✗ Charged incorrectly - Support team poorI've been getting charged now for almost a whole year. Once a month, varying amount each time, even though I've agreed to this or have opted in to any membership of any kind. Thinking I could’ve just simply gotten that wrong I checked and as I thought I didn’t have any access to anything(coins, ink, membership) one expect to having being charged monthly. After this I checked my email to see any sign of purchase. None there. No subscription from the Apple store on the desktop website. After this I’ve reached out to the Help/Support team at INKR. Nothing has been resolved. Response/reply times heading back from them are just silly. Even though I’ve shown them photographic evidence of the money coming out of my account they still don’t accept or believe this to be true.. No attempt to offer credit, refund or back date all the money that’s been taken either..Version: 2.7.8
