I have been using this app for nearly two years now... THIS IS MY MOST USED APP - I couldn't live without it! Due to its high level of customizability, I use it to track all kinds of things. Five Stars: Incredibly Powerful App
Every once in a while you find an app that changes your life. Sounds extreme but it's true ... This program is simple but its configurability makes it powerful. The power comes from configurable items, groups, screens, combined with powerful reporting, graphing, and exporting tools - with everything simple and intuitive. I have selected 12 things across the following areas to track: eating habits, weight, sleeping, exercise, vitamins, etc. Then I set up a screen of the 3-4 things things to remember first thing in the morning, during the day, in the evening, and then a wrap up screen to review before I go to sleep.Even when I get tied up and don't make entries for a day or two, that's ok - I see the overall trend and just start back up again

I have a knowledge of stats so understand the concepts they've used; the implementation is clean, straightforward, and effective and simplifies the process of collecting and analyzing data so anybody can do it, easily, AND use the results for positive change. ✓ Fabulous!At first I started tracking several things with lots of detail. Like how many glasses of water I drank and how much exercise I got and how much protein I ate – you get the idea! But I soon discovered that only four items really mattered to me (time I went to bed, hours slept, mood and energy level). So I deleted all the fluff and simplified to those four items. It's super fast and easy to track every item and graphs clearly show trends and relationships between the items I'm tracking. If the interface was more intuitive I'd have given this app a 5/5. It took me about 30 minutes to figure out and set up - and then another 45 minutes to customize the icons and general appearance. I'm not super savvy with this stuff so it could be faster for others. If you want a reliable tracker (I've been using this about six weeks so far) and you don't mind the initial learning curve then I highly recommend this app..ZippyPrincessVersion: 4.0.0

✗ Not going to upgradeAfter reaching max entries for free version, I won't be upgrading as I think the app needs to be refined so the graphic outcomes are more compact & specific. ✗ Don't do itPurchased the lite version as a New Years resolution to track various aspects of life. Little functionality with lite so purchased pro app. Great concept but limited ability to set up "athletic" challenges and track achievements other than on their scale of 1 - 5. Had problems between iPhone and iPad despite backing up to iCloud. Sent email to support for help. No response. Tried to set up password on App and locked myself out despite using same password on both. Sent another email to support. No response. Finally emailed Apple and got money back. Make it a New Years resolution not to buy this App. It just doesn't work!.LummamanVersion: 5.0.1
