✗ 3.5 stars, good concept, execution needs tweakingFirst, I love being able to print reports and organize them by date, category, etc. The creation of entries, however, is a little clunky. First, the new window that pops up to create an entry is tiny, and cannot be resized. Some of the fields occupy too much room, and other fields too little, and that cannot be customized. Second (and most significant), when you hit " " to add an entry on the phone app, you will have had to select the correct category prior to using that button, and if not, you have to back out of it and create it again. It would be better to be able to hit the " " and, in the pop-up window, select the category (calls, memos, etc.) so that it can be easily changed without backing out of it. The categories themselves are limited, and it would be nice to be able to create custom categories. With calls, you select the start time (which requires you type a colon between hour and minute, the colon should be assumed/pre-populated) and then how many minutes the call was. It would be ideal to have the option to either enter # of minutes or select an end time rather than do the math if the call was interrupted for any reason. It would also be good to be able to check off whether a planned call or event was met, rather than it automatically flagging as missed. This is because if you have a broader window during which calls/events can occur, it will flag erroneously if the times are off by even a minute. Finally, it would be nice for the calendar to default to viewing all entries, not organized by category. Overall a very useful app and has helped with keeping documentation more organized with easy download/print options, but personalization and entry creation could be smoother..<3kayakVersion: 2.7.9
