Team iconic 🍑Wow. Just wow. I loved Team coach Sarah Ryan from Instagram watching, so following her team was a natural for me.. & I have not been let down. The app itself needs tweaking as it has bugs on recording the workouts, but from speaking to the lovely support team they really are pulling out all the tech stops to get this fixed. Ladder is built different to all the other fitness apps, you get what feels like a 1 on 1 experience through your coach actually talking at/too you whilst you work out. Yeh community also is just crazy hype, like a cheerleading team in the background. I would 100% recommend, I’ve now been using for 2 months and can’t see me stopping anytime soon..SamanthaJLKingVersion: 2.0.4

Too advanced for the average userI downloaded the app out of curiosity and I tried the ”welcome” workout. After browsing through all of the other teams and workouts, I decided that the app wasn’t a good fit for me. Many of the exercises are quite advanced and challenging for the average person, and there are no detailed instructions on how to perform them properly. There is no gradation depending on the person’s ability, and the programs rely on the same ”one size fits all” approach that all other apps do. I would not recommend this app to beginners or to anyone who does not have a certain baseline of fitness already established. (I also find it objectionable that the app uses ”gamification” to incentivize people to try to complete as many workouts per week as possible, regardless of their current level or ability)..Ch1290Version: 2.1.10
