✓ Great ResourceI have been using this app for 5+ years and find it to be very useful! The cost may seem high however it is updated regularly with current content. You would be forced to buy a hard copy every year at a minimum to keep current. The bookmark feature is extremely handy as well as the email function. ✗ Great app, but pricey, doesn't have access to program policySo I bought this app and have been using it pretty religiously for a week now. It is spot on with the regulations which is nice. The search functionality is a great feature when walking around with field officers and looking for specifics when discussing citations. The price however is ridiculous. I can't recommend this to anyone in my department because of the price... Lower the price to what it is worth... Something like $7.99. My recommendation to other users...
