✓ Over 50’sI enjoy playing squash and badminton and enjoy cycling but this has been restricted during lockdown especially with the closure of sports halls. I have used this app during lockdown and was pleasantly surprised to find workouts that suit me as I am in my 50’s and I was expecting to find the workouts too hard. ✗ Too many bugsI keep trying to get on the app but can’t get past the ‘want to feel good page’ I’ve downloaded it several different times. One error said not connected which is not accurate.
