✓ ErrorI have tried on both my phone and my iPad. The app won’t even let me create an account. When I tried on my phone, they sent me the code to confirm my email address. I put the code in and it said it was the wrong code. I copied and pasted the code, so I know it was correct. It still wouldn’t go through. I tried again and as soon as I was enter my name, email, and password, the app would close. So, I tried it on my iPad. ✓ Improvements neededI love what Ashley is trying to do with the app and it has potential to be great, but there are improvements needed especially with the ebooks. Paying $14.95 for a digital book that lacks basic functionality is disappointing. You can’t book mark your page, there is no table of contents, you can’t even highlight. I was almost afraid I got swindled because it was blank for a while before it loaded. I hope to come back and change this to 5 stars when it gets better functionality. ✓ Accessibility for Voiceover needs improvementI am blind and I use voiceover on my iPhone in order to navigate my device. I tried signing up for this app, however the sign-up process was very difficult to complete with voiceover. Once I entered my email, first name, and last name, and password, I got stuck at the screen that asked me to accept the terms. I cannot locate a checkbox. And when I did find the option with the checkbox, the switch could not be toggle do using voiceover. Please improve this application for voiceover users. ✓ This was the absolute worst reading experienceThe app needs much work. Every single time I take a break it starts over. I literally have to screenshot the page I stop on so I know where to go when I come back to it. No way to type in the page so you must scroll page by page until you get back to where you left off!
