✓ Need improvements may be enhancementThis app is not having an option to “play from the beginning”, sliding the play back to beginning or forward to say middle or somewhere between video is not working on TV. This would be major drawback I would say. Also any point of time, video suddenly stops and takes quite a time to load back. Finally, I would say Aha will rock if these defects would get fix sooner since most of them wrote this review. One and only Telugu app which will entertain with upcoming talents, skilled directors who make good web series like Mastis from Krish Jaagarlamudi(my favorite)..Ravichander1287Version: 1.14

✗ New update is worstI have paid for the subscription for one year . After the update to aha 2.0 aha app doesn’t work . Tried contacting the customer service by chat which never works..RajeshkuraVersion: 2.0

✗ Worst experience with new versionForced me out after the automated upgrade. I have subscribed for annual plan in last month October 2021 only. Won’t let me login, used Apple iCloud account for registering, using the same credentials, the app says contact customer support some internal problem occurred. The worst part is customer service call won’t go through and will keep you waiting for 15mins and it will auto disconnect. Chat is another nightmare. It won’t connect to an agent even after trying to connect to an agent and after 10mins it will end session. Just ripped of money with no customer support..Krish318Version: 2.0
