Airstream Forums Cons

Nice for reading. Could use a good update.Update: notifications for subscribed threads no longer work. They stopped sometime back in March. This makes the app far less useful, especially since the search feature does not work well. Really handy for reading the forums. I find it easier to sift through watched threads than the website. The forum emojis don’t work in this app. vBulletin uses proprietary emoji so that’s probably why. Not a big deal but sometimes it’s confusing. For writing posts, it lacks some things. Namely you can’t add photos, and I take nearly all my photos with the phone. The search feature doesn’t always work. Sometimes you have to do it multiple times for it to work. Member views lack some features. If you want to view all posts by a certain member you can’t do that from the member’s profile, which is a bit of a bummer when someone references a post they’ve written in another thread but doesn’t link to it, which happens quite frequently in my experience. I use this app daily and hardly use the website. That’s because I’m mostly foraging for info and learning as I lounge around in the evening. It’s fairly good for that. If the app had the features mentioned above, and updated to use modern UI conventions, it would be super! That said it’s a free app and I appreciate that it’s available. The forums are priceless!.MindctrlVersion: 7.1.9

Bug fix creates bugThe most recent update launches into the twitter feed about 3-4 seconds after selecting trailers to view. You can select a trailer to view, but if you don't do it in ~3 secs, you go to the twitter feed. Which, btw, is a blank screen. Can you roll back the most recent update?.KakunzVersion: 3.8
