the text are being sent but the people are not receiving the text. This app worked fine for months then it stopped fulfilling its committment I’d be unlimited. ✓ Please update this AppThis app was absolutely amazing and there has been no updates especially with the new IOS now the app is buggy. This app was hands down the best group text app I have used. ✓ Couldn’t edit templateI love the app. It's very convenient for deleting multiple contacts. It allows you to create unlimited groups with a premium payment. However, I would love to see a feature to edit the templates. I will re-review after this enhancement..Version: 3.1
✓ Not sure yetThe main reason I got the app was because of the suggestion from Google searches to delete multiple contacts at once. I haven’t tried it out yet. I am writing a review, however, because of the response to poor reviews in the App Store. I don’t intend on actually using the app, simply because of the response to negative reviews. People write reviews to give their opinion on the product and their experience using the app. A number of reviews mentioned all of their contacts being deleted using the app. This is something that concerns me and can be attributed to human error or technical flaw. However, whoever is responding to the reviews is honestly condescending and makes me not want to use the app. Purely because of attitude and accusatory statements. I was looking forward to being able to delete multiple contacts at once, but I will be seeking other means to do so. For those that do use the app, I hope that you do have a positive experience with customer service..Version: 1.11

✓ Deleted all my contactsI wish I had read another review stating that the app deleted all the contacts. It happened to me too, and Apple can’t recover the contacts even from iCloud. I was trying to delete contact from app but it deleted them from my phone and iCloud also without giving any warning. I am so frustrated. ✓ Do Your Homework Before Buying This AppThere are several reasons why you there are better choices than Contacts Group: 1/ A Maximum of 10 persons per group unless you pay them $3.99 annually. Similar apps only charge $3.99 once, so their annual charge is egregious. 2/ Each time you take any action in the app you are greeted with a long, intrusive video that you cannot Skip. Unless you pay to upgrade… 3/ The app collects personal data from you - not true with other contact manager apps. 4/ Contacts are listed by first name, not family name, and then all jumbled together. Strongly suggest you download the free version of other contact manager apps first and try them out. If you do this, you won’t pay for Contacts Group..Version: 2.0
✓ Newly PurchasedNot a big fan of this app. The reason I got it was so that I could text a group larger than 10. My texts are not going through. The help page says that I may have to break my texts down to 10 contacts at a time. Totally frustrated since I need to text a large group. I feel I got ripped off..Version: 3.1

✓ It is a great startI am an online minister. I have had the app for 4 or more years. May main frustration is the app keeps breaking. My text groups weren’t get my daily Devotionals and I didn’t know it until I ran into one of them in town, many at church. The app designer or support contacted me after a bad review letting me know that was my provider only allow a 10-15 max on texts. I now have multiple groups I created in the app that I send separately daily. Though it is not the app, it should be part of their app instructions on setup that you are limited texts by your provider in some cases. I have hundreds of people I was not aware of not getting messages. I am glad they are getting them now. The app is fine..Version: 2.0
✓ Doesn’t work for meAll it offers is all your contacts with just their title. You can’t click through to see who they are, let alone anything more sophisticated like editing or viewing existing contact groups. For me this is not enough. ✓ Has potentialThis app has a lot of potential, but it's not there yet. It needs the ability to edit contacts in app, rearrange groups, sync between devices, and recognize contacts that are listed using the "company" field rather than "last name." At the moment, the latter results in a lot of contacts that appear only with a number. These are basic functions that need to be addressed. Until then, it's not worth the $10 subscription. I look forward to updates that address theses issues and will update my review accordingly..Version: 1.20

✓ Trying to Delete Multiple ContactsI just downloaded this app so that I could quickly and easily delete hundreds of contacts at one time. When I start selecting contacts, sometimes I can get to 3 before they are “de-selected”. I have tried just doing 2 at a time and sometimes it works and other times I’m not fast enough to hit the Delete button before they are de-selected. Any help would be greatly appreciated..Version: 2.0
✓ Constantly Have to Rebuild GroupsWas thrilled with the app until it began removing contacts every time I used it. For example, if my group has 8 contacts, I message the group and when I return to message them again the group only has 3 of them. Happens with all four of my groups. I've kept the app updated. ✓ Deleted All my Contacts with no way to recoverI wished to delete more than one contact at once and since apple does not offer that I googled it and this app was listed as a good way to do it. I download it and sync my contacts and start selecting the ones I want to delete. When I get to 10 an error message pops up saying I can’t select more than 10 so I go to delete them but my brain has a malfunction and I try to select another contact. The error pops up again and I hit ok and then I hit delete so I can delete the first 10 contacts I selected. Before I know what has happened the screen paused for a second and I see that some contacts I did not select are selected then before I know it the screen updates and ALL of my contacts are gone from the app and my phone. There was no confirmation or undo. When I went to apple support they told me that the app had also managed to delete them from my cloud storage and backup as well. Perhaps this app is good for other purpose but it seriously messed up for me..Version: 1.8

✓ Don’t botherAs an app that deletes bulk numbers of your phone it’s rubbish. If you treat it as a game that you select people from your contact list and try and delete them before the app unselect s your selections it’s great, you’ll have hours of fun, highly recommended!!!.Version: 1.6

✓ Had to purchase and still glitchesI tried using the app without purchasing it and it kept on selecting the contacts numerous times in a row. It’s supposed to let you delete 10 apps or Contacts rather at a time but kept glitching so I purchased it and it still glitched the first couple times I tried it and finally was able to delete all the contacts I wanted. When it worked it’s great, but is it worth four dollars for your time,? My final answer would be yes they just need to fix the glitches and it will be a great app..Version: 1.20
