What is Map Marks? Description of Map Marks 858 chars
The Map Marks app was designed specifically for anyone who trains retrievers. Use the app to record bird and blind placement for training setups, field trials, and hunt tests. Setups can easily be shared with friends (facebook post, email, etc).
The exact location of a mark or blind is recorded by simply pressing the Map for 1 second. You choose the type of throw for each Mark – left, right, and angle in, square, or angle back.
Any Mark, Blind, or Mat can easily be erased or moved to a new location.
Tap the settings icon to view a menu that will let you display your mark titles, distance, and your current location. Distances to each Mark and blind can be displayed in yards or meters. You also have the option of displaying the order that the marks were thrown OR picked up.
The app maintains a chronological history of your saved setups.

✓ Awesome AppPlease consider adding more detail on marks. For example, create a fall area (FA) and throw area (TA). The current set up is awesome, but more detail important where the mark was thrown from and where up it landed would be fantastic..Version: 1.0.1

✗ Love the app but having use issuesMaybe it is me? Or my phone? Have used the app off and in for a couple of years. I recently upgraded to a 14Pro. Running on iOS 16.4.1. I seem to now have issues with using the app outside. I don’t think it’s temp related but maybe? Finger pressure not working to create the various drill markings. And once created can’t seem to move them. I do have screen protector on but I always do and worked fine On my 12 pro. Seems to work better inside. Any thoughts would be appreciated..Version: 1.0.4
✗ Could be so much moreExtremely basic app that could be brilliant with more effort from the developer. You should be able create dog profiles and save retrieves against each dog. It’s also annoying that you can’t use the same point from which to run multiple retrieves without creating a whole new retrieve from scratch. Works ok for what’s included but certainly not rocket science and not worth paying for..Version: 1.0.4
